  1. 一种新型注塑机,包括基座(1)、固定板(2)、脚踏控制板(3)、液压升降机(4)、伸缩杆(5)、导轨(6)、滑座(7)、机械手臂(8)、注塑机(9)和注塑机底座(10),其特征在于:所述基座(1)的上方安装有注塑机(9),所述注塑机(9)与基座(1)之间通过注塑机底座(10)连接,所述基座的两侧均设置有固定板(2),所述固定板(2)上安装有脚踏控制板(3),所述固定板(2)的上方安装有液压升降机(4),所述液压升降机(4)的上方设置有伸缩杆(5),所述伸缩杆(5)的上方设置有导轨(6),所述导轨(6)的上方安装有滑座(7),所述导轨(6)的下方安装有机械手臂(8),所述注塑机(9)包括注塑机本体(901)、支撑柱(902)、工作台(903)、散热口(904)、气缸(905)、轴承(906)、料筒底座(907)、电机(908)、料筒(909)、注射管(9010)、加热器(9011)、支撑横梁(9012)、指示灯(9013)、控制箱(9014)、注射嘴(9015)、螺纹(9016)、螺帽(9017)、弹簧(9018)、输送管(9019)、喷射头螺帽(9020)、喷射头(9021)、喷射头固定螺纹(9022)、弹簧限位凸起(9023)、瘫痪安装环(9024)、过滤孔(9025)、安装立柱(9026)、射嘴滤网固定环(9027)、立柱安装座(9028)、滤网限位凸起(9029)和过滤网(9030),所述注塑机本体(901)的表面设置有散热口(904),所述注塑机本体(901)的上方设置有工作台(903),所述注塑机本体(901)和工作台(903)之间通过支撑柱(902)连接,所述注塑机本体(901)的一侧设置有气缸(905),所述气缸(905)的上方设置有轴承(906),所工作台(903)的上表面设置有模具槽(20),所述工作台(903)的上方设置有料筒底座(907),所述料筒底座(907)的一侧连接有电机(908),所述料筒底座(907)的上方安装有料筒(909),所述料筒底座(907)的另一侧连接有注射管(9010),所述注射管(9010)的外侧设置有加热器(9011),所述注射管(9010)的一侧 设置有支撑横梁(9012),所述支撑横梁(9012)的下方设置有注射嘴(9015),所述支撑横梁(9012)的一侧安装有控制箱(9014),所述控制箱(9014)的上方安装有指示灯(9013),所述注射嘴(9015)的一侧设置有输送管(9019)的一端设置有螺纹(9016),所述输送管(9019)上靠近螺纹(9016)的一端设置有螺帽(9017),所述输送管(9019)上远离螺纹(9016)的一端设置有弹簧(9018),所述瘫痪安装环(9024)安装在弹簧(9018)上远离螺帽(9017)的一端,所述输送管(9019)上靠近瘫痪安装环(9024)的位置处设置有弹簧限位凸起(9023),所述输送管(9019)的内部设置有过滤网(9030),所述过滤网(9030)的一端设置有滤网限位凸起(9029),所述过滤网(9030)上设置有过滤孔(9025),所述过滤网(9030)上远离滤网限位凸起(9029)的一端设置有射嘴滤网固定环(9027),所述输送管(9019)的内部靠近射嘴滤网固定环(9027)的一端设置有立柱安装座(9028),所述立柱安装座(9028)上设置有安装立柱(9026),所述喷射头(9021)安装在输送管(9019)的一端,所述输送管(9019)与喷射头(9021)的连接处设置有喷射头固定螺纹(9022),所述喷射头(9021)上靠近输送管(9019)的一端设置有喷射头螺帽(9020)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型注塑机,其特征在于:所述基座(1)的底端设置有防滑纹。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型注塑机,其特征在于:所述机械手臂(8)的顶端设置有滑轨,滑轨的上方安装有液压气缸,滑轨的底端设置有铰链,铰链的底端设置有抓手。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型注塑机,其特征在于:所述轴承(906)为伸缩轴承。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型注塑机,其特征在于:所述指示灯(9013)的外侧设置有保护罩。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型注塑机,其特征在于:所述输送管 (9019)与过滤网(9030)之间通过活动卡扣连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型注塑机,其特征在于:所述注射管(9010)与加热器(9011)之间通过固定件连接。
