化工搅拌桶一般由上部的圆柱形桶和下部的锥形斗组成,目前化工搅拌桶的清洗方式为水冲洗和搅拌杆结合清洗,其缺点是搅拌桶的内壁与搅拌杆为非接触,单纯水冲洗不彻底,内壁会残留部分原料,导致化工桶清洗不够干净彻底。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种可调节清洗直径的化工储料桶清洗装置,其特征在于,所述固定块(20)与调节块(18)之间的调节丝杠(16)外侧安装调节弹簧(21)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节清洗直径的化工储料桶清洗装置,其特征在于,所述转动丝杠(11)底端通过减速器(10)连接有转动电机(2)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节清洗直径的化工储料桶清洗装置,其特征在于,所述旋转盘(6)底端中部连接有旋转电机(5)的输出轴。
  7. 根据权利要求1或6所述的一种可调节清洗直径的化工储料桶清洗装置,其特征在于,所述旋转盘(6)外侧设有若干夹紧杆(28),夹紧杆(28)内侧连接有夹紧块(25),夹紧杆(28)外侧安装手柄块(26)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节清洗直径的化工储料桶清洗装置,其特征在于,所述夹紧块(25)为弧形结构。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种可调节清洗直径的化工储料桶清洗装置,其特征在于,所述手柄块(26)与旋转盘(6)外侧之间的夹紧杆(28)外侧设置旋转 弹簧(27)。
  10. 根据权利要2所述的一种可调节清洗直径的化工储料桶清洗装置,其特征在于,所述调节电机(15)为双转向步进电机。
