一种门窗框料之连接装置,其包含一本体(1)及二底座(2),其中该二底座(2)分别设在该本体(1)的两相对侧面上,以接设邻接在该本体(1)两相对侧面上的框料(9)。该门窗框料之连接装置能优化门窗、折迭式纱窗或滚动条式纱窗安装施工的效率及其美观。

Description

门窗框料之连接装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种装设在门窗上的零配件,特别是指一种门窗框料之连接装置。
背景技术
目前的门窗结构均是先将四边框料组合后,再组配上折迭式纱窗或滚动条式纱窗等结构,惟建筑物装设门窗的尺寸大小并不相同,而此不仅增加门窗框料的库存压力,且同时也增加折迭式纱窗框料或滚动条式纱窗框料库存的困难;因此,目前许多的门窗业者在遇有安装环境的尺寸太宽长时,且现有的框料尺寸不够长时,亦或者为了搬运需求予以裁切分段,大多会采用连接的方式为之,然而,目前框料的连接方式均采焊接或螺固方式为之,惟无论采用何种方式均会使框料的结构损坏或是变形,且同时也会影响整体的美观甚巨。
发明内容
本发明的技术方案为:一种门窗框料之连接装置,其包含:一本体及二底座,其中该二底座分别设在该本体的两相对侧面上,以接设邻接在该本体两相对侧面上的框料。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明之目的,即在提供一种能对门窗、折迭式纱窗、或滚动条式纱窗之框料进行连接,以合符各种安装规格尺寸需 求的门窗框料之连接装置。于是,本发明门窗框料之连接装置,包含一本体,及二底座。其中,该二底座分别设在该本体的两相对侧面上,藉以接设邻接在该本体两相对侧面上的框料。
本发明之功效在于:透过连接装置之该等底座与框料的连接,使门窗、折迭式纱窗、或滚动条式纱窗能够达到所欲安装的尺寸规格外,亦能够快速及简化连接的工序,同时能避免框料结构在连接的过程受损或变形,因而能优化门窗、折迭式纱窗、或滚动条式纱窗安装施工的效率及其美观。

具体实施方式
在本发明被详细描述之前,应当注意在以下的说明内容中,类似的组件是以相同的编号来表示。
参阅图1与图2,本发明门窗框料之连接装置的一第一实施例,适用于衔接二个所述框料9,并包含一本体1,及二自该本体1往两相对侧面延伸的底座2。其中,该本体1上设有一呈横向贯穿的穿孔100,并包括一可拆卸地藉由该该穿孔100的其中一孔口101封闭该穿孔100之其中一端的侧盖19。
当进行门窗、折迭式纱窗、或滚动条式纱窗安装时,如遇所述框料9的长度不足时,藉由本第一实施例,以衔接的方式扩展框料长度,以符合欲安装之门窗、折迭式纱窗、或滚动条式纱窗的尺寸。由于本案仅需要直接使该等框料9分别插设于该等底座2,即可在不使用工具的情况下,快速便捷地完成衔接动作,故能够快速、简便地扩展框料之尺寸,更因而能达成优化施工效率的效果。另外,在所配合之能够稳固在门框或墙壁上,可利用锁固组件由孔口101通过穿孔100以将连接装置固定,并藉由该侧盖19封闭该孔口101,藉此将锁固组件隐藏而不外露,使整体外观可以达到美观。
参阅图3与图4,为本发明门窗框料之连接装置的一第二实施例,本第二实施例与该第一实施例的差别在于:该本体1朝该二底座2的方向各设有一第一安装部11,且每一个底座2设有一容置室200,并具有一相对该第一安装部11的第二安装部21、一朝该框料9方向延伸且适用于与该框料9相配合的结合柱22,及一自该容置室200顶部之一槽口201与封闭该容置室200的封盖29。其中,该第一安装部11具有一设置于侧面且由一凸肋条111及一与该凸肋条111相隔一距离的板体112所界定出的卡掣槽110, 及一设置于该板体112上的定位凸部113,而该第二安装部21具有一对应该卡掣槽110的卡入部211,该卡入部211的上缘具有一定位部213,及一对应该定位凸部113的定位凹部212。也就是说,该第一安装部11与该第二安装部21,能透过该凸肋条111抵住在该定位部213,将该卡入部211卡设于该卡掣槽110,及该定位凸部113与该定位凹部212之形状相互配合的机制而相结合,藉此令该底座2固设于该本体1的侧面处。
参阅图5并配合图3、图4,使用本第二实施例时,只要先将二个底座2分别固接于该本体1的两相对侧面上,该等底座2的该等结合柱22即分别插入该二框料9内以进行衔接。其中,该结合柱22上设有一弹性勾部221,藉此在该框料9结合于该结合柱22时,藉由该弹扣勾部221的弹性恢复力,产生额外的固定力,强化该等框料9与本第二实施例的结合强度。除此以外,由于本第二实施例同样以衔接的方式扩展框料长度,以符合欲安装之门窗、折迭式纱窗、或滚动条式纱窗的尺寸,故与该第一实施例皆同样能在不使用工具的情况下,便捷、快速地完成衔接动作。
再参阅第4图,该容置室200朝该结合柱22的方向设有一开孔202,而该开孔202中设有一磁铁(图中未示),而门窗、折迭式纱窗、或滚动条式纱窗的把手相对该磁铁位置上可增设一金属片,因此当折迭式纱窗或滚动条式纱窗闭合时,该磁铁可对把手上的金属片进行磁吸作用,进而达到紧密关闭门窗、折迭式纱窗或滚动条式纱窗等效用。
再者,大部份的折迭式纱窗或滚动条式纱窗均会使用一线材来松紧调整,而线材的一端主要是设置在该等框料9的该底座2中,因此该底座2的该容置室200中更包括有一调整机构3(如棘轮等),藉由调整机构3的操作可对该线材的张力进行调整,进而达到调控折迭式纱窗或滚动条式纱窗的松紧效益。又该每一底座2的该容置室200之槽口201上设有一封盖29,而该封盖29可启闭该容置室200之该槽口201,除可方便安装调整机构或磁铁外,亦可遮饰调整机构3与磁铁,进而增益整体的美观。
综上所述,本发明门窗框料之连接装置,能藉由该等底座2可在不使用工具的情况下分别快速衔接二框料9的功能,配合安装门窗、折迭式纱窗、或滚动条式纱窗时的施工需求扩展其框料,以因应各种尺寸规格,具有施作快速、便捷的效果,能藉此优化施工效率,故确实能达成本发明之目的。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种门窗框料之连接装置,其特征在于,其包含:一本体及二底座,其中该二底座分别设在该本体的两相对侧面上,以接设邻接在该本体两相对侧面上的框料。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的门窗框料之连接装置,其特征在于:其中,该本体朝该二底座的方向各设有一第一安装部,且每一个底座相对该本体之该第一安装部处则设有一第二安装部,而该第二安装部可与该本体之该第一安装部相结合,令该二底座能固设在该本体的两相对侧面上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的门窗框料之连接装置,其特征在于:其中,该第一安装部至少具有一设在该本体侧面的卡掣槽,而该第二安装部相对该第一安装部之该卡掣槽处则设有一卡入部,该卡入部上缘具有一定位部。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的门窗框料之连接装置,其特征在于:其中,该卡掣槽由一凸肋条,及一与该凸肋条相隔一距离的板体界定而成,而该卡入部则可卡掣在该凸肋条及该板体之间,该凸肋条抵住该定位部。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的门窗框料之连接装置,其特征在于:其中,该本体之该第一安装部更包含一设在该板体上的定位凸部,且该底座之该第二安装部相对该定位凸部处则设有一定位凹部。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的门窗之框料连接装置,其特征在于:其中,该底座朝该框料方向更设有一结合柱,而该结合柱可与该框料相组配结合。
  7. 如请求项6所述的门窗框料之连接装置,其特征在于:其中,该结合柱上设有一弹扣勾部。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的门窗框料之连接装置,其特征在于:其中,该底座上设有一容置室,该容置室朝该结合柱的方向设有一开孔。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的门窗框料之连接装置,其特征在于:其中,该容置室的顶部设有一槽口,而该槽口上设有一封盖。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的门窗框料之连接装置,其特征在于:其中,该本体上设有一穿孔,而该穿孔的其中一孔口处设有一侧盖。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的门窗框料之连接装置,其特征在于:其中,该容置室中容设有一调整机构。
