The technical solution of the present disclosure will be further described below with reference to the drawings and through specific embodiments.
The disclosure provides a compartment locker, as shown in figs. 1 and 2, compartment locker 100 can be a delivery locker or other locker body compartments, such as lockers at the entrance of supermarket, etc., which is not limited here. The embodiment of the disclosure and the attached drawings are illustrated by taking a delivery locker as an example.
As shown in fig. 1, the compartment locker 100 comprises a locker body 10 and a locker door 20, wherein the locker body 10 is provided with a plurality of compartments, the locker door 20 covers the compartments, and the locker doors 20 correspond to the compartments one by one. The locker door 20 of the disclosure comprises locker door and control door of delivery locker, which are collectively called locker door 20.
As shown in figs. 2 and 3, the compartment locker 100 further comprises an emergency unlocking device 30. As shown in figs. 3, 4 and 5, the emergency unlocking device 30 comprises a pull rod 31, an electric control lock 32, a sliding plate 33 and a toggle mechanism 34.
Referring to figs. 1-3, the pull rod 31 is arranged on the locker body 10 and can be pulled along the first direction on the locker body 10, the first direction is the up-down direction shown in the figures.
The electric control lock 32 is arranged on the locker body 10 and corresponds to the locker door 20, the electric control lock 32 is used to control the opening and closing of the locker door 20. Generally, one electric control lock 32 corresponds to one locker door 20. The electric control lock 32 is provided with an emergency lever 321 (as shown in figs. 4 and 5). the electric control lock 32 can be unlocked by toggling the emergency lever 321.
As shown in fig. 4, the pull rod 31 is provided with a plurality of first notches 311, which correspond to the emergency lever 321 one by one. The emergency lever 321 abuts against the first end (lower end) of the first notch 311 in the first direction (up-down direction). When needed to unlock, the pull rod 31 is pulled upward to enable the first notch 311 to toggle the emergency lever 321 to unlock. And the pull rod 31 is provided with a first notch 311 corresponding to the emergency lever 321 of each electric control lock 32, all electric control locks 32 can be unlocked by pulling the pull rod 31. As mentioned above, the express delivery locker includes a locker door and a control door. Through pull rod 31, the electric control lock 32 of locker door and the electric control lock 32 of control door can be all unlocked. It is not necessary to separately set up emergency unlocking structures for the locker door and the control door of the express delivery locker, thus saving cost and installation space.
As shown in fig. 5, there is at least one sliding plate 33, the sliding plate 33 is arranged corresponding to the electric control lock of the control door of delivery locker, and is used for opening the control door separately. The sliding plate 33 is slidably connected to the pull rod 31, the sliding plate 33 is provided with a second notch 331, and the emergency lever 321 abuts against the first end (lower end) of the second notch 331 in the first direction (up-down direction). In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the second notch 331 of the sliding plate 33 and the first notch 311 of the pull rod 31 may be set to be in the same shape and overlap together. When the sliding plate 33 slides upward on the pull rod 31, the second notch 331 will toggle the emergency lever 321 to unlock the electric control lock 32. In this way, the pull rod 31 does not need to be pulled, other electric control locks 32 will not be unlocked, and only the electric control lock 32 corresponding to the sliding plate 33 will be unlocked, which is applicable to the situation that only one control door is required to be opened, without opening other locker doors.
Continue to refer to fig. 5, the toggle mechanism 34 is connected to the sliding plate 33 and can toggle the sliding plate 33 to slide in the first direction (up-down direction). The toggle mechanism 34 is set to be used to toggle the sliding plate 33 from the outside of the compartment locker 100, for example, the sliding plate 33 can be toggled by the cooperation of a key and a mechanical lock.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the toggle mechanism 34 includes a mechanical lock 341, a cam pick 342, and a connecting rod 343.
Refer to figs. 2 and 5, the mechanical lock 341 is arranged on the locker door 20, the lock cylinder of the mechanical lock 341 can rotate around a first axis 101 by turning a key. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first axis 101 is arranged along the second direction (front-back direction).
A cam pick 342 is connected to the lock cylinder of mechanical lock 341 and can rotate around the first axis 101 with the lock cylinder.
The connecting rod 343 is rotatably connected to the locker body 10. One end of the connecting rod 343 abuts against the cam pick 342 and the other end is connected with the sliding plate 33. The connecting rod 343 can rotate around the second axis 102 by toggling the cam pick 342, so as to drive the sliding plate 33 to slide. The second axis 102 is arranged along the third direction (left-right direction), it can be understood that the first direction, second direction and third direction are perpendicular to one another. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, they respectively correspond to the up-down direction, the front-back direction and the left-right direction, that is, the X axis direction, the Y axis direction and the Z axis direction of the spatial coordinate system.
Because of the irregular shape of the cam pick 342, which is similar to a cam, when the cam pick 342 rotates by turning a key, the connecting rod 343 will be pressed down, so that one end of the connecting rod 343 connected with the sliding plate 33 will be tilted upward, pushing the sliding plate 33 upward, thus causing the sliding plate 33 to toggle the emergency lever 321 of the electric control lock 32 and unlock the electric control lock 32.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the toggle mechanism 34 further comprises a first elastic member 344, one end of the first elastic member 344 is connected to the locker body 10 and the other end is connected to the cam pick 342. The first elastic member 344 can reset the cam pick 342. That is to say, when the cam pick 342 rotates under the turning of a key, when the key is pulled out, the cam pick 342 can be reset under the elastic force of the first elastic member 344 to prevent the cam pick 342 from pressing down the connecting rod 343 all the time, which may cause the connecting rod 343 to push the sliding plate 33 upward all the time, making the emergency lever 311 of the electric control lock 32 to be pulled upward all the time by the sliding plate, damaging the electric control lock 32. In one embodiment, the first elastic member is a spring.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, one end of the connecting rod 343 connected to the cam pick 342 is provided with a pressing plate 3431, which extends in a third direction (left-right direction), and the cam pick 342 abuts against the pressing plate 3431. The pressing plate 3431 is set to abut against the cam pick 342, the area of pressing plate 3431 is relatively large, which can make the cam pick 342 always contact with the pressing plate 3431, and prevent the cam pick 342 from sliding emptily and disconnecting from the connecting rod 343.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the pressing plate 3431 is integrally formed with the connecting rod 343. In other embodiments, the pressing plate 3431 may also be a separate part, which is mounted on the connecting rod 343 by screws.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, the connecting rod 343 is connected to the sliding plate 33 through the pulling rod 31, therefore as shown in figs. 6 and 7, the pulling rod 31 needs to be provided with a first slotted hole 312 through which the connecting rod 343 passes. Referring to figs. 5 and 7, the sliding plate 33 is provided with a second slotted hole 332 through which the connecting rod 343 passes. One end of the connecting rod 343 connected to the sliding plate 33 passes through the first slotted hole 312 and the second slotted hole 332 sequentially. It can be understood that the size of the first slotted hole
312 is larger than that of the second slotted hole 332, as shown in fig. 7, so that the connecting rod 343 can have space to move in the first slotted hole 312, so that the connecting rod 343 will not be obstructed by the first slotted hole 312 at the first slotted hole 312, thereby driving the sliding plate 33.
As shown in fig. 5, the emergency unlocking device 30 further comprises a second elastic member 35, one end of the second elastic member 35 is connected to pull rod 31 and the other end is connected to the sliding plate 33. The second elastic member 35 can reset the sliding plate 33. That is to say, when the cam pick 342 rotates under the turning of a key to drive the connecting rod 343 and the sliding plate 33 sequentially, the sliding plate 33 can be reset under the elastic force of second elastic member 35 after the key pulled out. Preferably, the second elastic member 35 may be a spring.
Further, the sliding of the sliding plate 33 on the pull rod 31 needs to be limited with a limiting structure. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the sliding plate 33 is provided with a first limiting hole 333, the limiting hole 333 extends in a first direction (up-down direction). The pull rod 31 is provided with a stop screw 313, the stop screw 313 passes through the first limiting hole 333. As shown in fig. 5, the first limiting hole 333 is preferably a waist-shaped hole, so that the first limiting hole 333 has freedom of movement in the first direction (up-down direction) on the stop screw 313. When the sliding plate 33 is not pushed by the connecting rod 343, as shown in fig. 5, the top end of the first limiting hole 333 contacts the stop screw 313, and the electric control lock 32 is not unlocked. When the sliding plate 33 is pushed by the connecting rod 343, as shown in fig. 7, the sliding plate 33 slides upward, the bottom end of the first limiting hole 333 contacts the stop screw 313, and the electric control lock 32 is unlocked.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the pull rod 31 is installed on the locker body 10 through a captive screw 36, and the pull rod 31 is provided with a second limiting hole matched with the captive screw 36, and the second limiting hole extends in the first direction (up-down direction), so that the pull rod 31 has freedom to be pulled in the first direction. When emergency unlocking is required, just loosen the captive screw 36 and pull the pull rod 31 upward. After unlocking is completed, the pull rod 31 will return to its original position downward under its own weight, then tighten the captive screw 36.
As shown in fig. 3, the captive screw 36 is arranged at the second end (upper end) of the locker body 10 in the first direction (up-down direction). Referring to figs. 2 and 3, the end panel 11 of the second end (upper end) of the locker body 10 is provided with an opening, the opening corresponds to the pull rod 31, and is provided with a cover plate 111. When needed to pull the pull rod 31, just open the cover plate 111, reach into the locker body 10 from the opening under the cover plate 111 and pull the pull rod 31.
Obviously, the above-mentioned embodiments of the present disclosure is for illustration only, not a limitation on the embodiment of the present disclosure. For ordinary technicians in the field, various obvious changes,
