Abstract
一种罐式集装箱的溢流盒,包括盒体(1)和盒盖(2),盒体与盒盖之间通过连接片(3)连接,盒体两侧设有可调节定位装置,连接片的一端与盒盖之间可自由旋转,连接片的另一端与可调节定位装置之间可自由旋转。通过可调节定位装置,使盒盖的开启可定位在任意角度,如30°、60°、120°,也可以根据用户需求增加或调整定位角度。另外,盒盖开启后可以自动锁止,降低打开后风吹自动关闭的风险;在雨雪、冰雹等恶劣天气,盒盖开启小角度,既可以实施操作,又能起到一定防护作用。
Description
本实用新型属于液体罐式集装箱领域,特别涉及一种罐式集装箱的溢流盒。
溢流盒是罐式集装箱上常用的功能附件,常设置在罐式集装箱顶部,人孔、气相阀、安全阀等均置于溢流盒内,起到防护和防盗作用。顶部装卸料溢出或散落的液体货物可汇聚于溢流盒底部两侧,通过外接溢流管排出。
现有罐式集装箱常规溢流盒盒盖开启的情况:
利用链条链接在盒盖、盒体上,盒盖开启后可通过链条及重力作用定位在120°~130°;没有任何限位措施,盒盖开启180°后搁置在步道上。
现有技术中的溢流盒盒盖无法小角度开启定位,只能打开120°~130°或180°,存在以下缺点:
用户仅需要将盒盖开启小角度既可以完成的操作,由于条件限制只能将盒盖完全打开;罐式集装箱一般都在户外使用,如遇雨雪、冰雹等恶劣天气,盒盖完全打开后溢流盒内的阀件将没有任何防护;盒盖打开120°~130°或180°时,不可避免会占用步道空间,减少操作人员的操作空间。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种罐式集装箱的溢流盒,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种罐式集装箱的溢流盒,包括盒体和盒盖,盒体与盒盖之间通过连接片连接,盒体两侧设有可调节定位装置,连接片的一端与盒盖之间可自由旋转,连接片的另一端与可调节定位装置之间可自由旋转。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于:盒盖上设有轴孔片,轴孔片和连接片的一端上均设有轴孔,轴孔中插有第一轴。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于:可调节定位装置包括固定在盒体上的导轨,导轨内设有多个定位槽,每个定位槽内设有定位块,定位块可以在定位槽中上下滑动,导轨内设有滑块,滑块可以在导轨内前后滑动,导轨外套有外包板,外包板可以前后滑动,外包板在定位块的两侧均有内折边。盒盖开启过程中,滑块向后滑移,当接触到定位块后,挤压定位块斜面,使定位块向上滑移,滑块顺利通过。通过定位块后,定位块在重力作用下回到原位,松开盒盖,滑块卡在定位块垂直面侧,实现第一个角度的定位。盒盖再次向大角度开启,通过第二定位块后,可实现第二角度的定位。盒盖继续开启,当滑块接触到外包板边缘时,由于外包板包覆在导轨表面,可前后滑动,滑块会带动外包板向后滑移,外包板向后滑移过程中会挤压定位块斜面,使其向上滑移。当滑块滑动至导轨尽头时,可实现第三点定位。当盒盖完全打开后,定位块已经全部滑移至外包板内侧,此时导轨内没有定位块的限位,可将盒盖关闭。在盒盖关闭过程中,滑块滑移至外包板前边缘时,会带动外包板向前滑移,定位块会在重力作用下再次回到原位,可实现下一次的开启定位。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于:滑块和连接片的另一端上均设有轴孔,轴孔中插有第二轴。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于:定位块为三角形,定位块的斜面向前设置,定位块的竖直面向后设置。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于:盒盖开启角度定位在30°、60°、120°。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型结构紧凑,稳定性高,可以实现溢流盒盒盖设置任意角度的定位,特别是小角度开启定位,盒盖开启角度可定位在30°、60°、120°,也可以根据用户需求增加或调整定位角度;溢流盖打开角度可以自动锁止,降低打开后风吹自动关闭的风险;在雨雪、冰雹等恶劣天气,盒盖开启小角度,既可以实施操作,盒盖又能起到一定防护作用;盒盖开启小角度可不占用步道空间。

请参阅图1和图2,本实施例提供一种技术方案:一种罐式集装箱的溢流盒,包括盒体1和盒盖2,盒体1与盒盖2之间通过连接片3连接,盒体1两侧设有可调节定位装置,连接片3的一端与盒盖2之间可自由旋转,连接片3的另一端与可调节定位装置之间可自由旋转。即,盒盖2上设有轴孔片4,轴孔片4和连接片3的一端上均设有轴孔,轴孔中插有第一轴5;滑块9和连接片3的另一端上均设有轴孔,轴孔中插有第二轴11。
可调节定位装置包括固定在盒体1上的导轨6,导轨6内设有多个定位槽7,每个定位槽7内设有定位块8,定位块8可以在定位槽7中上下滑动,导轨6内设有滑块9,滑块9可以在导轨6内前后滑动,导轨6外套有外包板10,外包板10可以前后滑动。
盒盖开启,滑块由前向后滑动,通过定位块时,定位块斜面受挤压向上滑动,滑块通过一个定位块可实现一个角度的定位,滑块滑动至导轨末端为盒盖开启最大角度。盒盖在接近最大开度时,滑块会带动外包板向后滑移一段距离,外包板在定位块的两侧均有内折边,外包板向后滑移会带动定位块向上滑移。当盒盖开启到最大角度后,定位块已完全上移至外包板内部,此时盒盖可以实现关闭操作。当盒盖接近完全关闭时,滑块会带动外包板向前滑移,定位块会随着外包板的移动在重力作用下再次下滑至原先位置。
本实用新型可以实现溢流盒盒盖设置任意角度的定位,特别是小角度开启定位,盒盖开启角度可定位在30°、45°、60°、120°等任意角度,也可以根据用户需求增加或调整定位角度。

- 一种罐式集装箱的溢流盒,包括盒体(1)和盒盖(2),其特征在于:所述盒体(1)与所述盒盖(2)之间通过连接片(3)连接,所述盒体(1)两侧设有可调节定位装置,所述连接片(3)的一端与所述盒盖(2)之间可自由旋转,所述连接片(3)的另一端与所述可调节定位装置之间可自由旋转。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种罐式集装箱的溢流盒,其特征在于:所述盒盖(2)上设有轴孔片(4),所述轴孔片(4)和所述连接片(3)的一端上均设有轴孔,所述轴孔中插有第一轴(5)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种罐式集装箱的溢流盒,其特征在于:所述可调节定位装置包括固定在所述盒体(1)上的导轨(6),所述导轨(6)内设有多个定位槽(7),每个所述定位槽(7)内设有定位块(8),所述定位块(8)可以在所述定位槽(7)中上下滑动,所述导轨(6)内设有滑块(9),所述滑块(9)可以在所述导轨(6)内前后滑动,所述导轨(6)外套有外包板(10),所述外包板(10)可以前后滑动,所述外包板(10)在所述定位块(8)的两侧均有内折边。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种罐式集装箱的溢流盒,其特征在于:所述滑块(9)和所述连接片(3)的另一端上均设有轴孔,所述轴孔中插有第二轴(11)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种罐式集装箱的溢流盒,其特征在于:所述定位块(8)为三角形,所述定位块(8)的斜面向前设置,所述定位块(8)的竖直面向后设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种罐式集装箱的溢流盒,其特征在于:所述盒盖(2)盒盖开启角度为所能达到的任意角度。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种罐式集装箱的溢流盒,其特征在于:所述盒盖(2)开启角度定位在30°、60°、120°。
