一种ETPU减震中底与橡胶大底一体成型工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:①对橡胶片材依次进行按照实际所需的形状裁切、清洗和烘干处理,得到橡胶大底;②打开发泡成型机的成型模具,并将橡胶大底放置在成型模具的底部位置;③关闭发泡成型机的成型模具,利用上料机往成型模具内橡胶大底的上部进行ETPU颗粒上料,通入水蒸气对ETPU颗粒进行加热,使ETPU颗粒表面呈熔融状态,经压制后,让相邻ETPU颗粒粘结在一起,ETPU颗粒与橡胶大底之间也粘结成型;④冷却、脱模之后,成型得到ETPU减震中底与橡胶大底一体成型的鞋底。
Description
本发明涉及ETPU爆米花发泡成型领域,具体涉及的是一种ETPU减震中底与橡胶大底一体成型工艺。
近年来,超临界发泡材料及其技术在市场上很火爆,尤其是弹性体的超临界发泡,因为其具有高回弹,低密度,成型加工性好等优点,在运动鞋、体育器材以及减震降噪领域具有非常广阔的应用前景。
目前ETPU减震中底,比较常见的方式是爆米花式结构,其成品鞋底一般包括如下几个程序,先是在超临界环境下利用反应釜将TPU粒子发泡成型得到ETPU粒子,再利用ETPU粒子在水蒸气发泡成型模具中熔融粘结,经冷却好得到ETPU减震中底。
为了实现整个鞋垫的耐磨和止滑性能,市场一般都是选择在ETPU减震中底下部刷上一层胶水,再采用人工流水线的方式将橡胶大底贴合到ETPU减震中底下方,以形成整个鞋底产品。
采用人工流水线的方式来粘贴大底,虽然通过培训员工的方式可以一定程度上提高粘贴的质量,再通过诸如品管和质检的管理手段,可以确保产品对外销售的质量,但是随着劳动力成本的日益增长,给企业背上了沉重的人员成本负担,大大降低了企业的市场竞争力。
基于此,本申请人针对上述问题苦心研究,遂有本案产生。
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种ETPU减震中底与橡胶大底一体成型工艺,其省略了ETPU减震中底成型之后与橡胶大底之间的人工粘贴步骤,大大降低成本,提高了企业的市场竞争力。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种ETPU减震中底与橡胶大底一体成型工艺,其中,包括如下步骤:
①对橡胶片材依次进行按照实际所需的形状裁切、清洗和烘干处理,得到橡胶大底;
②打开发泡成型机的成型模具,并将橡胶大底放置在成型模具的底部位置;
③关闭发泡成型机的成型模具,利用上料机往成型模具内橡胶大底的上部进行ETPU颗粒上料,通入水蒸气对ETPU颗粒进行加热,使ETPU颗粒表面呈熔融状态,经压制后,让相邻ETPU颗粒粘结在一起,ETPU颗粒与橡胶大底之间也粘结成型;
④冷却、脱模之后,成型得到ETPU减震中底与橡胶大底一体成型的鞋底。
进一步,所述橡胶大底下部设置有定位凸台,所述成型模具内形成有与所述橡胶大底定位凸台相配合的定位凹槽。
进一步,所述发泡成型机采用立式发泡成型机,所述成型模具具有可上下运动的移模和呈固定状并位于移模下方的固模,所述橡胶大底被放置在所述固模内,所述ETPU颗粒从上往下投入到橡胶大底的上方。
进一步,所述ETPU颗粒的堆积密度为60-120g/l。
进一步,所述ETPU颗粒的堆积密度为60-110g/l。
进一步,所述ETPU颗粒的堆积密度为60-80g/l。
进一步,所述ETPU颗粒为聚醚型ETPU粒子。
采用上述结构后,本发明涉及一种ETPU减震中底与橡胶大底一体成型工艺,市场上并未有将橡胶大底置于ETPU发泡成型设备中进行一体成型,一是现有技术中人们没有想到要这么去操作,没有人实际提出了这种创新思路,本案改变了人们的思维瓶颈;更进一步的原因,主要考虑是ETPU颗粒在水蒸气成型过程中,由于要确保ETPU颗粒呈熔融状态,水蒸气压力要需要达到一定高度,这时也会造成橡胶的烧坏,让整个鞋底产品出现一些劣质产品。
为了让本发明可以解决这一瓶颈,即在ETPU水蒸气一体成型的过程中,水蒸气的温度比较高,常规的橡胶在此环境下容易坏的问题;本发明一是对颗粒进行了选择,即选择堆积密度60-120g/l的ETPU颗粒,由于ETPU颗粒相较于传统的颗粒更轻,其熔接过程中的熔点就更低,水蒸气压力也有一定的下降,如此使得橡胶在ETPU发泡过程中将不会容易烧坏;更进一步地,让所述ETPU颗粒选用聚醚型ETPU,其具有耐水解的特性,也可以进一步降低质量和重量,从而达到更轻的目的;这两个选择是作为发明的核心,此技术问题以及技术方案的来源现有技术均没有公开,正是本发明的核心创新点。
另外,本发明变更了传统ETPU颗粒在发泡成型过程中,整个设备基本采用卧式的缺陷,本发明采用立式机台,可以让带有橡胶大底的模具在进料时,让ETPU颗粒分布地更加均匀,大幅提高整个鞋底产品的质量,这一点也是传统采用卧式机台不可能实现一体成型的一个重要因素,是本发明的一个重要突破。
与现有技术相比,本发明实现了一体成型,大幅降低了粘粘所需要的人力成本,提高了生产效率。
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
本发明涉及的一种ETPU减震中底与橡胶大底一体成型工艺,包括如下步骤:
①对橡胶片材依次进行按照实际所需的形状裁切、清洗和烘干处理,得到橡胶大底;
②打开发泡成型机的成型模具,并将橡胶大底放置在成型模具的底部位置;

为了让橡胶大底和模具之间能充分更佳准确,所述橡胶大底下部设置有定位凸台,所述成型模具内形成有与所述橡胶大底定位凸台相配合的定位凹槽,如此可以让橡胶大底的位置可以更精确,提升整个鞋底产品的一致性。

- 一种ETPU减震中底与橡胶大底一体成型工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:①对橡胶片材依次进行按照实际所需的形状裁切、清洗和烘干处理,得到橡胶大底;②打开发泡成型机的成型模具,并将橡胶大底放置在成型模具的底部位置;③关闭发泡成型机的成型模具,利用上料机往成型模具内橡胶大底的上部进行ETPU颗粒上料,通入水蒸气对ETPU颗粒进行加热,使ETPU颗粒表面呈熔融状态,经压制后,让相邻ETPU颗粒粘结在一起,ETPU颗粒与橡胶大底之间也粘结成型;④冷却、脱模之后,成型得到ETPU减震中底与橡胶大底一体成型的鞋底。
