Description

Non-rinse type disinfectant cleansing composition
The present invention relates to a non-rinse type bactericidal detergent composition.
Conventionally, a non-rinse type bactericidal cleaning agent composition used as a bactericidal cleaning agent for fingers and the like has bactericidal activity, is mild to the skin, and is desired to be excellent in storage stability and the like.
Ethanol preparations are often used as such bactericidal and cleansing agents for fingers (see, for example, Patent Document 1). However, ethanol has a problem that it has an alcoholic odor and irritation at the time of use, and there are problems such as dry hands after use.
Further, for the purpose of improving the handling of the usability of the sterilizing and cleaning agent, a gel-like hand sterilizing agent containing an anionic polymer mainly composed of a carboxyvinyl polymer has also been proposed (see Patent Document 2). However, the combination of the anionic polymer and a bactericidal disinfectant containing a quaternary ammonium compound having no alcohol irritation as a bactericidal component has a problem of reducing the bactericidal effect.
Therefore, it has excellent bactericidal activity and is less irritating to the hand skin during use, and the agent is easy to spread during application, the hand skin feels refreshed after application, the dispersibility of the agent, and the stability at low temperature storage. An excellent non-rinse type bactericidal detergent composition has not yet been provided, and its prompt development is strongly desired at present.

<Bactericidal power>
Escherichia coli NBRC3972: Gram-negative bacteria, obtained from the Independent Administrative Institution Product Evaluation Infrastructure Organization) and Staphylococcus aureus NBRC12732: Gram-positive bacteria, obtained from the Independent Administrative Institution Product Evaluation Infrastructure Organization were used as target bacteria. The bactericidal activity of each non-rinse type bactericidal detergent composition of Examples 1 to 20 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 was evaluated by a quantitative suspension method.
The Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were statically cultured at 37 ° C. for 18 to 24 hours under aerobic conditions using SCDLP agar medium (manufactured by Nihon Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.). Next, scraping a suitable amount of colonies formed on SCDLP agar medium, suspended in saline (Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), cell concentration: 10 was prepared such that 8 cfu / mL, the test bacterial suspension And said. In addition, cfu means a colony forming unit (colony forming unit).
Next, 0.05 mL of the test bacterial solution was added to 0.45 mL of each non-rinse type sterilizing and cleaning agent composition of Examples 1 to 20 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4, and mixed, and after 30 seconds, immediately mixed. The solution was diluted 10-fold with SCDLP liquid medium (manufactured by Nihon Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and inactivated. Further, the inactivated solution was diluted 100-fold, 1,000-fold, and 10,000-fold with SCDLP liquid medium, and serial dilutions were performed every 10-fold. Then, 0.1 mL each of the inactivated solutions diluted to each concentration was inoculated (n = 3) on SCDLP agar medium (9 cm petri dish manufactured by Nippon Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), and aerobic conditions were obtained by the pour-mixed plate culture method. Underneath, the cells were statically cultured at 37 ° C. for 24 hours. After culturing, the total number of colonies formed was counted, and the number of surviving bacteria was measured. When no colonies were observed, the residual viable cell count was set to less than the detection limit of 10 cfu / mL.
