  1. 一种注塑机合模区域使用的安全维修工作平台,包括托架、导柱、压缩弹簧、踏架、踏板以及行程开关,所述托架为矩形,所述导柱设置在所述托架的四个角上,所述压缩弹簧套设在所述导柱上,所述导柱上端设置在所述踏架内,所述踏架下端面与所述压缩弹簧上端抵接,所述踏板设置在所述踏架上,所述行程开关设置在所述踏架与所述托架之间,所述行程开关与所述踏架下端面抵接,所述行程开关与注塑机的主机连接,其特征在于,还包括:
    调节机构,所述调节机构包括折板和升降调节装置,所述折板套设在所述导柱上并与所述压缩弹簧下端抵接,所述升降调节装置控制所述折板在垂直方向移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑机合模区域使用的安全维修工作平台,其特征在于,所述升降调节装置包括调节螺钉、调节螺母以及固定螺钉,所述折板整体呈L型,所述折板一侧套设在所述导柱上,另一侧通过所述固定螺钉与所述托架侧面贴合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种注塑机合模区域使用的安全维修工作平台,其特征在于,所述折板套设在所述导柱的一侧上设置有螺纹孔,所述调节螺钉一端啮合在所述螺纹孔内,所述调节螺母设置在所述调节螺钉上,用于限制所述折板。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种注塑机合模区域使用的安全维修工作平台,其特征在于,所述折板与所述托架贴合的一侧上设置有垂直分布的第一限位槽,所述托架侧面设置有固定孔,所述第一限位槽与所述固定孔连通,所述固定螺钉一端穿过所述第一限位槽卡设在所述固定孔内,所述固定螺钉上设置垫片,所述垫片与所述折板外侧贴合。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种注塑机合模区域使用的安全维修工作平台,其特征在于,所述折板套设在所述导柱的一侧上设置水平分布的第二限位槽,所述导柱活动卡设在所述第二限位槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑机合模区域使用的安全维修工作平台,其特征在于,所述踏架内设置有容腔,所述踏架下端面上设置有安装孔,所述导柱通过所述安装孔设置在所述容腔内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种注塑机合模区域使用的安全维修工作平台,其特征在于,所述踏架上端面上设置有第一限位孔,所述导柱顶面设置第二限位孔,所述第一限位孔与所述第二限位孔连通,所述踏架上设置限位螺钉,所述限位螺钉一端穿过所述第一限位孔卡设在所述第二限位孔内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑机合模区域使用的安全维修工作平台,其特征在于,所述行程开关侧边设置有转臂,所述转臂上端紧贴所述踏架下端面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种注塑机合模区域使用的安全维修工作平台,其特征在于,所述行程开关下方设置垫块,所述垫块一侧与所述托架顶面固定连接,另一侧与所述行程开关底部相接。
