在本实施例中,机架1呈扇形,第一供带槽11和第二供带槽12的进料端平行设置,并在沿着机架1逐渐变窄,从而使得第一供带槽11和第二供带槽12的末端收紧,减少机架1的整体占地面积。

在实际使用时,以供带组为单位,从第一供带槽11和第二供带槽12的进料端分别送入料带,料带从第一供带槽11中经过第三压轮35后到达第一压轮33与主动轮32之间的位置,此时第一气缸39的驱动第一摆臂37转动,使得第一压轮33抵触于料带上并使得料带与主动轮32贴紧,随后供带电机 31驱动主动轮32转动,在摩擦力的作用下完成对第一供带槽11上的送带;同理,第二供带槽12上的送带与第一供带槽11上的送带原理一致,由主动轮32、第二压轮34、第四压轮36、第二气缸30以及第二摆臂38配合完成,只是供带电机31的转动方向相反,在此不再赘述。即在本实施例中,可通过随时切换供带电机31的转动方向以及第一气缸39或第二气缸30的启动,即可完成对第一供带槽11和第二供带槽12上送带的自由切换,操作方便控制精准。
具体的,所述第三压轮35内和第四压轮36内均设有单向轴承(图中未示出),以防止料带在第一供带槽11和第二供带槽12上倒退。
具体的,所述压带机构2包括压带执行器21、螺杆22、螺母23以及折弯板件24,所述压带执行器21设于机架1,所述压带执行器21用于驱动螺杆22带动螺母23升降,所述折弯板件24设于螺母23的一侧;所述折弯板件24设有若干压块27,若干所述压块27均位于多个所述供带组的末端的上方;所述折弯板件24由多根铁板25弯折加工而成,从而形成弯折板件24;所述压块27的数量为两个,两个压块27分别设于折弯板件24的两端,两个压块27前后设置。料带在第一供带槽11和第二供带槽12上送带时,由压带执行器21驱动螺母23的升降,从而使得料带在送带过程中,始终被压块27限制于第一供带槽11或第二供带槽12内,避免发生脱离导致料带损坏或断裂。
