Claims (5)
- 상면이 개방된 포장 박스 내에 수용된 물품을 인출하는 물품 인출 시스템으로서,상면이 개방된 상태로 이송된 포장 박스를 수용하고 포장 박스에 수용된 물품이 낙하할 수 있도록 포장 박스를 반전시키는 제1 스테이지와 상기 제1 스테이지로부터 낙하하는 물품을 지지하여 수용하는 제2 스테이지를 포함하여 구성되고,제1 스테이지는 포장 박스의 지지하고 승강시키는 지지 기구, 지지 기구가 장착되는 박스 수용 프레임, 박스 수용 프레임이 회전 가능하게 결합되는 선형 이동 프레임, 선형 이동 프레임이 선형 이동하게 결합되고 지지되고 지면에 놓여 지지되는 메인 프레임, 선형 이동 프레임에 배치되어 박스 수용 프레임을 회전 구동하는 제1 회전 구동 수단을 포함하고,제2 스테이지는 제1 스테이지로부터 낙하하는 물품을 수용하도록 물품의 형상에 상보하는 형상의 수용 표면을 갖는 물품 수용 프레임, 물품 수용 프레임이 회전 가능하게 결합되고 지면에 놓여 지지되는 고정 프레임, 및 물품 수용 프레임을 고정 프레임에 대해 회전시키는 제2 회전 구동 수단을 포함하고,제1 스테이지의 지지 기구에 물품이 수용된 포장 박스가 안착되면, 수용 표면이 아래쪽을 향하도록 제2 스테이지의 물품 수용 프레임이 고정 프레임에 대해 회전하며,포장 박스의 개방된 상면이 제2 스테이지의 물품 수용 프레임의 수용 표면을 향하도록 제1 스테이지의 선형 이동 프레임이 메인 프레임을 따라 선형 이동한 후에 포장 박스의 상면이 수용 표면에 근접 또는 맞닿도록 지지 기구에 의해 포장 박스가 상승하며,포장 박스의 상면이 수용 표면에 근접 또는 맞닿은 상태에서 제1 스테이지의 박스 수용 프레임과 제2 스테이지의 물품 수용 프레임이 각각 선형 이동 프레임과 메인 프레임에 대해 회전하여 포장 박스의 위치가 반전되고 포장 박스에 수용된 물품이 낙하하여 물품 수용 프레임에 수용되는 것인, 물품 인출 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,제1 스테이지의 지지 기구는, 포장 박스의 저면을 지지하는 제1 플레이트, 제1 플레이트를 상하로 승강 작동하는 제1 액츄에이터, 박스 수용 프레임의 회전 축선의 양측에서 포장 박스의 양 측면에 각각 맞닿아 지지하는 복수 개의 제2 플레이트, 제2 플레이트를 각각 포장 박스의 측면에 대해 근접 및 이격되도록 작동시키는 제2 액츄에이터, 제2 액츄에이터가 배치되는 고정 플레이트, 고정 플레이트를 상하 방향으로 승강 작동시키며 박스 수용 프레임에 고정되는 제3 액츄에이터를 포함하여 구성되는 것인, 물품 인출 시스템.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,지지 기구에는 포장 박스의 상면을 폐쇄하는 상면 패널이 상면으로부터 펼쳐진 상태에서 상면 패널을 진공 흡인하여 펼쳐진 상태률 유지하게 해주는 진공 흡인기가 마련되는 것인, 물품 인출 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,박스 수용 프레임과 물품 수용 프레임은 서로 대향하는 자세로 배치되며,박스 수용 프레임과 물품 수용 프레임의 회전 축선은 서로 평행하며 지면으로부터 동일 높이에 배치되고 선형 이동 프레임의 메인 프레임에 대한 이동 방향과 수직하며, 메인 프레임에 대한 선형 이동 프레임의 선형 이동에 의해 박스 수용 프레임의 회전 축선과 물품 수용 프레임의 회전 축선은 서로 겹쳐져서 공통의 회전 축선을 이루도록 구성되는 것인, 물품 인출 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,물품 수용 프레임의 수용 표면 사이에는 승강 작동하는 승강 플레이트와 승강 플레이트를 승강 구동하는 제4 액츄에이터가 마련되어, 박스 수용 프레임에 지지된 포장 박스로부터 물품이 낙하하여 물품 수용 프레임으로 배치될 때에 상승 상태에서 물품을 지지하고 하강 작동하는 것인, 물품 인출 시스템.
