3、通过设置集油框、第二环形槽、环形框、滤网和拉手,滤网可以对圆筒上对纺织线油液浸润时多余的油液进行过滤,确保油液干净,不影响油液的正常使用,且通过拉手可以对将环形框拉出至与第二环形槽内壁分离,便于对滤网上的杂质进行清理;
4、通过设置电动推杆、U型框和海绵板,调节电动推杆带动海绵板对纺织线进行挤压,可以对纺织线上过多的油液进行挤压排出,避免过多的油液低落导致地面脏污,增加工人的清理强度。

参照图1-6,一种纺织线润滑装置,包括底座1,底座1上端固定连接有箱体2,底座1上端通过竖板3对称转动连接有驱动辊4,箱体2上端固定连接有加热箱5,且加热箱5内壁固定连接有加热板6,底座1下端固定连接有储油箱7,储油箱7内底部固定连接有油泵8,油泵8侧壁通过硬质管9与加热箱5上端连通,加热箱5下端固定连接有第一圆环10,第一圆环10内壁滑动连接有圆筒11,圆筒11侧壁均布开设有多个通孔24,圆筒11内壁对称固定连接有多个弹簧12,多个弹簧12远离圆筒11内壁的一端固定连接有呈中空结构的弧形板13,弧形板13远离弹簧12的一侧均布开设有多个导油孔23,第一圆环10上安装有对弧形板13内输入油液的导油装置,箱体2上安装有驱动圆筒11转动的第一驱动装置,箱体2内底部连接有集油框25,且集油框25内底部与储油箱7内顶部连通,集油框25内安装有对纺织线浸润后油液中杂质进行去除的清理装置,箱体2内顶部和内底部对称固定连接有两个电动推杆34,两个电动推杆34活动端固定连接有U型框35,且U型框35内壁固定连接有海绵板36,位于下方的U型框35内底部通过软管37与集油框25连接,进一步的,在不需要对纺织线进行润滑处理时,调节两个电动推杆34使得两个海绵板36之间相互挤压,对海绵板36内存留的油液进行挤出,避免海绵板36上油液过多影响纺织线上过多油液的去除。
导油装置包括固定连接在圆筒11外壁的第二圆环15,第一圆环10内壁开设有第一环形槽14,且第二圆环15侧壁与第一环形槽14内壁滑动连接,第一圆环10内开设有第一环形腔16,第二圆环15内开设有第二环形腔20,第一环形腔16内壁均布开设有多个与第一环形槽14连通的第一出油孔19,所第二环形腔20内壁均布开设有多个与第一出油孔19数量相等的第二出油孔21,第二环形腔20内壁通过导油管22与弧形板13内壁连通。
第一驱动装置包括固定连接在圆筒11外壁的蜗轮29,箱体2内壁转动连接有与蜗轮29啮合的蜗杆30,竖板3上安装驱动蜗杆30转动的第二驱动装置。
清理装置包括滤网28,集油框25内壁开设有第二环形槽26,第二环形槽26内壁滑动连接有环形框27,且滤网28与环形框27内壁固定连接,第二环形槽26一侧内壁与箱体2侧壁连通,环形框27侧壁固定连接有拉手38,且拉手38上套设有橡胶防护套。
第二驱动装置固定连接在竖板3侧壁的电机31,且电机31活动端与驱动辊4同轴固定连接,竖板3侧壁固定连接有与驱动辊4同轴固定连接的主动轮32,蜗杆30一端贯穿箱体2侧壁并固定连接有从动轮33,且主动轮32通过同步带与从动轮33连接。
加热箱5内底部通过进油孔17与第一环形腔16内壁连通,且进油孔17内安装有电磁阀18,便于调节油液流量,以便适用于不同粗细的纺织线使用。
本发明中,将纺织线依次穿过驱动辊4和箱体2侧壁,通过固定连接在储油箱7内底部的油泵8将储油箱7内的油液通过硬质管9泵入加热箱5内,并在固定连接在加热箱5内壁的加热板6上通电生热后对油液进行加温,加快油液的流动性,加热后的油液通过进油孔17流入开设在第一圆环10内的第一环形腔16内,驱动电机31转动,电机31转动带动与其同轴固定连接的驱动辊4转动,带动纺织线移动,同时,驱动辊4转动带动与其同轴固定连接的主动轮32转动,使得主动轮32通过同步带带动从动轮33转动,带动与从动轮33侧壁固定连接的蜗杆30转动,带动与蜗杆30啮合的蜗轮29转动,进而带动与蜗轮29内壁固定的圆筒11转动,圆筒11转动带动与其侧壁固定连接的第二圆环15在第一环形槽14内壁滑动,使得开设在第二环形腔20内壁的第二出油孔21不停的掠过开设在第一环形腔16内壁的第一出油孔19,使得第一环形腔16内的油液通过第一出油孔19和第二出油孔21进入第二环形腔20内,并通过连接在第二环形腔20内壁的导油管22流进弧形板13内,并从开设在弧形板13侧壁的导油孔23流出,使得弧形板13转动对纺织线进行均匀的油液浸润,同时,纺织线上过多的油液通过开设在圆筒11侧壁的通孔24流出至集油框25内,并且在固定连接在环形框27内壁的滤网28上过滤,过滤后的油液重新流入储油箱7内,可以对油液进行循坏使用,调节两个电动推杆34,使得与两个电动推杆34活动端固定连接的U型框35带动海绵板36相对或相向移动,便于对不同粗细的纺织线上多余油液的去除。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种纺织线润滑装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)上端固定连接有箱体(2),所述底座(1)上端通过竖板(3)对称转动连接有驱动辊(4),所述箱体(2)上端固定连接有加热箱(5),且所述加热箱(5)内壁固定连接有加热板(6),所述底座(1)下端固定连接有储油箱(7),所述储油箱(7)内底部固定连接有油泵(8),所述油泵(8)侧壁通过硬质管(9)与加热箱(5)上端连通,所述加热箱(5)下端固定连接有第一圆环(10),所述第一圆环(10)内壁滑动连接有圆筒(11),所述圆筒(11)侧壁均布开设有多个通孔(24),所述圆筒(11)内壁对称固定连接有多个弹簧(12),多个所述弹簧(12)远离圆筒(11)内壁的一端固定连接有呈中空结构的弧形板(13),所述弧形板(13)远离弹簧(12)的一侧均布开设有多个导油孔(23),所述第一圆环(10)上安装有对弧形板(13)内输入油液的导油装置,所述箱体(2)上安装有驱动圆筒(11)转动的第一驱动装置,所述箱体(2)内底部连接有集油框(25),且所述集油框(25)内底部与储油箱(7)内顶部连通,所述集油框(25)内安装有对纺织线浸润后油液中杂质进行去除的清理装置,所述箱体(2)内顶部和内底部对称固定连接有两个电动推杆(34),两个所述电动推杆(34)活动端固定连接有U型框(35),且所述U型框(35)内壁固定连接有海绵板(36),位于所述下方的U型框(35)内底部通过软管(37)与集油框(25)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织线润滑装置,其特征在于,所述导油装置包括固定连接在圆筒(11)外壁的第二圆环(15),所述第一圆环(10)内壁开设有第一环形槽(14),且所述第二圆环(15)侧壁与第一环形槽(14)内壁滑动连接,所述第一圆环(10)内开设有第一环形腔(16),所述第二圆环(15)内开设有第二环形腔(20),所述第一环形腔(16)内壁均布开设有多个与第一环形槽(14)连通的第一出油孔(19),所第二环形腔(20)内壁均布开设有多个与第一出油孔(19)数量相等的第二出油孔(21),所述第二环形腔(20)内壁通过导油管(22)与弧形板(13)内壁连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种纺织线润滑装置,其特征在于,所述第一驱动装置包括固定连接在圆筒(11)外壁的蜗轮(29),所述箱体(2)内壁转动连接有与蜗轮(29)啮合的蜗杆(30),所述竖板(3)上安装驱动蜗杆(30)转动的第二驱动装置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织线润滑装置,其特征在于,所述清理装置包括滤网(28),所述集油框(25)内壁开设有第二环形槽(26),所述第二环形槽(26)内壁滑动连接有环形框(27),且所述滤网(28)与环形框(27)内壁固定连接,所述第二环形槽(26)一侧内壁与箱体(2)侧壁连通,所述环形框(27)侧壁固定连接有拉手(38),且所述拉手(38)上套设有橡胶防护套。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种纺织线润滑装置,其特征在于,所述第二驱动装置固定连接在竖板(3)侧壁的电机(31),且所述电机(31)活动端与驱动辊(4)同轴固定连接,所述竖板(3)侧壁固定连接有与驱动辊(4)同轴固定连接的主动轮(32),所述蜗杆(30)一端贯穿箱体(2)侧壁并固定连接有从动轮(33),且所述主动轮(32)通过同步带与从动轮(33)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种纺织线润滑装置,其特征在于,所述加热箱(5)内底部通过进油孔(17)与第一环形腔(16)内壁连通,且所述进油孔(17)内安装有电磁阀(18)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织线润滑装置,其特征在于,所述底座(1)下端对称固定连接有多个支撑柱,且多个所述支撑柱下端通过螺栓与地面固定连接。
