本发明属于自动化码头技术领域,具体地说,是涉及一种起升钢丝绳更换装置及其控制方法。
背景技术
八绳缠绕结构,如图1所示,为一种自动化轨道吊起升钢丝绳缠绕形式;起升卷筒为八组绳槽卷筒,钢丝绳通过改向滑轮分别连接到吊具上架的四个固定点。钢丝绳在吊具和小车间形成四个独立的三角形,利用三角形的稳定性原理,实现吊具的摇摆控制。
技术问题
但八绳缠绕结构的钢丝绳数目比较多,导致钢丝绳更换工艺比较复杂。传统的更换方式采用卷扬机或者叉车单根绳逐一更换,更换下的旧钢丝绳需要手动搬运至储绳框内不仅污染地面,而且费时费力,需要8名人员更换8小时才能完成,存在更换钢丝绳复杂、安全隐患多、劳动强度高、工作效率低等诸多问题。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种起升钢丝绳更换装置及其控制方法,解决现有更换钢丝绳时存在的上述诸多技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
提出一种起升钢丝绳更换装置,包括:下平台,布设有可拆卸的旧绳存储框、旧绳存储框驱动底座、马达系统、卷扬机和电控系统;所述旧绳存储框驱动底座连接于所述旧绳存储框底部,受所述马达系统的驱动而带动所述旧绳存储框转动;上平台,设置于所述下平台之上,布设有新绳放置框和旧绳引导装置;所述旧绳引导装置位于所述旧绳存储框的上方;其中,所述电控系统用于在换旧绳和换新绳时对所述马达系统和所述卷扬机实施控制。

如图2和图3所示,新绳放置框7包括外框体71和内框体72,内框体72设置于外框体71内,且其中心与外框体71的中心重合,在更换起升钢丝绳时,内框体72作为中心限位,使新绳盘绕着放置在该新绳放置框7中。
如图2所示,旧绳引导装置8包括支架81和引导平台82,该引导平台82固定于支架81上,其上开设有若干导引孔83;该旧绳引导装置8用于在拆卸旧绳时,将卷扬机5的牵引绳从导引孔83穿过,然后连接旧绳,启动卷扬机后,旧绳经旧绳导引装置8的导引被牵拉到旧绳存储框后,即可制动卷扬机5,并将旧绳与牵引绳分离,旧绳可依靠重力落在旧绳存储框3中。

该旧绳存储框3可单独拆卸,方便换绳结束后清理;马达系统4的驱动可实现其0-40r/min的切换速度。
如图2和图3所示,下平台2的两端均架设有门字型的支撑架21,上平台1设置于支撑架21上;且如图4所示,上平台1的宽度小于下平台2的宽度,以实现在俯视方向上上平台1覆盖旧绳存储框3的一部分,露出的部分恰好可以接收旧绳。
在支撑架21的上部对应卷扬机5的位置设置有卷扬机牵引绳引导装置22,如图5所示,该卷扬机牵引绳引导装置22包括第一轨道221、与第一轨道221平行设置的第二轨道222和可滑动的架设在第一轨道221和第二轨道222上的引导部件223,该引导部件223根据卷扬机牵引绳的数量适配。
牵引新绳时,将卷扬机的牵引绳从引导部件223穿过,经八绳缠绕结构上的滑轮绕过后,再牵拉至新绳放置框7,将牵引绳与新绳连接后,启动卷扬机5,从新绳放置框7中将新绳牵引至新绳要缠绕的卷筒处。该卷扬机牵引绳引导装置22中,引导部件223可滑动的设置在两个轨道上,其作用是:当该起升钢丝绳更换装置在地面摆放位置不正时,会造成新绳进入滑轮时导向不正的问题,而引导部件223因为可以调节,起到新绳可以垂直进入八绳缠绕结构的滑轮里。
下面就本发明提出的起升钢丝绳更换装置提出一个具体实施例,对其更换起升钢丝绳的结构和控制加以详细的说明。
本实施例中,下平台2中部设置旧绳存储框3,卷扬机5、马达系统4和电控系统6均布设在旧绳存储框3的两侧、支撑架21之下。卷扬机5为两部,分别布设在两个支撑架21之下,每部卷扬机5能够牵引两根钢丝绳,则本实施例的更换装置可以同时牵引4根钢丝绳,对于八绳缠绕结构中的钢丝绳,只需两次拆旧绳,两次换新绳即可完成更换。
如图6所示的八绳缠绕结构,1#-8#分别为钢丝绳的编号,更换起升钢丝绳时,使用两套本发明提出的起升钢丝绳更换装置,一套放置于吊具的左侧,负责1#、2#、5#和7#四根钢丝绳的更换,另一套放置于吊具的右侧,负责3#、4#、6#和8#四根钢丝绳的更换。
更换过程以左侧更换装置为例,按照如下步骤执行,如图7所示:
步骤S1、将卷扬机的牵引绳穿过旧绳引导装置后与旧绳连接。
将两部卷扬机上的四根牵引绳分别通过旧绳引导装置8的导引孔83与1#、2#、5#和7#四根钢丝绳在卷筒b上的端头连接。
步骤S2、启动卷扬机,以使得牵引绳拉动旧绳。
操作电控系统6的控制面板,启动卷扬机,卷扬机将四根旧绳经过旧绳引导装置8被牵引至旧绳存储框3上面。
步骤S3、旧绳经过旧绳引导装置被引导至旧绳存储框后,制动卷扬机。

在本发明的优选实施例中,可将牵引绳穿过卷扬机牵引绳引导装置后,再搭上改向滑轮a,通过引导孔件的调节,促进新绳能够垂直进入改向滑轮a里。
步骤S6、启动卷扬机,以使得牵引绳拉动新绳直至起升钢丝绳所要缠绕的卷筒处。
卷扬机启动后,牵引绳从新绳放置框内将新绳通过改向滑轮a牵引至卷筒b处。
步骤S7、制动卷扬机。
制动卷扬机后,断开牵引绳与新绳的连接,将新绳连接在卷筒b上,启动卷筒b即可实现新绳的更换。
右侧的更换装置对3#、4#、6#和8#四根钢丝绳的更换方式与上述相同。
上述实施例可同时更换4根钢丝绳,更换过程中钢丝绳自动落至储绳框,更加高效环保,4人4小时即可完成更换,显著提高了更换效率,且降低了人员操作的劳动强度,还能够避免人为更换过程中的安全隐患。
应该指出的是,上述说明并非是对本发明的限制,本发明也并不仅限于上述举例,本技术领域的普通技术人员在本发明的实质范围内所做出的变化、改型、添加或替换,也应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种起升钢丝绳更换装置,其特征在于,包括:
    下平台,布设有可拆卸的旧绳存储框、旧绳存储框驱动底座、马达系统、卷扬机和电控系统;所述旧绳存储框驱动底座连接于所述旧绳存储框底部,受所述马达系统的驱动而带动所述旧绳存储框转动;
    上平台,设置于所述下平台之上,布设有新绳放置框和旧绳引导装置;所述旧绳引导装置位于所述旧绳存储框的上方;
    其中,所述电控系统用于在换旧绳和换新绳时对所述马达系统和所述卷扬机实施控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的起升钢丝绳更换装置,其特征在于,新绳放置框包括:
    外框体;
    内框体,设置于所述外框体内,且其中心与所述外框体的中心重合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的起升钢丝绳更换装置,其特征在于,所述旧绳引导装置包括:
    支架;
    引导平台,固定于所述支架上,其上开设有若干导引孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的起升钢丝绳更换装置,其特征在于,所述下平台两端均架设有门字型的支撑架,所述上平台设置于所述支撑架上;且所述上平台的宽度小于所述下平台的宽度,以实现在俯视方向上所述上平台覆盖所述旧绳存储框的一部分。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的起升钢丝绳更换装置,其特征在于,所述下平台中部设置所述旧绳存储框;所述卷扬机、所述马达系统和所述电控系统布设于所述支撑架下。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的起升钢丝绳更换装置,其特征在于,所述支撑架的上部对应所述卷扬机的位置设置有卷扬机牵引绳引导装置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的起升钢丝绳更换装置,其特征在于,所述卷扬机牵引绳引导装置包括:
    第一轨道;
    第二轨道,与所述第一轨道平行设置;
    引导孔件,可滑动的架设在所述第一轨道和所述第二轨道上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的起升钢丝绳更换装置,其特征在于,所述旧绳存储框的中心设置有限位柱。
  9. 一种起升钢丝绳更换装置的控制方法,应用于如权利要求1-8任一项所述的起升钢丝绳更换装置中,其特征在于,包括:
    将所述卷扬机的牵引绳穿过所述旧绳引导装置后与旧绳连接;
    启动所述卷扬机,以使得所述牵引绳拉动所述旧绳,所述旧绳经过所述旧绳引导装置被引导至所述旧绳存储框后,制动所述卷扬机;
    启动所述马达系统,以驱动所述旧绳存储框驱动底座带动所述旧绳存储框转动,使得所述旧绳盘卷在所述旧绳存储框中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的起升钢丝绳更换装置的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括:
    将所述卷扬机的牵引绳连接所述新绳放置框内的新绳;
    启动所述卷扬机,以使得所述牵引绳拉动所述新绳直至起升钢丝绳所要缠绕的卷筒处后,制动所述卷扬机。
