一种客车行车紧急停车控制系统及方法 技术领域
本发明涉及客车紧急停车控制技术领域,尤其涉及一种客车行车紧急停车控制系统及方法。
背景技术
由于目前很多客车在行车过程中会出现很多突发状况,例如乘客去拿驾驶员的方向盘,导致出现重大事故,或者驾驶员出现突发状况,无意识去掌握方向盘,导致出现重大事故。
因此很多客车设置了专门的驾驶员保护小门,但是设置了驾驶员保护小门,还是会发生有闹事乘客会打开门进去的状况以及驾驶员突发性疾病时,乘客无法控制客车的问题,还会出现相应的事故问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明,提出了一种用于对乘客闹事、扰乱驾驶区,妨碍驾驶员开车以及驾驶员突发疾病失去意识时对客车进行紧急停车控制的客车行车紧急停车系统及方法。
本系统包括门锁机构和紧急停车模块;
所述门锁机构包括紧急开关盖板和触发按钮;
所述紧急停车模块包括整车控制器、电机控制器以及电机;所述整车控制器和电机控制器电连接,电机控制器和电机电连接;
所述触发按钮和整车控制器联动设置。

本发明至少包含以下有益效果:
(1):本客车行车紧急停车系统的触发按钮和紧急开关盖板按压设置,保证了紧急开关盖板打开的同时就会触发所述触发按钮,实现了紧急开关盖板打开的同时控制车辆刹车并静止。
(2):本客车行车紧急停车系统的锂电池通过整车控制器充电,并给蜂鸣器供电,保证了蜂鸣器报警一直处于供电状态。
(3):本客车行车紧急停车系统的显示装置,能够在触发按钮触发紧急停车模块是,显示当前紧急停车状态,使得乘客以及驾驶员能够及时了解当前客车状态,实现当勿触碰时及时了解客车停车原因。

以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
本实施例提供了一种客车行车紧急停车控制系统,如图1至图6所示。
其中客车在行车过程中会有多种紧急情况,对于人为的紧急情况一般包括2种,一种是对于乘客闹事,扰乱驾驶区,妨碍驾驶员开车;一种是驾驶员突发性疾病,失去意识,驾驶员无法再进行开车。上述情况都有可能导致重大行车事故,因此要在这两种情况时保证客车安全停止,以及进行相应的报警和提示。
为此本系统设置有门锁机构1和紧急停车模块;
所述门锁机构1包括紧急开关盖板10和触发按钮40;
所述紧急停车模块包括整车控制器、电机控制器以及电机;所述整车控制器和电机控制器电连接,电机控制器和电机电连接;
所述触发按钮40和整车控制器联动设置。
触发按钮40触发后,整车控制器会接收到触发按钮40的触发信号,整车控制器会发送行车停止信号至电机控制器,电机控制器根据接收的行车停止信号控制电机停止运行,从而实现触发按钮40获取触发信号时,保证客车会平稳停止运行,直至静止。
进一步地,如图2所示,紧急开关盖板10和触发按钮40按压设置。即紧 急开关盖板10打开时,就会触发所述触发按钮40。
进一步地,如图2所示,所述门锁机构1还包括第一开关旋钮21,所述第一开关旋钮21以及第一开关旋钮21对应的第一锁止结构22设置在紧急开关盖板10下方;所述门锁机构1还包括第二开关旋钮31,所述第二开关旋钮31关闭状态时和紧急开关盖板10的下端平齐设置,所述第二开关旋钮31对应的锁止结构和第一开关旋钮21对应的锁止结构联动设置。
其中紧急开关盖板10是关闭状态,如果要打开小门,必须旋转第一开关旋钮21,使得第一锁止结构22打开,第二锁止结构32才能打开,因此必须打开第一旋钮开关,因此必须打开紧急开关盖板10;打开紧急开关盖板10就会触发所述触发按钮40,因此在打开小门之前,需要打开紧急开关盖板10,因此会触发紧急停车装置。

当闹事乘客欲将打开驾驶员小门门锁,强行进入驾驶区前,打开驾驶员小门外部紧急开关盖板,通过触发按钮,触发整车紧急控制停车系统,紧急控制停车系统通过整车控制器控制电机控制器进而控制刹车控制系统(带ABS)自动刹车(在最短时间内平稳刹车至车辆静止),在闹事者闹事前将车静止,保护乘客不因车辆被迫危险驾驶而受到伤害。
当驾驶员突发性疾病,失去驾车意识情况下,外部乘客通过,打开驾驶员小门外部紧急开关盖板,触发整车紧急控制停车系统,整车紧急控制停车系统通过整车控制器控制电机控制器进而控制刹车控制系统(带ABS)自动刹车(在最短时间内平稳刹车至车辆静止),将车静止,保障其他乘客安全,随后进入驾驶室对驾驶员进行施救。
