一种波纹管高效锯切设备 技术领域
本实用新型涉及机械设备,尤其涉及一种波纹管高效锯切设备。
背景技术
现有对管道的锯切通常采用单方向锯切。锯切的效果不理想,主要体现在管道一侧受力,从而受力不平衡,管道局部受力变形,影响锯切质量。刀具的行程较大,走刀时间长。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了波纹管高效锯切设备,设计开发本装置的目的在于:显著的提高刀具对波纹管管道的锯切效率。
本实用新型提供了下述技术方案:一种波纹管高效锯切设备,包括机架面板1、安装于所述机架面板1的锯切组件,所述锯切组件包括第一链轮2、第二链轮3、第三链轮4、第四链轮5、第六带轮6、第七带轮7、电机8,所述电机8通过电机座9与所述机架面板1固定连接,所述电机8的转矩输出端连接电机轴10,所述电机轴10固定连接有所述第二链轮3、第六带轮6,所述第六带轮6与所述第七带轮7带传动连接,所述第七带轮7与所述机架面板1活动连接,所述第三链轮4与所述第七带轮7固定连接,所述第二链轮3通过一号锯链11与所述第一链轮2传动连接,所述第三链轮4通过二号锯链12与所述第四链轮5传动连接,所述第一链轮2、第四链轮5分别与一号摆轴13、二号摆轴14的一端活动连接,所述一号摆轴13、二号摆轴14的另一端分别与波纹管15的两端连接,所述机架面板1开设有弧孔16,所述一号摆轴13、二号摆轴14贯穿于所述弧孔16,所述波纹管15连接气泵。
所述一号摆轴13、二号摆轴14通过轴承与所述弧孔16的孔壁活动连接。
本实用新型的有益效果:待锯切的管道置于一号锯链11与所述二号锯链12之间的平台上,当向波纹管中充气时一号锯链11向所述二号锯链12远离张开,泄气时,第一链轮2和第四链轮5在重力的作用下,产生夹紧,形成双向锯切动作。因此,本装置显著的提高刀具对波纹管管道的锯切效率。

一种波纹管高效锯切设备,包括机架面板1、安装于所述机架面板1的锯切组件,所述锯切组件包括第一链轮2、第二链轮3、第三链轮4、第四链轮5、第六带轮6、第七带轮7、电机8,所述电机8通过电机座9与所述机架面板1焊连接,所述电机8的转矩输出端通过联轴器连接有电机轴10,所述电机轴10焊连接有所述第二链轮3、第六带轮6,所述第六带轮6与所述第七带轮7带传动连接,所述第七带轮7与所述机架面板1通过连接轴活动连接,所述第三链轮4与所述第七带轮7通过中间轴焊连接,从而第六带轮6可带动第七带轮7转动。
所述第二链轮3通过一号锯链11与所述第一链轮2传动连接,所述第三链轮4通过二号锯链12与所述第四链轮5传动连接,第六带轮6、第七带轮7的转动分别带动第一链轮2、第四链轮5转动,一号锯链11、二号锯链12实现走刀运动,达到锯切的目的。
所述第一链轮2、第四链轮5分别与一号摆轴13、二号摆轴14的一端活动连接,所述一号摆轴13、二号摆轴14的另一端分别与波纹管15的两端连接,所述机架面板1开设有弧孔16,所述一号摆轴13、二号摆轴14贯穿于所述弧孔16,所述波纹管15连接气泵。气泵向波纹管15内充放气实现波纹管的伸长与收缩运动,使得第一链轮2和第四链轮5沿着弧孔16双向摆动。待锯切的管道置于一号锯链11与所述二号锯链12之间的平台上,该平台数目为两只,两平台的中间留有缝隙,该缝隙为锯切缝隙,供一号锯链11、二号锯链12走刀。所述一号摆轴13、二号摆轴14通过轴承与所述弧孔16的孔壁活动连接。并且本机架面板1设有大圆孔,提供待锯切的波纹管能放置锯切。

  1. 一种波纹管高效锯切设备,包括机架面板(1)、安装于所述机架面板(1)的锯切组件,其特征在于,所述锯切组件包括第一链轮(2)、第二链轮(3)、第三链轮(4)、第四链轮(5)、第六带轮(6)、第七带轮(7)、电机(8),所述电机(8)通过电机座(9)与所述机架面板(1)固定连接,所述电机(8)的转矩输出端连接电机轴(10),所述电机轴(10)固定连接有所述第二链轮(3)、第六带轮(6),所述第六带轮(6)与所述第七带轮(7)带传动连接,所述第七带轮(7)与所述机架面板(1)活动连接,所述第三链轮(4)与所述第七带轮(7)固定连接,所述第二链轮(3)通过一号锯链(11)与所述第一链轮(2)传动连接,所述第三链轮(4)通过二号锯链(12)与所述第四链轮(5)传动连接,所述第一链轮(2)、第四链轮(5)分别与一号摆轴(13)、二号摆轴(14)的一端活动连接,所述一号摆轴(13)、二号摆轴(14)的另一端分别与波纹管(15)的两端连接,所述机架面板(1)开设有弧孔(16),所述一号摆轴(13)、二号摆轴(14)贯穿于所述弧孔(16),所述波纹管(15)连接气泵。
