本发明实施例提供一种清洁设备传动安装结构,参考图1,该传动安装结构包括:设备本体5和两个结构相同的齿轮箱1,两个齿轮箱1固定设置在设备本体5的内部两侧,两个齿轮箱1的传动轴2反向转动且分别穿出设备本体5与托盘4连接。
本实施例提供的一种清洁设备传动安装结构,主要针对拖地机、扫地 机等一些清洁设备的传动部件安装。设置两个齿轮箱1作为主要动力输出部件。两个齿轮箱1的传动轴2分别与一个托盘4相连,通过传动轴2的转动,可带动托盘4一体转动,进而实现清洁。该传动安装结构设置两个结构相同的齿轮箱1,即两个齿轮箱1通过同样的生产工艺以及模具生产制造。
参考图2、图3和图4,齿轮箱1包括箱体,箱体内部封装有齿轮组件和电机,使得齿轮箱1整体外部形成有电机部101。电机部101即为电机的设置部位。通过电机的运行,可带动齿轮箱1内部的齿轮组件进而带动传动轴2转动,实现动力输出。齿轮箱1的外部还连接有连接件102,连接件102用于与设备本体5相连。可通过连接件102将齿轮箱1固定在设备本体5内部合适部位处。
现有清洁设备中一般两个齿轮箱1呈对称结构分布,便于实现两个齿轮箱1的反向转动以实现清洁设备的行走功能;其中一个齿轮箱1的电机部位于左侧时,另一个齿轮箱1的电机部需要位于右侧,从而现有清洁设备中两个齿轮箱1的结构是不同的,两个齿轮箱1需要通过不同的生产工艺以及模具生产制造。
本实施例所提供的清洁设备传动安装结构中,设置两个齿轮箱1的结构相同,可通过对齿轮箱1电机转动方向的控制,同样实现两个齿轮箱1的传动轴2反向转动,进而实现两个托盘4的反向转动,实现清洁设备的行走功能;且通过设置两个结构相同的齿轮箱1,可便于生产和维护,有利于降低齿轮箱1的成本,且齿轮传动属于精密配合部件,相同结构的齿轮箱1生产稳定性较好。
进一步地,参考图6和图7,该清洁设备传动安装结构在应用至具有拖地功能的清洁设备时,可在托盘4的底部连接拖布6,拖布6与地面接触进行拖地。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,托盘4与传动轴2沿传动轴2的轴向滑动连接、沿传动轴2的周向固定连接。托盘4即装在清洁设备底部的部件,例如对于具有拖地功能的清洁设备,托盘4的底部可连接拖布6与地面接触。
托盘4与传动轴2沿传动轴2的轴向滑动连接,即托盘4与传动轴2 可在轴向发生相对位移,使得托盘4可相对传动轴2沿传动轴2的轴向上下移动。托盘4与传动轴2沿传动轴2的周向固定连接,即托盘4与传动轴2在周向上连接为一体,不能发生相对位移,使得传动轴2的转动可带动托盘4一体进行转动,从而实现更好的清洁功能。
通过设置托盘4与齿轮箱1的传动轴2沿周向固定连接,可带动托盘4一体转动,进而实现清洁设备的更好清洁,且设置托盘4与传动轴2沿轴向滑动连接,使得托盘4可相对传动轴2上下移动,从而清洁设备在移动过程中,托盘4可根据不同地面自动调节高度,可适应更多不同的地面,提高清洁设备的通过性,且可减小托盘4与地面之间的摩擦阻力,减小对托盘4的磨损。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,参考图5和图6,托盘4的上表面连接有中空的安装部7,安装部7套设于传动轴2的底部且与传动轴2之间设有导向结构。设置安装部7可便于与传动轴2的连接,以及便于更好的实现托盘4的上下浮动。导向结构即对托盘4的上下移动进行方向限定定位的结构,设置导向结构,可保证托盘4在上下浮动过程中与传动轴2连接的稳定性。
导向结构包括设于安装部7的内壁和传动轴2的外壁的相匹配的凸块和凹槽,且凸块和所述凹槽分别沿传动轴2的轴向设置。即可在传动轴2的外壁上沿轴向设置凸块,在安装部7的内壁上与凸块位置对应处设置相匹配的凹槽。通过凸块与凹槽的配合,可实现托盘4沿凸块即沿传动轴2轴向移动。
还可在传动轴2的外壁上沿轴向设置凹槽,在安装部7的内壁上与凹槽位置对应处设置相匹配的凸块。通过凹槽与凸块的配合,实现托盘4沿凹槽即沿传动轴2轴向移动。进一步地,可设置凹槽在传动轴2轴向上的长度大于凸块的长度,使得托盘4具有上下浮动的空间。且通过控制凹槽的长度,还可对托盘4上下浮动的具体范围进行限定定位。
进一步地,安装部7和传动轴2通过凸块与凹槽配合连接,在起到导向作用的同时,还可实现托盘4与传动轴2在周向上的固定连接。可设置凸块与凹槽的槽壁相接,在凸块与凹槽的配合连接下,传动轴2可带动托盘4一体转动。
进一步地,参考图6,还可设置传动轴2的底部为非圆轴,安装部7的顶部内壁与传动轴2的底部相适应。例如,传动轴2的底部可为方轴,安装部7的顶部内壁同样呈方形。此时传动轴2的底部与安装部7的顶部相连,同样既可实现轴向导向,又可实现周向固定。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,安装部7的内壁沿轴向呈阶梯状,且安装部7顶部的内径小于底部的内径,安装部7的顶部套设于传动轴2,传动轴2的底端连接有挡板8,挡板8的外径大于安装部7顶部的内径小于安装部7底部的内径。
挡板8可与传动轴2的底端可拆卸连接,具体可通过螺钉连接。因为挡板8的外径大于安装部7顶部的内径,从而挡板8在传动轴2的底端可阻挡安装部7的顶部下落,从而对托盘4起到支撑限位作用。设置挡板8的外径小于安装部7底部的内径,便于在安装部7底部内部设置挡板8。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,托盘4上设有第一开口,安装部7设置在第一开口处,第一开口的尺寸大于挡板8的尺寸。设置第一开口,可便于挡板8的设置。具体的,托盘4在安装时,可先将传动轴2的底部插入安装部7的顶部中,然后通过第一开口将挡板8固定在传动轴2的底端。结构简单,安装方便。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,传动轴2的外侧还套设有弹性件9,弹性件9的底部与安装部7的顶部相接,弹性件9的顶部固定设置。在托盘4发生浮动时,设置弹性件9可对托盘4施加恢复力,可推动托盘4恢复至初始较优位置,提高结构的稳定性。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,安装部7的顶部设有插槽,弹性件9的底部插入插槽中。插槽开口朝上。设置插槽可对弹性件9的移动方向进行限位固定,有利于确保弹性件9沿轴向发生位移以及施加弹力,提高结构的稳定性,且便于安装,操作方便。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,设备本体5上设有第二开口,齿轮箱1安装在第二开口处,传动轴2的底部穿过齿轮箱1的箱体伸出第二开口;弹性件9的顶部与齿轮箱1的箱体连接固定。齿轮箱1的箱体可连接垫片10,垫片10与弹性件9的顶部相连。进一步地,垫片10上同样可设置插槽,使得弹性件9的顶部插入垫片10上的插槽中。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,设备本体5的内部连接有中空的支撑件3,齿轮箱1设于支撑件3上。
进一步地,设备本体5的内部在第二开口处可设置支撑件3,齿轮箱1设于支撑件3上。支撑件3凸出于设备本体5的内部,支撑件3可呈环状中空结构,从而支撑件3的内部形成通道。托盘4上表面的安装部7可插入支撑件3中与传动轴2相连。从而设置支撑件3,可使得托盘4与传动轴2的连接位于设备本体5内侧,可减少安装结构占用的高度,从而有利于降低整体高度,提高清洁设备整体的紧凑性,减少设备体积。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,本实施例提供一种清洁设备,该清洁设备包括上述任一实施例所述的清洁设备传动安装结构。
进一步地,参考图8,一种清洁设备可设置两个齿轮箱1,对应安装两个托盘4。两个托盘4可分别连接拖布6,可提高清洁效率。
上述实施例所提供的一种清洁设备传动安装结构,设置两个齿轮箱1结构相同,两个齿轮箱1的摆放方式是平移方式而不是对称方式,可便于生产和维护,且齿轮传动属于精密配合,同一个齿轮箱1生产稳定性较好。设置齿轮箱1和托盘4之间通过弹性件9,可为弹簧支撑,托盘4相对于设备本体5可以上下运动。在不同地面托盘4会根据场所自动调整高度,以保证减小拖布6与地面之间的摩擦阻力。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种清洁设备传动安装结构,其特征在于,包括:设备本体和两个结构相同的齿轮箱,两个所述齿轮箱固定设置在所述设备本体的内部两侧,两个所述齿轮箱的传动轴反向转动且分别穿出所述设备本体与托盘连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备传动安装结构,其特征在于,所述托盘与所述传动轴沿所述传动轴的轴向滑动连接、沿所述传动轴的周向固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁设备传动安装结构,其特征在于,所述托盘的上表面连接有中空的安装部,所述安装部套设于所述传动轴的底部且与所述传动轴之间设有导向结构;
    所述导向结构包括设于所述安装部的内壁和所述传动轴的外壁的相匹配的凸块和凹槽,且所述凸块和所述凹槽分别沿所述传动轴的轴向设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的清洁设备传动安装结构,其特征在于,所述安装部的内壁沿轴向呈阶梯状,且所述安装部顶部的内径小于底部的内径,所述安装部的顶部套设于所述传动轴,所述传动轴的底端连接有挡板,所述挡板的外径大于所述安装部顶部的内径小于所述安装部底部的内径。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的清洁设备传动安装结构,其特征在于,所述托盘上设有第一开口,所述安装部设置在所述第一开口处,所述第一开口的尺寸大于所述挡板的尺寸。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的清洁设备传动安装结构,其特征在于,所述传动轴的外侧还套设有弹性件,所述弹性件的底部与所述安装部的顶部相接,所述弹性件的顶部固定设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的清洁设备传动安装结构,其特征在于,所述安装部的顶部设有插槽,所述弹性件的底部插入所述插槽中。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的清洁设备传动安装结构,其特征在于,所述设备本体上设有第二开口,所述齿轮箱安装在所述第二开口处,所述传动轴的底部穿过所述齿轮箱的箱体伸出所述第二开口;所述弹性件的顶部与所述齿轮箱的箱体连接固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的清洁设备传动安装结构,其特征在于,所 述设备本体的内部连接有中空的支撑件,所述齿轮箱设于所述支撑件上。
  10. 一种清洁设备,其特征在于,包括上述权利要求1-9任一所述的清洁设备传动安装结构。
