在本申请中,除非另有规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一特征和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一特征和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方” 和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
在本实施例的描述中,术语“上”、“下”、“右”、等方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述和简化操作,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅仅用于在描述上加以区分,并没有特殊的含义。
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来说明本申请的技术方案。
本申请提供了一种格口柜,如图1和图2所示,格口柜100可以为快递柜,也可为其它具有格口的柜体,例如超市门口的储物柜等,在此不作限制,本申请实施例及附图中以快递柜为例进行说明。
如图1所示,格口柜100包括柜体10及格口门20,柜体10上设置有至少一个格口,格口门20盖合在格口处,格口门20与格口一一对应。本申请中的格口门20包括了快递柜的格口门和控制门,统一称为格口门20。
如图2和图3所示,格口柜100还包括应急解锁装置30。如图3、图4及图5所示,应急解锁装置30包括拉杆31、电控锁32、滑板33以及拨动机构34。
结合图1-图3,拉杆31设置于柜体10上,能在柜体10上沿第一方向被拉动,第一方向为附图所示的上下方向。
电控锁32设置于柜体10上,且与格口门20对应设置,电控锁32设置为控制格口门20的打开和关闭。一般的,一个电控锁32对应一个格口门20。电控锁32上设置有应急拨杆321(如图4和图5),拨动应急拨杆321即可解锁电控锁32。
如图4所示,拉杆31上设置有至少一个第一缺口311,至少一个第一缺口311与至少一个应急拨杆321一一对应,应急拨杆321抵靠在第一缺口311沿第一方向(上下方向)上的第一端(下端)。当需要解锁时,向上拉动拉杆31,即可使第一缺口311拨动应急拨杆321,实现解锁。且拉杆31上设置了与每个电控锁32的应急拨杆321对应的第一缺口311,可通过拉动拉杆31,将所有电控锁32全部解锁。如前文所述,快递柜包括格口门和控制门,通过拉杆31可将格口门的电控锁32和控制门的电控锁32全部解锁,无需为快递柜的格口门和控制门分别设置应急解锁的结构,节约了成本和安装空间。
如图5所示,滑板33至少为一个,滑板33与快递柜的控制门的电控锁32对应设置,设置为单独打开快递柜的控制门。滑板33滑动连接在拉杆31上,滑板33上设置有第二缺口331,应急拨杆321抵靠在第二缺口331沿第一方向 (上下方向)上的第一端(下端)。在一种实施方式中,如图5所示,可将滑板33的第二缺口331和拉杆31的第一缺口311设置为形状一致,且重叠在一起。当滑板33在拉杆31上向上滑动时,第二缺口331就会拨动应急拨杆321,将电控锁32解锁。这样无需拨动拉杆31,不会将其它电控锁32解锁,只会将与滑板33对应的电控锁32解锁,适用于快递柜中需要单独打开控制门,而无需打开其它格口门的情形。
如图5所示,拨动机构34与滑板33连接,能够拨动滑板33沿第一方向(上下方向)滑动。拨动机构34可设置为从格口柜100的外部拨动滑板33,例如通过钥匙配合机械锁拨动滑板33。
如图5所示,拨动机构34包括机械锁341、凸轮式拨片342以及连杆343。
请结合图2和图5,机械锁341设置于格口门20上,机械锁341的锁芯能在钥匙的拧动下绕第一轴线101转动,本申请实施例中,第一轴线101沿第二方向设置(前后方向)设置。
凸轮式拨片342与机械锁341的锁芯连接,能跟随锁芯绕第一轴线101转动。
连杆343转动连接在柜体10上,连杆343的一端与凸轮式拨片342抵接,另一端与滑板33连接,连杆343能在凸轮式拨片342的拨动下绕第二轴线102转动,以带动滑板33滑动,第二轴向102沿第三方向(左右方向)设置,。第一方向、第二方向及第三方向两两垂直,在本申请实施例中,分别对应上下方向、前后方向和左右方向,也就是空间坐标系的X轴方向、Y轴方向和Z轴方向。
由于凸轮式拨片342的形状不规则,类似于凸轮,当凸轮式拨片342在钥匙的拨动下转动时,会将连杆343下压,那么连杆343与滑板33连接的一端就会上翘,将滑板33向上推,进而使滑板33拨动电控锁32的应急拨杆321,将电控锁32解锁了。
如图5所示,拨动机构34还包括第一弹性件344,第一弹性件344的一端连接在柜体10上,另一端连接在凸轮式拨片342上,第一弹性件344能使凸轮式拨片342复位。也就是说,当凸轮式拨片342在钥匙的拧动下转动后,当松开钥匙时,凸轮式拨片342可在第一弹性件344的弹性力作用下复位,避免凸轮式拨片342一直将连杆343往下压着,进而导致连杆343一直将滑板33向上推,使电控锁32的应急拨杆311一直被滑板往上拉着,损坏电控锁32。在一种实施方式中,第一弹性件为弹簧。
在一种实施方式中,如图5所示,连杆343与凸轮式拨片342连接的一端 设置有压板3431,压板3431沿第三方向(左右方向)延伸,凸轮式拨片342与压板3431抵接。设置了压板3431来与凸轮式拨片342抵接,压板3431的面积较大,可使凸轮式拨片342始终与压板3431接触,避免凸轮式拨片342滑空,而与连杆343断开连接。
如图5所示,压板3431与连杆343一体成型。在其它的一些实施方式中,压板3431也可以是单独的一个零件,通过螺钉安装在连杆343上。
如图5所示,在一种实施方式中,连杆343穿过拉杆31与滑板33连接,所以如图6和图7所示,拉杆31上需设置供连杆343穿过的第一槽型孔312。结合图5和图7,滑板33上设置有供连杆343穿过的第二槽型孔332,连杆343与滑板33连接的一端依次穿过第一槽型孔312和第二槽型孔332。第一槽型孔312的尺寸要比第二槽型孔332大,如图7所示,这样才能使连杆343在第一槽型孔312具有移动空间,使连杆343能在第二槽型孔332内不受第一槽型孔312的阻碍,从而带动滑板33。
如图5所示,应急解锁装置30还包括第二弹性件35,第二弹性件35的一端连接在拉杆31上,另一端连接在滑板33上,第二弹性件35能使滑板33复位。也就是说当凸轮式拨片342在钥匙的拧动下转动,进而依次带动连杆343和滑板33时,当操作员松开钥匙后,滑板33能在第二弹性件35的弹性力作用下复位。在一种实施方式中,第二弹性件35可为弹簧。
滑板33在拉杆31上的滑动需要有限位结构来限制,在一种实施方式中,如图5所示,滑板33上设置有第一限位孔333,第一限位孔333沿第一方向(上下方向)延伸,拉杆31上设置有限位螺钉313,限位螺钉313穿设于第一限位孔333中。如图5所示,第一限位孔333为腰型孔,使第一限位孔333在限位螺钉313上具有沿第一方向(上下方向)运动的自由度。当滑板33未被连杆343推动时,如图5所示,第一限位孔333的顶端与限位螺钉313接触,电控锁32未解锁。当滑板33被连杆343推动时,如图7所示,滑板33向上滑动,第一限位孔333的底端与限位螺钉313接触,电控锁32解锁。
在一种实施方式中,如图3所示,拉杆31通过松不脱螺钉36安装于柜体10上,拉杆31上设置有与松不脱螺钉36配合的第二限位孔,第二限位孔沿第一方向(上下方向)延伸,以使拉杆31具有在第一方向被拉动的自由度。当需要应急解锁时,拧松松不脱螺钉36,向上拉拉杆31即可,解锁完成后,拉杆31会在自身自重的作用下,向下回到原位,然后拧紧松不脱螺钉36。
如图3所示,松不脱螺钉36设置于柜体10沿第一方向(上下方向)上的第二端(上端),结合图2和图3所示,柜体10的第二端(上端)的端板11上设置有开口,开口与拉杆31对应设置,开口上设置有盖板111。当需要拉动 拉杆31时,打开盖板111,从盖板111下的开口处伸手进柜体10内拉动拉杆31即可。
与相关技术相比,本申请可将所有电控锁统一通过拉动拉杆来应急解锁;拉杆上设置可滑动的滑板,滑板与拨动机构连接,可通过拨动滑板来单独解锁与该滑板对应的电控锁,例如单独解锁快递柜的控制门的电控锁;可将快递柜的格口门和控制门的应急解锁装置集成一体,无需分开单独设置,节省了空间,节约了成本;可将快递柜的格口门和控制门的电控锁使用同一种电控锁,减少了物料的数量。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种格口柜,包括:设置有至少一个格口的柜体(10),盖合在所述格口处的格口门(20)以及应急解锁装置(30);
    所述应急解锁装置(30)包括:
    拉杆(31),设置于所述柜体(10)上,设置为在所述柜体(10)上沿第一方向被拉动;其中,所述第一方向为所述多个格口层叠设置的方向;
    至少一个电控锁(32),设置于所述柜体(10)上,且与至少一个格口门(20)对应设置,每个电控锁(32)上设置有应急拨杆(321);
    其中,所述拉杆(31)上设置有至少一个第一缺口(311),所述至少一个第一缺口(311)与至少一个应急拨杆(321)一一对应,所述应急拨杆(321)抵靠在所述第一缺口(311)沿所述第一方向上的第一端;
    滑板(33),所述滑板(33)滑动连接在所述拉杆(31)上,与所述至少一个电控锁(32)中的一个电控锁(32)对应设置,所述滑板(33)上设置有第二缺口(331),所述应急拨杆(321)抵靠在所述第二缺口(331)沿所述第一方向上的第一端;
    拨动机构(34),与所述滑板(33)连接,设置为拨动所述滑板(33)沿所述第一方向滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的格口柜,其中,所述拨动机构(34)包括:
    机械锁(341),设置于所述格口门(20)上,所述机械锁(341)的锁芯设置为在钥匙的拧动下绕第一轴线(101)转动,所述第一轴线(101)沿第二方向设置;
    凸轮式拨片(342),与所述机械锁(341)的锁芯连接,设置为跟随所述锁芯绕所述第一轴线(101)转动;
    连杆(343),转动连接在所述柜体(10)上,所述连杆(343)的一端与所述凸轮式拨片(342)抵接,所述连杆(343)的另一端与所述滑板(33)连接,所述连杆(343)设置为在所述凸轮式拨片(342)的拨动下绕第二轴线(102)转动,以带动所述滑板(33)滑动,所述第二轴线(102)沿第三方向设置;
    其中,所述第一方向、所述第二方向及所述第三方向两两垂直。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的格口柜,其中,所述拨动机构(34)还包括:
    第一弹性件(344),所述第一弹性件(344)的一端连接在所述柜体(10)上,所述第一弹性件(344)的另一端连接在所述凸轮式拨片(342)上,所述第一弹性件(344)设置为使所述凸轮式拨片(342)复位。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的格口柜,其中,所述连杆(343)与所述凸轮式拨片(342)连接的一端设置有压板(3431),所述压板(3431)沿所述第三方向延伸,所述凸轮式拨片(342)与所述压板(3431)抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的格口柜,其中,所述压板(3431)与所述连杆(343)一体成型。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的格口柜,其中,所述拉杆(31)上设置有供所述连杆(343)穿过的第一槽型孔(312),所述滑板(33)上设置有供所述连杆(343)穿过的第二槽型孔(332),所述连杆(343)与所述滑板(33)连接的一端依次穿过所述第一槽型孔(312)和所述第二槽型孔(332)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的格口柜,其中,所述应急解锁装置(30)还包括:
    第二弹性件(35),所述第二弹性件(35)的一端连接在所述拉杆(31)上,所述第二弹性件(35)的另一端连接在所述滑板(33)上,所述第二弹性件(35)设置为使所述滑板(33)复位。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的格口柜,其中,所述滑板(33)上设置有第一限位孔(333),所述第一限位孔(333)沿所述第一方向延伸,所述拉杆(31)上设置有限位螺钉(313),所述限位螺钉(313)穿设于所述第一限位孔(333)中。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的格口柜,其中,所述拉杆(31)通过松不脱螺钉(36)安装于所述柜体(10)上,所述拉杆(31)上设置有与所述松不脱螺钉(36)配合的第二限位孔,所述第二限位孔沿所述第一方向延伸。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的格口柜,其中,所述松不脱螺钉(36)设置于所述柜体(10)沿所述第一方向上的第二端,所述柜体(10)的所述第二端的端板(11)上设置有开口,所述开口与所述拉杆(31)对应设置,所述开口上设置有盖板(111)。
