基于上述,本发明的优点在于,通过进料口和搅拌筛,便于输入合格的原料,通过出料口和电动阀门,便于对原料的输出,通过稳定基座和防滑垫,便于使整体更加稳定,通过凹槽、液压缸、液压杆和万向轮,便于整体的移动,通过压力传感器、控制器和警报灯,便于对搅拌过度的原料进行报警,防止因原料过多对整体的损坏,通过加热器和控制面板,便于提高整体发热搅拌效率,通过密封轴承、转动电机、密封盒、密封转筒、密封圈、第二搅拌叶、保护框、轮毂、转轴、第二搅拌电机、轴承座、第一伸缩杆、连接固定座、第二伸缩杆、安装架、控制箱、第一搅拌叶、第一搅拌电机,增加其工作质量和效率,同时 方便调整搅拌机在水中的位置,使搅拌机具有可伸缩的特点,使原料充分卷起,能够使整体360°旋转,增加搅拌效率。

- 一种有机肥制备用搅拌装置,包括搅拌腔(1)、进料口(2)、搅拌筛(3)、密封轴承(4)、转动电机(5)、密封盒(6)、密封转筒(7)、密封圈(8)、第二搅拌叶(9)、保护框(10)、轮毂(11)、转轴(12)、第二搅拌电机(13)、轴承座(14)、第一伸缩杆(15)、连接固定座(16)、第二伸缩杆(17)、安装架(18)、控制箱(19)、第一搅拌叶(20)、第一搅拌电机(21)、出料口(22)、电动阀门(23)、稳定基座(24)、防滑垫(25)、凹槽(26)、液压缸(27)、液压杆(28)、万向轮(29)、压力传感器(30)、加热器(31)、控制器(32)、控制面板(33)和警报灯(34),其特征在于:所述搅拌腔(1)的顶端的一侧设置有进料口(2),所述进料口(2)的底端位于搅拌腔(1)的内部设置有搅拌筛(3),所述搅拌腔(1)的上端设置有第一伸缩杆(15),且搅拌腔(1)的内部设置有第二搅拌电机(13),所述搅拌腔(1)的一端设置密封圈(8),且搅拌腔(1)的下端设置有密封转筒(7),所述第二搅拌电机(13)的一端连接有转轴(12),且第二搅拌电机(13)的一侧设置有第一搅拌电机(21),所述第一搅拌电机(21)的一端连接有第一搅拌叶(20),所述密封转筒(7)与搅拌腔(1)的连接处设置有密封轴承(4),且密封转筒(7)的下端设置有密封盒(6),所述密封盒(6)的内部设置有转动电机(5),所述转轴(12)的一端设置有轮毂(11),所述轮毂(11)的外部设置有第二搅拌叶(9),所述第一伸缩杆(15)与搅拌腔(1)的连接处设置有轴承座(14),且第一伸缩杆(15)的一端设置有连接固定座(16),所述第二伸缩杆(17)安装在连接固定座(16)的一端,且第二伸缩杆(17)的另一端设置有安装架(18),所述安装架(18)的底端设置有控制箱(19),所述第一搅拌电机(21)、转动电机(5)、第二搅拌电机(13)、第一伸缩杆(15)和第二伸缩杆(17)的输入端均与外部开关的输出端电性连接,所述搅拌腔(1)的底部的一侧设置有 出料口(22),所述出料口(22)的顶端设置有电动阀门(23),所述搅拌腔(1)的底端设置有稳定基座(24),所述稳定基座(24)的底端设置有防滑垫(25),所述稳定基座(24)的内部设置有凹槽(26),所述凹槽(26)顶端位于稳定基座(24)的内部设置有液压缸(27),所述液压缸(27)的底端连接有为液压杆(28),所述液压杆(28)的底端连接有万向轮(29),所述搅拌腔(1)内部的底端设置有压力传感器(30),所述压力传感器(30)的一侧设置有加热器(31),所述控制箱(19)的内部设置有控制器(32),所述控制箱(19)的外侧设置有控制面板(33),所述控制面板(33)的下方设置有警报灯(34),所述控制面板(33)电性连接加热器(31),所述压力传感器(30)电性连接控制器(32),所述控制器(32)电性连接警报灯(34)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种有机肥制备用搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌筛(3)与进料口(2)之间通过螺栓固定连接,所述进料口(2)与搅拌腔(1)之间通过活动卡口连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种有机肥制备用搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述控制箱(19)与搅拌腔(1)之间通过支撑架连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种有机肥制备用搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述万向轮(29)的外侧设置有防滑套。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种有机肥制备用搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述控制箱(19)的外侧设置有散热条。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种有机肥制备用搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述控制面板(33)和警报灯(34)的外侧均设置有保护罩。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种有机肥制备用搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述凹槽(26)的数量为四个。
