Description

一种显示面板以及显示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种显示面板以及显示装置。
背景技术
每一个显示面板设置有唯一的识别图案,该识别图案用于识别显示面板,以将该显示面板与其他显示面板区分开。在显示面板的第一道制程中便需要制作识别图案(Chip ID),以便在后续生产过程中根据该识别图案对各道工序进行管控以及对出货后的产品追踪。
如图1所示,普通边框的显示面板包括显示区域11、非显示区域12以及外引线焊接区13,识别图案14通常设置在外引线焊接区13。
技术问题
然而由于超窄边框的显示面板没有外引线焊接区,使得无法设置识别图案。也即现有技术在减小显示面板的边框的同时,无法对显示面板进行识别。
因此,有必要提供一种显示面板以及显示装置,以解决现有技术所存在的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种显示面板以及显示装置,能够在减小显示面板的边框的同时实现对显示面板的识别。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种显示面板,包括:
显示区域;
非显示区域,设置在所述显示区域外;
公共线区域,位于所述非显示区域内,其中所述公共线区域设置有用于识别所述显示面板的识别图案。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,其包括上述显示面板。
有益效果
本发明的显示面板以及显示装置,包括显示区域;非显示区域,设置在所述显示区域外;公共线区域,位于所述非显示区域内,其中所述公共线区域设置有用于识别所述显示面板的识别图案;由于将识别图案制作在公共线区域,因此可以在减小显示面板边框的同时,便于设置识别图案,进而便于对显示面板进行识别。

本发明的实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如「上」、「下」、「前」、「后」、「左」、「右」、「内」、「外」、「侧面」等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。在图中,结构相似的单元是以相同标号表示。
本申请的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别不同对象,而不是用于描述特定顺序。此外,术语“包括”和“具有”以及它们任何变形,意图在于覆盖不排他的包含。
请参照图2至图6,图2为本发明一实施方式的显示面板的俯视图。
如图2所示,本实施例的显示面板100包括:显示区域20、非显示区域以及公共线区域30。
其中显示区域20用于显示画面,显示区域20包括数据线和扫描线以及由数据线和扫描线限定的多个像素。
非显示区域位于显示区域外。
公共线区域30位于所述非显示区域内,在一实施方式中,所述公共线区域30环绕在所述显示区域20外。当然,可以理解的,在其他实施方式中,公共线区域30也可不环绕所述显示区域20。其中所述公共线区域30设置有识别图案40,其中所述识别图案40用于识别所述显示面板。其中每一个显示面板对应一识别图案,也即每个显示面板具有唯一的识别图案,以将该显示面板与其他显示面板区分开。该识别图案是预先设置好的,也即在制备显示面板之前,已经设置好该识别图案。
在一实施例中,如图3所示,所述公共线区域30包括多条彼此交叉呈网格状的公共线31。也即位于水平或者竖直方向的相邻两个公共线31之间间隔设置。其中与所述识别图案40(图中白色区域)对应的公共线31上设置有第一开口(图中未标出)。也即该第一开口是对所述公共线31进行蚀刻得到的,比如在一实施方式中,可通过激光刻蚀将与所述识别图案40的位置对应的公共线31切除。可以理解的,为了便于区分该识别图案,图中以白色区域进行标示,但并不能对本发明构成限定。
在一实施方式中,其中所述识别图案40包括多个子识别图案41,所述子识别图案41覆盖所述第一开口。也即子识别图案41的面积大于所述第一开口的面积。在一实施方式中,所述子识别图案41的形状为条状,相邻两个所述子识别图案41之间间隔设置;所述子识别图案41与所述开口对应。所述子识别图案41覆盖对应的第一开口,比如每一列的子识别图案41覆盖位于同一列且彼此相邻的多个第一开口;其中每个子识别图案41由位于同一列的第一开口以及该列中的相邻两个水平方向的公共线31之间的间隙组成。可以理解的,子识别图案的形状不限于此,比如在其他实施方式中,该子识别图案的形状为二维码。
在另一实施例中,如图4和图5所示,所述公共线区域30包括多条彼此交叉呈网格状的公共线31和金属块32;所述公共线31与所述金属块32连接;在一实施方式中,为了提高公共线上的信号的稳定性,多条所述公共线31环绕在所述金属块32的四周,也即呈网格状的金属线31环绕在所述金属块32的四周。
其中所述金属块32的设定位置设置有第二开口(图中未标出),所述设定位置与所述识别图案40的位置对应。在一实施方式中,其中所述识别图案40包括多个子识别图案41,所述第二开口的位置与所述子识别图案41的位置对应。也即可将与所述子识别图案41对应的金属块32进行去除,得到第二开口,在一实施方式中,可以通过激光刻蚀将与子识别图案41的位置对应的金属块32去除。可以理解的,设置开口的方式不限于此。
如图6所示,所述公共线区域30包括多个信号接入区域33,信号接入区域33用于向公共线区域30接入公共信号,信号接入区域33设置有与公共线对应的扇出线,信号接入区域33中的扇出线的一端与公共线31连接;另一端与外部的驱动电路连接。
所述识别图案40的位置与所述信号接入区域33的位置不重叠,也即识别图案40设置在信号接入区域33以外的区域中。比如优选地,识别图案40可设置在与信号接入区域33距离较远的区域中,一实施方式中,当信号接入区域33位于公共线区域30的上侧和左侧时,识别图案40可设置在公共线区域30的下侧和右侧,从而避免影响公共信号的接入,提高了信号的稳定性。可以理解的,信号接入区域33的数量不限于此。
可以理解的,本实施例通过在金属线或者金属块上设置开口的方式形成识别图案,使得连续的透光区域形成子识别图案,也即识别图案可由多个透光区域组成,以便被图像识别装置识别出。当然,该透光区域的数量不限于此。由于识别图案由透光区域组成,因此可以提高该区域的开口率,从而避免影响此处的框胶的光固化效果。
在其他实施例中,也可在公共线区域上方制作金属块或者遮光层的方式形成识别图案,也即该识别图案为不透光区域。但是这样会降低该区域的开口率,影响此处的框胶的光固化效果。
为了解决此问题,以上仅是举例说明,识别图案的具体设置方式并不限于此。
由于将识别图案制作在公共线区域,因此可以在减小显示面板边框的同时,便于设置识别图案,进而便于对显示面板进行识别。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,包括上述任意一种显示面板100,此外该显示装置还可包括驱动电路,所述驱动电路用于向显示面板输入驱动信号,以使显示面板显示画面。在一实施方式中,该显示面板可为液晶显示面板。该显示装置可以是显示器、手机、平板电脑、电视机、可穿戴电子设备以及导航显示设备等。
本发明的显示面板以及显示装置,包括显示区域;非显示区域,设置在所述显示区域外;公共线区域,位于所述非显示区域内,其中所述公共线区域设置有用于识别所述显示面板的识别图案;由于将识别图案制作在公共线区域,因此可以在减小显示面板边框的同时,便于设置识别图案,进而便于对显示面板进行识别。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种显示面板,其包括:
    显示区域;
    非显示区域,设置在所述显示区域外;
    公共线区域,位于所述非显示区域内,其中所述公共线区域设置有用于识别所述显示面板的识别图案。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中
    所述识别图案由至少一透光区域组成。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中
    所述公共线区域包括多条彼此交叉呈网格状的公共线;其中与所述识别图案对应的公共线上设置有第一开口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示面板,其中
    其中所述识别图案包括多个子识别图案,所述子识别图案覆盖所述第一开口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示面板,其中
    所述子识别图案的形状为条状,相邻两个所述子识别图案之间间隔设置;所述子识别图案与所述第一开口对应,且所述子识别图案覆盖对应的第一开口。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中
    所述公共线区域包括多条彼此交叉呈网格状的公共线和金属块;所述公共线与所述金属块连接;
    其中所述金属块的设定位置设置有第二开口,所述设定位置与所述识别图案的位置对应。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示面板,其中
    其中所述识别图案包括多个子识别图案,所述第二开口的位置与所述子识别图案的位置对应。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的显示面板,其中
    多条所述公共线环绕在所述金属块的四周。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中
    所述公共线区域包括至少一信号接入区域;所述识别图案的位置与所述信号接入区域的位置不重叠。

    所述信号接入区域用于向所述公共线区域接入公共信号。
  11. 一种显示装置,其包括显示面板,其包括:
    显示区域;
    非显示区域,设置在所述显示区域外;
    公共线区域,位于所述非显示区域内,其中所述公共线区域设置有用于识别所述显示面板的识别图案。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中
    所述识别图案由至少一透光区域组成。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其中
    所述公共线区域包括多条彼此交叉呈网格状的公共线;其中与所述识别图案对应的公共线上设置有第一开口。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中
    其中所述识别图案包括多个子识别图案,所述子识别图案覆盖所述第一开口。
