Description
The present invention relates to a liquid bactericidal cleaning composition for a body that has a high bactericidal effect and a wide bactericidal spectrum in a short time use, and is excellent in low-temperature stability.
Conventional antibacterial cleaning compositions for body use are mainly based on anionic surfactants such as fatty acid salts, alkyl sulfates, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfates for the purpose of obtaining excellent detergency and foamability. Although many of them contain a bactericidal agent, it was difficult to exert a high bactericidal effect and all kinds of fungi in the cleaning agent. In Patent Document 1, a cationic bactericidal agent and various bactericidals were used in an anionic surfactant. A combination of agents has been proposed, but there is a problem that irritation to the skin by the cationic fungicide is high.
Further, Patent Document 2 proposes an antibacterial agent composition containing a phenolic antibacterial agent in a detergent composition so as to have a saturation concentration of 50% or more at room temperature. In order to achieve a saturated concentration of 50% or more for the product, it is necessary to blend a small amount of surfactant or a blending amount of the antibacterial agent to an allowable range or more. Is not appropriate.
Also, stability at low temperatures is important in liquid detergent compositions.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a liquid sterilizing detergent composition having a high bactericidal effect and a wide bactericidal spectrum in a short time and having excellent low-temperature stability even in a combined system with a surfactant imparting detergency.
(Sterilization test method and evaluation criteria)
As test bacteria, Escherichia coli NBRC3972, Staphylococcus aureus NBRC12732, Pseudomonas aeruginosa NBRC13275 and Serratia amrcescens NBRC12648 were used.
A culture solution pre-cultured in advance in an SCD medium [manufactured by Nippon Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.] was used. To 10 ml of each cleaning composition diluted with 0.1 mL (10 9 to 10 10 cells / ml) of culture solution to a predetermined concentration (composition dilution ratio x1, x3, x10, x40) with sterilized water. Vaccinated. Every fixed time (15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute), one platinum loop was taken, inoculated into a growth medium, and cultured at 30 ° C. for 48 hours, and then the presence or absence of growth of the bacteria was observed. Since one sample was performed at 4 dilution concentrations and 3 reaction times, a total of 12 growth liquid media were used. The determination of the bactericidal test was 12 when the growth of bacteria was not observed at the total dilution concentration and the total reaction time, and 0 when the growth of bacteria was observed at the total dilution concentration and the total reaction time. That is, the higher the value between 0 and 12, the higher the bactericidal properties.

Example 1
The sterilizing detergents shown in Table 1 were prepared according to a conventional method and subjected to a low temperature stability test and a sterilization test. The results are shown in Table 1.
It can be seen that the product of the present invention effectively kills various bacteria. The comparative product was inferior in bactericidal effect, or some bacteria were effective, but none were effective against all bacteria.
Example 2
The sterilizing detergents shown in Table 2 were prepared according to a conventional method and subjected to a low temperature stability test and a sterilization test. (A) The component was adjusted to 2.5% by weight, and the total amount of the bactericide and the bactericide blending ratio of component (b) were changed.
The results are shown in Table 2.
It can be seen that the product of the present invention effectively kills each bacterium in a short time (within 1 minute). In addition, it can be seen that the combined use of triclosan, which is a bactericidal agent, and isopropylmethylphenol or parachloroxylenol exhibits a synergistic effect, improves the bactericidal effect, and broadens the bactericidal spectrum.
