- 如权利要求1所述的模块化接触器,其特征在于,所述模块化接触器还包括基础壳体,所述中间连接模块可拆卸地连接至所述基础壳体且所述分断模块能够容纳于所述基础壳体中,并且所述模块化接触器通过所述基础壳体来设置在安装板上。
- 如权利要求1所述的模块化接触器,其特征在于,所述模块化接触器通过所述驱动模块的壳体来设置在安装板上。
- 如权利要求1所述的模块化接触器,其特征在于,所述多个分断单元分别容纳于各自的子壳体中,并且所述模块化接触器通过所述子壳体来 设置在安装板上。
- 如权利要求1所述的模块化接触器,其特征在于,所述中间连接模块还包括设置于所述动铁芯靠近所述分断模块的一端上的止挡件,以及所述多个分断单元中的每一个包括设置在其动触头上且突出到所述分断模块的壳体之外的连接件,其中,当所述分断模块设置在所述中间连接模块的第二侧上时,所述止挡件通过所述连接件使所述分断单元的动触头与所述分断单元的静触头分开。
- 如权利要求5所述的模块化接触器,其特征在于,所述中间连接模块还包括设置于所述中间连接模块的壳体与所述动铁芯之间的弹性元件,用于将所述动铁芯弹性偏压在分闸位置,使得所述分断单元的动触头与所述分断单元的静触头分开。
- 如权利要求1所述的模块化接触器,其特征在于,所述驱动模块的壳体上设置有多个第一孔,所述中间连接模块的壳体在第一侧上设置有与所述多个第一孔分别配合的多个第二孔,从而通过多个螺钉与所述多个第一孔和所述多个第二孔,将所述驱动模块安装在所述中间连接模块的第一侧上。
- 如权利要求1所述的模块化接触器,其特征在于,所述分断模块的壳体上分别设置有多个第三孔和多个钩部,所述中间连接模块的壳体在第二侧上设置有与所述多个第三孔配合的多个第四孔以及与所述多个钩部配合的多个凹槽,从而通过卡接以及通过多个螺钉与所述多个第三孔和所述多个第四孔,将所述分断模块安装在所述中间连接模块的第二侧上。
- 如权利要求2所述的模块化接触器,其特征在于,所述中间连接模 块的壳体上设置有多个第五孔,所述基础壳体上设置有与所述多个第五孔配合的多个第六孔,从而通过多个螺钉与所述多个第五孔和所述多个第六孔,将所述中间连接模块安装在所述基础壳体上并使所述分断模块容纳于所述基础壳体中。
- 如权利要求2所述的模块化接触器,其特征在于,所述上应用接口模块包括多个上突出部,所述基础壳体的顶部包括与所述多个上突出部配合的多个上凹槽,所述下应用接口模块包括多个下凹槽,所述基础壳体的底部包括与所述多个下凹槽配合的多个下突出部,其中,通过所述多个上突出部分别卡接在所述多个上凹槽中,将所述上应用接口模块安装在所述基础壳体的顶部,以及通过所述多个下突出部分别卡接在所述下凹槽中,将所述下应用接口模块安装在所述基础壳体的底部。
- 如权利要求1所述的模块化接触器,其特征在于,所述驱动模块包括动力模块和控制模块,其中,所述动力模块包括所述静铁芯和所述线圈,所述控制模块包括所述控制部件。
- 如权利要求11所述的模块化接触器,其特征在于,所述动力模块和所述控制模块可拆卸地连接在一起或分别可拆卸地连接至所述中间连接模块的第一侧。
- 如权利要求1所述的模块化接触器,其特征在于,所述上应用接口模块和所述下应用接口模块分别包括不同形状的铜排,以调节接线端子的位置和高度。
- 如权利要求13所述的模块化接触器,其特征在于,所述上应用接口模块的铜排和/或所述下应用接口模块的铜排具有C形或者Z形形状。
