本发明涉及一种食品坯料调角方法及调角机构,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
在食品加工领域,经常使用到成型机对食品进行加工。但对于卷状食品,例如春卷,由于食品具有独特的结构形状,因此实现自动化生产尤为困难,其成型还停留在半自动状态,仅能够实现机械切皮、自动填料,后续步骤就只能依靠手工进行翻折和卷装,导致效率低下,人员使用成本较高,另一方面手工卷装的食品规格不一,无法保证较高的良品率。在进行加工时,首先对坯料进行准备,坯料包括包覆皮901和馅料902,如图1所示,将片状的包覆皮901进行平铺,在包覆皮901上放置馅料902,馅料902位于靠近包覆皮901一角的位置从而形成一次坯料91。如果进一步将所述包覆皮901的靠近馅料902的一角折起从而将馅料902覆盖,则形成了二次坯料92,如图2所示。形成一次坯料91通过现有的技术手段较为容易实现,但通过机械加工的方式形成二次坯料92之前需要将一次坯料91调转角度,或者先将包覆皮901调转角度后再防止馅料902形成一次坯料91,以便于进行后续的折角操作。例如图3所示,一次坯料91经第一送料装置向前输送,当需要通过后续的翻边机构将包覆皮901的靠近馅料902的一角折起时,需要使该靠近馅料902的一角(将该角定义为第一角901a)朝向翻边机构,这就需要将包覆皮901转动一定角度,例如45°,如图20所示。可以使用负压吸引装置吸住包覆皮901后再进行旋转,但旋转时包覆皮901上的馅料902容易被甩出。除此之外并没有较好的方法对包覆皮901进行转动。

因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够将食品坯料进行调转角度的食品坯料调角方法及调角机构。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的一种食品坯料调角方法,包括以下步骤:
将固定装置在第一工位的位置固定于包覆皮的第一角,从而使固定装置与包覆皮 能够同步动作;通过移动驱动组件驱动所述固定装置移动至第二工位从而拖动所述包覆皮;在拖动包覆皮的过程中,通过转动驱动组件驱动所述固定装置转动。
本发明还提供一种食品坯料调角机构,包括:
台板,用于承托包覆皮;
固定装置,用于在第一工位的位置固定于包覆皮的第一角;
移动驱动组件,连接于所述固定装置,用于驱动所述固定装置拖动所述包覆皮移动至第二工位;
转动驱动组件,连接于所述固定装置,能够在拖动包覆皮的过程中驱动所述固定装置转动至预设角度。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的食品坯料调角方法以及调角机构,通过固定装置固定于包覆皮的第一角位置,然后驱动固定装置移动,并且在固定装置拖动包覆皮向第二工位移动的过程中对固定装置进行旋转,由于固定装置与包覆皮同步动作,所以固定装置旋转时包覆皮同步旋转,当固定装置移动至第二工位时,包覆皮被拖动至第二工位,同时包覆皮也转动到指定角度。本发明的食品坯料调角方法以及调角机构,能够对食品坯料进行调转角度,使包覆皮的第一角能够被转动至指定角度从而便于进行后续的加工工序,并且包覆皮调转角度的精度高,调角机构运行稳定,能够尽量避免对包覆皮造成损坏,避免将包覆皮上的馅料甩落。

如图3-6所示,本发明的食品坯料调角机构,包括台板11、固定装置、移动驱动组件以及转动驱动组件。在第二传送装置8上设置有切料装置7,切料装置7将原料皮切割成为多个包覆皮901。可以在切割之前将馅料902投放在包覆皮901上,也可以在切割之后投放馅料902。第二传送装置8将一次坯料91传送至台板11上,并且使包覆皮901的第一角位于台板11上的第一工位M1位置。
在本实施例中,第二传送装置8一次向台板11同时传送被切割完毕的三个包覆皮901,因此可以同时对三个包覆皮901进行调角作业。当然,在其他实施方式中,不限于此。
所述固定装置用于在第一工位M1的位置固定于包覆皮901的第一角,移动驱动组件用于驱动所述固定装置拖动所述包覆皮901移动至第二工位M2,转动驱动组件用于在拖动包覆皮901的过程中驱动所述固定装置转动至预设角度。
通过固定装置固定于包覆皮901的第一角901a位置,然后驱动固定装置移动,并且在固定装置拖动包覆皮901向第二工位M2移动的过程中对固定装置进行旋转,由于固定装置与包覆皮901同步动作,所以固定装置旋转时包覆皮901同步旋转,当固定装置移动至第二工位M2时,包覆皮901被拖动至第二工位M2,同时包覆皮901也转动到指定角度。
多个所述固定装置在第一工位M1向第二工位M2移动的轨迹呈发散状分布,从 而能够拖动包覆皮901向相互远离的方向移动,在完成调角作业的同时也将多个包覆皮901之间的距离拉开,以便于后续工序中设备的布置。
如图7-9所示,以所述第一角901a的朝向F1为前方,则当第一角901a的旋转方向F2为向左时,第二工位M2位于第一工位M1的左前方,固定装置的移动方向F3即为该方向。同理,当需要将第一角901a向右旋转时第二工位M2位于第一工位M1的右前方。因此,在进行拖动时,包覆皮901受到与台板11之间的摩擦力以及固定装置的拉力作用下会向旋转方向F2的方向旋转。
如图3、4以及图10、12所示,在本实施例中,台板11的上方设置有移动驱动组件,所述移动驱动组件包括第三气缸31,所述第三气缸31可以为直线气缸,在所述台板11上设置有长槽119,所述第三气缸31的驱动方向与所述长槽119的延伸方向一致。所述第三气缸31上安装有夹持驱动组件,所述夹持驱动组件包括第四气缸32,所述第四气缸32的气缸臂下端设置有安装座33,安装座33上固定有一上导气筒34,所述上导气筒34的下端固定有第一针35。如图11所示,所述上导气筒34的下端还设置有出气孔341,并且上部还设置有用于连接上吹气管343的连接孔342。
所述固定装置包括上夹持部36以及下夹持部37,所述第四气缸32用于驱动上夹持部36进行升降动作。所述第一工位M1与第二工位M2位于所述长槽119的轨迹上,所述下夹持部37能够穿过所述长槽119与所述上夹持部36相配合从而将包覆皮901夹持固定其中,所述夹持驱动组件用于驱动所述上夹持部36与下夹持部37进行夹持。
在下夹持部37上设置有用于所述第一针35插入的针孔371,所述第一针35插入至所述针孔371内,从而当移动驱动组件驱动上夹持部36移动时,通过第一针35能够将驱动力传递至下夹持部37,使所述上夹持部36和下夹持部37同步移动。在本实施例中,所述上夹持部36包括套筒361,所述第一针35设置于所述套筒361内侧,一弹性复位部件分别作用于所述第一针35与套筒361,并且当所述第一针35相对于所述套筒361向下移动时所述弹性复位部件开始蓄能。在本实施例中,所述弹性复位部件包括复位弹簧38,所述复位弹簧38一端顶在所述套筒361上,另一端顶在所述上导气筒34底部。当第四气缸32驱动套筒361以及第一针35下移时,套筒361的下边缘能够压紧在包覆皮901上,第一针35则穿过包覆皮901后插入至下支撑部的针孔371内。当包覆皮901在被拖动的过程中发生旋转时,套筒361与第一针35能够发生相对旋转。所述套筒361包括位于下端的压环362以及在所述压环362上设置的橡胶 压片363。所述压环362和橡胶压片363能够增大与包覆皮的接触面积,使夹持更加稳固。
在所述长槽119的边缘位置设置有向下凹陷的檐部119a,所述檐部119a用于支撑所述下夹持部37。所述下夹持部37包括与包覆皮901相接触的圆形板372以及固定于圆形板372下方的下导气筒373,所述针孔371位于圆形板372的中部并连通于所述下导气筒373,所述圆形板372搭在所述檐部119a上。在所述圆形板372的上表面设置有防滑结构,例如防滑纹372a,用于增加与包覆皮901之间的摩擦。当然在所述套筒361的下端面也可以设置防滑结构。
所述上导气筒34与下导气筒373分别连接于上吹气管343与下吹气管374从而形成吹气结构,用于向包覆皮901吹气,避免上夹持部36以及下夹持部37与包覆皮901之间发生粘连。
所述下夹持部37还连接于一移动复位装置,所述移动复位装置可以为复位气缸39,所述复位气缸39用于驱动下夹持部37复位至第一工位M1。当然,也可以不设置单独的移动复位装置,通过移动驱动组件也能够同样驱动下夹持部37复位。
在所述圆形板372的边缘位置设置有沿着径向向外凸起的托块部375,当所述下夹持部37位于第一工位M1时所述托块部375朝向所述第一角901a的尖端伸出,用于托住第一角901a的边缘。并且在所述托块部375上开设有沿着径向向外延伸的通槽375a,所述通槽375a延伸至所述托块部375的边缘,当调角作业完成后,通过第二针14穿过包覆皮901后插入至所述通槽375a内将包覆皮901拖出。在所述长槽119的位于第二工位位置的边缘上设置有用于容纳所述托块部375的容纳槽119b。
如图15所示,在所述长槽119下方还可以设置吹气装置191,所述吹气装置191向上吹气,用于对长槽119上方的包覆皮901进行吹气,防止包覆皮901在被拖动至长槽119上方时局部耷落在长槽119内。
所述转动驱动组件包括设置于所述固定装置上的转向部以及能够与所述转向部相配合的导向部,所述导向部位于所述转向部的移动轨迹上并能够对所述导向部的远离其旋转轴线一侧的部分进行限位导向。
如图12所示,在本实施例中,所述转向部包括一横杆41,所述导向部包括前阻挡部42和后阻挡部43,当下夹持部37向第二工位M2移动时,横杆41一并向前移动,当横杆41触碰到前阻挡部42时,由于受到阻挡导致下夹持部37发生转动,从而 带动包覆皮901一起转动;在进行复位时,下夹持部37向第一工位M1移动,同理,后阻挡部43用于使下夹持部37旋转回到初始角度,为了防止回旋过渡,因此所述下夹持部37还设置有短拨杆41a,所述短拨杆41a与横杆41夹角45°设置,所述下夹持部37与一横安装板同步移动,在横安装板上还设置有复位阻挡部43a,在下夹持部37进行复位移动时,复位阻挡部43a能够对短拨杆41a进行阻挡。
在另一种实施例中,如图17、18所示,所述固定装置包括负压吸引装置44,所述负压吸引装置44包括圆形板372、位于圆形板372下方的下导气筒373以及连接于下导气筒373的负压管441,在所述圆形板372上设置有负压吸气口440,所述负压吸气口440连通于所述负压管441,能够通过负压吸附的方式将包覆皮901固定按在圆形板372上。所述移动驱动组件则包括第五气缸45,所述第五气缸45驱动所述负压吸引装置44移动。同时,所述导向部包括一导向槽46,所述转向部包括位于导向槽46内的导向块47以及一端固定于所述固定装置另一端安装所述导向块47的连接杆48。
在另一种实施例中,如图19所示,所述转动驱动组件则包括转动电机49,所述负压吸引装置44连接于所述转动电机49的动力输出端,通过转动电机49的作用带动负压吸引装置44旋转。
如图10、12所示,当包覆皮901被第二传送装置8送至台板11上后,此时下夹持部37位于包覆皮901的下方,第四气缸32驱动上夹持部36下移从而将包覆皮901夹持固定,第一针35穿过包覆皮901后插入至下夹持部37的针孔371内。
如图13、14所示,第三气缸31驱动所述固定装置沿着长槽119的方向移动,当横杆41触碰到前阻挡部42后,下夹持部37则受到横杆41的作用而转动,同时带动包覆皮901以及上夹持部36一同转动。
如图16所示,当固定装置移动至第二工位M2时,包覆皮901旋转至指定角度,第二针14下移并刺入一次坯料91的包覆皮内,上夹持部36抬起并向回程方向移动。
显然,上述实施例仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种食品坯料调角方法,包括以下步骤:将固定装置在第一工位的位置固定于包覆皮的第一角,从而使固定装置与包覆皮能够同步动作;通过移动驱动组件驱动所述固定装置移动至第二工位从而拖动所述包覆皮;在拖动包覆皮的过程中,通过转动驱动组件驱动所述固定装置转动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的食品坯料调角方法,其中,以所述第一角的朝向为前方,则当需要将第一角向左旋转时固定装置的移动方向为左前方,当需要将第一角向右旋转时固定装置的移动方向为右前方。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的食品坯料调角方法,其中,将原料皮通过多个并列间隔设置的切刀切割形成多个并列设置的包覆皮,将多个包覆皮同时送入多个并列设置的第一工位,并通过多个固定装置对应将多个所述包覆皮向相互分散的方向拖动。
  4. 一种食品坯料调角机构,包括:
    台板,用于承托包覆皮;
    固定装置,用于在第一工位的位置固定于包覆皮的第一角;
    移动驱动组件,连接于所述固定装置,用于驱动所述固定装置拖动所述包覆皮移动至第二工位;
    转动驱动组件,连接于所述固定装置,能够在拖动包覆皮的过程中驱动所述固定装置转动至预设角度。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的食品坯料调角机构,其中,所述固定装置包括上夹持部以及下夹持部,在所述台板上设置有长槽,所述第一工位与第二工位位于所述长槽的轨迹上,所述下夹持部能够穿过所述长槽与所述上夹持部相配合从而将包覆皮夹持固定其中。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的食品坯料调角机构,其中,在所述上夹持部和下夹持部上分别设置有第一针和针孔,所述第一针能够插入至所述针孔内,从而使所述上夹持部和下夹持部能够在移动驱动组件的驱动下同步移动。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的食品坯料调角机构,其中,所述台板包括用于支撑所述下夹持部的支撑部;所述上夹持部安装于夹持驱动组件上,所述夹持驱动组件用于驱动所述上夹持部升降,所述移动驱动组件用于驱动所述上夹持部移动。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的食品坯料调角机构,其中,所述下夹持部连接于一移动复 位装置。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的食品坯料调角机构,其中,所述上夹持部包括套筒,所述第一针设置于所述套筒内侧,一弹性复位部件分别作用于所述第一针与套筒,并且当所述第一针相对于所述套筒向下移动时所述弹性复位部件开始蓄能。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的食品坯料调角机构,其中,所述上夹持部和/或下夹持部还设置有吹气结构。
  11. 如权利要求5所述的食品坯料调角机构,其中,所述上夹持部和/或下夹持部与包覆皮的接触面设置有防滑结构。
  12. 如权利要求5所述的食品坯料调角机构,其中,所述下夹持部包括沿着径向向外凸起的托块部,当所述下夹持部位于第一工位时所述托块部朝向所述第一角的尖端伸出。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的食品坯料调角机构,其中,在所述托块部上开设有沿着径向向外延伸的通槽,所述通槽延伸至所述托块部的边缘。
  14. 如权利要求5所述的食品坯料调角机构,其中,在所述长槽下方设置有吹气装置。
  15. 如权利要求4-14任一项所述的食品坯料调角机构,其中,第一工位与第二工位位于所述台板上;并且以所述第一角的朝向为前方,则当需要将第一角向左旋转时第二工位位于第一工位的左前方,当需要将第一角向右旋转时第二工位位于第一工位的右前方。
  16. 如权利要求4-14任一项所述的食品坯料调角机构,其中,所述转动驱动组件包括设置于所述固定装置上的转向部以及能够与所述转向部相配合的导向部,所述导向部位于所述转向部的移动轨迹上并能够对所述导向部的远离其旋转轴线一侧的部分进行限位导向。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的食品坯料调角机构,其中,所述转向部包括一横杆,所述导向部包括阻挡部。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的食品坯料调角机构,其中,所述导向部包括一导向槽,所述转向部包括位于导向槽内的导向块以及一端固定于所述固定装置另一端安装所述导向块的连接杆。
  19. 如权利要求4-14任一项所述的食品坯料调角机构,其中,在所述台板上并列 设置有多个所述第一工位以及多个第二工位,与之相对应地,所述固定装置、移动驱动组件、转动驱动组件分别为多个;多个所述固定装置在第一工位向第二工位移动的轨迹呈发散状分布。
