在居民生活中,高压锅作为一种使用广泛的家用厨房电器,常用来蒸煮米饭或其它食物。在高压锅用于蒸煮干米饭时,为了保证米料能够泡煮充分和方便盛装的物料传热,一般在备料时都要添加较多的水,并在蒸煮后期再通过高温加热将高压锅里多余的水分蒸发并通过预设的排气阀排出锅体,最后才能得到水分较少的干米饭。目前的高压锅采用的这种烹制干米饭的方式由于在烹制加热周期内有较多的水分一直存在于高温密闭的高压锅内胆中,其中的米料温度难以得到理想的控制曲线,所以烹制出的米饭在口味上无法得到高温烘焙的效果,而且该方式因必须采用高温蒸发方式排出多余的水汽也需要消耗较多的电能。此外,在高压锅在烹制米饭过程中,渗入在米汤中的高糖类物质有损某类病人健康,而这些高糖类物质在烹制后期仍然残留在米饭内,如果能在烹制后期将多于的高糖米汤过滤排出,则不仅可以除去米汤中多余的含糖物质,而且可以减少后期烹制时间从而减小电能消耗。目前,市场上虽然有一种设有双层内胆和滤汤构造的特种高压锅在烹制米饭的过程中能够将多余的米汤过滤掉,但其结构设计复杂,导致成本高昂而且其锅体的清洗整理比较繁琐费事,因此难以得到普及推广。总之,目前的高压锅或者没有解决米饭烹制过程中多余米汤的过滤问题,或者虽然能解决但存在结构复杂、操作不便且制造和使用成本高的缺点,因此市场上需要一种结构简单、使用方便、制造成本较低且能够在烹煮过程中过滤多余米汤的高压锅。

在上述两个实施例的构造中,锅体1、锅盖2、柱罐3和堵盖5中的非密封件采用铝基合金材料制造,复位弹簧35采用弹簧钢制造,锅体手柄11和锅盖手 柄24可以采用金属材料或塑料制造,所有橡胶密封件采用耐高温的食品级橡胶制造,沥汤衔铁362采用导磁材料制作,其余零部件可以采用标准件或非标定制件。
使用方法如下:
第一个实施例在使用时,参阅图1-6,如果是烹制稀饭或无需沥汤的米饭或蒸煮食材,则只需将柱罐3从锅盖2上卸下并用堵盖5替换并旋转锁紧在锅盖2上,然后只需将原料(包括水)盛于锅体1中并扣上锅盖2并旋转锁紧,然后就可以将高压锅放置在炉灶上,并由人工或自动控制炉灶加热直到完成烹制。
如果是烹制需要沥汤的米饭,则只需将堵盖5从锅盖2上卸下并用柱罐3替换并旋转锁紧在锅盖2上,然后将米和水以适当比例盛于锅体1中并扣上锅盖2并旋转锁紧。随即开始烹制操作,参照图6,首先手工将旋钮365旋转到“柱腔关闭”位置,此时沥汤磁铁34与沥汤衔铁362错位而导致二者之间吸引力消失,于是柱塞36在复位弹簧35的弹力作用下而向下运动并使得橡胶环塞364堵塞汤杯37下端的沥汤孔373,此时锅体1中的A腔和柱罐3中的B腔是隔离的,然后利用炉灶开始对锅体1加热,当锅体1的内容物被煮沸后泡煮一定时间后即停止加热。然后手工将旋钮365旋转到“柱腔开启”位置,此时沥汤磁铁34与沥汤衔铁362对齐而产生的吸引力驱动柱塞36克服复位弹簧35的弹力而向上运动而使得橡胶环塞364脱离汤杯37下端的沥汤孔373,此时锅体1中的A腔和柱罐3中的B腔是连通的,于是锅体1中A腔里的米汤在高温蒸汽的压力下被抽到柱罐3中的B腔里,延迟一段时间直到米汤全部被抽到柱罐3中。然后,再次将旋钮365旋转到“柱腔关闭”位置,此时沥汤磁铁34与沥汤衔铁362再次错位而导致二者之间吸引力消失,于是柱塞36在复位弹簧35的弹力作用下而向下运动并使得橡胶环塞364再次堵塞汤杯37下端的沥汤孔373,此时锅体1中的A腔和柱罐3中的B腔再次隔离并将米汤封闭在柱罐3的空腔里。然后炉子继续对锅体1加热直到完成米饭的烹制,如此就可以完成米饭烹制过程中沥汤操作。
在使用完毕后,如果需要清洗柱罐3,只需将汤杯37旋转卸下即可向下抽出柱塞36并可以很方便地清洗柱罐3的部件。
第二个实施例的使用操作参阅图7-9和3-5,与第一个实施例的使用操作相 似,其柱罐3与锅体1的连通与隔离也是通过柱塞36的上下运动而改变橡胶环塞364对汤杯37下端的沥汤孔373的堵塞与分离实现的,唯一不同之处在于:第二个实施例的柱塞36的上下运动是通过柱罐座环31内缘与柱塞轴360的柱塞盘361外缘耦合的大螺距螺纹将旋钮365的旋转运动转换成柱塞轴360的上下运动而实现的。
本发明未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或采用现有技术加以实现。以上所述仅为本发明的优先实施例,而非对本发明作任何形式上的限制。
本领域的技术人员可在上述实施例的基础上施以各种等同的更改和改进,凡在权利要求范围内所做的等同变化和修饰,均应落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
- 一种多用途高压锅,其特征在于:包括锅体(1)、锅盖(2)、柱罐(3)以及安全阀(4),柱罐(3)和堵盖(5)可拆卸地安装于锅盖(2)上,安全阀(4)贯穿设于锅盖(2)上;所述锅盖(2)由锅盖板(21)、密封圈(23)和法兰环(211)组成,锅盖板(21)的外缘设有外凸的梅花状扣牙,密封圈(23)嵌入在锅盖板(21)内侧的凸缘(22)中,法兰环(211)贯穿铆接于锅盖板(21)中部的空洞中,安全阀(4)贯穿设于锅盖板(21)上;柱罐(3)由柱罐螺座(30)、密封圈(301)、柱罐座环(31)、柱罐锁环(32)、柱罐顶板(33)、沥汤磁铁(34)、复位弹簧(35)、柱塞(36)和汤杯(37)组成,柱罐螺座(30)的内缘设有外凸的梅花状扣牙并与法兰环(211)的上端外缘可拆卸连接,密封圈(301)嵌设在柱罐螺座(30)边缘内侧的凹槽中,柱罐座环(31)贯穿柱罐螺座(30)中部的空洞中并从下侧被柱罐锁环(32)锁紧固定于柱罐螺座(30)上,两块沥汤磁铁(34)嵌设在柱罐座环(31)内缘上侧的凹槽中并呈180度对置布局,柱罐顶板(33)通过螺钉安装在柱罐座环(31)的上部,柱罐顶板(33)的顶部嵌设有指示销(331),所述柱塞(36)滑动连接于柱罐座环(31)的内壁中,所述汤杯(37)通过上缘内侧的螺纹可拆卸地设于柱罐座环(31)下端的外螺纹上,汤杯(37)包裹于柱塞(36)的外侧并与其形成一用于收集米汤的柱腔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多用途高压锅,其特征在于:所述柱塞(36)由柱塞轴(360)、沥汤衔铁(362)、密封滑环(363)和橡胶环塞(364)组成,柱塞轴(360)的顶部穿过柱罐座环(31)和柱罐顶板(33)中部的孔洞,柱塞轴(360)的上端构造为外展的柱塞盘(361),密封滑环(363)套设于柱塞盘(361)外缘的凹槽中,两块沥汤衔铁(362)嵌设于柱塞轴(360)上部外展的柱塞盘(361)的上端面的凹槽中并呈180度对置布局,橡胶环塞(364)设于柱塞轴(360)下端头部的缩颈上;柱塞轴(360)的顶端设有旋钮(365),而且其默认指示方向与指示销(331)和两块沥汤磁铁(34)连线的方向一致。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种多用途高压锅,其特征在于:所述汤杯(37)由汤杯体(370)、沥汤栅(371)、密封圈(372)组成,汤杯体(370)上端外缘端面的凹槽中嵌设有密封圈(372),汤杯体(370)下端的中部设有沥汤孔(373), 沥汤栅(371)嵌设于沥汤孔(373)的外侧;汤杯(37)通过上缘内侧的螺纹可拆卸地设于柱罐座环(31)下端的外螺纹上,柱塞(36)通过柱塞轴(360)上部外展的柱塞盘(361)的外缘与柱罐座环(31)的内壁可滑动地设于柱罐座环(31)中;复位弹簧(35)的下端支撑于柱塞轴(360)上部外展的柱塞盘(361)外缘上侧的环槽中,上端支撑于柱罐座环(31)内缘下侧的环槽中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多用途高压锅,其特征在于:所述锅体(1)的上缘外侧设有锅体手柄(11),所述锅盖板(21)安装于锅体(1)上并通过锅盖板(21)侧面的锅盖手柄(24)上的弹簧销(25)锁止,锅盖(2)的外缘设有锅盖手柄(24),弹簧销(25)设于锅盖手柄(24)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多用途高压锅,其特征在于:该高压锅还包括堵盖(5),所述堵盖5由堵盖座(51)和密封圈(52)组成,堵盖座(51)的外缘设有与法兰环(211)的上端外缘配合的内凸的梅花状扣牙,密封圈(52)嵌入在堵盖座(51)内侧的凸缘中。
