相关技术中,电动开收多折伞的开合结构通常包括动滑轮、拉绳、及第一定滑轮,动滑轮设于上巢内,第一定滑轮设于下巢,拉绳的一端设有中棒的远离上巢的一端,拉绳的另一端穿过中棒、并依次绕过动滑轮和第一定滑轮后,固定于上巢。但是,在开合过程中,拉绳往往会出现打滑现象,这影响了电动开收多折伞的使用可靠性。

因此,可以理解的,本申请的技术方案,开合结构30包括设于上巢13内的动滑轮31、拉绳32及设于下巢11的第一定滑轮33,拉绳32的一端设于中棒10的远离上巢13的一端,拉绳32的另一端穿过中棒10,并依次绕过动滑轮31和第一定滑轮33。并且在动滑轮31沿其圆周方向开设容纳槽311,容纳槽311的两相对槽壁均凸设若干凸起313,若干凸起313均沿槽壁的周向间隔分布,且两相对槽壁的凸起313呈交叉设置。这样可以增加拉绳32运动过程中与动滑轮31之间的摩擦力,当拉绳32的两端受力时,拉绳32则会陷入交叉设置的凸起313之间,并呈现弯弯曲曲的蛇状,防止拉绳32打滑现象发生,从而电动开收多折伞100具有较好的使用可靠性。
进一步地,在本申请的一实施例中,容纳槽311的槽壁呈倾斜设置,使得容纳槽311沿其底壁3113至其开口131的方向呈渐扩设置;凸起313的延伸方向与槽壁的倾斜方向一致,且凸起313朝向容纳槽311开口131的端面呈平面设置。
这里容纳槽311的两侧壁3111均呈倾斜设置,便可使得容纳槽311沿其底壁3113至其开口131的方向呈渐扩设置。并且,凸起313的延伸方向与相应槽壁的倾斜方向相一致,这样若干凸起313呈辐射状间隔排列。每一凸起313朝向容纳槽311开口131的端面呈平面设置,这样,当拉绳32一端受力,另一端放松时,拉绳32则会滑出交叉设置的凸起313之间并处于凸起313的端部平面上,由于拉绳32在平面上摩擦力较小,这样可以较为轻松地拉动拉绳32,达到动滑轮31不动时便可手动推开或收回伞100,操作简单且省力。可以理解的,当电池没电电机不转动时,可以实现手开手收的操作。
需要说明的是,这里槽壁的倾斜方向与水平面的夹角的范围为40°~85°,优选为50°~80°,更加优选为60°~70°。在本申请一实施例中,槽壁的倾斜方向与水平面的夹角可为40°、50°、60°、70°、80°、或85°。本申请技术方案中,将槽壁的 倾斜方向与水平面的夹角的范围设置为40°~85°,可使槽壁可对拉绳32起到较佳的限位作用,防止拉绳32在运动的过程中打滑。
在一实施例中,凸起313具有相对的平面端和根端,根端连接于所述容纳槽的底壁;平面端与根部之间的距离范围为0.8mm-1.5mm。也即,凸起313沿容纳槽311的底壁3113至开口的方向的高度为0.8mm、0.9mm、1.0mm、1.2mm或1.5mm。如此的设置,凸起313与槽壁可以有效地对拉绳32起到更好的限位作用,以防止拉绳32在运动过程中出现打滑。
进一步地,相邻交叉设置的两个凸起313的平面端之间的间距大于拉绳32的直径,凸起与相对槽壁之间的距离大于拉绳32的直径。这样的设置,当拉绳32的两端受力时,拉绳32则会较容易地陷入交叉设置的凸起313之间,并呈现弯弯曲曲的蛇状,有效地防止了拉绳32打滑现象发生,从而有效保证电动开收多折伞100具有较好的使用可靠性。
进一步地,凸起313沿容纳槽311的底壁至开口的方向呈渐扩设置。具体地,凸起313的根端与相对的槽壁之间的间距小于平面端与相对槽壁之间的距离,或者是凸起313根端与相邻且交叉设置的凸起的根端之间的距离小于二者平面端之间的距离,如此的设置,当拉绳32生物两端受力时,拉绳32会往动滑轮31的中心轴方向陷入,从而越陷越被拉紧,有效防止拉绳32与动滑轮31打滑。
进一步地,请再次参阅图4,开合结构30还包括第二定滑轮36,第二定滑轮36设于上巢13内,并与第一定滑轮33相对设置,拉绳32的远离伞把15的一端穿过中棒10,并依次绕过动滑轮31、第一定滑轮33及第二定滑轮36后,固定于下巢11。
这里第二定滑轮36和第一定滑轮33一般设置于开合结构30的同一侧,这样拉绳32远离中棒10的一端穿过中棒10,并依次绕过动滑轮31、第一定滑轮33及第二定滑轮36后,固定于下巢11即可。这里设置两个定滑轮和一个动滑轮31,则可使得开合结构30的开合操作更加省力,即伞100的打开或折叠操作更加省力,用户仅需要较小的力便可将伞100打开或闭合。可以理解的,这里动滑轮31一般与电机37传动连接,电机37带动动滑轮31转动,以打开或折叠伞100,由于采用了两个定滑轮,可以使得电机37的驱动力减小,即仅耗费电机37较小的力便可打 开或闭合伞100,这样电机37使用寿命长,工作效率高,耗能较低。
需要说明的是,这里开合结构30还可以包括第三定滑轮,第三定滑轮位于第一定滑轮33和第二定滑轮36之间,这样可以起到导向作用,同时也可进一步使得合结构的开合操作更加省力。
请参阅图5至图8,上巢13的侧壁3111开设有开口131,上巢13的底壁3113开设有与开口131相连通的通孔133,拉绳32的另一端穿过中棒10和通孔133、绕过滑轮、再通过开口131131穿出上巢13、绕过定滑轮后,固定于上巢13。
在本申请一实施例中,请参阅图4,第一定滑轮33固定于下巢11的外表面。上巢13包括外壳,电机37设置有与外壳相适配的齿轮箱381,齿轮箱381的侧表面形成有开口131,且背离电机37的端面开设有通孔133。拉绳32的一端固定于中棒10的远离上巢13的一端,拉绳32的另一端穿过中棒10、通过开口131和通孔133伸入上巢13的外壳内,绕过第一定滑轮33后,再固定于上巢13。这样,下巢11可通过动滑轮31、第一定滑轮33及拉绳32相对于上巢13移动,从而打开或折叠伞100。
进一步地,请参阅图5至图9,开合结构30还包括第一齿轮315、与第一齿轮315相啮合的蜗杆34、及电机37,第一齿轮315套设于滑轮的连接杆314上,电机37与蜗杆34连接。
具体地,第一齿轮315与动滑轮31同轴设置,蜗杆34与第一齿轮315的轴向相垂直设置。
本申请技术方案中,第一齿轮315套设于动滑轮31的连接杆314上,使得第一齿轮315与动滑轮31连接,第一齿轮315与蜗杆34啮合,由于蜗杆34与电机37连接,当电机37驱动蜗杆34正转或反转时,可一并带动滑轮31也正转或反转,进而通过拉绳32和定滑轮带动下巢11沿靠近或远离上巢13的方向移动,从而打开或折叠伞100。
进一步地,请参阅图7、图9及图10,开合结构30还包括第二齿轮35和与电机37连接的变速齿轮组38,变速齿轮组38与第二齿轮35传动连接连接。
这里第二齿轮35与蜗杆34同轴设置。变速齿轮组38可以用来调节第二齿轮35的转动速度,进而调节蜗杆34、第一齿轮315、动滑轮31、第一定滑轮33、第二定 滑轮36、拉绳32及下巢11的运动速度,进而调节开伞100或关伞100的速度。
需要说明的是,变速齿轮组38为多个相互啮合连接的齿轮,变速齿轮组38放置于齿轮箱381内,请参阅图10,变速齿轮组38为相啮合连接的四级变速齿轮,并与第二齿轮35传动连接,使得变速齿轮组38调节第二齿轮35的转动速度。变速齿轮组38与电机37连接,这样使得电机37可通过变速齿轮组38来第二齿轮35的转动速度。可以理解的,这里开合结构30构成了开合结构,用于调节开伞100或关伞100的速度。
本申请还提出一种中棒10,所述中棒10包括上巢13、下巢11、及所述开合结构30。
由于该中棒10采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
请参阅图1,中棒10还包括按座16和伞把15,按座16设于中棒10远离上巢13的一端,伞把15可拆卸地连接于按座16。这里伞把15的设置,方便于用户握持。伞把15与按座16的可拆卸连接方式可以为螺钉连接、卡扣连接或其他合理且有效的连接方式。
请参阅图2和图3,中棒10还包括控制组件50,控制组件50包括设于按座上的按钮51、设于按座内的线路板52、设于线路板52上的开关53和两端子57,按钮51能够与开关53相触碰。
这里按钮51包括开伞按钮511和收伞按钮513,开伞按钮511和收伞按钮513均设于伞把15靠近上巢13的一端,开伞按钮511位于收伞按钮513和下巢11之间。当然地,收伞按钮513和开伞按钮511也可设于伞把15的其他区域。
可以理解的,在需要开伞100时,按下所述开伞按钮511,以触碰所述开伞开关531,进而接通电路,使得所述电机37正转,以带动蜗杆34、第一齿轮315、动滑轮31、第一定滑轮33、第二定滑轮36及拉绳32运动,使得下巢11于中棒10上沿靠近所述上巢13的方向运动,达到开伞100的目的;在需要收伞100时,按下所述收伞按钮513,以触碰所述收伞开关533,进而接通电路,使得电机37反转,以带动蜗杆34、第一齿轮315、动滑轮31、第一定滑轮33、第二定滑轮36及拉绳32运动,使得下巢11于中棒10上沿远离所述上巢13的方向运动,达到收伞100 的目的。
进一步地,控制组件50还包括弹簧式电线56,弹簧式电线56的一端穿过中棒10与电机37连接,弹簧式电线56的另一端与线路板52上的一端子57连接。
这里弹簧式电线56具有类似弹簧17的结构,使得在收伞100、开伞100的过程中,弹簧式电线56不会受到损害,提高该电线的使用寿命。线路板52上设有二端子57,其中一端子57与弹簧式电线56的一端连接,该弹簧式电线56的另一端穿过中棒10与电机37连接,从而形成一完整的电路。电池可通过线路板52、端子57及弹簧式电线56与电机37连接,为电机37的正转和反转提供动力。
本申请的技术方案中,请参阅图2和图3,伞把15包括壳体,壳体内形成有收容空间,收容空间内收容有电路板55和与电路板55电连接的电池59,电路板55的一端形成有输出端口551,线路板52设置有输入端口58,输入端口58与输出端口551电连接。
这里输出端口551一般设置于电路板55靠近按座16的一端,这样可以方便于输出端口551与按座16内线路板52的输入接口58连接。由于电路板55与电池59连接,则可使得电池59为电路板55供电,且通过输出端口551为线路板52供电。
可以理解的,伞把15可通过按座16与中棒10可拆卸地连接,使得在需要对收容空间内的电路板55和电池59进行检修时,只需要拆下该伞把15即可取出该电路板55和电池59,使得应用该伞把15的伞100具有方便检修的优点。另外,当电池59出现充电充不满或者电池不耐用的现象时,可轻易地取出电池59来进行更换。进一步地,由于伞把15可轻易地从中棒10上拆卸出来,使得可于该伞把15内设置电子元件,如:添加设照明、加设蓝牙防丢失、加设MP3等等。以使该伞100具有较多的功能。
进一步地,壳体还开设有连通收容空间的显露孔151,电路板55还形成有充电端口552,充电端口552由所述显露孔151显露,用以为电池充电。这样可方便用户使用。
进一步地,电路板55上还设有电路组件553,电路组件553包括充电集成电路、超载断电集成电路、及电量不足预警指示集成电路。
这里充电集成电路可用于对电池进行充电,超载断电集成电路可用于在电池充 电完成后,停止对电池进行充电,以提高对电池进行充电的安全性。电量不足预警指示集成电路可用于在电量不足时进行提示。
本申请的技术方案,中棒10包括外管60、至少一中管和内管80,所述内管80、至少一中管和外管60由内至外依次可滑动地套接,按座16固定于内管80一端,下巢11可滑动地套设于外管60的外周壁,上巢13设于外管60的远离按座16的一端。如此的设置,中管可滑动地容纳于外管60中,内管80可滑动地容纳于中管中,使得伞100具有可收缩的功能,方便用户的携带和使用。
进一步地,这里中棒10为中空结构,内部形成有容纳空间12,中棒10内还设有弹簧17,弹簧17容纳于内管中,弹簧17的一端设于外管60的顶管,弹簧17的另一端伸入伞把15内。可以理解的,弹簧式电线56和部分拉绳32贯穿弹簧17。
可以理解的,本申请一实施例中,按座16固定于内管80远离上巢13的一端,下巢11可滑动地套接于外管60的外周壁,上巢13固定于外管60的背离按座16的一端,当按下开伞按钮511时,依靠中棒10内的所述弹簧17的弹力将外管、至少一中管和内管80弹伸开,下巢11在拉绳32的带动下沿着外管的外周壁滑动而与所述上巢13抵接,完成开伞100的运动。
请参阅图11,上巢11包括可拆卸连接的主体部135和蜂巢部136,主体部135背离蜂巢部136的一端形成有插接端1352,所述插接端1352插接于外管60的远离按座16的一端。
具体地,主体部135是中空结构,内部用于容纳开合结构30,主体部135靠外管136一端设置插接端1352,插接端1352与外管60的内径形状匹配,插接端1352及外管60对应开设通孔,销钉插入对应通孔内,将上巢主体部135与外管60及齿轮箱固定连接。主体部135朝向蜂巢部136的一端设有卡位1351,蜂巢部136设与卡位1351相匹配的卡槽1361,卡位1351卡接于卡槽1361内便可实现主体部135和蜂巢部136的可拆卸连接。这里卡位1351和卡槽1361对应设置有多个,以加强二者的连接稳固性。
进一步地,蜂巢部136按其周向开设有与卡槽1361相连通的铁线容纳槽,当开合结构30插入上巢主体部135、蜂巢部136的卡槽1361与卡位1351组合,通过铁线装入铁线容纳槽后将上巢主体部135与蜂巢部136捆紧,使得上巢主体部135与 蜂巢部136固定连接。
请参阅图12,内管80靠近伞把15的一端设有限位槽81,并设置有与内管80内径相匹配的固定塞90,固定塞90设与限位槽81相匹配的弹性卡位91,并设有销钉通孔,采用销钉配合固定连接。组装后,弹簧17置于中棒10内,其一端顶在上巢主体部135之插接端1352的端面,另一端顶在固定塞90靠近上巢13的端面,固定塞90的弹性卡位91卡入内管80的限位槽81内将弹簧17一端固定。
请参阅图13至图18,弹簧式电线56靠近伞把15的一端设置有一端子,这里弹簧式电线56由两芯的铜线外包胶所制成的弹簧形状的电线。为了固定弹簧式电线56的两端,分别设置有一内管内胶塞82及上巢上胶塞137,内胶塞82的直径与内管固定塞90的内径相匹配,并均设有一销钉通孔,采用销钉与销钉通孔的配合进行固定连接。内胶塞82设置有相连通的电线过道822、拉绳过道823及容纳槽821,组装时电线穿过内胶塞82的电线过道822并在容纳槽821绕一圈后穿出内胶塞82并与按钮开关线路板52的端口电连接,拉绳32的一端设置卡结,通过内胶塞82的拉绳过道823并通过容纳槽821内的已绕成一圈的电线中心,拉绳卡结压紧电线,可以有效防止电线松脱,同时起到了对拉绳32一端固定的作用。
请参阅图18,按座16开设有一个销钉孔,采用销钉穿过按座16、内管80、固定塞90及内胶塞82,以将他们固定在内管80上。
进一步地,为了避免弹簧式电线56在收合时被弹簧夹住的现像,在弹簧与弹簧式电线56之间设置有不锈钢管,不锈钢管的内径大于弹簧式电线56的外径而外径小于弹簧17的内径,不锈钢管靠近上巢13的端设置有销钉通孔,上胶塞137与不锈钢管的尺寸相匹配,并对应设有销钉通孔,齿轮箱381靠外管一端设置一延伸端、延伸端插入上巢主体部135内,且延伸端设一通孔,销钉分别穿过外管60、上巢主体部135、齿轮箱381、不锈钢管及上胶塞137,将他们一起固定在外管60上。上胶塞137靠近上巢13的一端设有电线卡槽1371,电线卡槽1371呈7字形,上胶塞137设有电线过道和拉绳过道823,弹簧式电线56的另一端穿过上胶塞电线过道并卡入电线卡槽1371后与电机37电连接,而拉绳另一端穿过弹簧式电线56和上胶塞137的拉绳过道823后依次绕过动滑轮31、第一定滑轮33及第二定滑轮36,并固定于下巢11。
本申请还提供一种伞100。伞100包括中棒10。一般地,这里伞100为电动开收多折伞100。由于该伞100采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
请再次参阅图1,伞100还包括伞骨组件70,伞骨组件70包括第一伞骨71、第二伞骨72及拉簧73,第一伞骨71的一端连接于上巢13,第二伞骨72的一端连接下巢11,第二伞骨72的另一端可滑动地与第一伞骨71连接,拉簧73的两端分别连接于第一伞骨71和第二伞骨72。
在一实施例中,第一伞骨71为多折的第一伞骨71,使得所述伞100为可折叠的多折伞100,体积上更加小巧,外形上更为美观,也更方便用户的携带和使用。
本申请技术方案中,所述第一伞骨71的一端连接于上巢13,第二伞骨72的一端连接于下巢11,第二伞骨72的另一端可滑动地与第一伞骨71连接,拉簧73两端分别连接所述第一伞骨71和第二伞骨72。当按下所述收伞按钮513后,所述拉绳32拉动中棒10远离上巢13的一端,即,使内管和中管向靠近上巢13的方向移动,以使内管、中管及外管由内到外依次套设,同时,所述下巢11依靠所述拉簧73的拉力能将所述第一伞骨71和第二伞骨72向内收回而使得所述下巢11向所述把手方向运动,进而达到收伞100的目的。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种开合结构,应用于伞的打开或折叠,所述伞包括中棒、设于所述中棒一端的上巢及可滑动地套设于所述中棒另一端的下巢,其中,所述开合结构包括设于所述上巢内的动滑轮、拉绳及设于所述下巢的第一定滑轮,所述拉绳的一端设于所述中棒的远离所述上巢的一端,所述拉绳的另一端穿过所述中棒,并依次绕过所述动滑轮和第一定滑轮,所述动滑轮沿其圆周方向开设有容纳槽,所述容纳槽的两相对槽壁均凸设有若干凸起,若干所述凸起均沿所述槽壁的周向间隔分布,且两相对槽壁的凸起呈交叉设置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的开合结构,其中,所述容纳槽的槽壁呈倾斜设置,使得所述容纳槽沿其底壁至其开口的方向呈渐扩设置;所述凸起的延伸方向与所述槽壁的倾斜方向一致,且所述凸起朝向所述容纳槽开口的端面呈平面设置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的开合结构,其中,所述凸起具有相对的平面端和根端,所述根端连接于所述容纳槽的底壁;
    所述平面端与所述根部之间的距离范围为0.8mm-1.5mm;
    且/或,相邻交叉设置的两个凸起的平面端之间的间距大于所述拉绳的直径,所述凸起与相对槽壁之间的距离大于所述拉绳的直径。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的开合结构,其中,所述凸起沿所述容纳槽的底壁至开口的方向呈渐扩设置。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的开合结构,其中,所述开合结构还包括第二定滑轮,所述第二定滑轮设于所述上巢内,并与所述第一定滑轮相对设置,所述拉绳的远离所述伞把的一端穿过所述中棒,并依次绕过所述动滑轮、所述第一定滑轮及所述第二定滑轮后,固定于所述下巢。
  6. 如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的开合结构,其中,所述开合结构还包括第一齿轮、与所述第一齿轮相啮合的蜗杆、及电机,所述 第一齿轮套设于所述动滑轮的连接杆上,所述电机与所述蜗杆传动连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的开合结构,其中,所述开合结构还包括第二齿轮和与电机连接的变速齿轮组,所述第二齿轮与所述蜗杆连接,所述变速齿轮组与所述第二齿轮传动连接。
  8. 一种中棒,其中,所述中棒包括上巢、下巢、及如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的开合结构。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的中棒,其中,所述中棒还包括按座和伞把,所述按座设于所述中棒远离所述上巢的一端,所述伞把可拆卸地连接于所述按座;
    所述中棒还包括控制组件,所述控制组件包括设于所述按座上的按钮、设于所述按座内的线路板、设于所述线路板上的开关和两端子,所述按钮能够与开关相触碰。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的中棒,其中,所述控制组件还包括弹簧式电线,所述弹簧式电线的一端穿过所述中棒与电机连接,所述弹簧式电线的另一端与所述线路板上的一端子连接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的中棒,其中,所述伞把包括壳体,所述壳体内形成有收容空间,所述收容空间内收容有电路板和与所述电路板电连接的电池;
    所述电路板的一端形成有输出端口,所述线路板设置有输入端口,所述输入端口与所述输出端口电连接;且/或,
    壳体还开设有连通所述收容空间的显露孔,所述电路板还形成有充电端口,所述充电端口由所述显露孔显露,用以为电池充电;且/或,
    所述电路板上还设有电路组件,所述电路组件包括充电集成电路、超载断电集成电路、及电量不足预警指示集成电路。
  12. 如权利要求9至11中任一项所述的中棒,其中,所述中棒包括外管、至少一中管及内管,所述内管、至少一中管及所述外管由内至 外依次可滑动套接,所述按座固定于所述内管的一端,所述下巢可滑动地套设于所述外管的外周壁,所述上巢设于所述外管的远离所述按座的一端。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的中棒,其中,所述上巢包括可拆卸连接的主体部和蜂巢部,所述主体部背离所述蜂巢部的一端形成有插接端,所述插接端插接于所述外管的远离所述按座的一端。
  14. 一种伞,其中,所述伞包括如权利要求8至13中任一项所述的中棒。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的伞,其中,所述伞还包括伞骨组件,所述伞骨组件包括第一伞骨、第二伞骨及拉簧,所述第一伞骨的一端连接于所述上巢,所述第二伞骨的一端连接于所述下巢,所述第二伞骨的另一端可滑动地与所述第一伞骨连接,所述拉簧的两端分别连接于所述第一伞骨和所述第二伞骨。
