在居民生活中,电饭锅作为一种使用广泛的家用厨房电器,常用来蒸煮米饭或其它食物。在电饭锅用于蒸煮干米饭时,为了保证米料能够泡煮充分和方便盛装的物料传热,一般在备料时都要添加较多的水,并在蒸煮后期再通过高温加热将电饭锅里多余的水分蒸发并通过预设的排气阀排出锅体,最后才能得到水分较少的干米饭。目前的电饭锅采用的这种烹制干米饭的方式由于在烹制加热周期内有较多的水分一直存在于高温密闭的电饭锅内胆中,其中的米料温度难以得到理想的控制曲线,所以烹制出的米饭在口味上无法得到高温烘焙的效果,而且该方式因必须采用高温蒸发方式排出多余的水汽也需要消耗较多的电能。此外,在电饭锅在烹制米饭过程中,渗入在米汤中的高糖类物质有损某类病人健康,而这些高糖类物质在烹制后期仍然残留在米饭内,如果能在烹制后期将多于的高糖米汤过滤排出,则不仅可以除去米汤中多余的含糖物质,而且可以减少后期烹制时间从而减小电能消耗。目前,市场上虽然有一种设有双层内胆和滤汤构造的特种电饭锅在烹制米饭的过程中能够将多余的米汤过滤掉,但其结构设计复杂,导致成本高昂而且其锅体的清洗整理比较繁琐费事,因此难以得到普及推广。总之,目前的电饭锅或者没有解决米饭烹制过程中多余米汤的过滤问题,或者虽然能解决但存在结构复杂、操作不便且制造和使用成本高的缺点,因此市场上需要一种结构简单、使用方便、制造成本较低且能够在烹煮过程中过滤多余米汤的电饭锅。

使用时,如果是烹制稀饭或无需沥汤的米饭或蒸煮食材,则只需将柱罐4从锅盖3上卸下并用堵盖6替换并旋转锁紧在锅盖3上,然后只需将原料(包括水)盛于锅胆2中并扣上锅盖3并旋转锁紧,控制器7随即根据设定的程序开始 对电热体12通电加热并按照设定的烹制控制方案完成烹制。
如果是烹制需要沥汤的米饭,则只需将堵盖6从锅盖3上卸下并用柱罐4替换并旋转锁紧在锅盖3上,然后根据烹制要求将米和水以适当比例盛于锅胆2中并扣上锅盖3并旋转锁紧。控制器7随即根据设定的程序开始工作,首先对沥汤电磁铁15断电而使其磁力消失,柱塞46在复位弹簧45的弹力作用下而向下运动并使得橡胶环塞464堵塞汤杯47下端的沥汤孔473,此时锅胆2中的A腔和柱罐4中的B腔(即柱腔)是隔离的;然后电热体12通电加热,在锅胆2内容物被煮沸后泡煮一定时间后即对电热体12断电停止加热;然后沥汤电磁铁15通电而产生磁力排斥沥汤衔铁462驱动柱塞46克服复位弹簧45的弹力而向上运动并使得橡胶环塞464脱离汤杯47下端的沥汤孔473,此时锅胆2中的A腔和柱罐4中的B腔是连通的,于是锅胆2中A腔里的米汤在高温蒸汽的压力下被抽到柱罐4中的B腔里,延迟一段时间等待米汤全部被抽到柱罐4中后,沥汤电磁铁15再次断电使磁力消失,柱塞46在弹簧回复力作用向下运动使得橡胶环塞464再次堵塞汤杯47下端的沥汤孔473从而将米汤封闭在汤杯47中,此时电热体12通电继续加热直到完成米饭的烹制,如此就可以完成米饭烹制过程中沥汤操作。
在使用完毕后,如果需要清洗柱罐4,只需将汤杯47旋转卸下即可向下抽出柱塞46并可以很方便地清洗柱罐4的部件。

本领域的技术人员可在上述实施例的基础上施以各种等同的更改和改进,凡在权利要求范围内所做的等同变化和修饰,均应落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
- 一种多用途电饭锅,其特征在于:包括锅体(1)、锅胆(2)、锅盖(3)、柱罐(4)和安全阀(5),锅胆(2)设于锅体(1)中,柱罐(4)和堵盖(6)可拆卸地安装于锅盖(3)上;锅体(1)由锅体罩(11)、电热体(12)、压力传感器(13)、温度传感器(14)和沥汤电磁铁(15)组成,电热体(12)设于锅体罩(11)内底部,沥汤电磁铁(15)、压力传感器(13)和温度传感器(14)设于电热体(12)的中部的空洞处,压力传感器(13)和温度传感器(14)分别用于对锅胆(2)的重量和温度进行检测;锅盖(3)由锅盖板(31)、密封圈(33)和法兰环(311)组成,锅盖板(31)的外缘设有外凸的梅花状扣牙,密封圈(33)嵌入在锅盖板(31)内侧的凸缘(32)中,法兰环(311)贯穿铆接于锅盖板(31)中部的空洞中,安全阀(5)贯穿设于锅盖板(31)上;柱罐(4)由柱罐螺座(41)、密封圈(42)、柱罐座环(43)、柱罐锁环(44)、复位弹簧(45)、柱塞(46)、汤杯(47)和提手(48)组成,柱罐螺座(41)的内缘设有外凸的梅花状扣牙并与法兰环(311)的上端外缘可拆卸连接,密封圈(42)嵌设在柱罐螺座(41)边缘内侧的凹槽中,柱罐座环(43)贯穿柱罐螺座(41)中部的空洞中并从下侧被柱罐锁环(44)锁紧固定于柱罐螺座(41)上,提手(48)固定设于柱罐螺座(41)的顶部,所述柱塞(46)滑动连接于柱罐座环(43)的内壁中,所述汤杯(47)通过上缘内侧的螺纹可拆卸地设于柱罐座环(43)下端的外螺纹上,汤杯(47)包裹于柱塞(46)的外侧并与其形成一用于收集米汤的柱腔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多用途电饭锅,其特征在于:所述柱塞(46)由柱塞轴(460)、柱塞盘(461)、沥汤衔铁(462)、密封滑环(463)和橡胶环塞(464)组成,柱塞轴(460)的上端嵌设在柱塞盘(461)中部的凹孔中,双层密封滑环(463)套设于柱塞盘(461)外缘的凹槽中,沥汤衔铁(462)和橡胶环塞(464)由内而外依次套设于柱塞轴(460)下端头部的缩颈上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种多用途电饭锅,其特征在于:所述沥汤衔铁(462)为永磁铁,沥汤电磁铁(15)采用直流电磁铁而且在通电时其磁极状态与沥汤衔铁(462)的磁极产生磁力排斥。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种多用途电饭锅,其特征在于:所述汤杯(47)由汤杯体(470)、沥汤栅(471)、密封圈(472)组成,汤杯体(470)上端外缘端面的凹槽中嵌设有密封圈(472),汤杯体(470)下端的中部设有沥汤孔(473),沥汤栅(471)嵌设于沥汤孔(473)的外侧;汤杯(47)通过上缘内侧的螺纹可拆卸地设于柱罐座环(43)下端的外螺纹上,柱塞(46)通过柱塞盘(461)的外缘与柱罐座环(43)的内壁可滑动地设于柱罐座环(43)中,复位弹簧(45)的下端支撑于柱塞盘(461)上端内缘的凹槽中,上端支撑于柱罐座环(43)的顶板上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多用途电饭锅,其特征在于:该电饭锅还包括堵盖(6),所述堵盖(6)由堵盖座(61)、密封圈(62)和提手(63)组成,堵盖座(61)的外缘设有与法兰环(311)的上端外缘配合的内凸的梅花状扣牙,密封圈(62)嵌入在堵盖座(61)内侧的凸缘中,提手(63)设于堵盖座(61)的上侧。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种多用途电饭锅,其特征在于:该电饭锅还包括控制器(7),控制器(7)设于锅体(1)的侧壁中,所述电热体(12)、压力传感器(13)、温度传感器(14)、沥汤电磁铁(15)与控制器(10)相连。
