オリンピックに代表されるような大規模イベントを開催すると、会場や周辺市街地において食品容器や飲料容器などの廃棄物(ゴミ)が大量に発生する。不特定多数の人が集まるため、分別せずにゴミを捨てられて処理に困るという課題が発生する。大量に分別されていないゴミが発生すれば、資源として回収できなくなる。或いは、ゴミ回収業者による分別処理が必要となる。
まず、第1実施形態に係る資源回収システムの構成例について説明する。資源回収システムは、資源として再利用され得る物品を回収するためのシステムである。ここで物品とは、資源として再利用され得るものであれば如何なる物でもよいが、例えば商品及び商品の容器包装のうち少なくとも一方が物品に含まれる。図1は、第1実施形態に係る資源回収システム1の構成を示す図である。

資源回収装置100aは、開閉部104を閉じて発報し、サーバ装置200を介してイベント運営のサーバ装置300、警備会社のサーバ装置300、及び警察のサーバ装置300に連絡する。ここで、発報音は、サイレンと同等の音量(例えば100dB)とする。
資源回収装置100aは、開閉部104を閉じて発報し、サーバ装置200を介してイベント運営のサーバ装置300、警備会社のサーバ装置300、及び警察・自治体のサーバ装置300に通知し、且つ、住民の携帯端末400や観客の携帯端末400に通知する。ここで、発報音は、サイレンと同等の音量(例えば100dB)とする。
上述した第1実施形態において、表示部151が表示する情報の言語について特に触れなかった。しかしながら、資源回収装置100の制御部170は、利用者又はその所持物に対する検出動作を行う第2検出部130の検出結果を用いて利用者の国籍を特定可能である場合、利用者の国籍に対応する言語で情報を表示するように表示部151を制御してもよい。
Claims (13)
- 資源として再利用され得る廃棄物を回収する資源回収装置であって、
予め定められた分別種別と対応付けられた開口部と、
前記開口部を開閉する開閉部と、
利用者が所持する対象廃棄物に対する検出動作を行う第1検出部と、
前記第1検出部の検出結果を用いて前記対象廃棄物の分別種別を特定する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記特定された分別種別が前記開口部の分別種別と一致する場合、前記開閉部を閉状態から開状態に切り替える
資源回収装置。 - 前記第1検出部は、前記対象廃棄物に付された電子タグから情報を読取るタグリーダ、前記対象廃棄物を撮影するカメラ、及び前記対象廃棄物に付されたバーコード又は二次元コードを読取るコードリーダのうち、少なくとも1つを含む
請求項1に記載の資源回収装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1検出部の検出結果を用いて特定又は推定される前記対象廃棄物の大きさに基づいて、前記開状態における前記開口部の開口面積を調整する
請求項1又は2に記載の資源回収装置。 - サーバ装置と通信する通信部と、
前記利用者に対する検出動作又は前記対象廃棄物以外の前記利用者の所持物に対する検出動作を行う第2検出部と、をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記第2検出部の検出結果に基づいて、前記利用者が購入した商品に関する購入履歴情報から特定される分別種別が前記開口部の分別種別と一致する場合、前記開閉部を閉状態から開状態に切り替える
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の資源回収装置。 - 前記第2検出部は、前記利用者を撮影するカメラ、前記所持物に付されたバーコード又は二次元コードを読取るコードリーダ、前記所持物との通信を行う通信インターフェイスのうち、少なくとも1つを含む
請求項4に記載の資源回収装置。 - 前記資源回収装置は、イベントが開催される開催エリア又はその周辺エリアに設置され、
前記所持物は、前記イベントの参加者が有するチケットを含む
請求項4又は5に記載の資源回収装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1検出部の検出結果を用いて特定される第1分別種別及び前記購入履歴情報を用いて特定される第2分別種別のうち少なくとも一方が前記開口部の分別種別と一致する場合、前記開閉部を閉状態から開状態に切り替える
請求項4乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の資源回収装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1分別種別及び前記第2分別種別の両方が前記開口部の分別種別と一致する場合、前記開閉部を閉状態から開状態に切り替える
請求項7に記載の資源回収装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1検出部の検出結果を用いた第1分別種別の特定に失敗した場合、前記購入履歴情報を用いて特定される第2分別種別に基づいて前記開閉部を制御する
請求項7又は8に記載の資源回収装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記開閉部を閉状態から開状態に切り替えた後、閉条件が満たされた場合、前記開閉部を開状態から閉状態に切り替え、
前記閉条件は、前記廃棄物が前記開口部に投入されたという条件及び前記開閉部を閉状態から開状態に切り替えてから一定時間が経過したという条件のうち少なくとも一方を含む
請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の資源回収装置。 - それぞれ分別種別と対応付けられ、前記開口部を含む複数の開口部と、
前記複数の開口部のそれぞれに個別に設けられた前記開閉部からなる複数の開閉部と、をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記第1検出部の検出結果を用いて特定された前記分別種別が、前記複数の開口部のうち1つの開口部の分別種別と一致する場合、前記1つの開口部に設けられた前記開閉部を閉状態から開状態に切り替える
請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の資源回収装置。 - 前記制御部は、それぞれ分別種別が異なる複数の廃棄物を前記第1検出部が検出した場合、前記複数の廃棄物のそれぞれの分別種別に基づいて、前記複数の開閉部について閉状態から開状態に切り替える順番を決定する
請求項11に記載の資源回収装置。 - 資源として再利用され得る廃棄物を回収する資源回収装置の制御方法であって、
利用者が所持する対象廃棄物に対する検出動作を行うことと、
前記検出動作の結果を用いて前記対象廃棄物の分別種別を特定することと、
予め定められた分別種別と対応付けられた開口部を開閉することと、を有し、
前記開閉することは、前記特定することで特定された分別種別が前記開口部の分別種別と一致する場合、閉状態から開状態に切り替えることを含む
