一种熔喷布生产线用纤维收集器(7),包括网格输送带装置(701),网格输送带装置(701)内部设有敞口的抽风箱(702),抽风箱(702)通过管路与抽风机(703)连接;纤维收集器(7)侧部对应设有卷绕装置(9);抽风箱(702)内设有均风组件。通过在该纤维收集器(7)的抽风箱(702)中设置特定构造的均风组件,使得生产过程中抽风箱(702)上方的空气流速均一,网格输送带装置(701)不同区域接收到的纤维量一致,从而生产的熔喷布产品厚度均一,质量较好。

Description

熔喷布生产线用纤维收集器 技术领域
本发明涉及熔喷布生产技术,具体涉及一种熔喷布生产线用纤维收集器。
背景技术
熔喷布又名熔喷非织造布,采用熔喷非织造工艺织造。熔喷非织造工艺是利用高速热空气对模头喷丝孔挤出的聚合物熔体细流进行牵伸,进而形成超细纤维,喷射在收集装置上,并依靠自身粘合形成非织造布。
现有的熔喷布生产线通常包括依序连接的挤出机、熔体过滤器、计量泵和熔喷模头,工作时,螺杆挤出机将粒料加热熔融后输送至熔体过滤器,经过滤后,输送至计量泵,由计量泵将原料熔体输送至熔喷模头喷向纤维收集器。熔喷模头通过管路经空气加热器与空气压缩机连接,工作时,经加热的高压气流对熔喷模头挤出的熔体进行牵引形成纤维。熔喷模头与纤维收集器相对设置,纤维收集器包括网格输送带装置,网格输送带装置内部对应于熔喷模头设有敞口的抽风箱,抽风箱通过管路与抽风机连接,工作时,抽风机产生的气流将纤维补集到网格输送带上,并使其降温固化;纤维收集器侧部设有卷绕装置,对生产出的熔喷布通过卷收辊筒收集;有些还配有驻静电和分割功能,在进入卷收辊筒收集前,对熔喷布进行驻静电和分割,方便后续使用。
熔喷布的均匀程度是衡量其质量优劣的重要指标,实际生产表明,用现有的生产设备生产熔喷布时,由于纤维收集器的抽风箱上方不同区域的空气流速不均一,导致纤维接收器的网格输送带装置不同部位接收到纤维量不相同,往往中间接收到的纤维较多,两边接收到的纤维较少,导致生产的熔喷布中间厚,两边薄,产品一致性不好。
技术问题
为了克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足,本发明提供了一种熔喷布生产线用纤维收集器。本发明的熔喷布生产线用纤维收集器工作时,抽风箱上方的空气流速均匀,从而使得网格输送带各位置收集到的纤维量较为均匀,生产出的熔喷布厚度一致性好,各部分的克重基本一致。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案是:熔喷布生产线用纤维收集器,所述纤维收集器包括网格输送带装置,网格输送带装置内部设有敞口的抽风箱,抽风箱通过管路与抽风机连接;所述抽风箱内设有均风组件,所述均风组件包括上导风格栅和设于上导风格栅下方的下导风格栅;所述上导风格栅包括一对用于将上导风格栅固定于抽风箱内的上导风格栅安装板,以及均匀设于两上导风格栅安装板上之间一组梯形格栅条;所述下导风格栅包括一对用于将下导风格栅固定于抽风箱内的下导风格栅安装板,以及均匀设于两下导风格栅安装板之间的一组倒梯形格栅条;所述梯形格栅条与所述倒梯形格栅条错位设置。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明通过在纤维收集器的抽风箱中设置特定构造的均风组件,测试表明,使得生产过程中,抽风箱上方的空气流速均一,网格输送带装置不同区域接收到的纤维量一致,从而生产的熔喷布产品厚度均一,各部分的克重基本一致,质量较好。
作为优化,前述的熔喷布生产线用纤维收集器中,所述梯形格栅条的下端位置较所述倒梯形格栅条的上端位置低;所述梯形格栅条的下端与所述倒梯形格栅条底部的距离D1是相邻两个倒梯形格栅条间隔距离D2的80%-120%。进一步,相邻两个倒梯形格栅条间隔距离D2为1-3cm。
作为优化,前述的熔喷布生产线用纤维收集器中,所述上导风格栅安装板和下导风格栅安装板与抽风箱均可以通过螺纹联接固定。螺纹联接可靠性高,且可拆,方便对清理上导风格栅和下导风格栅进行清理。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
本发明的熔喷布生产线用纤维收集器作为熔喷布生产线的一个组成部分使用。图1展示了一个使用本发明的熔喷布生产线用纤维收集器构建的熔喷布生产线的应用案例,该案例中的熔喷布生产线包括依序连接的挤出机1、熔体过滤器2、计量泵3和熔喷模头4;所述熔喷模头4通过管路经空气加热器5与空气压缩机6连接;所述熔喷模头4下方的纤维收集器7;参见图1-12,所述纤维收集器7包括网格输送带装置701,网格输送带装置701内部设有敞口的抽风箱702,抽风箱702通过管路与抽风机703连接;所述纤维收集器7侧部对应设有卷绕装置9;所述抽风箱702内设有均风组件,所述均风组件包括上导风格栅704和设于上导风格栅704下方的下导风格栅705;所述上导风格栅704包括一对用于将上导风格栅704固定于抽风箱702内的上导风格栅安装板7041,以及均匀设于两上导风格栅安装板7041之间的一组梯形格栅条7042;所述下导风格栅705包括一对用于将下导风格栅705固定于抽风箱702内的下导风格栅安装板7051,以及均匀设于两下导风格栅安装板7051之间的一组倒梯形格栅条7052;所述梯形格栅条7042与所述倒梯形格栅条7052错位设置。
图1的应用案例中,所述熔体过滤器2和计量泵3之间设有静态混合器10。所述熔体过滤器2为可以不停机换网的连续型换网过滤器。所述计量泵3的出口处设有与PLC电性连接的压力传感器11,所述挤出机1和计量泵3由受PLC控制的变频电机驱动。所述空气压缩机6、网格输送带装置701以及卷绕装置9的卷收棍也由受PLC控制的变频电机驱动。纤维收集器7和卷绕装置9之间设有静电驻极装置8,卷绕装置9带有分割功能。生产时,在纤维收集器7上成型的熔喷布先经静电驻极装置8上的驻极棒801驻静电,然后由卷绕装置9上分割片901进行分割后,通过卷收辊筒902收集。
图1的应用案例中,熔喷布生产线还包括固定机架12和底部设有脚轮的移动机架13;所述挤出机1、熔体过滤器2、计量泵3、熔喷模头4、空气加热器5及空气压缩机6集成设置于固定机架12上;所述纤维收集器7、静电驻极装置8和卷绕装置9集成设置于移动机架13上;所述固定机架12和所述移动机架13通过锁具连接(锁具可以是插销锁、锁扣等)。锁具采用锁扣时,固定机架12和移动机架13上分别设有锁扣的子部和母部,现场安装时,只需将移动机架13推至合适位置,让锁扣锁合即可,相比现有技术的散件安装,可以节约工时。
具体实施例1:本实施例中,所述梯形格栅条7042的下端位置较所述倒梯形格栅条7052的上端位置低;所述梯形格栅条7042的下端与所述倒梯形格栅条7052底部的距离D1与相邻两个倒梯形格栅条7052间隔距离D2相等。相邻两个倒梯形格栅条7052间隔距离D2为1.5cm。所述上导风格栅安装板7041和下导风格栅安装板7051与抽风箱702均通过螺纹联接固定。
具体实施例2:与上述实施例1不同的是,本实施例中,所述梯形格栅条7042的下端与所述倒梯形格栅条7052底部的距离D1是相邻两个倒梯形格栅条7052间隔距离D2的80%。
具体实施例3:与上述实施例1不同的是,本实施例中,所述梯形格栅条7042的下端与所述倒梯形格栅条7052底部的距离D1是相邻两个倒梯形格栅条7052间隔距离D2的120%。
具体实施例4:与上述实施例1不同的是,本实施例中,相邻两个倒梯形格栅条7052间隔距离D2为1cm。
具体实施例5:与上述实施例1不同的是,本实施例中,相邻两个倒梯形格栅条7052间隔距离D2为3cm。
对比例:与以上实施例不同的是,本对比例中,所述纤维收集器7内部没有设置均风组件。
对使用具体实施例1-5及对比例的纤维收集器构建的熔喷布生产线进行测试,将分割片901分割后各部分的克重进行比较,判断纤维收集器7接收到的纤维量是否均匀。以上各具体实施例及对比例中,分割片901将生产的熔喷布切割成宽度为20cm的6个部分(试验时,卷收辊筒902的收集长度为200m),依序标记为Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号、Ⅲ号、Ⅳ号、Ⅴ号、Ⅵ号,测试克重结果如下表:

由上表可知,具体实施例1-5的熔喷布生产线纤维收集器构建的生产线生产的熔喷布均一性好,各部分各种基本一致。对比例由于没有配置均风组件,呈现纤维收集器7两侧接收的纤维少,中间接收纤维多,测试中,最大克重偏差达到1.6。即本发明通过在抽风箱702内设置上述均风组件,使纤维收集器7上方空气流速均匀,进而使纤维收集器7接收到的纤维均匀性好。
工业实用性
本发明通过在抽风箱702内设置特定构造的均风组件,使得纤维收集器7的网格输送带装置701接收到的纤维量均匀。

  1. 熔喷布生产线用纤维收集器,所述纤维收集器(7)包括网格输送带装置(701),网格输送带装置(701)内部设有敞口的抽风箱(702),抽风箱(702)通过管路与抽风机(703)连接;其特征在于:所述抽风箱(702)内设有均风组件,所述均风组件包括上导风格栅(704)和设于上导风格栅(704)下方的下导风格栅(705);所述上导风格栅(704)包括一对用于将上导风格栅(704)固定于抽风箱(702)内的上导风格栅安装板(7041),以及均匀设于两上导风格栅安装板(7041)之间的一组梯形格栅条(7042);所述下导风格栅(705)包括一对用于将下导风格栅(705)固定于抽风箱(702)内的下导风格栅安装板(7051),以及均匀设于两下导风格栅安装板(7051)之间的一组倒梯形格栅条(7052);所述梯形格栅条(7042)与所述倒梯形格栅条(7052)错位设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的熔喷布生产线用纤维收集器,其特征在于:所述梯形格栅条(7042)的下端位置较所述倒梯形格栅条(7052)的上端位置低;所述梯形格栅条(7042)的下端与所述倒梯形格栅条(7052)底部的距离D1是相邻两个倒梯形格栅条(7052)间隔距离D2的80%-120%。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的熔喷布生产线用纤维收集器,其特征在于:相邻两个倒梯形格栅条(7052)间隔距离D2为1-3cm。
  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的熔喷布生产线用纤维收集器,其特征在于:所述上导风格栅安装板(7041)和下导风格栅安装板(7051)与抽风箱(702)均通过螺纹联接固定。
