技术领域
本申请涉及衣物处理设备技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种衣物处理装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,双筒式衣物处理装置的包装结构包括设置在整机上下方的支撑泡沫以及设置在整机四周的防护泡沫,这种包装结构增加了包装后的整机体积,尤其是增加了整机在高度方向上的尺寸,导致运输不稳定,加大了运输难度,并且由于支撑泡沫的强度不高,而整机重量较大,容易将支撑泡沫压坏。
对此,相关技术中存在一种固定方式,其将上下桶通过连接件相连,并设置运输螺杆,将该运输螺杆穿过连接件并与框架相连,从而保证衣物处理装置的稳定运输;然而该方式中,由于衣物处理装置整体重心较高,使得运输螺杆发生变形的概率较大,难以保证安全运输。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种衣物处理装置,所述衣物处理装置运输更稳定、安全。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置,包括:支撑框架;第一衣物处理模块,所述第一衣物处理模块设于所述支撑框架;第二衣物处理模块,所述第二衣物处理模块设于所述支撑框架且位于所述第一衣物处理模块的下方;其中,所述支撑框架上设有可拆卸的运输固定杆,所述运输固定杆与所述第一衣物处理模块的衣物处理筒相连。
本申请的发明人发现,位于下部的第二衣物处理模块由于其重心较低,在运输过程中其发生大范围晃动的概率较低,而位于上部的第一衣物处理装置由于重心较高,其发生大范围晃动的概率较高,因此,根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置,通过在支撑框架上设置运输固定杆,利用运输固定杆可以将位于高位的第一衣物处理模块与支撑框架固定一起,避免重心较高的第一衣物处理模块在运输过程中发生较大晃动而使衣物处理装置发生倾倒或者桶体发生碰撞变形,保证运输过程的安全性和稳定性,运输完毕后可以将运输固定杆拆除,从而保证衣物处理装置可以正常工作。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述第一衣物处理模块与所述第二衣物处理模块相互独立;和/或,所述运输固定杆设于所述支撑框架的顶部且位于所述第一衣物处理模块的所 述衣物处理筒的正上方或斜上方。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述第一衣物处理模块的所述衣物处理筒的外周壁设有安装凸耳,所述运输固定杆穿设于所述安装凸耳。
在一些实施例中,所述安装凸耳的外表面设有第一加强筋,所述第一加强筋与所述第一衣物处理模块的所述衣物处理筒的外周壁相连。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述支撑框架包括位于顶部的连接架,所述运输固定杆的两端与所述连接架相连,所述运输固定杆的中部与所述第一衣物处理模块的所述衣物处理筒相连。
在一些实施例中,所述连接架包括:两个相对布置的顶部横梁;第一上接板,所述第一上接板的两端分别与两个所述顶部横梁的一端相连;第二上接板,所述第二上接板的两端分别与两个所述顶部横梁的另一端相连,所述第一上接板和所述第二上接板中的至少一个与所述运输固定杆相连。
在一些实施例中,所述第一上接板具有第一通孔,所述运输固定杆穿过所述第一通孔且所述运输固定杆的一端具有第一限位部,其中,所述第一上接板的背向所述第二上接板的一侧设有第一弹性垫,所述第一弹性垫位于所述第一限位部与所述第一上接板之间。
在一些示例中,所述第二上接板上安装有支撑件,所述支撑件与所述第一上接板相对布置,所述运输固定杆的一端与所述第一上接板相连,所述运输固定杆的另一端与所述支撑件相连。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面参考图1-图13描述根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100。
如图1-图10所示,根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100包括支撑框架10、第一衣物处理模块30和第二衣物处理模块(未示出),第一衣物处理模块30和第二衣物处理模块均设于支撑框架10,并且第二衣物处理模块位于第一衣物处理模块30的下方。这里的第一衣物处理模块30和第二衣物处理模块中的一个可以为洗衣模块且另一个为干衣模块,也可以两个均为洗衣模块,还可以两个均为干衣模块。
进一步地,支撑框架10上设有可拆卸的运输固定杆40,运输固定杆40与第一衣物处理模块30的衣物处理筒31相连,衣物处理筒31可以为滚筒式结构。衣物处理装置100需要运输时,可以将运输固定杆40固定在支撑框架10上,通过运输固定杆40将支撑框架10和第一衣物处理模块30的衣物处理筒31固定一起,避免重心较高的第一衣物处理模块30在运输过程中发生较大晃动;运输完毕后,将运输固定杆40拆卸下并保存,以便以后长距离移动衣物处理装置100时可以复位使用。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100,通过在支撑框架10上设置运输固定杆40,利用运输固定杆40可以将位于高位的第一衣物处理模块30与支撑框架10固定一起,避免重心较高的第一衣物处理模块30在运输过程中发生较大晃动而使衣物处理装置100发生倾倒或者桶体发生碰撞变形,保证运输过程的安全性和稳定性,运输完毕后可以将运输固定杆40拆除,从而保证衣物处理装置100可以正常工作。
在一些实施例中,第一衣物处理模块与第二衣物处理模块相互独立;本申请所称的 “第一衣物处理模块与所述第二衣物处理模块相互独立”至少包括以下情况:第一衣物处理模块与第二衣物处理模块之间不直接相连,即第一衣物处理模块和第二衣物处理模块之间不存在连接件以将二者直接相连。当然,第一衣物处理模块与第二衣物处理模块之间可以间接相连,如第一衣物处理模块与第二衣物处理模块可以均通过连接组件(如减震杆和/或吊簧等)支撑在支撑框架10上。
在一些实施例中,运输固定杆40设于支撑框架10的顶部,运输固定杆40位于第一衣物处理模块30的衣物处理筒31的正上方,从而将第衣物处理筒31的中上部与支撑框架10的顶部固定一起。
为了避免运输固定杆40占用衣物处理筒31正上方的空间,从而减少衣物处理装置100的整机高度,如图1和图2所示,在另一些实施例中,运输固定杆40设于支撑框架10的顶部,运输固定杆40位于第一衣物处理模块30的衣物处理筒31的斜上方,从而将衣物处理筒31的斜上部与支撑框架10的顶部固定一起,保证运输过程的安全性和稳定性。
根据本申请的一些实施例,第一衣物处理模块30的衣物处理筒31的外周壁设有安装凸耳311,运输固定杆40穿设于安装凸耳311。如图1和图2所示,在本实施例中,安装凸耳311设有安装孔,安装孔的中心轴线沿衣物处理筒31的轴向(如图2所示的前后方向)延伸,运输固定杆40穿过安装孔且与支撑框架10相连,运输固定杆40可以限制第一衣物处理模块30在上下方向和/或左右方向的线性位移,从而保证衣物处理装置100在运输过程中的安全性和稳定性。
如图2所示,在一些实施例中,安装凸耳311的外表面设有第一加强筋32,第一加强筋32与第一衣物处理模块30的衣物处理筒31的外周壁相连,例如,安装凸耳311的前侧表面和后侧表面均设有第一加强筋32,由此可以提高安装凸耳311的结构强度,从而进一步提高衣物处理筒31与支撑框架10的连接可靠性。
如图1至图8所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,支撑框架10包括位于顶部的连接架14,运输固定杆40的两端与连接架14相连,运输固定杆40的中部与第一衣物处理模块30的衣物处理筒31相连,从而提高运输固定杆40的安装可靠性,进而保证衣物处理装置100在运输过程中的安全性和稳定性,并且运输固定杆40的安装方式结构简单、装拆方便。
在一些实施例中,连接架14包括两个顶部横梁141、第一上接板142和第二上接板143,两个顶部横梁141在第一方向(如图1和图8所示的左右方向)上相对布置,第一上接板142和第二上接板143在第二方向(如图1和图8所示的前后方向)上相对布置,第一上接板142的两端(如图1和图8所示的左右两端)分别与两个顶部横梁141的一端(如图1和图8所示的后端)相连,第二上接板143的两端(如图1和图8所示的左右两端)分别与两个顶部横梁141的另一端(如图1和图8所示的前端)相连。
进一步地,第一上接板142和第二上接板143中的至少一个与运输固定杆40相连,即运输固定杆40可以与第一上接板142相连,也可以与第二上接板143相连,还可以 与第一上接板142以及第二上接板143相连,从而方便运输固定杆40的装拆。
如图1和图5所示,在一些实施例中,第一上接板142具有第一通孔1420,运输固定杆40穿过第一通孔1420,并且运输固定杆40的一端具有第一限位部41,其中,第一上接板142的背向第二上接板143的一侧设有第一弹性垫42,第一弹性垫42的至少一部分位于第一限位部41与第一上接板142之间。其中,运输固定杆40可以形成螺杆,第一限位部41形成螺杆的头部。
具体地,在锁紧过程中,第一弹性垫42发生变形,使得第一弹性垫42的一部分位于第一限位部41与第一上接板142之间,第一弹性垫42的另一部分穿设在第一通孔1420内且与第一通孔1420过盈配合,从而起到固定作用,保证运输固定杆40与第一上接板142的连接可靠性。
如图2和图3所示,在一些示例中,第二上接板143上安装有支撑件144,支撑件144与第一上接板142相对布置,运输固定杆40的一端与第一上接板142相连,运输固定杆40的另一端与支撑件144相连。通过在第二上接板143上安装支撑件144,无需在第二上接板143上加工与运输固定杆40的连接结构,简化了第二上接板143的加工工艺,并且可以采用强度较高的材料制造尺寸较小的支撑件144,从而提高运输固定杆40与支撑框架10的连接可靠性,降低了成本。
如图1和图2以及图8和图10所示,在一些示例中,运输固定杆40形成螺杆,支撑件144具有螺纹孔1441,螺纹孔1441与运输固定杆40的另一端螺纹配合。安装和拆卸运输固定杆40时,只需要操作运输固定杆40的一端,将运输固定杆40与支撑件144旋紧和松开即可,操作方便。
如图2-图4所示,在一些示例中,第二上接板143的两端(如图2所示的左右两端)分别与两个顶部横梁141的另一端(如图2所示的前端)的上表面相连,第二上接板143的远离第一上接板142的一侧(如图2所示的第二上接板143的前侧)具有安装翻边1430,安装翻边1430相对于第二上接板143朝上弯折,支撑件144与安装翻边1430相连,结构简单、连接方便。
如图3所示,在一些具体示例中,安装翻边1430和支撑件144分别具有第一穿孔1432,第一紧固件151穿设于安装翻边1430的第一穿孔1432和支撑件144的第一穿孔1432,使得安装翻边1430和支撑件144通过第一紧固件151实现连接。例如,安装翻边1430的第一穿孔1432可以为第一螺纹孔,第一紧固件151形成为与第一穿孔1432螺纹配合的第一螺钉。
在一些具体示例中,安装翻边1430具有第一插接部1431,第一插接部1431朝远离第一上接板142的方向延伸,支撑件144具有第一插孔1442,第一插接部1431插接于第一插孔1442。具体地,如图3所示,第一插接部1431可以形成朝前水平延伸的第一插板,也可以形成先朝前后朝上延伸的第一插板,支撑件144挂设在安装翻边1430,进一步保证二者的连接可靠性。
如图4所示,在一些实施例中,第二上接板143具有第二插接部1433,第二插接部 1433朝下延伸,顶部横梁141具有第二插孔1412,第二插接部1433朝下插接于第二插孔1412,从而保证第二上接板143与顶部横梁141的连接可靠性。
在一些实施例中,第二上接板143和顶部横梁141分别具有第二穿孔1434,第二紧固件152穿设于第二上接板143的第二穿孔1434和顶部横梁141的第二穿孔1434,使得第二上接板143和顶部横梁141通过第二紧固件152实现连接。例如,顶部横梁141的第二穿孔1434可以形成第二螺纹孔,第二紧固件152形成为与第二螺纹孔螺纹配合的第二螺钉。
如图1、图5-图7以及图10所示,在一些实施例中,衣物处理装置100还包括后封门20,后封门20安装于支撑框架10的后部,并且后封门20具有第二通孔21,其中,后封门20上设有可拆卸的运输螺栓50,运输螺栓50穿过第二通孔21,并且运输螺栓50与第一衣物处理模块30的衣物处理筒31螺纹连接。
由此,通过在后封门20上设置运输螺栓50,利用运输螺栓50将位于高位的第一衣物处理模块30与后封门20固定一起,进一步保证运输过程的安全性和稳定性,运输完毕后可以将运输螺栓50拆除,从而保证衣物处理装置100可以正常工作。
如图5和图10-图11所示,在一些示例中,运输螺栓50的一端具有第二限位部51,第二限位部51与第一衣物处理模块30的衣物处理筒31之间设有第二弹性垫52。通过在第二限位部51与衣物处理筒31之间设置第二弹性垫52,可以增大第二限位部51与后封门20的接触面积,防止运输螺栓50压溃后封门20,保证运输螺栓50的安装可靠性。
如图11所示,在一些具体示例中,第二弹性垫52包括第一套筒521和第二套筒522,第一套筒521和第二套筒522沿运输螺栓50的轴向依次相连,第一套筒521的外部尺寸大于第二通孔21的尺寸。安装后,第一套筒521止抵第二通孔21的边沿,第一套筒521位于第二套筒522与第二限位部51之间,第二套筒522的外部尺寸小于或者等于第二通孔21的尺寸,第二套筒522穿过第二通孔21,并且第二套筒522位于第一套筒521与第一衣物处理模块30的衣物处理筒31之间。在锁紧过程中,第二弹性垫52发生变形,第二套筒522与第二通孔21过盈配合,从而起到固定的作用。
如图12和图13所示,第一衣物处理模块30的衣物处理筒31的后端面具有多个间隔布置的固定柱312,固定柱312上设有沿其轴向延伸的固定孔313,运输螺栓50与固定孔313配合,从而实现衣物处理筒31与后封门20的连接。
其中,衣物处理筒31的外表面设有加强结构,从而提高衣物处理筒31的结构强度。具体地,至少一部分加强结构可以设在衣物处理筒31的后端面,加强结构包括沿其周向延伸的周向筋条和沿其径向延伸的径向筋条。
为了保证固定柱312的结构强度,进而保证运输螺栓50的安装可靠性,每个固定柱312的周壁设有多个间隔布置的第二加强筋33,第二加强筋33可以与加强结构相连,即第二加强筋33可以与周向筋条和径向筋条中的至少一种相连。当然,衣物处理筒31的后端面上的加强结构也可以直接与固定柱312的周壁相连。
在一些实施例中,第一上接板142具有第三插接部1422,第三插接部1422朝远离第二上接板143的方向延伸,后封门20具有第三插孔22,第三插接部1422插接于第三插孔22。具体地,如图5和图6所示,第三插接部1422可以形成朝后水平延伸的第三插板,也可以形成先朝后然后朝上延伸的第三插板,后封门20挂设在第一上接板142,进一步保证二者的连接可靠性。
在一些实施例中,第一上接板142和后封门20分别具有第三穿孔1423,第三紧固件153穿过第一上接板142的第三穿孔1423和后封门20的第三穿孔1423,使第一上接板142和后封门20通过第三紧固件153实现连接。例如,后封门20覆盖在第一上接板142的下边沿的外侧,第一上接板142的第三穿孔1423形成第三螺纹孔,第三紧固件153形成与第三螺纹孔螺纹配合的第二螺钉。
如图5和图10所示,在一些实施例中,第一上接板142的两端分别与两个顶部横梁141的一端的后表面相连,第一上接板142的上侧具有连接翻边1421,连接翻边1421朝第二上接板143弯折,连接翻边1421与两个顶部横梁141的一端的上表面相连,结构简单、连接可靠。
在一些示例中,连接翻边1421具有第四插接部1424,第四插接部1424朝下延伸,顶部横梁141具有第四插孔1414,第四插接部1424朝下插接于第四插孔1414,从而保证第一上接板142与顶部横梁141的连接可靠性。
在一些示例中,连接翻边1421和顶部横梁141分别具有第四穿孔1425,第四紧固件154穿设于连接翻边1421的第四穿孔1425和顶部横梁141的第四穿孔1425,使连接翻边1421和顶部横梁141通过第四紧固件154实现连接。例如,顶部横梁141的第四穿孔1425可以为第四螺纹孔,第四紧固件154形成与第四螺纹孔螺纹配合的第四螺钉。
如图1和图8所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,支撑框架10包括方形基座11、四根竖梁和方形连接架14,四根竖梁分别自方形基座11的四个角部向上延伸,每根竖梁的下端与方形基座11相连,方形连接架14与四根竖梁13的上端相连。
其中,四根竖梁分别为第一竖梁121、第二竖梁122、第三竖梁123和第四竖梁124,第一竖梁121、第二竖梁122、第三竖梁123和第四竖梁124分别沿上下方向延伸,第一竖梁121、第二竖梁122、第三竖梁123和第四竖梁124的上端均与方形连接架14相连,第一竖梁121、第二竖梁122、第三竖梁123和第四竖梁124的下端均与基座11相连,整个结构连接方便、结构稳定。
在一些示例中,支撑框架10还包括多个连接横梁13,相邻两个竖梁的中部与连接横梁13的两端连接,进一步提高支撑框架10的结构强度,保证支撑框架10的结构稳定性。
其中,衣物处理筒31可以通过连接组件(例如吊簧)吊装于支撑框架10的上部(例如方形连接架14),衣物处理筒31可以通过减振组件支撑于支撑框架10的中部(例如连接横梁13),保证衣物处理筒31的安装可靠性。
如图1和图5-图7所示,后封门20安装在支撑框架10的后侧,后封门20的左右 两端分别与第三竖梁123、第四竖梁124相连,具体地,后封门20的右端与第三竖梁123可以与固定件相连,后封门20的左端与第四竖梁124也可以与固定件相连,其中,后封门20的左端具有定位孔23,第四竖梁124设有定位卡扣1241,定位卡扣1241与定位孔23配合,从而进一步保证后封门20与支撑框架10的连接可靠性。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    支撑框架;
    第一衣物处理模块,所述第一衣物处理模块设于所述支撑框架;
    第二衣物处理模块,所述第二衣物处理模块设于所述支撑框架且位于所述第一衣物处理模块的下方;
    其中,所述支撑框架上设有可拆卸的运输固定杆,所述运输固定杆与所述第一衣物处理模块的衣物处理筒相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述第一衣物处理模块与所述第二衣物处理模块相互独立;和/或,
    所述运输固定杆设于所述支撑框架的顶部且位于所述第一衣物处理模块的所述衣物处理筒的正上方或斜上方。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述第一衣物处理模块的所述衣物处理筒的外周壁设有固定凸耳,所述运输固定杆穿设于所述固定凸耳。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述固定凸耳的外表面设有第一加强筋,所述第一加强筋与所述第一衣物处理模块的所述衣物处理筒的外周壁相连。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述支撑框架包括位于顶部的连接架,所述运输固定杆的两端与所述连接架相连,所述运输固定杆的中部与所述第一衣物处理模块的所述衣物处理筒相连。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述连接架包括:
    两个相对布置的顶部横梁;
    第一上接板,所述第一上接板的两端分别与两个所述顶部横梁的一端相连;
    第二上接板,所述第二上接板的两端分别与两个所述顶部横梁的另一端相连,所述第一上接板和所述第二上接板中的至少一个与所述运输固定杆相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述第一上接板具有第一通孔,所述运输固定杆穿过所述第一通孔且所述运输固定杆的一端具有第一限位部,
    其中,所述第一上接板的背向所述第二上接板的一侧设有第一弹性垫,所述第一弹性垫位于所述第一限位部与所述第一上接板之间。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述第二上接板上安装有支撑件,所述支撑件与所述第一上接板相对布置,所述运输固定杆的一端与所述第一上接板相连,所述运输固定杆的另一端与所述支撑件相连。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述运输固定杆形成螺杆,所述支撑件具有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔与所述运输固定杆的所述另一端螺纹配合。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述第二上接板的两 端分别与两个所述顶部横梁的另一端的上表面相连,所述第二上接板的远离所述第一上接板的一侧具有朝上弯折的安装翻边,所述支撑件与所述安装翻边相连。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述安装翻边具有朝远离所述第一上接板的方向延伸的第一插接部,所述支撑件具有第一插孔,所述第一插接部插接于所述第一插孔;和/或,所述安装翻边和所述支撑件分别具有第一穿孔,所述安装翻边和所述支撑件通过穿设于所述第一穿孔的第一紧固件实现连接。
  12. 根据权利要求6-11中任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述第二上接板具有朝下延伸的第二插接部,所述顶部横梁具有第二插孔,所述第二插接部插接于所述第二插孔;和/或,所述第二上接板和所述顶部横梁分别具有第二穿孔,所述第二上接板和所述顶部横梁通过穿设于所述第二穿孔的第二紧固件实现连接。
  13. 根据权利要求6-13中任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,还包括后封门,所述后封门安装于所述支撑框架的后部且所述后封门具有第二通孔,
    其中,所述后封门上设有可拆卸的运输螺栓,所述运输螺栓穿过所述第二通孔且所述运输螺栓与所述第一衣物处理模块的所述衣物处理筒螺纹连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述第一上接板具有朝远离所述第二上接板的方向延伸的第三插接部,所述后封门具有第三插孔,所述第三插接部插接于所述第三插孔;和/或,所述第一上接板和所述后封门分别具有第三穿孔,所述第一上接板和所述后封门通过穿设于所述第三穿孔的第三紧固件实现连接。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述第一上接板的两端分别与两个所述顶部横梁的一端的后表面相连,所述第一上接板的上侧具有朝所述第二上接板弯折的连接翻边,所述连接翻边与两个所述顶部横梁的一端的上表面相连。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述连接翻边具有朝下延伸的第四插接部,所述顶部横梁具有第四插孔,所述第四插接部插接于所述第四插孔;和/或,所述连接翻边和所述顶部横梁分别具有第四穿孔,所述连接翻边和所述顶部横梁通过穿设于所述第四穿孔的第四紧固件实现连接。
