Claims (17)
- 一种显示基板,其中,包括显示区域和围绕所述显示区域的非显示区域;所述非显示区域包括具有拐角的走线;所述显示基板还包括至少一个静电防护电路,所述静电防护电路与所述走线的拐角处电连接,所述静电防护电路被配置为消除所述拐角处产生的静电。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示基板,其中,所述静电防护电路包括以下至少其一:第一静电防护电路,被配置为通过滤波技术消除所述拐角处产生的静电;第二静电防护电路,被配置为利用电压调节原理消除所述拐角处产生的静电。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示基板,其中,所述第一静电防护电路包括电阻电容滤波电路,所述电阻电容滤波电路通过电容电阻滤波技术消除所述拐角处产生的静电。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示基板,其中,所述电阻电容滤波电路包括至少一个电阻和至少一个电容;所述电阻的第一端与所述走线的拐角处电连接,所述电阻的第二端与所述电容的第一端电连接,所述电容的第二端悬空或接地。
- 根据权利要求4所述的显示基板,其中,所述第一静电防护电路包括第一电极层、第一介质层和第一半导体层;所述第一介质层位于所述第一电极层和第一半导体层之间,以使第一电极层与第一半导体层之间形成所述电容。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示基板,其中,所述第二静电防护电路包括静电释放电路,所述静电释放电路包括至少两个薄膜晶体管;所述薄膜晶体管的控制极与其第二极电连接,且所述薄膜晶体管之间串联电连接;处于远 端的两个薄膜晶体管分别电连接第一电压信号端和第二电压信号端;所述走线的拐角处与所述静电释放电路之间具有连接节点,所述连接节点与所述第一电压信号端之间至少设置一个所述薄膜晶体管,所述连接节点与所述第二电压信号端之间至少设置一个所述薄膜晶体管。
- 根据权利要求6所述的显示基板,其中,所述第二静电防护电路包括第二电极层、第二半导体层和第三电极层;所述第二半导体层位于所述第二电极层和第三电极层之间,以使所述第二电极层、第二半导体层和第三电极层之间形成所述薄膜晶体管。
- 根据权利要求5或7所述的显示基板,其中,所述显示基板还包括薄膜晶体管阵列;所述薄膜晶体管阵列包括源漏极层、有源层、第二介质层和栅极层;所述第一电极层与所述栅极层处于同一层,所述第一半导体层与所述有源层处于同一层,所述第一介质层与所述第二介质层处于同一层;或者,所述第二电极层与所述栅极层处于同一层,所述第二半导体层与所述有源层处于同一层,所述第三电极层与所述源漏极层处于同一层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示基板,其中,所述显示基板为圆形显示基板;所述走线的拐角处设置在所述圆形显示基板的两侧,且设置在所述圆形显示基板的两侧的所述拐角处位于所述圆形显示基板的同一直径上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的显示基板,其中,所述非显示区域还包括:第一栅极驱动电路、数据选择器电路、扇出区域、第二栅极驱动电路、面板测试电路和电容补偿电路;所述非显示区域分为两部分,所述非显示区域的第一部分包括所述第一栅极驱动电路、数据选择器电路和扇出区域,所述非显示区域的第二部分包括所述第二栅极驱动电路、面板测试电路和电容补偿电路;其中,所述扇出区域位于所述第一栅极驱动电路和数据选择器电路的外侧,所述电容补偿电路位于所述第二栅极驱动电路和面板测试电路的内侧;所述走线的拐角处位于所述第一部分和第二部分的交界部位。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的显示基板,其中,所述拐角为Z字形拐角。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的显示基板,其中,所述静电保护电路设置在靠近所述拐角处的所述显示基板上的空白位置。
- 根据权利要求1-7、9-10任一项所述的显示基板,其中,所述具有拐角的走线的数量为多条,每条所述具有拐角的走线均电连接有所述静电防护电路。
- 根据权利要求1-7、9-10任一项所述的显示基板,其中,所述显示基板为有机电致发光显示基板。
- 一种显示基板的制造方法,其中,所述显示基板包括显示区域和围绕所述显示区域的非显示区域;所述制造方法包括:在所述非显示区域形成具有拐角的走线;形成至少一个静电防护电路,所述静电防护电路与所述走线的拐角处电连接;所述静电防护电路被配置为消除所述拐角处产生的静电。
- 根据权利要求15所述的显示基板的制造方法,其中,所述显示基板的显示区域包括薄膜晶体管阵列,所述静电防护电路包括薄膜晶体管;所述制造方法包括:同时形成所述薄膜晶体管阵列与所述静电防护电路的薄膜晶体管。
- 一种显示装置,其中,包括如权利要求1-14任一项所述的显示基板。
