本实用新型的目的在于提供一种动车转向架电机吊座,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种动车转向架电机吊座,包括底梁、顶板、吊装杆;所述底梁的外侧呈三角型排布向外延伸固定连接有三组半环毂,半环毂的内部固定安装有一组横向的环轴,环轴上通过转动套转动连接有一组倾斜的支撑杆。所述顶板设置在底梁的中心处上方,所述支撑杆的顶端也固定安装有一组转动套,且通过转动套转动连接在顶板上。通过三组支撑杆将底梁与支撑杆固定连接在一起,从而可保持顶板与底梁之间连接的稳定性。通过在底梁的外侧设置向外扩展的半环毂,便于增加支撑杆底部的伸展空间。所述顶板的上侧固定安装有一组吊装杆。
所述支撑杆包括伸缩杆和套筒;伸缩杆的底部伸缩式连接在套筒的内部,伸缩杆与套筒的连接方式与气缸的工作原理一致,通过将支撑杆设置为可伸展与收缩的结构便于其在跟随顶板上下移动的同时,及时的进行折叠存放,而无需特意的将其安拆。
所述顶板的中心处下方设置有一组底座,底座的内部设置有锂电池组,底座的上表面固定安装有一组与锂电池组电性连接的液压缸,液压缸的上侧输出端连接有一组竖直的液压杆,液压杆的顶部固定连接在顶板的下表面,通过启动液压缸驱动液压杆上下移动,进而带动顶板进行高度上的调整。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:通过在底梁的上侧设置有三组呈三角型结构的支撑杆与顶板进行伸缩式连接,在保证顶板处于绝对稳定的同时,也无需对底梁、顶板以及支撑杆之间进行安装与拆卸,在不需要使用时,通过将顶板向下移动,然后支撑杆进行收缩折叠即可,节省了各个部件来回安装拆卸的麻烦。本实用新型的优点是:无需安拆,操作便利,存放简单,稳定性高。
