本文中的吸水倍率是指单位质量或体积的清洁纤维能够吸收的水分与清洁纤维自身的体积或质量的比,这是本领域的公知常识。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明首先利用了滚刷与地面之间的滚动接触,使得地面上的垃圾受到负压吸附作用被处于旋转运动状态的滚刷带起,同时会在滚刷旋转时产生的离心力效应将其传送至对滚刷对应的垃圾收集区内,然而,离心力效应的垃圾定向收集功能较差,会导致较多的垃圾遗漏,为此本发明同时创造性地提出设置与收集入口连接的刮离引导器,刮离引导器与滚刷或地面柔性压力接触,用于将滚刷自身吸收的残留垃圾或地面的残留垃圾刮离并转移至垃圾收集区内,可以显著减少或避免垃圾遗漏,有效提高复合扫拖功能的清洁效果,最终使其易于被大众消费者广泛接受,且带来良好的清洁使用体验;本发明还进一步优选提出设置分别上下方的滚刷刮离引导器和地面刮离引导器,在滚刷的旋转状态下,同时通过滚刷刮离引导器与地面刮离引导器的联动刮离,在地面、滚刷以及垃圾收集区之间形成定向闭环清洁路径,可以最大程度地减少或避免垃圾遗漏。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:请分别参见图1至图13所示,一种清洁设备1,包括安装在壳体上且可与地面进行滚动接触的滚刷2,壳体包括用于安装滚刷2的安装壳体11,安装壳体11由上安装壳体11a和下安装壳体11b安装为一体,下安装壳体11b通过主滚轮组件17a和副滚轮组件17b实现在地面上的位移运动,避免或减少滚刷2与地面的摩擦接触;安装壳体11通过扭转头12与手柄13安装连接为一体;安装壳体11内一体或分体设有垃圾收集区,在本实施例中,垃圾收集区采用垃圾收集盒3,可以直接卡合在安装壳体11上,便于用户的拆卸、垃圾清理以及垃圾盒的清洗等实际操作使用;垃圾收集盒3设有与滚刷2对应设置的收集入口31,通过滚动接触被带起的垃圾在滚刷2的旋转作用下被收集至垃圾收集盒3内;
本申请在实施时,垃圾收集区不局限位于安装壳体11内,在其他实施方式中,本领域技术人员可以根据实际安装需求将垃圾收集区设置在壳体的其他区域,例如:手柄13也可以同时作为壳体的一部分,在手柄13上设置垃圾收集区,这些都是本申请可实施范围。
优选地,在本实施例中,滚刷2包括采用驱动器驱动且可相对旋转地安装在 安装壳体11上的驱动辊2a,驱动辊2a外周包覆有用于与地面柔性接触的柔性滚刷2b,具体地,在本实施例中,驱动辊21采用电机71和皮带轮72组成的驱动器7进行驱动,且驱动辊2a两端分别可拆装地安装在皮带轮输出端以及安装壳体11上,具体安装结构可以采用本领域的常规技术手段;
其中,柔性滚刷2b的材质至少包括两种吸水倍率不相等的清洁纤维,吸水倍率高的清洁纤维主要用于清除地面的液态垃圾,吸水倍率低的清洁纤维主要用于清除地面的固态垃圾;具体在实施应用时,吸水倍率高的清洁纤维可以选择棉质纤维耦或具有类似吸水倍率的纤维,其吸水倍率通常在1.5-3,更优选的吸水倍率为1.5-2;吸水倍率低的清洁纤维可以选择涤纶类纤维,其吸水倍率通常不高于1.5;为了进一步实现更优异的清洁效果,在本实施例中,清洁纤维的绒毛长度范围为15-30mm;吸水倍率低的清洁纤维绒毛比吸水倍率低的清洁纤维绒毛更长,长度差距可以设为1-2mm;
为了利于满足具有各种不同状态垃圾的地面清洁需求,在本实施例中,吸水倍率高的清洁纤维、吸水倍率低的清洁纤维在驱动辊2a上呈交替螺旋状分布;吸水倍率高的清洁纤维与吸水倍率低的清洁纤维在柔性滚刷2b上的分布面积范围为1:0.5-2.5,具体面积比可以根据具体应用清洁需要进行选择,这些不作为对本实施例的限制;在使用时,滚刷2上的各清洁纤维绒毛中的水能够受离心力充分的甩出,不易留下残水;同时在清洁使用完毕后,滚刷2上的清洁纤维绒毛也可以实现快速干燥,不会因为过于潮湿而滋生细菌;
其中,安装壳体11设有与收集入口31连接的1个或多个刮离引导器,刮离引导器与滚刷2或地面柔性压力接触,用于将滚刷2自身吸收的残留垃圾或地面的残留垃圾刮离并转移至垃圾收集盒3内,用于减少或避免垃圾遗漏;
优选地,在本实施例中,安装壳体11设有与收集入口31连接且分别位于上 下方的滚刷刮离引导器4和地面刮离引导器5;其中,滚刷刮离引导器4与滚刷2柔性压力接触,用于将滚刷2自身吸收的残留垃圾或地面的残留垃圾刮离并转移至垃圾收集盒3内;地面刮离引导器5与地面压力接触,用于将地面的残留垃圾刮离并转移至垃圾收集盒3内;在滚刷2的旋转状态下,通过滚刷刮离引导器4与地面刮离引导器5的联动刮离,在地面、滚刷2以及垃圾收集盒3之间形成定向闭环清洁路径,可以实现最大程度地减少或避免垃圾遗漏;
具体优选地,在本实施例中,滚刷2与安装壳体11之间对应配合形成与收集入口31连接的滚刷刮离引导器4,用于刮离滚刷2自身吸收的残留垃圾并转移至垃圾收集盒3内;其中,滚刷刮离引导器4包括位于安装壳体11上且与滚刷2柔性压力接触的滚刷刮板41,滚刷刮板41设有储液空间,该储液空间通过引流路径与垃圾收集盒3连接,在具体实施时,滚刷刮板41呈弧型形状,滚刷刮板41可以与安装壳体11一体连接或分体安装连接,本实施例不做特别限定;
优选地,滚刷刮板41与滚刷2上的清洁纤维呈过盈状态,具体地,滚刷刮板41与短清洁纤维绒毛之间的过盈量为0.5-2mm,当过盈量过大时,易导致滚刷2的清洁纤维绒毛成团,进而无法保证滚刷2清洁纤维的蓬松状态,导致清洁纤维与地面产生间隙,无法有效清理地面垃圾,当过盈量过小,滚刷刮板41与滚刷2清洁纤维之间的接触量过少,刮水效用低;
储液空间包括与引流路径连接的储液引流槽42,储液引流槽42上设有若干刮孔43,通过滚刷刮板41与滚刷2的柔性压力接触,各刮孔将滚刷2自身吸收的残留垃圾刮离转移至储液引流槽42;在其他实施方式中,储液空间也可以包括具有储液腔体的储液腔板(图未示出),储液腔板上设有若干刮孔43,通过滚刷刮板41与滚刷2的柔性压力接触,各刮孔43将滚刷2自身吸收的残留垃圾刮离转移至储水腔板,储液腔板的结构设计可以具有更好的储液效果,避免漏水,当 这也会导致储水腔板会残留液体垃圾,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需求来选择具体实施方案;
在本实施例具体实施时,刮孔43与滚刷2对应设置,刮孔43的直径范围可以设定在0.5-2mm,其形状呈倾斜向下设置,保证向刮孔43流入的水不易返回;引流路径包括位于安装壳体11内的引流槽44,引流槽44的入口与储液引流槽42单侧或两侧连通,且其出口与垃圾收集盒3连通;进一步优选地,滚刷刮板41正对滚刷2的表面分布有多个刮板凸筋,可以进一步提升刮水效率,保证滚刷2清洁纤维的蓬松状态,刮板凸筋的高度可以设置在0.2-1mm;
具体优选地,在本实施例中,滚刷2与安装壳体11之间对应配合形成与收集入口31连接的地面刮离引导器5,用于刮离地面的残留垃圾并通过滚刷2的旋转运动转移至垃圾收集盒3内;其中,地面刮离引导器5包括分别位于安装壳体11上的地面刮条51和引导面52,地面刮条51与地面柔性压力接触,引导面52与收集入口31连接;地面刮条51沿滚刷2方向倾斜延伸,具体在实施时,地面刮条51可以采用橡胶材质刮条,其前端设计呈沿滚刷2方向倾斜延伸的尖劈状,地面刮条51的邵氏A硬度为40-80度,更优选范围为45-70度,可以确保地面刮条51前端与地面接触时,其尖劈状部位产生适当的变形,使其与地面的柔性接触更加紧密,在滚刷2扫过地面上的垃圾后,可以将地面上遗漏的污水水膜向前推挤成团状,通过滚刷2的旋转运动以及与引导面52的引导配合,实现将其收集至垃圾收集盒3中,不会造成清理完成后造成的地面残留水,显著地提升了污水收集率,进而实现了对地面遗漏垃圾的刮离作用;
考虑到用户操作清洁设备在向前推动的过程中,如果地面刮条51无法相对引导面52进行摆动,由于受力面大,特别是会受到地面污水形成的水膜张力,导致地面刮条51的受力中心位于清洁设备1前部,用户向前推动清洁设备1会 较为费劲,为了克服较大的前进阻力,清洁设备1会表现为不明显的一上一下的向前运动,这导致地面刮条51的刮水效果不佳,残留的水膜仍然较厚,为此,本实施例同时提出:将地面刮条51可相对摆动地安装在引导面52上,用于调节地面刮条51与地面进行柔性压力接触的阻力,阻力更小;通过该结构,当向前推动清洁设备1进行清洁时,地面刮条51接触地面的下缘位置会产生受力向后形变,当向后拉动清洁设备1清洁时,地面刮条51接触地面的下缘位置会产生受力会向前形变,受引导面52的限位作用,地面刮条51仍会面对一定压力,便于快速灵活地挤压污水水膜清洁,刮水面充足,显著减少地面液体或水分残留问题,刮水效果好,而且用户清洁轻松便捷;需要说明的是,地面刮条51与引导面52之间可采用直接安装,也可以采用间接安装关系(即两者之间没有直接安装连接关系),只要确保地面刮条51相对引导面52可进行摆动即可,通常可以用于调节地面刮条51与地面进行柔性压力接触的阻力,这些都属于本申请的可实施范围。
在本实施例中,引导面52两端和地面刮条51之间形成集水台53,滚刷在设置柔性滚刷2b过程中,考虑到驱动辊2a两端的安装结构要求,柔性滚刷2b的清洁纤维绒毛无法充满两端,因为清洁纤维绒毛过多会引起清洁设备1两侧发生旋转缠绕,然而这就会导致滚刷2在旋转离心过程中脱出的水在两侧的位置不易受到滚刷2清洁纤维绒毛推挤作用进入垃圾收集盒3的收集入口31,而是会从集水台53的两端发生回流,发生垃圾遗漏问题,为此优选地,在本实施例中,地面刮条51两端分别设有凸起部54,形成位于中部的凹型回流收集区55,通过滚刷2的旋转运动将凹型回流收集区55内的各类固态或液态垃圾甩(转移)至垃圾收集盒3内;本实施例的引导面52也可以被称为离心脱污面,与滚刷2相对设置,由于在地面刮条51的两端设置了凸起部54,形成了两侧高、中间低的凹 型回流收集区55,在工作时,集水台53两端的污水通过凹型回流收集区55向中间聚集,再次被滚刷2清理,从而避免了在清洁设备1两侧形成两道污水痕,提升了清理效果;
在实际进行深度应用时,本申请人发现,当清洁设备用于清洁具有液体垃圾的湿地面时,即便滚刷2通过与滚刷刮板41之间的柔性压力接触来挤压水分,同样都会不可避免地存在污水流向下方滴落而造成污水遗漏;为此优选地,在本实施例中,下安装壳体11b底部设有与引导面52连接的承接导流槽18,承接导流槽18位于滚刷2的下方且与引导面52两侧连接形成闭合型承接导流槽结构,用于承接滚刷2转动时掉落的液滴(包括承接滚刷刮离引导器4与滚刷2柔性压力接触时掉落的液滴),并通过地面刮离引导器5的引导面52将承接导流槽内的污水再次甩至垃圾收集盒3内;
然而由于被收集入垃圾收集盒3的干、湿垃圾处于混合封闭状态,长时间使用后,垃圾收集盒3容易发臭,使用体验差;优先地,在本实施例中,垃圾收集盒3包括呈分隔设置且位于下方的液态垃圾收集区32和位于上方的固态垃圾收集区33,其中,固态垃圾收集区32设有与滚刷2对应设置的收集入口31,且固态垃圾收集区32与液态垃圾收集区33之间设有过滤隔板34;过滤隔板34上设有1排或多排凹槽34a,在凹槽34a内设有若干呈间隔分布的过滤孔34b;在实际使用时,所有垃圾首先通过收集入口31进入固态垃圾收集区32,而液态垃圾会通过过滤孔34b流入液态垃圾收集区33,便于用户的分类垃圾倾倒需求,同时减少或避免干、湿垃圾较长时间混合在一起而导致的发臭问题;
优选地,在本实施例中,固态垃圾收集区32采用设有收集入口31的固态垃圾收集盒体,液态垃圾收集区33采用液态垃圾收集盒体,固态垃圾收集盒体与液态垃圾收集盒体安装连接为一体,其中,固态垃圾收集盒体的底部采用过滤隔 板34,且其盖板35采用可选择性开启的拆装盖板;在实际应用时,用户在倾倒垃圾时可以先取出固态垃圾收集盒体将其收集的干垃圾倾倒在垃圾桶中,再将液态垃圾收集盒体内收集的液态垃圾倾倒在水池中进行排放;
由于清洁设备1通常设有扭转头12,用户在日常使用时可能会整体提起清洁设备1,这样会导致手柄13和安装有滚刷2的安装壳体11呈卧式垂直状,导致垃圾收集盒3的收集入口31处于水平状,位于固态垃圾收集盒体和液态垃圾收集盒体内的各类垃圾可能会漏出或溢出,造成对地面和清洁设备机体的污染;为此优选地,在本实施例中,固态垃圾收集盒体包括位于收集入口31一侧的固态垃圾收集盒侧板33a,固态垃圾收集盒侧板33a设有向固态垃圾收集盒体内部倾斜延伸的固态防溢出限位部33b,固态防溢出限位部33b位于收集入口31的下方;液态垃圾收集盒体包括位于收集入口31一侧的液态垃圾收集盒侧板32a,液态垃圾收集盒侧板32a密封套接在固态垃圾收集盒侧板33a外侧,同时液态垃圾收集盒侧板32a设有向液态垃圾收集盒体内部倾斜延伸的液态防溢出限位部32b,液态防溢出限位部32b位于过滤隔板34的下方,固态防溢出限位部33b和液态防溢出限位部32b具体可以呈现板筋状,可以分别有效避免垃圾从收集入口31溢出或溢流的问题;
为了确保液态垃圾收集盒体和固态垃圾收集盒体之间安装连接强度以及提高安装便利性,在本实施例中,液态垃圾收集盒侧板32a的端部设有位于收集入口31外侧的外延凸台32c,外延凸台32c与收集入口31的下端导向连接;
优选地,在本实施例中,液态垃圾收集盒体的底部设有拖布安装区,在拖布安装区内设置可与地面接触的清洁拖布16;拖布安装区采用凸筋15a形成的限位安装槽15b结构,清洁拖布16的材质采用绒毛纤维,凸筋15a的材质采用橡胶;在本产品使用过程中,经过滚刷2进行地面清洁后的地面残留的极薄水膜可以采 用限位安装槽15b内的清洁拖布16擦拭吸收,使得清洁后的地面可以快速干燥,避免地面过滑导致用户可能的摔倒风险,同时还可以方便用户的取放和清理;在实际维护时,限位安装槽15b四周的橡胶凸筋15a可以作为挤压筋片,其材质的邵氏A硬度为50-100度,便于用户在倾倒湿垃圾后,将液态垃圾收集盒体在水池壁面上下压挤出水分,保持清洁拖布的干燥;优选角度来说,清洁拖布16的材质最好选择其吸水倍率为1.1-1.5的绒布材料,可以保证吸收地面上的残留水膜,同时可避免清洁拖布16吸收过多的水,不易干燥,滋生细菌;
本实施例还提出了一种清洁设备1的喷液器6,安装在清洁设备1的安装壳体11上,喷液器6包括用于存储清洁液体的储液区,储液区具体采用储液盒,储液盒61通过电动泵67(在其他实施例中,也可以为机械泵)将清洁液体选择性喷洒至地面和/或滚刷2上,储液盒61的出口设有与机械泵或电动泵驱动连接的阀体62;机械泵或电动泵通过喷液管路63连接至少1个喷嘴,通过喷嘴将清洁液体喷洒至地面和/或滚刷2上;在本实施例中,储液盒61安装在手柄13上,具体安装在手柄13的前部,喷嘴安装在安装壳体11上;喷液管路63贯穿扭转头12后连接喷嘴;本实施例中的喷液管路63从上方的手柄13引至下方的安装壳体11前端,而不是直接布置在下方的安装壳体11上,便于用户的拆装储液盒61,而且喷液管路63的走线安装呈封闭式结构,不会裸露在外部而容易受到碰撞,同时利于清洁设备1的整体美观性;储液盒61布置在手柄13前部可以促进手柄13重心向前,维持其站立状态,避免了手柄式清洁设备1易倒的风险;
在本实施例中,喷液器6包括用于将清洁液体喷洒至地面的地面喷嘴64以及用于将清洁液体喷洒至滚刷2的滚刷喷嘴(图未示出),喷液管路63包括与地面喷嘴64连接的地面喷液管支路63a和与滚刷喷嘴连接的滚刷管支路(图未示出);通过该结构设计,使得本实施例的清洁设备1在清洁具有包括老抽、番茄 酱等重载垃圾的地面时,可以通过对滚刷喷嘴对滚刷2上的清洁纤维进行润湿,同时并在滚刷2的旋转离心力和滚刷刮板41的作用下,不断去除被污染的滚刷2上的清洁纤维,起到对滚刷2的快速自清洁作用;地面喷嘴64和滚刷喷嘴分别安装在安装壳体11上,其中,地面喷嘴64与地面对应设置,滚刷喷嘴与滚刷2对应设置,地面喷嘴64、滚刷喷嘴分别安装在安装壳体11上;喷液管路63贯穿扭转头后分别连接地面喷嘴64、滚刷喷嘴,也就是说,地面喷嘴64和滚刷喷嘴分别通过喷液管路63与其对应的储液盒61连接;当然地,在其他实施方式中,也可以单独设置地面喷嘴64或滚刷喷嘴,均可以独立实施分别获得积极的效果;在其他实施方式中,地面喷嘴64和滚刷喷嘴也可以根据实际需要选择各自独立的喷液管路和储液盒;
优选地,在本实施例中,位于滚刷2前端的安装壳体11上设有用于插装地面喷嘴64的喷射口66,通过地面喷嘴64将清洁液体(通常为水)喷洒至地面上,避免或减少清洁液体喷射到安装壳体11上;同时滚刷喷嘴安装在安装壳体11上且与滚刷2对应设置,通过滚刷喷嘴将清洁液体喷洒至滚刷2上,用于滚刷2的自清洁;本实施例将地面喷嘴64安装设置于滚刷2前端,距离地面近,高度低,有利于均匀喷射水流,不会导致喷出的水飞溅,弄的地面非常潮湿或喷射在清洁设备1的壳体上,地面喷嘴64呈扁平且倾斜设置,便于水流呈扇面向下喷射,喷射水流更加均匀;具体优选地,将地面喷嘴64设置为倾斜状,其与水平面具有不大于30°的夹角,优选为5-20°,最佳为15°,保证水流的喷射雾化效果更好,且不会喷的过远导致室内的器具被打湿;
在本实施例中,如前部分所述,滚刷2通过电机71和皮带轮72组成的驱动器7可相对旋转地安装在安装壳体11上且可与地面进行滚动接触,其中,电机71具体采用电池73作为供电电源,电机71和电池73分别安装在安装壳体11 两侧,喷液管路63靠近安装有电池73的安装壳体11一侧;喷液管路63通过电池73一侧,而不是电机71一侧,保证了清洁设备1的安全,且能一定程度起到给电池73降温的效果,从而增加电池73的使用寿命;
为了利于喷液管路63在排布时的支撑定型效果,在本实施例中,喷液管路63包括绕设在垃圾收集盒3外周的支撑定型喷液管路段63b,支撑定型喷液管路段63b分别与地面喷液管支路63a、滚刷管支路连接,可以提高简化地面喷液管支路63a、滚刷管支路的结构设计,同时确保各管支路的安装支撑强度。
实施例2:考虑到在清扫工况时,本实施例1中滚刷刮板41与滚刷2上的清洁纤维之间的过盈量过大时,滚刷2上的清洁纤维打湿后变成片状,导致清洁纤维绒毛的容尘量小,不利于对地面上垃圾的清洁效果,而且当清扫工况完成后进行拖地工况时,可以增加本实施例1中滚刷刮板41与滚刷2上的清洁纤维之间的过盈量,清洁纤维上的水可以被滚刷刮板41更大程度地刮出,周而往复地使得地面上的残水水膜基本被清理,解决了地面清洁后迟迟不干的问题,同时还提高了滚刷2上清洁纤维的干燥度,避免细菌滋生后造成对清洁地面的二次污染;因此,本实施例2提出了一种清洁设备1’,其余技术方案同实施例1,区别在于:请进一步参见图14和图15所示,在本实施例2中,滚刷刮板41与安装壳体11分体安装连接,滚刷刮板41与滚刷2之间的间距通过升降运动可调节,实现对滚刷刮板41与滚刷2之间柔性压力接触效果的调节,满足不同清洁工况的清洁需求;其中,在清扫工况时,增加滚刷刮板41与滚刷2之间的间距,利于滚刷2对地面的清扫效果,在拖地工况时,减少滚刷刮板41与滚刷2之间的间距,利于对地面的拖地效果;本实施例2还提出了如下具体结构来实现滚刷刮板41与滚刷2之间的间距调节:
安装壳体11包括分体安装的滚刷盖板11c,滚刷盖板11c内侧设有滚刷刮板41,滚刷盖板11c可相对安装壳体11进行升降运动,通过该升降运动调节滚刷刮 板41与滚刷2之间的间距,实现对滚刷刮板41与滚刷2之间柔性压力接触效果的调节,满足不同清洁工况的清洁需求;具体地,在本实施例中,在滚刷盖板11c与安装壳体11之间安装盖板驱动器8,滚刷盖板11c通过盖板驱动器8可相对安装壳体11进行升降运动,通过该升降运动调节滚刷盖板11c与滚刷2之间的间距;
在本实施例中,盖板驱动器8采用机械驱动器;机械驱动器包括固定安装在滚刷盖板11c下端的限位凸台81,安装壳体11上设有与限位凸台81选择性限位插接的限位滑槽82;限位凸台81设有限位齿81a,限位滑槽82底部设有限位凹槽82a,且限位齿81a与限位凹槽82a之间设有弹簧83;在实际使用时,当向下按压滚刷盖板11c,弹簧83受力压缩,带动限位齿81a向下位移,直至滚刷盖板11c的限位凸台81与限位滑槽82限位插接,同时限位齿81a与限位凹槽82a卡接,此时滚刷刮板41与滚刷2之间的间距减少,此时处于拖地工况;再次向下按压滚刷盖板11c,此时限位凸台81与限位滑槽82不再限位插接,弹簧83复位,同时限位齿81a与限位凹槽82a脱离卡接状态,此时滚刷刮板41与滚刷2之间的间距增加,此时处于清扫工况;通过以上机械驱动器实现的间距调节范围可以为1-3mm,具体可以根据实际清洁需求来具体选择,本实施例对其不做特别限定;在其他实施方式中,盖板驱动器8也可以采用电驱动器或电磁线圈驱动器,只要实现滚刷刮板41与滚刷2之间的间距调节即可,本领域技术人员可以在本技术思路基础上针对盖板驱动器8做出常规技术替换方案,这些替换方案均属于本发明的保护构思范围。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种清洁设备(1),包括安装在壳体上且可与地面进行滚动接触的滚刷(2),其特征在于,所述壳体内一体或分体设有垃圾收集区,所述垃圾收集区设有与所述滚刷(2)对应设置的收集入口(31),通过所述滚动接触被带起的垃圾在所述滚刷(2)的旋转作用下被收集至所述垃圾收集区内;其中,所述壳体设有与所述收集入口(31)连接的1个或多个刮离引导器,所述刮离引导器与滚刷(2)或地面柔性压力接触,用于将滚刷(2)自身吸收的残留垃圾或地面的残留垃圾刮离并转移至所述垃圾收集区内,用于减少或避免垃圾遗漏。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于,所述滚刷(2)与所述壳体之间对应配合形成与所述收集入口(31)连接的滚刷刮离引导器(4),用于刮离滚刷(2)自身吸收的残留垃圾并转移至所述垃圾收集区内;其中,所述滚刷刮离引导器(4)包括位于壳体上且与所述滚刷(2)柔性压力接触的滚刷刮板(41),所述滚刷刮板(41)设有储液空间,该储液空间通过引流路径与所述垃圾收集区连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于,所述滚刷刮离引导器(4)包括位于壳体上且与所述滚刷(2)柔性压力接触的滚刷刮板(41);所述滚刷刮板(41)与所述壳体分体安装连接,所述滚刷刮板(41)与所述滚刷(2)之间的间距通过升降运动可调节,实现对滚刷刮板(41)与所述滚刷(2)之间柔性压力接触效果的调节,满足不同清洁工况的清洁需求;其中,在清扫工况时,增加所述滚刷刮板(41)与所述滚刷(2)之间的间距,利于滚刷(2)对地面的清扫效果,在拖地工况时,减少所述滚刷刮板(41)与所述滚刷(2)之间的间距,利于对地面的拖地效果。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于,所述储液空间包括 与所述引流路径连接的储液引流槽(42),所述储液引流槽(42)上设有若干刮孔,通过所述滚刷刮板(41)与滚刷(2)的柔性压力接触,各所述刮孔将滚刷(2)自身吸收的残留垃圾刮离转移至储液引流槽(42);或所述储液空间包括具有储液腔体的储液腔板,所述储液腔板上设有若干刮孔,通过所述滚刷刮板(41)与滚刷(2)的柔性压力接触,各所述刮孔将滚刷(2)自身吸收的残留垃圾刮离转移至储水腔板。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于,所述滚刷(2)与所述壳体之间对应配合形成与所述收集入口(31)连接的地面刮离引导器(5),用于刮离地面的残留垃圾并通过滚刷(2)的旋转运动转移至所述垃圾收集区内;其中,所述地面刮离引导器(5)包括分别位于壳体上的地面刮条(51)和引导面(52),所述地面刮条(51)与地面柔性压力接触,所述引导面(52)与所述收集入口(31)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于,所述地面刮条(51)沿所述滚刷(2)方向倾斜延伸,同时所述地面刮条(51)相对所述引导面(52)可进行摆动,用于调节所述地面刮条(51)与地面进行柔性压力接触的阻力。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于,所述地面刮条(51)沿所述滚刷(2)方向倾斜延伸,同时所述地面刮条(51)可相对摆动地安装在所述引导面(52)上,用于调节所述地面刮条(51)与地面进行柔性压力接触的阻力。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于,所述引导面(52)两端和所述地面刮条(51)之间形成集水台(53),且所述地面刮条(51)两端分别设有凸起部(54),形成位于中部的凹型回流收集区(55),通过滚刷(2)的旋转运动将凹型回流收集区(55)内的垃圾转移至所述垃圾收集区内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于,所述壳体设有与所述收集入口(31)连接且分别位于上下方的滚刷刮离引导器(4)和地面刮离引导器(5);其中,
    所述滚刷刮离引导器(4)与滚刷(2)柔性压力接触,用于将滚刷(2)自身吸收的残留垃圾或地面的残留垃圾刮离并转移至所述垃圾收集区内;所述地面刮离引导器(5)与地面压力接触,用于将地面的残留垃圾刮离并转移至所述垃圾收集区内;
    在滚刷(2)的旋转状态下,通过所述滚刷刮离引导器(4)与所述地面刮离引导器(5)的联动刮离,在地面、滚刷(2)以及垃圾收集区之间形成定向闭环清洁路径,用于减少或避免垃圾遗漏。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于,所述壳体底部设有与刮离引导器连接的承接导流槽(18),用于承接滚刷(2)转动时掉落的液滴,并通过刮离引导器将承接导流槽(18)内的液体转移至所述垃圾收集区内。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于,所述滚刷(2)包括采用驱动器(7)驱动且可相对旋转地安装在所述壳体上的驱动辊(2a),所述驱动辊(2a)外周包覆有用于与地面柔性接触的柔性滚刷(2b),其中,所述柔性滚刷(2b)的材质至少包括两种吸水倍率不相等的清洁纤维,吸水倍率高的清洁纤维利于清除地面的液态垃圾,吸水倍率低的清洁纤维利于清除地面的固态垃圾。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于,所述清洁纤维的绒毛长度范围为15-30mm。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于,所述垃圾收集区包括呈分隔设置且位于下方的液态垃圾收集区(32)和位于上方的固态垃圾收集区 (33),其中,固态垃圾收集区(32)设有与滚刷(2)对应设置的收集入口(31),且固态垃圾收集区(32)与液态垃圾收集区(33)之间设有过滤隔板(34)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于,所述固态垃圾收集区(32)采用设有收集入口(31)的固态垃圾收集盒体,所述液态垃圾收集区(33)采用液态垃圾收集盒体;其中,所述固态垃圾收集盒体包括位于收集入口(31)一侧的固态垃圾收集盒侧板(33a),所述固态垃圾收集盒侧板(33a)设有向固态垃圾收集盒体内部倾斜延伸的固态防溢出限位部(33b),固态防溢出限位部(33b)位于收集入口(31)的下方。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于,包括喷液器(6);所述喷液器(6)包括用于存储清洁液体的储液区,储液区通过电动泵(67)或机械泵将清洁液体选择性喷洒至地面和/或滚刷(2)上;所述机械泵或电动泵通过喷液管路(63)连接至少1个喷嘴,通过喷嘴将清洁液体喷洒至地面和/或滚刷(2)上。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于,壳体包括用于安装滚刷(2)的安装壳体(11);在滚刷盖板(11c)与安装壳体(11)之间安装盖板驱动器(8),滚刷盖板(11c)通过盖板驱动器(8)可相对安装壳体(11)进行升降运动,通过该升降运动调节滚刷盖板(11c)与滚刷(2)之间的间距;其中,盖板驱动器(8)采用机械驱动器或电驱动器或电磁线圈驱动器。
