本实用新型公开了一种二冲程内燃机增压活塞。是在活塞裙部活塞肖孔7和活塞扫气口6之间设一道活塞环槽4,装入活塞环。既增加了活塞裙部与汽缸内壁的密封度,又能起到支撑作用。使二冲程内燃机活塞裙部与气缸内壁的配合间隙增大时怠速稳定、不敲缸,增加了曲轴箱和燃烧室可燃混合气的压力。提高了二冲程内燃机的功率,延长了活塞的使用寿命。

本实用新型属于一种二冲程内燃机活塞。具体地说是一种能给二冲程内燃机曲轴箱和燃烧室增加可然混合汽压力的活塞。
背景技术
目前使用的二冲程内燃机活塞的工作原理是靠活塞的裙部与气缸内壁的密封在活塞上行时对曲轴箱形成负压吸进可燃混合汽,当活塞下行时,曲轴箱内的压力增大,活塞下行至打开汽缸扫汽口时曲轴箱内的压缩可燃混合汽自动喷入燃烧室。这种工作原理对汽缸与活塞裙部的配合间隙要求相当高,稍有过大就明显下降内燃机的功率,又因二冲程内燃机活塞的裙部极易磨损造成活塞裙部敲缸漏气,功率降低,怠速不稳等。
发明内容
为解决以上二冲程内燃机活塞的缺点,本实用新型的目的是提供一种增压活塞:在活塞肖孔7与活塞扫汽口6之间设一道活塞环槽4,并在活塞环槽4内对齐活塞环汽环槽2内定位销1的位置设一个活塞环定位销5、装入一道活塞环。
本实用新型有效的解决了二冲程内燃机活塞因活塞裙部磨损而造成的怠速不稳、功率降低等。

具体实施方式
将活塞裙部的活塞环槽装入活塞环,再装入二冲程内燃机曲轴连杆上,既增加了活塞裙部与汽缸内壁的密封度和二冲程内燃机的功率,又能对活塞起到支撑作用,使活塞裙部磨损不敲缸,延长了活塞的使用寿命。

2.如权利要求1所述的增压活塞在增设的活塞环槽4内与活塞汽环槽2内活塞环定位销1轴向对齐的位置设一个活塞环定位销5。
