本发明公开了一种带缓冲架的抛投无人机,包括具有机架的无人机本体,还包括抛投器和缓冲架,所述抛投器和缓冲架均固定连接在机架的底面上,且缓冲架的底面置于抛投器底面的下方。本发明结构简单,可以实现高空抛物,使用方便,结构便于实现,使用效果好。本发明将无人机的起落架与缓冲做成一体,在不占用空间的同时,保证好的缓冲效果,结构简单,设计合理,在无人机下落时,无人机的自重压在缓冲杆上,缓冲杆压缩弹簧起到缓冲作用。在起飞时,弹簧回弹,可以给无人机一个作用力,方便无人机起飞。

Description

一种带缓冲架的抛投无人机 技术领域:
本发明涉及一种带缓冲架的抛投无人机。
背景技术:
现有的无人机在落地时由于受到惯性的作用会产生强烈的震动,长时间如此会造成无人机零件受损变形或零件松动脱落。目前市面上的无人机会配备缓冲结构,现有的无人机缓冲普遍是在无人机机架上设置橡胶垫,橡胶垫包裹在无人家的起落架上,该中缓冲结构缓冲效果差,使用不理想。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种带缓冲架的抛投无人机。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种带缓冲架的抛投无人机,包括具有机架的无人机本体,还包括抛投器和缓冲架,所述抛投器和缓冲架均固定连接在机架的底面上,且缓冲架的底面置于抛投器底面的下方;
所述抛投器包括安装板、电机、驱动臂、连接杆、开关杆和抛投块,所述安装板固定连接在机架上,抛投块和电机固定连接在安装板上,在抛投块上设有一个插接槽和若干个开关槽,开关槽竖直向下设置,插接槽水平设置,开关杆插接在抛投块的插接槽内,且开关杆将开关槽封闭;连接杆的一端与开关杆相铰接,另一端与驱动臂相铰接,驱动臂与电机的输出轴相铰接;
所述缓冲架包括导杆、滑块、安装块、弹簧、缓冲杆和连接杆,若干根导杆固定连接在机架的底面上,且导杆呈轮辐状布置,在每根导杆上设置一个安装块和两个滑块,安装块固定连接在导杆上,滑块滑动插接在导杆上,两滑块置于安装块的两侧,在每侧的滑块的两端均设置一弹簧,所有的所述弹簧均套设在导杆上;缓冲杆倾斜固定连接在安装块上,在缓冲杆上铰接两根连接杆,两根连接杆对应铰接在两滑块上。
进一步地,所述缓冲杆的底端转动连接有滚轮。
进一步地,所述导杆的两端设有限位凸起,限位凸起与机架固定连接。
进一步地,所述缓冲杆在机架本体上向外倾斜,且倾斜的角度为20-35°。
进一步地,所述缓冲杆上套设有橡胶套。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明结构简单,可以实现高空抛物,使用方便,结构便于实现,使用效果好。
本发明将无人机的起落架与缓冲做成一体,在不占用空间的同时,保证好的缓冲效果,结构简单,设计合理,在无人机下落时,无人机的自重压在缓冲杆上,缓冲杆压缩弹簧起到缓冲作用。在起飞时,弹簧回弹,可以给无人机一个作用力,方便无人机起飞。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1至图3,本发明一种带缓冲架的抛投无人机,包括抛投器2、缓冲架3和具有机架1的无人机本体,抛投器2和缓冲架3均固定连接在机架1的底面上,且缓冲架3的底面置于抛投器2底面的下方。
本发明中的抛投器2包括安装板21、电机22、驱动臂23、连接杆24、开关杆25和抛投块26,安装板21固定连接在机架1上,抛投块26和电机22固定连接在安装板21上,在抛投块26上设有一个插接槽和若干个开关槽27,开关槽27竖直向下设置,插接槽水平设置,开关杆25插接在抛投块26上,且开关杆25将开关槽27封闭。连接杆24的一端与开关杆25相铰接,另一端与驱动臂23相铰接,驱动臂23与电机22的输出轴相铰接。
在使用时,驱动臂23和开关杆25组成曲柄机构,物体伸于开关槽27内并悬挂在开关杆25上,在需要卸料是,通过远程控制电机转动,使得开关杆25水平运动并移出开关槽27,最终实现物体卸料。
本发明中的缓冲架3包括导杆31、滑块32、安装块33、弹簧34、缓冲杆35和连接杆36,若干根导杆31固定连接在机架1的底面上,且导杆31呈轮辐状布置,在每根导杆31上设置一个安装块33和两个滑块32,安装块33固定连接在导杆31上,滑块32滑动插接在导杆31上,两滑块32置于安装块33的两侧,在每侧的滑块32的两端均设置一弹簧34,所有的弹簧34均套设在导杆31上。缓冲杆35倾斜固定连接在安装块 33上,在缓冲杆35上铰接两根连接杆36,两根连接杆36对应铰接在两滑块32上。
为起到更好地缓冲作用,在缓冲杆35的底端转动连接有滚轮,缓冲杆35上套设有橡胶套。
为便于将滑块32和弹簧34轴向定位在导杆31上,在导杆31的两端设有限位凸起311,限位凸起311与机架1固定连接。外侧的弹簧抵触在限位凸起311上。
本发明中的缓冲杆35在机架1本体上向外倾斜,且倾斜的角度为20-35°。
本发明将无人机的起落架与缓冲做成一体,在不占用空间的同时,保证好的缓冲效果,结构简单,设计合理,在无人机下落时,无人机的自重压在缓冲杆上,缓冲杆压缩弹簧起到缓冲作用。在起飞时,弹簧回弹,可以给无人机一个作用力,方便无人机起飞。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种带缓冲架的抛投无人机,包括具有机架(1)的无人机本体,其特征在于:还包括抛投器(2)和缓冲架(3),所述抛投器(2)和缓冲架(3)均固定连接在机架(1)的底面上,且缓冲架(3)的底面置于抛投器(2)底面的下方;
    所述抛投器(2)包括安装板(21)、电机(22)、驱动臂(23)、连接杆(24)、开关杆(25)和抛投块(26),所述安装板(21)固定连接在机架(1)上,抛投块(26)和电机(22)固定连接在安装板(21)上,在抛投块(26)上设有一个插接槽和若干个开关槽(27),开关槽(27)竖直向下设置,插接槽水平设置,开关杆(25)插接在抛投块(26)的插接槽内,且开关杆(25)将开关槽(27)封闭;连接杆(24)的一端与开关杆(25)相铰接,另一端与驱动臂(23)相铰接,驱动臂(23)与电机(22)的输出轴相铰接;
    所述缓冲架(3)包括导杆(31)、滑块(32)、安装块(33)、弹簧(34)、缓冲杆(35)和连接杆(36),若干根导杆(31)固定连接在机架(1)的底面上,且导杆(31)呈轮辐状布置,在每根导杆(31)上设置一个安装块(33)和两个滑块(32),安装块(33)固定连接在导杆(31)上,滑块(32)滑动插接在导杆(31)上,两滑块(32)置于安装块(33)的两侧,在每侧的滑块(32)的两端均设置一弹簧(34),所有的所述弹簧(34)均套设在导杆(31)上;缓冲杆(35)倾斜固定连接在安装块(33)上,在缓冲杆(35)上铰接两根连接杆(36),
    冲杆(35)在机架本体(1)上向外倾斜,且倾斜的角度为20-35°,两根连接杆(36)对应铰接在两滑块(32)上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的带缓冲架的抛投无人机,其特征在于:所述缓冲杆(35)的底端转动连接有滚轮。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的带缓冲架的抛投无人机,其特征在于:所述导杆(31)的两端设有限位凸起(311),限位凸起(311)与机架(1)固定连接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的带缓冲架的抛投无人机,其特征在于:所述缓冲杆(35)在机架(1)本体上向外倾斜,且倾斜的角度为20-35°。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的带缓冲架的抛投无人机,其特征在于:所述缓冲杆(35)上套设有橡胶套。
