技术领域
本发明涉及动力控制系统技术领域,尤其涉及枸杞采摘用行走动力控制系统。
背景技术
枸杞,是茄科、枸杞属植物。枸杞是商品枸杞子、植物宁夏枸杞、中华枸杞等枸杞属物种的统称。人们日常食用和药用的枸杞子多为宁夏枸杞的果实“枸杞子”,且宁夏枸杞是唯一载入《2010年版中国药典》的品种。
当前枸杞采摘多依靠手工采摘,部分地方引入了小型手持式采摘装置,但是不论是手工采摘还是小型手持式采摘装置,都无法满足日益扩大的枸杞种植面积,随着国内人工劳动力的短缺,劳动力成本进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出枸杞采摘用行走动力控制系统。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:枸杞采摘用行走动力控制系统,包括车架,所述车架的上表面呈等腰三角形且贯穿固定连接有三个套筒,所述套筒的内部转动连接有支撑杆,所述套筒的内部顶部固定连接有挡板,所述挡板贯穿支撑杆,所述支撑杆位于套筒内部的一端外表面套设有减震弹簧,所述减震弹簧的一端与挡板的下表面固定连接,所述支撑杆位于套筒内部的一端且靠近套筒底部的位置固定套设有限位活塞,所述弹簧的另一端与限位活塞的上表面固定连接,三个所述支撑杆位于车架底部的一端均固定连接有连接板,三个所述连接板 的内部分别设有通过转轴转动连接的前行走轮、左行走轮和右行走轮,三个所述连接板的外表面一侧均固定连接有安装板,三个所述安装板的下表面均固定连接有液压马达,所述液压马达的输出轴与转轴的一端固定连接,所述连接板的外表面且远离前行走轮的一侧固定连接有横板,所述左行走轮与右行走轮顶部的支撑杆均贯穿车架的顶部,且所述支撑杆位于车架上方的一端外表面均套设固定有第一齿轮,所述车架的上表面且位于左行走轮与右行走轮之间的位置转动连接有转动杆,所述转动杆的外表面套设固定有第二齿轮,所述车架的上表面且位于转动杆两侧的位置分别固定连接有支撑座,两个所述支撑座的内部均贯穿滑动连接有滑杆,所述滑杆的外表面且靠近第一齿轮与第二齿轮的位置均固定连接有齿条,所述车架的内部固定连接振摇装置。

2、该枸杞采摘用行走动力控制系统,通过设置的箴言,装置、弹簧、挡板和限位活塞,在车架行驶到不平路面时,限位活塞和挡板压缩弹簧,从而起到减震作用,使得车架可以处于稳定状态,当枸杞进入振摇装置时,左振刷和右振刷同时摆动,进而对枸杞进行机械化的采摘,减少了人力劳动量并且提高了采摘效率。

齿条21分别与第一齿轮16和第二齿轮18相啮合,是为了让第一齿轮16在第二齿轮18转动时通过齿条21能够同时转动,进而改变车架1的行进方向;安装板12的下表面且位于液压马达13两侧的位置均设有通过螺栓固定连接的隔板23,隔板23是为了保护液压马达13;转动杆17顶端固定连接有转盘24,转盘24是为了便于转动转动杆17;振摇装置22包括安装框25、左振刷26和右振刷27,安装框25固定安装在车架1的内部,左振刷26与右振刷27分别与安装框25的两侧转动连接,是为了可以代替人工采摘,提高对枸杞的采摘效率;横板14的下表面固定连接有制动器15,制动器15的制动端与转轴8的一端固定连接,制动器15是为了对前行走轮9进行制动,避免发生车架1无法停止的情况。
工作原理:在使用枸杞采摘用行走动力控制系统时,启动液压马达13,液压马达13转动带动三个行走轮转动,从而带动车架1移动,当需要转弯时,转动转盘24,转盘24转动带动转动杆17上的第二齿轮18转动,第二齿轮18转动带动两个齿条21移动,从而带动两个第一齿轮16转动,两个第一齿轮16转动带动支撑杆3转动,从而带动左行走轮10和右行走轮11转动,从而改变车架1的行进方向,在车架1行驶到不平路面时,限位活塞6和挡板4压缩弹簧5,从而起到减震作用,使得车架1可以处于稳定状态,当枸杞进入振摇装置22时,左振刷26和右振刷27同时摆动,进而对枸杞进行机械化的采摘,减少了人力劳动量并且提高了采摘效率,大大提高了对枸杞的采摘速度,从而提高了工作效率,节省了大量的人力资源。
