可选地,所述第三安装部和所述第四安装部中的每一者为L型,所述第三安装部和所述第四安装部中的每一者的竖直部与所述盖体相连,所述第三安装部的水平部通过紧固件与所述第一安装部相连,所述第四安装部的水平部通过紧固件与所述第二安装部相连。
可选地,所述缸体靠近所述阀组件一端的外周面上设有第一凸起和第二凸起,所述压盖包括盖体、第三安装部和第四安装部,所述第三安装部和所述第四安装部与所述盖体相连,其中所述盖体抵靠在所述弹性件上,所述第三安装部上设有第一卡扣,所述第四安装部上设有第二卡扣,所述第一卡扣卡合在所述第一凸起上,所述第二卡扣卡合在所述第二凸起上,可选地,所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起一体成型为环形的凸缘。
根据本发明实施例的压缩机包括根据本发明实施例的气缸组件。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,在本申请中涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
下面参考附图描述根据本发明实施例的气缸组件100。如图1-图10所示,根据本发明实施例的气缸组件100包括缸体1、阀组件2、缸盖3、压盖5和消音器8。
阀组件2设在缸体1内,缸盖3与阀组件2之间设有密封圈4。消音器8与缸盖3一体注塑成型。压盖5与缸体1相连,缸盖3位于缸体1与压盖5之间,以便压盖5将缸盖3固定在缸体1上,即缸盖3被夹持在缸体1与压盖5之间。
根据本发明实施例的气缸组件100通过使消音器8和缸盖3一体注塑成型,从而可以减小气缸组件100的零件数量、降低气缸组件100的制造难度和制造成本。
但是如果利用紧固件(例如螺钉或螺栓)将塑料制成的缸盖3安装在缸体1上,会导致缸盖3变形、甚至损坏。根据本发明实施例的气缸组件100通过利用压盖5将缸盖3固定在缸体1上,从而可以极大地减小缸盖3的受力,以便避免缸盖3变形、甚至损坏。
而且,根据本发明实施例的气缸组件100通过在缸盖3与阀组件2之间设置密封性能良好的密封圈4,从而压盖5只需要施加较小的压力就能实现阀组件2的密封。由此可以极大地减小压盖5对缸体1的作用力,从而可以避免缸体1产生变形,确保气缸组件100和压缩机能够正常运转。
因此,根据本发明实施例的气缸组件100具有密封效果好、零件数量少、制造难度和制造成本低、缸盖3和缸体1不变形等优点。
如图1-图10所示,气缸组件100包括缸体1、阀组件2、缸盖3、压盖5和弹性件6。缸体1的一端具有沉孔11,阀组件2设在沉孔11内。
弹性件6为环形,弹性件6设在缸盖3与压盖5之间,弹性件6处于压缩状态。换言之,弹性件6被夹持在缸盖3与压盖5之间。可选地,弹性件6为碟簧。
通过在缸盖3与压盖5之间设置环形的弹性件6,从而可以使压盖5施加的压力通过弹性件6均匀地传递到缸盖3上,进而可以使缸盖3将密封圈4压紧在阀组件2上,以便进一步提高密封效果。
如图2和图4所示,气缸组件100可以进一步包括阀板垫片7,阀板垫片7设在沉孔11的底壁面113与阀组件2之间。沉孔11的底壁面113是沉孔11的与其开口相对的壁面。由此可以进一步提高阀组件2的密封性。
如图2、图4和图5所示,沉孔11的周壁面112上设有第一定位凸起111和定位凹槽21中的一者,阀板垫片7和阀组件2的周面上设有第一定位凸起111和定位凹槽21中的另一者,第一定位凸起111配合在定位凹槽21内。由此可以降低阀板垫片7和阀组件2的定位难度、提高阀板垫片7和阀组件2的定位精度。
可选地,沉孔11的周壁面112上设有第一定位凸起111,以便避免降低缸体1的结构强度。阀板垫片7的周面上设有定位凹槽21,阀组件2的周面上设有定位凹槽21。
如图9所示,密封圈4包括环形部41和分隔部42,分隔部42具有第一端部43和第二端部44,第一端部43和第二端部44中的每一者均与环形部41的内沿相连以便将环形部41的内侧空间分隔为两部分。由此可以有效地将阀组件2的吸气侧和排气侧分隔开,从而使气缸组件100具有更好的密封性能。可选地,分隔部42为L型。
如图10所示,缸盖3上设有容纳槽31,密封圈4的一部分设在容纳槽31内。由此可以更加稳固地安装密封圈4,避免密封圈4在缸盖3和阀组件2的挤压下、在密封圈4的径向上产生较大变形,即避免密封圈4的至少一部分在缸盖3和阀组件2的挤压下、在密封圈4的径向上产生较大的位移,从而可以进一步提高密封效果。
如图9和图10所示,密封圈4上设有第二定位凸起45和定位孔32中的一者,缸盖3上设有第二定位凸起45和定位孔32中的另一者,第二定位凸起45设在定位孔32内。由 此可以更加稳固地安装密封圈4,进一步避免密封圈4在缸盖3和阀组件2的挤压下、在密封圈4的径向上产生较大变形,从而可以进一步提高密封效果。
如图9所示,密封圈4进一步包括定位部46。定位部46设在环形部41的内沿上,定位部46从环形部41的内沿向环形部41的中心延伸。可选地,定位部46可以沿环形部41(密封圈4)的径向延伸。定位部46上设有第二定位凸起45和定位孔32中的一者。由此可以使密封圈4的结构更加合理。
可选地,定位部46上设有第二定位凸起45,缸盖3上设有定位孔32。密封圈4可以由橡胶一体注塑成型。
如图1、图2、图5和图6所示,缸体1上设有第一安装部12和第二安装部13,可选地,缸体1、第一安装部12和第二安装部13可以一体成型,例如,缸体1、第一安装部12和第二安装部13可以一体烧结成型。
压盖5包括盖体51、第三安装部52和第四安装部53,第三安装部52和第四安装部53与盖体51相连。其中,盖体51抵靠在弹性件6上,即弹性件6被夹持在缸盖3与盖体51之间。第三安装部52通过紧固件9与第一安装部12相连,第四安装部53通过紧固件9与第二安装部13相连,以便盖体51能够抵靠(压)在弹性件6上。
由于密封圈4具有良好的密封效果,因此紧固件9只需具有较小的扭矩就能实现阀组件2的密封。由此可以避免缸体1产生变形,确保气缸组件100和压缩机能够正常运转。
可选地,如图1、图2和图6所示,第三安装部52和第四安装部53中的每一者为L型,第三安装部52的竖直部522和第四安装部53的竖直部532与盖体51相连,第三安装部52的水平部523通过紧固件9与第一安装部12相连,第四安装部53的水平部533通过紧固件9与第二安装部13相连。
具体地,盖体51、第三安装部52和第四安装部53可以一体成型,紧固件9可以是螺钉或螺栓。
如图3、图4、图7和图8所示,缸体1靠近阀组件2一端的外周面上设有第一凸起和第二凸起,压盖5包括盖体51、第三安装部52和第四安装部53,第三安装部52和第四安装部53与盖体51相连。其中,盖体51抵靠在弹性件6上,第三安装部52上设有第一卡扣521,第四安装部53上设有第二卡扣531,第一卡扣521卡合在该第一凸起上,第二卡扣531卡合在该第二凸起上。由此可以更加方便地、更加容易地将压盖5安装到缸体1上。
可选地,该第一凸起和该第二凸起一体成型为环形的凸缘14,即缸体1的外周面上设有环形的凸缘14。由此无需以特定位置来将压盖5安装到缸体1上,从而可以更加方便地、更加容易地将压盖5安装到缸体1上。凸缘14和缸体1可以一体成型,盖体51、第三安装部52和第四安装部53可以一体成型。
本发明还提供压缩机。根据本发明实施例的压缩机包括根据本发明上述实施例的气缸组件100。因此,根据本发明实施例的压缩机具有无顶缸现象、缸体1不变形、运行稳定等优点。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种气缸组件,其特征在于,包括:
    缸体;
    阀组件,所述阀组件设在所述缸体内;
    缸盖,所述缸盖与所述阀组件之间设有密封圈;
    消音器,所述消音器与所述缸盖一体注塑成型;和
    压盖,所述压盖与所述缸体相连,所述缸盖位于所述缸体与所述压盖之间以便所述压盖将所述缸盖固定在所述缸体上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的气缸组件,其特征在于,进一步包括弹性件,所述弹性件为环形,所述弹性件设在所述缸盖与所述压盖之间,所述弹性件处于压缩状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的气缸组件,其特征在于,所述缸体的一端具有沉孔,所述阀组件设在所述沉孔内,所述气缸组件进一步包括阀板垫片,所述阀板垫片设在所述沉孔的底壁面与所述阀组件之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的气缸组件,其特征在于,所述沉孔的周壁面上设有第一定位凸起和定位凹槽中的一者,所述阀板垫片和所述阀组件的周面上设有所述第一定位凸起和所述定位凹槽中的另一者,所述第一定位凸起配合在所述定位凹槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的气缸组件,其特征在于,所述密封圈包括环形部和分隔部,所述分隔部具有第一端部和第二端部,所述第一端部和所述第二端部中的每一者均与所述环形部的内沿相连以便将所述环形部的内侧空间分隔为两部分。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的气缸组件,其特征在于,所述缸盖上设有容纳槽,所述密封圈的一部分设在所述容纳槽内,所述密封圈上设有第二定位凸起和定位孔中的一者,所述缸盖上设有所述第二定位凸起和所述定位孔中的另一者,所述第二定位凸起设在所述定位孔内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的气缸组件,其特征在于,所述密封圈进一步包括定位部,所述定位部设在所述环形部的内沿上,所述定位部从所述环形部的内沿向所述环形部的中心延伸,所述定位部上设有所述第二定位凸起和所述定位孔中的所述一者。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的气缸组件,其特征在于,所述弹性件为碟簧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的气缸组件,其特征在于,所述缸体上设有第一安装部和第二安装部,所述压盖包括盖体、第三安装部和第四安装部,所述第三安装部和所述第四安装部与所述盖体相连,其中所述盖体抵靠在所述弹性件上,所述第三安装部通过紧固件与所述第一安装部相连,所述第四安装部通过紧固件与所述第二安装部相连。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的气缸组件,其特征在于,所述第三安装部和所述第四安装部中的每一者为L型,所述第三安装部和所述第四安装部中的每一者的竖直部与所述盖体相连,所述第三安装部的水平部通过紧固件与所述第一安装部相连,所述第四安装部的水平部通过紧固件与所述第二安装部相连。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的气缸组件,其特征在于,所述缸体靠近所述阀组件一端的外周面上设有第一凸起和第二凸起,所述压盖包括盖体、第三安装部和第四安装部,所述第三安装部和所述第四安装部与所述盖体相连,其中所述盖体抵靠在所述弹性件上,所述第三安装部上设有第一卡扣,所述第四安装部上设有第二卡扣,所述第一卡扣卡合在所述第一凸起上,所述第二卡扣卡合在所述第二凸起上,可选地,所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起一体成型为环形的凸缘。
  12. 一种压缩机,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的气缸组件。
