상기 세정 성분은 탄소수 12 내지 14의 소듐알킬 설페이트, 탄소수 12 내지 14의 알킬 모노에탄올 아미드, N-아실 글루타민산염, 양성이온 계면활성제, 양이온 수용성 고분자, 폴리옥시알킬렌 지방산 모노이소프로판올 아미드, 소듐 설페이트, 소듐 클로라이드 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 세정 성분은 다당류, 디메틸 폴리실록산, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 및 나일론 중에서 선택된 유기 파우더 또는 실리카, 카올린, 산화아연, 산화티탄, 제올라이드 및 탄산칼슘 중에서 선택된 무기 파우더, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 세정 성분은 폴리아크릴산 또는 그 유도체, 폴리비닐알코올, 메틸셀룰로오스, 하이드록시메틸 셀룰로오스, 잔탄검, 알긴산, 카라기난 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 증점제를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 컨디셔닝 성분은 디메치콘, 사이클로메치콘, 아미노화 실리콘, 이소파라핀, 팔미틴산 이소프로필, 이소스테아린산이소스테아릴 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 수용성 또는 수분산성 고분자는 폴리비닐알코올, 알긴산, 폴리아크릴산, 폴리비닐아크릴아미드, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 셀룰로스 유도체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 스킨층은 키틴, 키토산, 셀룰로오즈 및 실크 중에서 선택된 천연섬유상 고분자 또는 아크릴, 나일론, 레이욘 및 폴리에스테르 중에서 선택된 합성섬유상 고분자, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 스킨층은 상기 코어층 표면에 형성된 코팅층인 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 스킨층은 수용성 종이 또는 수용성 고분자 필름에 수용성 고분자가 도포된 것 또는 수용성 종이에 수용성 고분자 필름이 라미네이팅된 것이 상기 코어층의 양면에 적층된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 수용성 고분자 필름은 폴리비닐알코올, 알긴산, 폴리아크릴산 또는 그 유도체 및 폴리아크릴아미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 (I) 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 액상 벌크 성분을 동결건조하여 코어층을 형성하는 단계; 및 (II) 상기 코어층에 수용성 또는 수분산성 고분자를 함유하는 용액을 코팅한 후, 동결건조하여 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품의 제조방법을 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명은 (I) 수용성 고분자가 도포된 수용성 종이에 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 액상 벌크 성분을 도포한 후, 그 위에 수용성 고분자가 도포된 수용성 종이를 라미네이팅하여 적층하는 단계; 및 (II) 열풍건조기로 건조함으로써 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 코어층의 양면에 수용성 고분자가 도포된 수용성 종이가 적층된 스킨층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품의 제조방법을 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명은 (I) -30℃ 내지 -50℃로 유지된 챔버에서 수용성 고분자가 도포된 수용성 종이 또는 수용성 고분자 필름에 -5℃ 내지 -10℃ 상태의 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 벌크 슬러리를 도포한 후, 그 위에 수용성 고분자가 도포된 수용성 종이 또는 수용성 고분자 필름을 라미네이팅하여 적층하는 단계; 및 (II) 동결건조기로 건조함으로써 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 코어층의 양면에 수용성 고분자가 도포된 수용성 종이 또는 수용성 고분자 필름이 적층된 스킨층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품의 제조방법을 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명은 (I) -30℃ 내지 -50℃로 유지된 챔버에서 수용성 종이에 수용성 고분자 필름이 라미네이팅된 복합필름에 -5℃ 내지 -10℃ 상태의 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 벌크 슬러리를 도포하는 단계; 및 (II) 상기 복합필름의 필름면이 내측으로 가도록 밀착시킨 후, 동결건조 함으로써 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 코어층의 양면에 상기 복합필름이 적층된 스킨층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품의 제조방법을 제공한다.
상기 스킨층 필름의 벌크가 내재된 상태로 가장자리 4면의 끝단을 열, 초음파, 고주파 또는 유도가열을 사용해 실링한 후, 컷팅 및 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품은 구형, 원판형, 다각형, 육면체형, 샌드위치형 또는 판형인 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따라 제조된 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품은 종래 파우더, 비누형 또는 기타 플레이크 형태의 고체형 세정제 또는 컨디셔닝제가 가지고 있는 분말이 날리는 단점 및 세정력, 컨디셔닝 효능 및 보향성 등이 저하되는 문제점을 해결함과 동시에, 손으로 잡아도 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분의 내용물이 묻어나지 않고 습도가 높은 곳에서도 형태의 변화가 없다. 또한, 기존의 액상 형태의 세정 및 컨디셔닝 퍼스널 케어 제품이 갖는 기능을 그대로 보유하면서 사용, 보관 및 포장이 용이하다.

이하에서는 본 발명에 따른 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품 및 그 제조방법에 대하여 첨부된 도면과 함께 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
본 발명은 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 코어층; 및 수용성 또는 수분산성 고분자를 함유하는 스킨층;을 포함하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품을 제공한다.
상기 코어층에 함유되는 세정 성분은 탄소수 12 내지 14의 소듐알킬 설페이트, 탄소수 12 내지 14의 알킬 모노에탄올 아미드, N-아실 글루타민산염, 양성이온 계면활성제, 양이온 수용성 고분자, 폴리옥시알킬렌 지방산 모노이소프로판올 아미드, 소듐 설페이트, 소듐 클로라이드 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 것일 수 있다.
또한, 상기 세정 성분에 더하여 다당류, 디메틸 폴리실록산, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 및 나일론 중에서 선택된 유기 파우더 또는 실리카, 카올린, 산화아연, 산화티탄, 제올라이드 및 탄산칼슘 중에서 선택된 무기 파우더, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 더욱 포함할 수 있는바, 벌크 상태의 세정 성분이 용해되는 과정에서 뭉침을 방지하고 세정 효과를 상승시키는데 기여한다.
게다가 상기 세정 성분에 추가적으로 폴리아크릴산 또는 그 유도체, 폴리비닐알코올, 메틸셀룰로오스, 하이드록시메틸 셀룰로오스, 잔탄검, 알긴산, 카라기난 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 증점제를 더욱 포함할 수도 있는데, 이로 인하여 발생된 거품을 안정화시키고 두발이나 피부에서 물에 지나치게 빨리 씻겨 나가는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 컨디셔닝 성분으로서는 디메치콘, 사이클로메치콘, 아미노화 실리콘, 이소파라핀 등의 탄화수소 오일, 팔미틴산 이소프로필, 이소스테아린산이소스테아릴 등의 에스테르계 오일 들이 함께 사용될 수 있다. 아울러 양모효과를 갖는 것으로 알려진 히노키티올, 멘톨, 살리실산, 아연피리치온, 초산토코페롤 등과 함께 통상적으로 사용되는 방부제, pH 조정제, 향료, 염료 등을 추가로 포함할 수도 있다.
본 발명에서는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품의 미려한 형태를 제공하고, 포장, 휴대 및 사용 편의성을 부여하기 위해서 스킨층의 구조가 중요하다. 이러한 스킨층의 기능은 물에 쉽게 수화되면서도 코어층에 포함된 향이나 휘발성 컨디셔닝 성분의 건조과정에서 손실을 최소화 하며, 제품화 하였을 때 제품의 코어 부분에서 떨어져 나온 계면활성제를 포함하는 가루 날림이 없고, 습도가 높은 환경에서도 제품끼리 달라붙거나 제품의 형태가 변형되는 것을 방지할 뿐만 아니라, 제품의 사용 시에는 발생하는 거품의 질을 좋게 하고 거품이 오래 유지되게 하는 등의 부수적인 효과도 거둘 수 있다.
상기 스킨층에 함유되는 수용성 또는 수분산성 고분자는 물에 쉽게 용해되고 필름 형성능을 가지며 코어층과 상용성이 우수한 것으로서, 폴리비닐알코올, 알긴산, 폴리아크릴산, 폴리비닐아크릴아미드, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 셀룰로스 유도체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 것일 수 있다.
또한, 상기 스킨층에는 키틴, 키토산, 셀룰로오즈 및 실크 중에서 선택된 천연섬유상 고분자 또는 아크릴, 나일론, 레이욘 및 폴리에스테르 중에서 선택된 합성섬유상 고분자, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 더욱 포함할 수 있다.
상기 스킨층을 형성하기 위해서는 상기 열거한 수용성 또는 수분산성 고분자와 상기 열거한 섬유상 고분자를 혼합해서 필름이나 종이 상으로 만들어 단일 층으로 구성할 수 있고, 필름이나 종이상의 섬유상 폴리머 층에 코팅 또는 필름 상태로 라미네이팅된 다층의 구조로 구성하여 코어층의 벌크 성분이 건조되는 동안 수분의 휘산은 용이하게 되지만, 향이나 기능성 성분의 손실을 최소화 하는 기능성 스킨층으로 이루어진 기능성 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품의 제조가 가능하다.
상기 스킨층을 형성하는 방법을 구체적으로 설명하면, 벌크 상 코어층의 표면을 코팅하는 방법, 또는 미리 제조한 단층 내지 다층 필름을 스킨층으로 사용하되, 벌크 상 코어층을 스킨층 필름 사이에 내재시키는 방법이 있다.
또한, 벌크 상 코어층의 표면을 코팅하는 방법에는 다시 크게 두 가지로 나눌 수 있는바, 먼저 수용성 또는 수분산 상태의 벌크(세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분)를 동결시켜 코어층을 형성한다. 한편으로 물 또는 물/용매 혼합액에 필름형성능을 갖는 수용성 또는 수분산성 고분자를 용해 또는 분산시키고, 이를 상기 동결된 코어층의 표면에 롤 코팅 또는 스프레이 코팅법으로 코팅시켜 다시 함께 동결시킨 후, 거듭 동결건조기에 넣고 동결건조된 상태에서 그대로 컷팅 가공하여 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품을 얻는다.
또한, 벌크 상 코어층의 표면을 코팅하는 다른 방법으로는 일반건조 또는 동결건조에 의하여 일정한 형태를 갖는 건조 벌크 상 코어층을 형성한다. 이어서 상술한 바와 같이 물 또는 물/용매 혼합액에 필름형성능을 갖는 수용성 또는 수분산성 고분자를 용해 또는 분산시키고, 이를 당의정이나 코팅 정제의 제조를 위한 타블렛 코팅 방식으로 상기 건조 벌크 상 코어층의 표면에 코팅 및 건조함으로써 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품을 얻을 수도 있다.
상기 두 가지 코팅 방법에 의하면 구형, 타블렛형, 초콜렛 형태처럼 그 형태가 비교적 단순하고 크기가 크지 않은 바, 클렌징 폼, 쉐이빙 폼, 메이크업 리무버, 세안제 등의 퍼스널 케어 제품에 적당하다.
또한, 상기 스킨층은 수용성 종이 또는 수용성 고분자 필름에 수용성 고분자가 도포된 것 또는 수용성 종이에 수용성 고분자 필름이 라미네이팅된 것이 상기 코어층의 양면에 적층된 것일 수 있다.
즉, 미리 제조한 단층 내지 다층 필름을 스킨층으로 사용하되, 벌크 상 코어층을 스킨층 필름 사이에 내재시키는 방법으로서, 상기 스킨층을 위한 필름은 수용성 또는 수분산성 섬유질을 함유하는 수용성 성분으로 이루어진 스킨 구조체로서, 케어 제품의 형태를 유지하고 궁극적으로 만들어진 제품을 포장하기 쉽게 하도록 작용한다.
상기 수용성 고분자 필름은 폴리비닐알코올, 알긴산, 폴리아크릴산 또는 그 유도체 및 폴리아크릴아미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 것일 수 있는바, 고습조건에서도 녹거나 팽윤되어 서로 달라붙지 않도록 하고 디자인을 위한 인쇄도 가능하다.
이처럼 가공이 가능한 필름/시트상의 스킨층은 코어층의 위아래를 스킨층 필름으로 붙인 후에 컷팅하는 샌드위치형 제품 생산에 적합하다. 또한, 스킨층 필름의 벌크가 내재된 상태로 가장자리 4면의 끝단을 열, 초음파, 고주파 또는 유도가열을 사용해 실링한 후 컷팅하는 밀봉형 제품 생산에도 적절하며, 이때 휘산 온도가 낮은 유효 성분을 보지할 수 있다. 그리고 기존의 연포장 필름을 사용하는 포장기를 사용해 포장하는 sachet, pouch 등의 형태로 포장하는 랩핑 포장방법으로 대량생산이 가능하므로, 상대적으로 용량이 큰 바디 클렌저, 헤어 샴푸, 헤어 린스, 헤어 엣센스 등의 고체형 퍼스널 케어 세정제품을 제조하는데 바람직하다.
또한, 본 발명은 (I) 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 액상 벌크 성분을 동결건조하여 코어층을 형성하는 단계; 및 (II) 상기 코어층에 수용성 또는 수분산성 고분자를 함유하는 용액을 코팅한 후, 동결건조하여 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품의 제조방법을 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명은 (I) 수용성 고분자가 도포된 수용성 종이에 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 액상 벌크 성분을 도포한 후, 그 위에 수용성 고분자가 도포된 수용성 종이를 라미네이팅하여 적층하는 단계; 및 (II) 열풍건조기로 건조함으로써 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 코어층의 양면에 수용성 고분자가 도포된 수용성 종이가 적층된 스킨층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품의 제조방법을 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명은 (I) -30℃ 내지 -50℃로 유지된 챔버에서 수용성 고분자가 도포된 수용성 종이 또는 수용성 고분자 필름에 -5℃ 내지 -10℃ 상태의 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 벌크 슬러리를 도포한 후, 그 위에 수용성 고분자가 도포된 수용성 종이 또는 수용성 고분자 필름을 라미네이팅하여 적층하는 단계; 및 (II) 동결건조기로 건조함으로써 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 코어층의 양면에 수용성 고분자가 도포된 수용성 종이 또는 수용성 고분자 필름이 적층된 스킨층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품의 제조방법을 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명은 (I) -30℃ 내지 -50℃로 유지된 챔버에서 수용성 종이에 수용성 고분자 필름이 라미네이팅된 복합필름에 -5℃ 내지 -10℃ 상태의 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 벌크 슬러리를 도포하는 단계; 및 (II) 상기 복합필름의 필름면이 내측으로 가도록 밀착시킨 후, 동결건조 함으로써 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 코어층의 양면에 상기 복합필름이 적층된 스킨층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품의 제조방법을 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품은 구형, 원판형, 다각형, 육면체형, 샌드위치형 또는 판형 등 다양한 형태로 제조할 수 있다.
이하에서는 본 발명에 따른 실시예 및 비교예를 구체적으로 서술한다.
[실시예]
먼저, 아래 표 1에 나타낸 바와 같이 코어층 형성을 위한 벌크 성분을 조성하였다.

(실시예 1)
상기 표 1의 벌크 B를 직경 15 mm의 볼 형태(구형)로 된 실리콘 고무 몰드에 충전하여 동결시킨 후, 볼의 온도를 -35℃로 유지하였다. 상기 볼 표면에 3 중량% 농도의 폴리비닐알코올 수용액(용매로 정제수 85 중량%/에탄올 15 중량%의 혼합액 사용)을 0.3 mm 두께로 스프레이 코팅하고 동결시킨 후 동결건조함으로써 볼 형태(구형)의 세정제를 제조하였다.
(실시예 2)
상기 표 1의 벌크 B를 직경 15 mm의 볼 형태(구형)로 된 실리콘 고무 몰드에 충전하여 동결시킨 후, 볼의 온도를 -35℃로 유지하였다. 상기 볼 표면에 3 중량% 농도의 폴리비닐알코올 및 0.5 중량% 농도의 셀룰로오스 나노섬유 수용액(용매로 정제수 85 중량%/에탄올 15 중량%의 혼합액 사용)을 0.3 mm 두께로 스프레이 코팅하고 열풍건조시킨 후 동결건조함으로써 볼 형태(구형)의 세정제를 제조하였다.
(실시예 3)
30g/m2의 수용성 종이에 4 중량% 농도의 폴리비닐알코올 수용액을 5g/m2의 양으로 도포 및 건조하여 종이/코팅지를 얻었다. 상기 종이/코팅지에 상기 표 1의 벌크 A를 1.5 mm 두께로 도포한 후, 그 위에 다시 상기 종이/코팅지로 덮어 라미네이팅 한 다음, 80℃ 열풍건조기에서 건조하여 수분함량 5 중량%의 샌드위치형 세정제를 제조하고, 이를 5 cm x 4 cm 크기로 절단해서 샌드위치 구조의 세정제를 제작하였다.
(실시예 4)
상기 실시예 3에 따른 종이/코팅지를 -30℃로 유지된 챔버에 올려놓고 그 위에 상기 표 1의 벌크 C 슬러리를 -5℃ 상태에서 1.5 mm의 두께로 도포한 후, 다시 상기 종이/코팅지를 올려서 밀착시킨 다음 동결시키고, 이를 동결건조함으로써 얻어진 샌드위치형 세정제를 4 cm x 5 cm 크기로 절단해서 샌드위치 구조의 세정제를 제작하였다.
(실시예 5)
30g/m2의 수용성 종이에 수용성 폴리비닐알코올 필름(30g/m2)을 히팅롤을 통과시켜 라미네이팅함으로써 종이/필름 라미네이트를 얻었다. 상기 종이/필름 라미네이트를 -30℃로 유지된 챔버에 올려놓고 그 위에 상기 표 1의 벌크 C 슬러리를 -5℃ 상태에서 1.5 mm의 두께로 도포한 후, 상기 종이/필름 라미네이트의 필름면이 내측으로 가도록 해서 밀착시킨 다음 동결시키고, 이를 동결건조함으로써 샌드위치 구조의 세정제를 제조하였다. 상기 동결된 샌드위치 구조를 갖는 세정제의 벌크 C가 내재된 부분의 외곽을 1.5 mm 두께의 라인으로 실링하고, 이를 동결건조하여 6 cm x 7 cm의 외곽 크기로 절단해서 4면이 밀봉된 세정제를 제작하였다.
(실시예 6)
30g/m2의 폴리비닐알코올 필름에 2 중량% 농도의 폴리비닐알코올 및 1 중량% 농도의 셀룰로오스 나노섬유 수용액을 8g/m2의 도포량으로 도포하고 열풍건조하여 코팅/필름을 얻었다. 상기 코팅/필름을 -30℃로 유지된 챔버에 올려놓고 그 위에 상기 표 1의 벌크 C 슬러리를 -5℃ 상태에서 1.5 mm의 두께로 도포한 후, 상기 코팅/필름의 필름면이 내측으로 가도록 해서 밀착시킨 다음 동결시키고, 이를 동결건조함으로써 샌드위치 구조의 세정제를 제조하였다. 상기 동결된 샌드위치 구조를 갖는 세정제의 벌크 C가 내재된 부분의 외곽을 1.5 mm 두께의 라인으로 실링하고, 이를 동결건조하여 6 cm x 7 cm의 외곽 크기로 절단해서 4면이 밀봉된 세정제를 제작하였다.
도 1 내지 3에는 상기 실시예 1 내지 6으로부터 제조된 고체형 세정제의 모식도를 나타내었다.
(비교예 1)
상기 표 1의 벌크 B를 직경 15 mm의 볼 형태(구형)로 된 실리콘 고무 몰드에 충전하여 동결시킨 후, -30℃에서 동결건조를 시작해서 -50℃에서 동결건조를 완결한 다음, 수분함량 7 중량% 이하의 볼 형태(구형)의 세정제를 제조하였다.
(비교예 2)
상기 표 1의 벌크 C를 4 cm x 5 cm의 깊이 1.5 mm의 실리콘 몰드에 충전하여 동결시킨 후, -30℃에서 동결건조를 시작해서 -50℃에서 동결건조를 완결한 다음, 수분함량 7 중량% 이하의 납작한 사각형의 세정제를 제조하였다.
아래 표 2에는 상기 실시예 1 내지 6 및 비교예 1, 2로부터 제조된 고체형 세정제의 용해도, 거품력, 뭉침, 보관성, 보향성의 평가결과를 기재하였다.

주) ① 용해도 : 20℃ 정제수에 담갔을 때, 50 중량% 이상 형태가 무너지는데 걸리는 시간( 3초 이내 : 우수, 5초 이내 : 양호, 10초 이내 : 보통, 10초 이상 : 나쁨)
② 거품력 : 손으로 세정제를 문질러 거품이 잘 나는지, 거품이 잘 유지되는 지를 관능적으로 측정(거품이 잘 형성되지 않음 : 나쁨, 거품이 형성되거나 지속성이 낮음 : 보통, 거품이 잘 형성되고 지속성도 좋음 : 양호)
③ 뭉침 : 손으로 세정제를 문지를 때, 뭉침의 발생 정도를 관능적으로 측정(마지막까지 뭉친 상태로 남음, 20초 이상 지속 : 나쁨, 뭉침이 있으나 마지막에는 사라짐, 10초~20초 사이 지속 : 보통, 10초 이내에 뭉침이 사라짐 : 양호)
④ 보관성 : 40℃, 70% 상대습도에서 24시간 방치한 후 제품끼리 달라붙거나 형상의 변형을 관찰함(형태나 크기의 변화가 없음 : 양호, 서로 달라붙지만 떼어내면 다시 분리됨 : 보통, 형태가 변하거나 서로 달라붙어 분리가 안됨 : 나쁨)
⑤ 보향성 : 사용할 때, 향이 발산되는 정도를 관능적으로 측정(향의 느낌이 강하고 풍성함 : 양호, 벌크 베이스 취는 없으나 향의 느낌은 미향 : 보통, 벌크 베이스 취가 강하고 향의 느낌은 미미 : 나쁨)
또한, 상기 표 2에 기재한 것 이외의 특이사항으로서, 본 발명의 실시예 1 내지 6으로부터 제조된 고체형 세정제는 상대적으로 거품력 및 외관이 우수하여 제품성이 뛰어난 반면, 비교예 1, 2로부터 제조된 고체형 세정제는 표면이 잘 부스러지고 형태 유지가 어려워 상품성이 결여되는 것으로 평가되었다.
그러므로 본 발명에 따라 제조된 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품은 종래 파우더, 비누형 또는 기타 플레이크 형태의 고체형 세정제 또는 컨디셔닝제가 가지고 있는 분말이 날리는 단점 및 세정력, 컨디셔닝 효능 및 보향성 등이 저하되는 문제점을 해결함과 동시에, 손으로 잡아도 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분의 내용물이 묻어나지 않고 습도가 높은 곳에서도 형태의 변화가 없다. 또한, 기존의 액상 형태의 세정 및 컨디셔닝 퍼스널 케어 제품이 갖는 기능을 그대로 보유하면서 사용, 보관 및 포장이 용이한 장점이 있다.

Claims (16)

  1. 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 코어층; 및
    수용성 또는 수분산성 고분자를 함유하는 스킨층;을 포함하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세정 성분은 탄소수 12 내지 14의 소듐알킬 설페이트, 탄소수 12 내지 14의 알킬 모노에탄올 아미드, N-아실 글루타민산염, 양성이온 계면활성제, 양이온 수용성 고분자, 폴리옥시알킬렌 지방산 모노이소프로판올 아미드, 소듐 설페이트, 소듐 클로라이드 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 것을 특징으로 하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세정 성분은 다당류, 디메틸 폴리실록산, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 및 나일론 중에서 선택된 유기 파우더 또는 실리카, 카올린, 산화아연, 산화티탄, 제올라이드 및 탄산칼슘 중에서 선택된 무기 파우더, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세정 성분은 폴리아크릴산 또는 그 유도체, 폴리비닐알코올, 메틸셀룰로오스, 하이드록시메틸 셀룰로오스, 잔탄검, 알긴산, 카라기난 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 증점제를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨디셔닝 성분은 디메치콘, 사이클로메치콘, 아미노화 실리콘, 이소파라핀, 팔미틴산 이소프로필, 이소스테아린산이소스테아릴 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 것을 특징으로 하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 또는 수분산성 고분자는 폴리비닐알코올, 알긴산, 폴리아크릴산, 폴리비닐아크릴아미드, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 셀룰로스 유도체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 것을 특징으로 하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스킨층은 키틴, 키토산, 셀룰로오즈 및 실크 중에서 선택된 천연섬유상 고분자 또는 아크릴, 나일론, 레이욘 및 폴리에스테르 중에서 선택된 합성섬유상 고분자, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품.
  8. 제1항에 있서, 상기 스킨층은 상기 코어층 표면에 형성된 코팅층인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스킨층은 수용성 종이 또는 수용성 고분자 필름에 수용성 고분자가 도포된 것 또는 수용성 종이에 수용성 고분자 필름이 라미네이팅된 것이 상기 코어층의 양면에 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 고분자 필름은 폴리비닐알코올, 알긴산, 폴리아크릴산 또는 그 유도체 및 폴리아크릴아미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 것을 특징으로 하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품은 구형, 원판형, 다각형, 육면체형, 샌드위치형 또는 판형인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품.
  12. (I) 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 액상 벌크 성분을 동결건조하여 코어층을 형성하는 단계; 및
    (II) 상기 코어층에 수용성 또는 수분산성 고분자를 함유하는 용액을 코팅한 후, 동결건조하여 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품의 제조방법.
  13. (I) 수용성 고분자가 도포된 수용성 종이에 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 액상 벌크 성분을 도포한 후, 그 위에 수용성 고분자가 도포된 수용성 종이를 라미네이팅하여 적층하는 단계; 및
    (II) 열풍건조기로 건조함으로써 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 코어층의 양면에 수용성 고분자가 도포된 수용성 종이가 적층된 스킨층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품의 제조방법.
  14. (I) -30℃ 내지 -50℃로 유지된 챔버에서 수용성 고분자가 도포된 수용성 종이 또는 수용성 고분자 필름에 -5℃ 내지 -10℃ 상태의 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 벌크 슬러리를 도포한 후, 그 위에 수용성 고분자가 도포된 수용성 종이 또는 수용성 고분자 필름을 라미네이팅하여 적층하는 단계; 및
    (II) 동결건조기로 건조함으로써 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 코어층의 양면에 수용성 고분자가 도포된 수용성 종이 또는 수용성 고분자 필름이 적층된 스킨층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품의 제조방법.
  15. (I) -30℃ 내지 -50℃로 유지된 챔버에서 수용성 종이에 수용성 고분자 필름이 라미네이팅된 복합필름에 -5℃ 내지 -10℃ 상태의 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 벌크 슬러리를 도포하는 단계; 및
    (II) 상기 복합필름의 필름면이 내측으로 가도록 밀착시킨 후, 동결건조 함으로써 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 코어층의 양면에 상기 복합필름이 적층된 스킨층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품의 제조방법.
  16. 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 스킨층 필름의 벌크가 내재된 상태로 가장자리 4면의 끝단을 열, 초음파, 고주파 또는 유도가열을 사용해 실링한 후, 컷팅 및 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품의 제조방법.
