本示例实施方式首先提供了一种柔性显示装置,参照图2和图3所示,该柔性显示装置可以包括外壳1、卷轴2、柔性显示面板3、支撑件4、分离件5和压合件6;外壳1上设置有开口;卷轴2可转动的设于所述外壳1内;柔性显示面板3的一端连接于所述卷轴2,相对的另一端通过开口伸出至所述外壳1外;支撑件4的一端连接于所述卷轴2,相对的另一端通过开口伸出至所述外壳1外;分离件5设于所述外壳1上,用于在所述柔性显示面板3和所述支撑件4卷收时将所述柔性显示面板3和所述支撑件4部分分离;压合件6设于所述外壳1上,用于在所述柔性显示面板3和所述支撑件4展开时将所述柔性显示面板3和所述支撑件4连接。
通过分离件5能够在柔性显示面板3和支撑件4卷收时将柔性显示面板3和支撑件4部分分离,即在分离件5的远离开口一侧的柔性显示面板3和支撑件4分离,在分离件5的靠近开口一侧的柔性显示面板3和支撑件4任然是连接的,使柔性显示面板3和支撑件4收卷后能够分别卷曲,柔性显示面板3可以自由卷曲,柔性显示面板3的径向压力和轴向拉力较小,应力较小,不会因为局部段差造成应力集中,避免柔性显示面板3受力不均而导致的柔性显示面板3中的各功能层产生偏移,方便调整柔性显示面板3的显示功能层为应力中性层,保护显示功能层,不会影响显示效果;通过压合件6能够在柔性显示面板3和支撑件4展开时将柔性显示面板3和支撑件4连接,即在壳体外的柔性显示面板和支撑件连接,在柔性显示面板3和支撑件4展开后,使支撑件4为柔性显示面板3提供支撑,实现平坦展示。
在本示例实施方式中,外壳1可以设置为圆柱形,在外壳1的柱面上设置有开口,开口沿外壳1的轴向设置,开口的宽度大于柔性显示面板3的厚度和支撑件4的厚度之和,开口的长度大于支撑件4的长度,支撑件4的长度大于或等于柔性显示面板3的长度,使支撑件4和柔性显示面板3顺利通过开口进行展开或卷收。另外,外壳1还可以设置为方形柱或椭圆形柱等等。
在本示例实施方式中,压合件6可以包括第一压板61和第二压板62;第一压板61设于开口处,第一压板61沿开口的长度方向设置,第一压板61的长度和开口的长度相同。第一压板61与外壳圆弧过渡连接。第二压板62设于开口处,第二压板62沿开口的长度方向设置,第二压板62的长度和开口的长度相同。第二压板62与外壳圆弧过渡连接。第一压板61与支撑件4的远离柔性显示面板3的一面抵靠;第一压板61的与支撑件4抵靠的一面设置为平面。第二压板62与柔性显示面板3的远离支撑件4的一面抵靠,第二压板62的与柔性显示面板3抵靠的一面设置为平面。所谓抵靠不仅仅是接触,而且是相互抵靠的两接触面之间有压力,即第一压板61与支撑件4的一面接触,且压板61对支撑件4施有压力;第二压板62与柔性显示面板3的一面接触,且第二压板62对柔性显示面板3施有压力。第二压板62与第一压板61相对设置,第二压板62与第一压板61之间的间隙的宽度等于或稍小于柔性显示面板3的厚度和支撑件4的厚度之和,使第一压板61和第二压板62能够对柔性显示面板3和支撑件4施压,使柔性显示面板3和支撑件4在展开时能够压合为一体。可以理解的是,在本公开的其他示例实施方式中,压合件6可以包括压板和刮板,压板可以与第一压板61的结构相同,在压板的相对位置设置刮板,刮板设于开口处,刮板的截面可以设置为舌状,材质可以为橡胶、塑料等具有一定柔性和弹性的材质。
在本示例实施方式中,分离件5设于外壳1内,分离件5设置为长杆状,其一端连接于外壳1的一端内壁,另一端连接于外壳1的另一端内壁。分离件5位于柔性显示面板3和支撑件4之间,分离件5的与卷轴2的轴向垂直的截面设置为楔形,楔形的尖角朝向开口;且该尖角可以设置有圆倒角,避免尖角对柔性显示面板3和支撑件4造成划伤。在本公开的其他示例实施方式中,分离件5可以设置为板状,该板的接触柔性显示面板3和支撑件4的一边设置为圆倒角。
在本示例实施方式中,支撑件4可以包括多个支撑板41和多个粘接层42,多个支撑板41在卷轴2的轴向上延伸且平行设置;各个粘接层42粘接于相邻两个支撑板41之间,使多个支撑板41能够形成一平面以支撑柔性显示面板3。支撑板41设置为长条状,支撑板41的在卷轴2的轴向 上的长度和支撑件4的在卷轴2的轴向上的长度相同,多个支撑板41的宽度之和就是支撑件4的宽度,对于支撑板41和支撑件4可以设定在卷轴2的轴向上的尺寸为长度。
参照图4和图5所示,支撑板41的与卷轴2的轴向垂直的截面设置为等腰梯形,等腰梯形的靠近柔性显示面板3的一边的边长小于远离柔性显示面板3的一边的边长,粘接层42粘接于支撑板41的远离柔性显示面板3的一侧。具体地,在支撑板41的远离柔性显示面板3的一面的两侧长边部还设置有凹陷部,粘接层42可以为黑色胶带,黑色胶带粘接在凹陷部内将相邻两个支撑板41连接在一起。
参照图4所示,由于支撑板41的截面形状为等腰梯形,在支撑件4与柔性显示面板3分离后,支撑件4在本身梯形结构的约束下卷曲形成固定形状,柔性显示面板3在自固定的支撑件4之间自由卷曲,卷曲自固定的支撑件4可以保护内部柔性显示面板3。
在本示例实施方式中,柔性显示面板3和支撑件4之间通过弱粘性的第二胶层82和弱粘性的第一胶层81粘接;且该弱粘性的胶层为可多次重复黏贴材料,受压时可互相粘接,通过分离件5后两者分离。还可以在柔性显示面板3和支撑件4之间的接触面设置能够产生范德华力的微结构,使柔性显示面板3和支撑件4通过范德华力粘附。当然,柔性显示面板3和支撑件4也可以通过蘑菇头搭扣、吸盘等等连接。
参照图5所示,支撑件4展开后形成一个平面,支撑件4上的第一胶层81与柔性显示面板3上的第二胶层82粘接连接为一体,支撑件4为柔性显示面板3提供支撑使柔性显示面板3实现平坦展示。
当然,支撑件4的结构不限于上述说明,例如,支撑板41的与卷轴2的轴向垂直的截面可以设置为矩形,粘接层42位于支撑板41的靠近柔性显示面板3的一侧。可以在支撑板41的靠近柔性显示面板3的一面的两侧长边部设置有凹陷部,粘接层42可以为黑色胶带,黑色胶带粘接在凹陷部内将相邻两个支撑板41连接在一起,黑色胶带粘的厚度可以与凹陷部的深度相同,为柔性显示面板3提供平整的支撑面。
在本示例实施方式中,卷轴2可以设置为半圆筒形,即卷轴2包括半圆形的内筒壁和半圆形的外筒壁,在内筒壁和外筒壁之间连接有两个径向 平面。在半圆筒形两轴端设置有端板,端板设置为半圆形,也可以设置为圆形。在卷轴2的半圆筒内设置有支架9,在支架9上固定有驱动IC31,驱动IC31与柔性电路板32绑定,柔性电路板32沿半圆筒的内筒壁布置。柔性电路板32与柔性显示面板3绑定。柔性显示面板3与支撑件4从半圆筒的同一侧伸出。
在本示例实施方式中,柔性显示装置还包括两个卷曲弹簧10,卷曲弹簧10的一端连接于卷轴2的轴端(即端板的中心位置),卷曲弹簧10的另一端连接于外壳1的内壁。在用力向外拉伸支撑件4和柔性显示面板3时,支撑件4和柔性显示面板3展开,并且在压合件6的挤压作用下支撑件4和柔性显示面板3粘接为一体,支撑件4和柔性显示面板3带动卷轴2旋转,卷曲弹簧10与外壳1固定的一端固定,与卷轴2固定的一端也发生旋转,使卷曲弹簧10发生扭转变形;在使用完成柔性显示面板3后,放开支撑件4和柔性显示面板3,卷曲弹簧10在扭转力的作用下旋转回复原状,卷曲弹簧10带动卷轴2进行反向旋转,卷轴2带动支撑件4和柔性显示面板3进行反向旋转,支撑件4和柔性显示面板3缩回至外壳1内,在进入外壳1时,在分离件5的分离作用下支撑件4与柔性显示面板3分离,分离后的支撑件4和柔性显示面板3在外壳1内各自进行卷曲,实现支撑件4和柔性显示面板3的收卷。
另外,卷轴2与外壳1也可以通过轴承连接,可以在外壳外设置转轴把手,转轴把手与卷轴2固定连接,工作人员通过转轴把手带动卷轴2进行正向或反向旋转,实现支撑件4和柔性显示面板3的收卷和展开。
在本示例实施方式中,柔性显示装置还可以包括拉伸弹簧7,拉伸弹簧7的一端连接于卷轴2,拉伸弹簧7的另一端连接于支撑件4,拉伸弹簧7一直向支撑件4施加拉力,将支撑件4向壳体内牵拉。具体地,在卷轴2上还设置有内缩空间21,内缩空间21设置在半圆筒的筒壁上,从半圆筒的径向平面开始沿筒壁周向延伸为圆弧形,以配合卷曲后的支撑件4。而且卷轴2在设置内缩空间21部分的筒壁厚度大于未设置内缩空间21部分的筒壁厚度。内缩空间21的深度大于拉伸弹簧7的长度,内缩空间21的在卷轴2的轴向上的长度大于或等于支撑件4的在卷轴2的轴向上的长度,使内缩空间21内能够容纳支撑件4的一端部。拉伸弹簧7设于内缩 空间21内,拉伸弹簧7的一端固定于内缩空间21的底部,拉伸弹簧7的另一端固定于支撑件4的一端,且支撑件4的与拉伸弹簧7连接的一端位于内缩空间21内。在该柔性显示装置展开后,较长部分的支撑件4能够伸入内缩空间21。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种柔性显示装置,其中,包括:
    外壳,其上设置有开口;
    卷轴,可转动的设于所述外壳内;
    柔性显示面板,其一端连接于所述卷轴,相对的另一端通过开口伸出至所述外壳外;
    支撑件,其一端连接于所述卷轴,相对的另一端通过开口伸出至所述外壳外;
    分离件,设于所述外壳上,用于在所述柔性显示面板和所述支撑件卷收时将所述柔性显示面板和所述支撑件部分分离;
    压合件,设于所述外壳上,用于在所述柔性显示面板和所述支撑件展开时将所述柔性显示面板和所述支撑件连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述压合件包括:
    第一压板,设于所述开口处,并与所述支撑件的远离所述柔性显示面板的一面抵靠;
    第二压板,设于所述开口处,并与所述第一压板相对设置,且与所述柔性显示面板的远离所述支撑件的一面抵靠。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述分离件设于所述外壳内,并位于所述柔性显示面板和所述支撑件之间,所述分离件的与所述卷轴的轴向垂直的截面设置为楔形,所述楔形的尖角朝向所述开口。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述支撑件包括:
    多个支撑板,在所述卷轴的轴向上延伸且平行设置;
    多个粘接层,各个所述粘接层粘接于相邻两个所述支撑板之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述支撑板的与所述卷轴的轴向垂直的截面设置为等腰梯形,所述等腰梯形的靠近所述柔性显示面板的一边的边长小于远离所述柔性显示面板的一边的边长,所述粘接层粘接于所述支撑板的远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述支撑板的与所 述卷轴的轴向垂直的截面设置为矩形,所述粘接层位于所述支撑板的靠近所述柔性显示面板的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示装置还包括:
    两个卷曲弹簧,各个所述卷曲弹簧的一端连接于所述卷轴的轴端,另一端连接于所述外壳的内壁。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示装置还包括:
    拉伸弹簧,其一端连接于所述卷轴,另一端连接于所述支撑件;
    所述卷轴上设置有内缩空间,所述拉伸弹簧设于所述内缩空间内,所述支撑件的与所述拉伸弹簧连接的一端位于所述内缩空间内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示面板与所述支撑件之间通过蘑菇头搭扣、吸盘、胶层或范德华力连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示面板与柔性电路板绑定,所述柔性电路板与驱动IC绑定,所述卷轴上设置有支架,所述驱动IC固定于所述支架,所述柔性电路板沿所述卷轴的内筒壁布置。
