所述前腔101用于发声,所述导声通道23将前腔101形成侧发声结构。所述后腔102内填充吸音颗粒5,所述透气隔离件4将所述吸音颗粒5封装于所述后腔102以形成DBASS虚拟声腔,用于进一步改善低频声学性能。
具体的,所述振动系统31与所述上盖本体21间隔形成前声腔6,所述导声通道23将所述前声腔6与外界连通并共同形成所述前腔101,用于形成侧面发声结构。所述透气隔离件4、所述上盖2及所述下盖1共同围成所述后腔102,用于改善低频声学性能。
上述结构则使得透气隔离件4远离所述发声单体3一侧的后腔102可全部填充吸音颗粒5作为D-BASS虚拟声腔,极大程度提高了后腔102的吸音颗粒5的灌装效率,有效提高了扬声器箱100的低频声学性能。同时,因透气隔离件4通过固定壁24打胶形成固定,所述固定壁24还作为定位部以实现快速定位及胶合,有效提高了生产效率。
本实施方式中,所述延伸壁42抵接于支撑壁22。即所述延伸壁42打胶固定于所述支撑壁22和固定壁24组成的台阶内,定位同时固定效果更好,发声器件100的可靠性更好。
所述扬声器箱100还包括电路板7,所述电路板7一端与所述发声单体3固定电连接,其另一端经所述后腔102延伸至所述收容空间10外,为所述发声单体3引入外部电信号。
为了配合电路板7的装配,所述固定壁24设有由其靠近所述下盖1的一端向所述支撑壁22方向凹陷形成的让位槽242,所述电路板7经所述让位槽242延伸,进一步延伸至收容空间10外,所述延伸壁42抵接于所述电路板7。
具体的,所述电路板7包括位于所述固定壁24与所述发声单体3之间的第一段71,由所述第一段71的相对两端向所述发声单体3延伸并与所述发声单体3形成电性连接的第二段72以及由所述第一段71向远离所述发声单体3延伸的第三段73,所述第三段73用于连接外部电信号。
所述第三段73经所述让位槽242并贯穿所述上盖2延伸至所述收容空间10外,所述延伸壁42抵接于所述第一段71。
本实施方式中,所述上盖2还设有由其外侧凸出延伸的托壁25,所述第三段73贴设于所述托壁25,从而对第三段73形成支撑,方便与外部电信号源连接。
更优的,所述托壁25靠近所述第三段73的一侧设有定位柱251,所述第三段73设有贯穿其上的定位孔731,所述定位柱251插设于所述定位孔731内,形成对所述第三段73的定位,一方面提高装配效率,另一方面避免了第三段73的移动,提高其与外部电源信号连接的稳定性。
进一步,所述扬声器箱100还包括叠设固定于所述发声单体3靠近所述主体部41一侧的支撑件8,所述主体部41抵接于所述支撑件8。支撑件8形成了对所述主体部41的支撑,使得透气隔离件4的结构稳定,提升了在所述后腔102内填充吸音颗粒5的填充效果,进一步改善声学性能。
本实施方式中,所述支撑件8贴合于所述磁路系统32靠近所述主体部41的一侧。
具体的,所述支撑件8包括间隔相对设置的两个第一支撑部81和连接两个第一支撑部81的第二支撑部82,从而形成“工”字型结构,支撑效果更好。比如,第一支撑部81平行于发声单体3的长轴间隔正对设置,第二支撑部82平行于发声单体3的短轴设置。
所述扬声器箱100还设有灌粉孔9以及盖设所述灌粉孔9的密封盖91,所述灌粉孔9与后腔102连通,用于向后腔102内填充吸音颗粒5。
如图2所示,所述灌粉孔9包括至少两个,且分别设置于所述上盖2和所述下盖1。
当然,所述灌粉孔9的设置不限于上述方式,还可以单独设置,即只设置于上盖2或只设置于下盖1上。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的扬声器箱将所述发声单体支撑固定于所述支撑壁且使透气隔离件位于发声单体与下盖之间,二者共同将所述收容空间分隔成前腔和后腔,所述透气隔离件包括盖设于所述发声单体并与所述下盖间隔设置的主体部和由所述主体部的周缘向所述支撑壁弯折延伸的延伸壁,所述延伸壁环绕所述发声单体的周侧设置,所述上盖包括由所述支撑壁的外周缘向所述下盖方向凸出延伸的固定壁,所述延伸壁与所述固定壁胶合固定,上述结构则使得透气隔离件远离所述发声单体一侧的后腔可全部填充吸音颗粒作为虚拟声腔,极大程度提高后腔的吸音颗粒的灌装效率,有效提高了扬声器箱的低频声学性能,同时,因透气隔离件通过固定壁胶合形成固定,所述固定壁还作为定位部以实现快速定位及胶合,有效提高了生产效率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器箱,包括下盖、盖设于所述下盖并共同围成收容空间的上盖、收容于所述收容空间内的发声单体以及透气隔离件;所述上盖包括盖设于所述下盖的上盖本体和由所述上盖本体向所述下盖方向凸出延伸的支撑壁,所述发声单体支撑固定于所述支撑壁,所述上盖还包括由所述支撑壁向所述下盖方向凸出延伸的设置于所述发声单体周侧的固定壁,其特征在于,所述透气隔离件位于所述发声单体与所述下盖之间,所述透气隔离件包括盖设于所述发声单体并与所述下盖间隔设置的主体部和由所述主体部的周缘向所述支撑壁弯折延伸的延伸壁,所述延伸壁插设于所述固定壁与所述发声单体之间并且环绕所述发声单体的周侧设置,所述延伸壁与所述固定壁之间打胶形成固定从而所述透气隔离件将所述收容空间分隔成前腔和后腔;所述后腔内填充吸音颗粒,所述透气隔离件将所述吸音颗粒封装于所述后腔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述延伸壁抵接于所述支撑壁。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括电路板,所述电路板一端与所述发声单体固定电连接,其另一端经所述后腔延伸至所述收容空间外,所述固定壁设有由其靠近所述下盖的一端向所述支撑壁方向凹陷形成的让位槽,所述电路板经所述让位槽延伸,所述延伸壁抵接于所述电路板。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述电路板包括位于所述固定壁与所述发声单体之间的第一段,由所述第一段的相对两端向所述发声单体延伸并与所述发声单体形成电性连接的第二段以及由所述第一段向远离所述发声单体延伸的第三段,所述第三段经所述让位槽并贯穿所述上盖延伸至所述收容空间外,所述延伸壁抵接于所述第一段。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述上盖还设有由其外侧凸出延伸的托壁,所述第三段贴设于所述托壁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述托壁靠近所述第三段的一侧设有定位柱,所述第三段设有贯穿其上的定位孔,所述定位柱插设于所述定位孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括叠设固定于所述发声单体靠近所述主体部一侧的支撑件,所述主体部抵接于所述支撑件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述发声单体包括磁路系统,所述支撑件贴合于所述磁路系统靠近所述主体部的一侧。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述支撑件包括间隔相对设置的两个第一支撑部和连接两个第一支撑部的第二支撑部。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括贯穿所述上盖和/或所述下盖设置的灌粉孔以及盖设所述灌粉孔的密封盖。
