  • the present invention relates to the cleaning field, and in particular, to a cleaning device.
  • Cleaning devices are necessary tools in people's daily life. There are many types of cleaning devices, mainly including mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, sweeping robots, etc.
  • An objective of the present invention is to provide a cleaning device, which significantly avoids or reduces waste omission and effectively improves a cleaning effect of a composite sweeping and mopping function through a specific design combination of a roller brush and a cleaning guiding path.
  • the present invention uses the following technical solutions:
  • a cleaning device includes a roller brush mounted on a housing and capable of reaching rolling contact with a ground, where the housing is integrally or separately provided with a waste collection region, the waste collection region is provided with a collection inlet corresponding to the roller brush, and waste brought up by the rolling contact is collected into the waste collection region under a rotating action of the roller brush; and the housing is provided with one or more scraping guides connected to the collection inlet, and each scraping guide reaches flexible pressure contact with the roller brush or the ground, and is configured to scrape off residual waste absorbed by the roller brush or residual waste on the ground and transfer the residual waste to the waste collection region, to reduce or avoid waste omission.
  • the roller brush correspondingly matches the housing to form a roller brush scraping guide connected to the collection inlet, and the roller brush scraping guide is configured to scrape off the residual waste absorbed by the roller brush and transfer the residual waste to the waste collection region; and the roller brush scraping guide includes a roller brush scraper located on the housing and reaching flexible pressure contact with the roller brush, the roller brush scraper is provided with a liquid storage space, and the liquid storage space is connected to the waste collection region through a drainage path.
  • the roller brush scraper is separately mounted and connected to the housing, and a distance between the roller brush scraper and the roller brush is capable of being adjusted through a lifting motion, to adjust a flexible pressure contact effect between the roller brush scraper and the roller brush and meet cleaning requirements under different cleaning conditions; where the distance between the roller brush scraper and the roller brush is increased under a sweeping condition to be beneficial to a ground sweeping effect of the roller brush, and the distance between the roller brush scraper and the roller brush is reduced under a mopping condition to be beneficial to a ground mopping effect.
  • the liquid storage space includes a liquid storage and drainage groove connected to the drainage path, the liquid storage and drainage groove is provided with several scraping holes, and through the flexible pressure contact between the roller brush scraper and the roller brush, each of the scraping holes scrapes off the residual waste absorbed by the roller brush and transfers the residual waste to the liquid storage and drainage groove; or the liquid storage space includes a liquid storage cavity plate with a liquid storage cavity, the liquid storage cavity plate is provided with several scraping holes, and through the flexible pressure contact between the roller brush scraper and the roller brush, each of the scraping holes scrapes off the residual waste absorbed by the roller brush and transfers the residual waste to the water storage cavity plate.

  • the scraping holes 43 each may have a diameter range of 0.5-2 mm, and are inclined downward, to ensure that water flowing into the scraping holes 43 does not easily back flow.
  • the drainage path includes a drainage groove 44 located in the mounting housing 11 , an inlet of the drainage groove 44 communicates with one or two sides of the liquid storage and drainage groove 42 , and an outlet thereof communicates with the waste collection box 3 .
  • a plurality of scraper convex ribs are distributed on a surface that is of the roller brush scraper 41 and that faces the roller brush 2 . Such implementation can further improve water scraping efficiency and ensure the fluffy state of the cleaning fibers of the roller brush 2 .
  • a height of the scraper convex ribs may be set to 0.2-1 mm.
  • the roller brush 2 correspondingly matches the mounting housing 11 to form a ground scraping guide 5 connected to the collection inlet 31 , and the ground scraping guide 5 is configured to scrape off the residual waste on the ground and transfer the residual waste to the waste collection box 3 through a rotary motion of the roller brush 2 .
  • the ground scraping guide 5 includes a ground scraping bar 51 and a guide surface 52 separately located on the mounting housing 11 , the ground scraping bar 51 reaches flexible pressure contact with the ground, and the guide surface 52 is connected to the collection inlet 31 .
  • the ground scraping bar 51 extends obliquely in a direction of the roller brush 2 .
  • the ground scraping bar 51 may be a rubber scraping bar, with a front end designed in a shape of a wedge obliquely extending in the direction of the roller brush 2 .
  • the ground scraping bar 51 has a Shore A hardness of 40-80, more preferably 45-70.
  • Such implementation can ensure that when the front end of the ground scraper bar 51 reaches contact with the ground, the wedge-shaped part is properly deformed to make the flexible contact between the ground scraping bar and the ground closer, and after the roller brush 2 sweeps the waste on the ground, a sewage film left on the ground can be pushed forward into a mass.
  • the sewage is collected into the waste collection box 3 without causing water residue on the ground after the cleaning is completed, to significantly improve a sewage collection rate, thereby achieving an effect of scraping off the waste left on the ground.
  • the cleaning device 1 When the user is pushing the cleaning device forward, if the ground scraping bar 51 cannot swing relative to the guide surface 52 , due to a large stress surface, especially due to tension of a water film formed by the ground sewage, the stress center of the ground scraping bar 51 is located in the front of the cleaning device 1 , and it is relatively difficult for the user to push the cleaning device 1 forward. To overcome relatively high forward resistance, the cleaning device 1 moves forward unobviously up and down, which leads to a poor water scraping effect of the ground scraping bar 51 , and the residual water film is still relatively thick.
  • the ground scraping bar 51 is mounted on the guide surface 52 in a relatively swinging mode, to adjust resistance on flexible pressure contact between the ground scraping bar 51 and the ground, so that the resistance is smaller.
  • ground scraping bar 51 may be directly mounted on the guide surface 52 , or an indirect mounting relationship may be used (i.e., there is no direct mounting and connection relationship between the ground scraping bar 51 and the guide surface 52 ), as long as it is ensured that the ground scraping bar 51 can swing relative to the guide surface 52 .
  • Such implementation usually can be used to adjust the resistance on the flexible pressure contact between the ground scraping bar 51 and the ground.
  • a water collection stand 53 is formed between the ground scraping bar 51 and two ends of the guide surface 52 .
  • fluff of the cleaning fibers of the flexible roller brush 2 b cannot fill the two ends, because excessive fluff of the cleaning fibers may cause rotation and winding on two sides of the cleaning device 1 .
  • two ends of the ground scraping bar 51 each are provided with a protruding portion 54 to form a recessed backflow collection region 55 located in the middle, and various types of solid or liquid waste in the recessed backflow collection region 55 are thrown (transferred) to the waste collection box 3 through the rotary motion of the roller brush 2 .
  • the guide surface 52 of this embodiment may also be referred to as a centrifugal dirt-removing surface, and is arranged opposite to the roller brush 2 . Because the protruding portions 54 are arranged at the two ends of the ground scraping bar 51 , the recessed backflow collection region 55 with two high sides and a low middle is formed. During operation, sewage at the two ends of the water collection stand 53 is gathered toward the middle through the recessed backflow collection region 55 , and is cleaned by the roller brush 2 again, thereby avoiding forming two sewage marks on the two sides of the cleaning device 1 and improving a cleaning effect.
  • the bottom of the lower mounting housing 11 b is provided with a receiving and flow guiding groove 18 connected to the guide surface 52 , the receiving and flow guiding groove 18 is located below the roller brush 2 and is connected to two sides of the guide surface 52 to form a closed receiving and flow guiding groove structure, which is configured to receive liquid drops dropped when the roller brush 2 rotates (including receiving liquid drops dropped when the roller brush scraping guide 4 reaches flexible pressure contact with the roller brush 2 ).
  • the guide surface 52 of the ground scraping guide 5 throws the sewage in the receiving and flow guiding groove into the waste collection box 3 again.
  • the waste collection box 3 includes a lower liquid waste collection region 32 and an upper solid waste collection region 33 that are separated from each other, where the solid waste collection region 32 is provided with the collection inlet 31 corresponding to the roller brush 2 , and a filter partition 34 is arranged between the solid waste collection region 32 and the liquid waste collection region 33 .
  • the filter partition 34 is provided with one or more rows of grooves 34 a , and several filter holes 34 b distributed at intervals are provided in the grooves 34 a .
  • a solid waste collection box with the collection inlet 31 is used in the solid waste collection region 32
  • a liquid waste collection box is used in the liquid waste collection region 33 .
  • the solid waste collection box and the liquid waste collection box are mounted and connected into a whole.
  • the filter partition 34 is used at the bottom of the solid waste collection box
  • a cover plate 35 of the solid waste collection box is a detachable cover plate that can be selectively opened.
  • the user may first take out the solid waste collection box and dump the dry waste collected in the solid waste collection box into a waste bin, and then dump the liquid waste collected in the liquid waste collection box into a pool for discharge.
  • the cleaning device 1 is usually provided with a torsion head 12 , the user may lift the whole cleaning device 1 during daily use.
  • Such implementation causes the handle 13 and the mounting housing 11 with the roller brush 2 to be horizontal and perpendicular, so that the collection inlet 31 of the waste collection box 3 is horizontal, and various types of waste in the solid waste collection box and the liquid waste collection box may leak or overflow, resulting in pollution to the ground and the cleaning device body.
  • the solid waste collection box includes a solid waste collection box side plate 33 a located on a side of the collection inlet 31 , the solid waste collection box side plate 33 a is provided with a solid anti-overflow limiting portion 33 b obliquely extending to the inside of the solid waste collection box, and the solid anti-overflow limiting portion 33 b is located below the collection inlet 31 .
  • the liquid waste collection box includes a liquid waste collection box side plate 32 a located on a side of the collection inlet 31 , and the liquid waste collection box side plate 32 a is hermetically sleeved outside the solid waste collection box side plate 33 a .
  • the liquid waste collection box side plate 32 a is provided with a liquid anti-overflow limiting portion 32 b obliquely extending to the inside of the liquid waste collection box, and the liquid anti-overflow limiting portion 32 b is located below the filter partition 34 .
  • the solid anti-overflow limiting portion 33 b and the liquid anti-overflow limiting portion 32 b may specifically have a shape of a plate rib, and can separately and effectively prevent waste from overflowing from the collection inlet 31 .

  • the bottom of the liquid waste collection box is provided with a mop mounting region, and a cleaning mop 16 that can reach contact with the ground is arranged in the mop mounting region.
  • a structure of a limiting mounting groove 15 b formed by convex ribs 15 a is used in the mop mounting region.
  • the cleaning mop 16 is made of fluff fibers, and the convex ribs 15 a are made of rubber.
  • an extremely thin water film left on the ground after ground cleaning by the roller brush 2 may be wiped out and absorbed by using the cleaning mop 16 in the limiting mounting groove 15 b , so that the cleaned ground can be quickly dried, avoiding a possible risk of falling of the user caused by an excessively slippery ground, and it is convenient for the user to pick, place, and clean the cleaning mop.
  • the rubber convex ribs 15 a around the limiting mounting groove 15 b may be used as squeezing ribs, and have a shore A hardness of 50-100, so that after dumping wet waste, the user can conveniently press the liquid waste collection box on a wall of a water pool to squeeze out water and keep the cleaning mop dry.
  • the cleaning mop 16 is preferably made of a flannelette material with a water absorbency of 1.1-1.5. Such implementation can ensure absorption of the residual water film on the ground, and can prevent the cleaning mop 16 from absorbing excessive water, which causes drying difficulty and bacterial breeding.
  • This embodiment further proposes a liquid sprayer 6 of the cleaning device 1 , which is mounted on the mounting housing 11 of the cleaning device 1 .
  • the liquid sprayer 6 includes a liquid storage region for storing a cleaning liquid, and a liquid storage box is specifically used in the liquid storage region.

  • the mechanical pump or the electric pump is connected to at least one nozzle through a liquid spray pipeline 63 , and the cleaning liquid is sprayed on the ground and/or the roller brush 2 through the nozzle.
  • the liquid storage box 61 is mounted on the handle 13 , specifically in the front of the handle 13 , and the nozzle is mounted on the mounting housing 11 .
  • the liquid spray pipeline 63 runs through the torsion head 12 and then is connected to the nozzle.
  • the liquid spray pipeline 63 is led from the upper handle 13 to a front end of the lower mounting housing 11 , instead of being directly arranged on the lower mounting housing 11 , thereby facilitating disassembly and assembly of the liquid storage box 61 by the user.

  • the liquid spray pipeline 63 includes a supporting and shaping liquid spray pipe section 63 b wound around a periphery of the waste collection box 3 , and the supporting and shaping liquid spray pipe section 63 b is separately connected to the ground liquid spray pipe branch 63 a and the roller brush pipe branch.
  • Such implementation can improve and simplify the structural designs of the ground liquid spray pipe branch 63 a and the roller brush pipe branch, and ensure mounting and supporting strength of each pipe branch.
  • Embodiment 2 when the amount of interference between the roller brush scraper 41 and the cleaning fibers on the roller brush 2 is excessively high under a sweeping condition, the cleaning fibers on the roller brush 2 become flaky after being wetted, leading to a small dust holding capacity of the fluff of the cleaning fibers, which is not beneficial to an effect of cleaning out the waste on the ground. Moreover, when a mopping condition is performed upon completion of the sweeping condition, the amount of interference between the roller brush scraper 41 and the cleaning fibers on the roller brush 2 in Embodiment 1 can be increased.
