反冲差速转子发动机
所属技术领域:本发明涉及一种反冲差速转子发动机。
背景技术:已知差速转子发动机,使用机油和汽油的混合油作燃料,没有活塞的机油供给系统。已知差速转子发动机,活塞的密封采用活塞环密封。当活塞经过火花塞口时,发生漏气现象。已知差速转子发动机,环型缸体和机壳是一体的,不利于提高缸体质量,和维修。
本发明的目的:是提供一种高效的反冲差速转子发动机。
发明内容:本发明是对专利ZL201610001865.9,做出如下改进:在机壳上做一个机油室,在转子上做出机油孔,与机油室相通,为转子和和活塞供给机油。过多的机油有回油管流回机油室。这种反冲差速转子发动机就可以使用煤气,汽油,柴油等做燃料。对开有独立燃烧室的活塞,用活塞环,密封块,密封条进行密封,这样活塞经过,进气口,排气口,不再漏油,经过火花塞口不再漏气。密封块的面积大干进气口,排气口的面积。环型缸体采用独立缸体,不再和机壳连在一起,便于提高缸体质量和维修。燃气压缩到活塞的独立燃烧室内点燃,有活塞喷气口喷出,所产生的反冲作用力推动活塞和转子转动。

具体实施方式:有(5)机油室,(4)转子供油管1,(8)转子供油管2和(9)回油管组成供机油系统,为(6)转子1,(7)转子2,(3)活塞供给润滑油。活塞和转子转动时离心力作用机油会被自动吸进转子之间和缸体內。有(10)密封块,(11)活塞环,(12)密封条组成(3)活塞的密封系统,保证(13)独立燃烧室正常工作不漏油,不漏气。(2)独立缸体不再和(1)机壳连在一起,便于提高(2)独立缸体的质量和维修。燃气压缩在(13)独立燃烧室内,点燃,有(14)喷气口喷出,产生的反冲作用力推动(3)活塞,(6)转子1,(7)转子2,转动。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种反冲差速转子发动机,有两对转子密封在气缸内,每个转子上均匀安装两个活塞,每个活塞上开有独立燃烧室,活塞上装有有活塞环,密封块,密封条,机壳上有机油室,回油管,转子上有供油管,其特征是:有活塞环,密封块,密封条组成活塞的密封系统。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的反冲差速转子发动机,其特征是:有机油室,转子供油管,回油管组成转子和活塞的润滑系统。
