本申请实施例公开了一种包装箱包括:包装筒、第一垫块以及第二垫块;所述第一垫块的内侧面上设置有第一安装槽,所述第二垫块的内侧面上设置有第二安装槽,所述第一垫块设置在所述包装筒的第一端,所述第二垫块设置在所述包装筒的第二端,且所述第一安装槽和所述第二安装槽均朝向所述包装筒内部;所述包装筒侧壁上具有缝隙,所述缝隙一侧的所述侧壁具有斜板,所述第一垫块上设置有第一斜槽,所述第一斜槽包括由所述第一垫块的表面向内倾斜的第一斜面,所述斜板与所述第一斜面贴合;所述第二垫块上设置有第二斜槽,所述第二斜槽包括由所述第二垫块的表面向内倾斜的第二斜面,所述斜板还与所述第二斜面贴合。
通过上述技术方案,在包装时,将第一垫块、第二垫块以及空调内机放置在包装筒内,之后使斜板与第一斜面和第二斜面贴合,之后使缝隙另一侧的包装筒侧壁向斜板移动,以使包装筒包裹第一垫块和第二垫块,与缝隙两侧的侧壁抵接相比,可以消除包装筒与第一垫块和第二垫块之间的间隙,进而避免第一垫块和第二垫块在包装筒内晃动。
在上述包装箱的优选技术方案中,所述包装箱还包括第一打包带,所述包装筒的第一端设置有第一凹槽,所述包装筒的第二端设置有第二凹槽,所述第一打包带环绕所述包装筒的第一端和第二端,且部分所述第一打包带卡设在所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽内;所述第一打包带位于所述缝隙的一侧。
如此设置,第一包装带可以阻止第一垫块由包装筒的第一端脱落,相同的第一包装带还可以阻止第二垫块由包装筒的第二端脱落,提高包装箱的强度。另外,第一打包带卡设在第一凹槽和第二凹槽内,可以阻止第一打包带沿垂直于第一打包带延伸的方向滑动,进而避免第一打包带与包装筒分离。
在上述包装箱的优选技术方案中,所述第一垫块上设置有正对所述第一凹槽的第一卡槽,所述第一打包带还卡设在所述第一卡槽内。
如此设置,可以阻止缝隙一侧的包装筒侧壁向背离缝隙的方向移动,进而避免在运输的过程中,缝隙两侧的包装筒侧壁彼此分离。
在上述包装箱的优选技术方案中,所述第二垫块上设置有正对所述第二凹槽的第二卡槽,所述第一打包带还卡设在所述第二卡槽内。
如此设置,可以进一步阻止缝隙一侧的包装筒侧壁向背离缝隙的方向移动,进而避免在运输的过程中,缝隙两侧的包装筒侧壁彼此分离。
在上述包装箱的优选技术方案中于,所述包装箱还包括第二打包带,所述包装筒的第一端还设置有第三凹槽,所述包装筒的第二端还设置有第四凹槽,所述第二打包带环绕所述包装筒的第一端和第二端,且部分所述第二打包带卡设在所述第三凹槽和所述第四凹槽内;所述第二打包带位于所述缝隙的另一侧。
如此设置,可以进一步阻止第一垫块和第二垫块由包装筒上脱落,提高包装箱的强度。另外,第二打包带卡设在第三凹槽和第四凹槽内,可以阻止第二打包带沿垂直于第二打包带延伸的方向滑动,进而避免第二打包带与包装筒分离。
在上述包装箱的优选技术方案中,所述第一垫块上设置有正对所述第三凹槽的第三卡槽,所述第二打包带还卡设在所述第三卡槽内。
如此设置,可以阻止缝隙另一侧的包装筒侧壁向背离缝隙的方向移动,进一步避免在运输的过程中,缝隙两侧的包装筒侧壁彼此分离。
在上述包装箱的优选技术方案中,所述第二垫块上设置有正对所述第四凹槽的第四卡槽,所述第二打包带还卡设在所述第四卡槽内。
如此设置,可以进一步阻止缝隙另一侧的包装筒侧壁向背离缝隙的方向移动,进而避免在运输的过程中,缝隙两侧的包装筒侧壁彼此分离。
在上述包装箱的优选技术方案中,所述第一打包带和所述第二打包带均为聚乙烯带。如此设置,由聚乙烯构成的第一打包带和第二打包带加工方便,且成本较低。
在上述包装箱的优选技术方案中,所述第一垫块的外侧面上设置有第一搬运槽,所述第二垫块的外侧面上设置有第二搬运槽。
如此设置,可以通过第一搬运槽和第二搬运槽搬运包装箱。其中,第一垫块的外侧面为第一垫块上与第一安装槽相对的侧面,第二垫块的外侧面为第二垫块上与第二安装槽相对的侧面。
在上述包装箱的优选技术方案中,所述包装筒为瓦楞纸筒。由瓦楞纸板围设成的包装 筒,生产成本较低。
结合上述技术方案,本申请实施例包装箱包括包装筒、第一垫块以及第二垫块。第一垫块上设置有第一安装槽,第二垫块上设置有第二安装槽;包装筒的侧壁上具有缝隙,缝隙一侧的包装筒侧壁具有斜板,第一垫块上设置有第一斜槽,第一斜槽包括由向内倾斜的第一斜面,第二垫块上设置有第二斜槽,第二斜槽包括向内倾斜的第二斜面,斜板与第一斜面和第二斜面贴合。在包装时,将第一垫块、第二垫块以及空调内机放置在包装筒内,之后使斜板与第一斜面和第二斜面贴合,之后使缝隙另一侧的包装筒侧壁向斜板移动,以使包装筒包裹第一垫块和第二垫块,与缝隙两侧的侧壁抵接相比,可以消除包装筒与第一垫块和第二垫块之间的间隙,进而避免第一垫块和第二垫块在包装筒内晃动。

在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸的连接,或一体成型,可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接或者彼此可通讯;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒体间接连接,可以是两个元件内部的连通或者两个元件的互相作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
在工业产品(如空调内机等)的生产过程中,常通过包装箱对产品进行包装,以实现对产品的保护。包装箱包括包装筒、第一垫块以及第二垫块,第一垫块和第二垫块上均设置有安装槽;包装时将产品的一端容置在第一垫块上的安装槽内,将产品的另一端容置在 第二垫块上的安装槽内,并将第一垫块、第二垫块以及产品放置在包装筒内。具体地,包装筒由瓦楞纸板折叠后形成,瓦楞纸板的两端对接,以在包装筒的侧壁上形成缝隙,在将第一垫块、第二垫块以及产品放置在包装筒内之后,通过胶带连接瓦楞纸板的两端。
上述包装箱,瓦楞纸板的两端对接以构成包装筒,第一垫块和第二垫块与包装筒之间具有间隙,包装筒对第一垫块和第二垫块的包裹不严,第一垫块和第二垫块容易在包装筒内晃动。
下面结合上述包装箱阐述本申请实施例的包装箱的优选技术方案。
首先参阅图1和图2,图1为本申请实施例提供的包装箱的结构示意图,图2为图1中A处的局部放大图。如图1和图2,本实施例提供一种包装箱,包括:包装筒10、第一垫块20以及第二垫块(未示出);第一垫块20的内侧面上设置有第一安装槽,第二垫块的内侧面上设置有第二安装槽,第一垫块20设置在包装筒10的第一端,第二垫块设置在包装筒10的第二端,且第一安装槽和第二安装槽均朝向包装筒10内部;包装筒10侧壁上具有缝隙,缝隙一侧的侧壁具有斜板101,第一垫块20上设置有第一斜槽,第一斜槽包括由第一垫块20的表面向内倾斜的第一斜面201,斜板101与第一斜面201贴合;第二垫块上设置有第二斜槽,第二斜槽包括由第二垫块的表面向内倾斜的第二斜面,斜板101还与第二斜面贴合。
本实施例中,包装筒10的形状可以有多种,例如:包装筒10的截面可以呈圆形、矩形、三角形等规则形状,当然包装筒10的截面还可以呈其他的不规则形状。具体地,包装筒10用于容置第一垫块20、第二垫块以及位于第一垫块20和第二垫块之间的空调内机。
本实施例中,包装筒10可以主要由铜、铁、铝等金属材质构成,当然包装筒10还可以由塑料、橡胶等非金属材质构成;相应的,包装筒10可以由多个板材拼接而成,示例性的,当包装筒10由金属构成时,可以将多个金属板焊接在一起以形成包装筒10,当然还可以通过弯折的方式形成包装筒10;当包装筒10由塑料构成时,可通过粘结胶将多个塑料板连接在一起,以形成包装筒10。
本实施例中优选地,包装筒10为瓦楞纸筒;由瓦楞纸板围设成的包装筒10,生产成本较低。瓦楞纸板包括至少一个呈波纹状的芯板以及至少一个纸板,芯板与纸板之间层叠设置;在受到挤压时,芯板会发生形变,进而吸收冲击力,以免内部的产品损坏。优选地,为了提高包装筒10的强度,设置多层芯板,相邻两个芯板之间设置纸板。值得说明的是,瓦楞纸板围设成包装筒10,具体地,可以对瓦楞纸板进行折叠以形成包装筒10。
本实施例中,空调内机设置在第一垫块20和第二垫块之间且位于包装筒10内,第一垫块20、第二垫块以及空调内机放置在包装筒10内,以对产品进行包装。示例性的,空调内机可以为悬挂式空调内机;设置在第一垫块20上的第一安装槽的形状与空调内机的一端形状相同,设置在第二垫块的第二安装槽的形状与空调内机的另一端形状相同;包装时,将空调内机的一端容置在第一安装槽内,将空调内径另一端容置在第二安装槽内,之后将第一垫块20、第二垫块以及空调内机放置在包装筒10内。
本实施例中,第一垫块20和第二垫块的材质可以有多种,例如:第一垫块20和第二垫块可以由铜、铁、铝等金属材质构成,当然,第一垫块20和第二垫块还可以由塑料等非金属材质构成。本实施例优选地,第一垫块20和第二垫块均由泡沫塑料构成,泡沫塑料较为柔软,可以吸收冲击力,以免空调内机损坏。
本实施例中,包装筒10的侧壁上具有缝隙,缝隙由包装筒10的第一端延伸至包装筒10的另一端,以在安装第一垫块20和第二垫块时,使缝隙的宽度变大,以便于第一垫块20和第二垫块的安装。
继续参照图1和图2,具体地,缝隙一侧的包装筒10侧壁具有向包装筒10内倾斜的斜板101,相应的在第一垫块20的朝向缝隙的表面上设置有第一斜槽,第一斜槽具有向第一垫块20内倾斜的第一斜面201,第一斜板101与第一斜面201贴合;相同的,在第二垫块朝向缝隙的表面上设置有第二斜槽,第二斜槽具有向第二垫块内部倾斜的第二斜面,第二斜板101与第二斜面贴合。如此设置,在将第一垫块20和第二垫块安装在包装筒10内后,可以使缝隙右侧的侧壁向左移动,缝隙右侧的侧壁覆盖在斜板101上部,可以使包装筒10包裹第一垫块20和第二垫块,消除包装筒10与第一垫块20和第二垫块之间的间隙,避免第一垫块20和第二垫块在包装筒10内晃动。
具体地,第一斜槽可以为在第一垫块20上向内倾斜延伸的插槽,将斜板101插设在插槽内;或者第一斜槽为形成在第一垫块20上的槽口,槽口的底壁由第一垫块20的表面向内倾斜,斜板101覆盖在槽口处。相同的,第二斜槽的结构与第一斜槽的结构大体相似,在此不再赘述。
具体地,使缝隙另一的侧壁向斜板101移动至覆盖在斜板101上时,可以在缝隙上粘贴胶带,以实现缝隙两侧的侧壁之间的连接;当然,缝隙两侧的侧壁之间还可以通过封箱钉连接,以阻止缝隙两侧的侧壁分离。
本实施例优选地,包装箱还可以包括第三垫块,第三垫块设置在包装筒10内,且位于第一垫块20和第二垫块之间,第三垫块支撑在第一垫块20和第二垫块之间的空调内机上,可以进一步固定空调内机,以免空调内机在包装筒10内晃动,另外,第三垫块可以在外界物体刺穿包装筒10时,阻止外界物体与包装筒10内的空调内机接触,进而避免空调内机损坏。
本实施例提供的包装箱的使用过程为:将空调内机的一端容置在第一垫块20上的第一安装槽内,将空调内机的另一端容置在第二垫块上的第二安装槽内,之后将第一垫块20、第二垫块以及空调内机放置在包装筒10内;使斜板101与第一斜面201和第二斜面贴合,向斜板101推动缝隙另一侧的侧壁,以使包装筒10与第一垫块20和第二垫块贴合,之后通过胶带连接缝隙两侧的侧壁,以完成空调内机的包装。
本实施例提供的包装箱,第一垫块20上设置有第一安装槽,第二垫块上设置有第二安装槽,空调内机的一端容置在第一安装槽内,空调内机的另一端容置在第二安装槽内,第一垫块20、第二垫块以及空调内机放置在包装筒10内;包装筒10侧壁上具有缝隙,缝隙一侧的侧壁上具有斜板101,第一垫块20上设置有第一斜槽,第一斜槽包括由第一垫块20表面向内部倾斜的第一斜面201,第二垫块上设置有第二斜槽,第二斜槽包括由第二垫块的表面向内部倾斜的第二表斜面,斜板101与第一斜面201和第二斜面贴合;在将第一垫块20、第二垫块以及空调内机放置在包装筒10内后,可以使缝隙另一侧的侧壁向斜板101移动,以使包装筒10包裹第一垫块20和第二垫块,与缝隙两侧的侧壁抵接相比,可以消除包装筒10与第一垫块20和第二垫块之间的间隙,进而避免第一垫块20和第二垫块在包装筒10内晃动。
继续参照图1和图2,本实施例中,包装箱还包括第一打包带30,包装筒10的第一 端设置有第一凹槽102,包装筒10的第二端设置有第二凹槽103,第一打包带30环绕包装筒10的第一端和第二端,且部分第一打包带30卡设在第一凹槽102和第二凹槽103内;第一打包带30位于缝隙的一侧。第一包装带可以阻止第一垫块20由包装筒10的第一端脱落,相同的第一包装带还可以阻止第二垫块由包装筒10的第二端脱落,提高包装箱的强度。另外,第一打包带30卡设在第一凹槽102和第二凹槽103内,可以阻止第一打包带30沿垂直于第一打包带30延伸的方向滑动,进而避免第一打包带30与包装筒10分离。
继续参照图1和图2,具体地,第一垫块20上设置有正对第一凹槽102的第一卡槽,第一打包带30还卡设在第一卡槽内。如此设置,可以阻止缝隙一侧的包装筒10侧壁向背离缝隙的方向移动,进而避免在运输的过程中,缝隙两侧的包装筒10侧壁彼此分离。
进一步地,第二垫块上设置有正对第二凹槽103的第二卡槽,第一打包带30还卡设在第二卡槽内。可以进一步阻止缝隙一侧的包装筒10侧壁向背离缝隙的方向移动,进而避免在运输的过程中,缝隙两侧的包装筒10侧壁彼此分离。
继续参照图1和图2,本实施例中,包装箱还包括第二打包带40,包装筒10的第一端还设置有第三凹槽104,包装筒10的第二端还设置有第四凹槽105,第二打包带40环绕包装筒10的第一端和第二端,且部分第二打包带40卡设在第三凹槽104和第四凹槽105内;第二打包带40位于缝隙的另一侧。可以进一步阻止第一垫块20和第二垫块由包装筒10上脱落,提高包装箱的强度。另外,第二打包带40卡设在第三凹槽104和第四凹槽105内,可以阻止第二打包带40沿垂直于第二打包带40延伸的方向滑动,进而避免第二打包带40与包装筒10分离。
具体地,第一垫块20上设置有正对第三凹槽104的第三卡槽,第二打包带40还卡设在第三卡槽内。如此设置,可以阻止缝隙另一侧的包装筒10侧壁向背离缝隙的方向移动,进一步避免在运输的过程中,缝隙两侧的包装筒10侧壁彼此分离。
进一步地,第二垫块上设置有正对第四凹槽105的第四卡槽,第二打包带40还卡设在第四卡槽内。可以进一步阻止缝隙另一侧的包装筒10侧壁向背离缝隙的方向移动,进而避免在运输的过程中,缝隙两侧的包装筒10侧壁彼此分离。
本实施例中,第一打包带30和第二打包带40在阻止第一垫块20和第二垫块由包装筒10上脱离的前提下,还可以阻止缝隙两侧的包装筒10侧壁彼此分离,进而避免在运输过程中缝隙宽度增大。
具体地,第一打包带30和第二打包带40可以均为聚乙烯带,由聚乙烯构成的第一打包带30和第二打包带40加工方便,且成本较低。当然,本实施例中第一打包带30和第二打包带40还可以主要由铜、铁、铝等金属构成。
继续参照图1,本实施例中,第一垫块20的外侧面上设置有第一搬运槽202,第二垫块的外侧面上设置有第二搬运槽。如此设置,可以通过第一搬运槽202和第二搬运槽搬运包装箱。其中,第一垫块20的外侧面为第一垫块20上与第一安装槽相对的侧面,第二垫块的外侧面为第二垫块上与第二安装槽相对的侧面。
本实施例中的包装箱,包括包装筒10、第一垫块20以及第二垫块。上述第一垫块20上设置有第一安装槽,第二垫块上设置有第二安装槽;包装筒10的侧壁上具有缝隙,缝隙一侧的包装筒10侧壁具有斜板101,第一垫块20上设置有第一斜槽,第一斜槽包括由向内倾斜的第一斜面201,第二垫块上设置有第二斜槽,第二斜槽包括向内倾斜的第二斜 面,斜板101与第一斜面201和第二斜面贴合。通过上述设置,在包装时,将第一垫块20、第二垫块以及空调内机放置在包装筒10内,之后使斜板101与第一斜面201和第二斜面贴合,之后使缝隙另一侧的包装筒10侧壁向斜板101移动,以使包装筒10包裹第一垫块20和第二垫块,与缝隙两侧的侧壁抵接相比,可以消除包装筒10与第一垫块20和第二垫块之间的间隙,进而避免第一垫块20和第二垫块在包装筒10内晃动。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种包装箱,其特征在于,包括:包装筒、第一垫块以及第二垫块;所述第一垫块的内侧面上设置有第一安装槽,所述第二垫块的内侧面上设置有第二安装槽,所述第一垫块设置在所述包装筒的第一端,所述第二垫块设置在所述包装筒的第二端,且所述第一安装槽和所述第二安装槽均朝向所述包装筒内部;
    所述包装筒侧壁上具有缝隙,所述缝隙一侧的所述侧壁具有斜板,所述第一垫块上设置有第一斜槽,所述第一斜槽包括由所述第一垫块的表面向内倾斜的第一斜面,所述斜板与所述第一斜面贴合;所述第二垫块上设置有第二斜槽,所述第二斜槽包括由所述第二垫块的表面向内倾斜的第二斜面,所述斜板还与所述第二斜面贴合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述包装箱还包括第一打包带,所述包装筒的第一端设置有第一凹槽,所述包装筒的第二端设置有第二凹槽,所述第一打包带环绕所述包装筒的第一端和第二端,且部分所述第一打包带卡设在所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽内;所述第一打包带位于所述缝隙的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述第一垫块上设置有正对所述第一凹槽的第一卡槽,所述第一打包带还卡设在所述第一卡槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述第二垫块上设置有正对所述第二凹槽的第二卡槽,所述第一打包带还卡设在所述第二卡槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述包装箱还包括第二打包带,所述包装筒的第一端还设置有第三凹槽,所述包装筒的第二端还设置有第四凹槽,所述第二打包带环绕所述包装筒的第一端和第二端,且部分所述第二打包带卡设在所述第三凹槽和所述第四凹槽内;所述第二打包带位于所述缝隙的另一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述第一垫块上设置有正对所述第三凹槽的第三卡槽,所述第二打包带还卡设在所述第三卡槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述第二垫块上设置有正对所述第四凹槽的第四卡槽,所述第二打包带还卡设在所述第四卡槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求5-7任一项所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述第一打包带和所述第二打包带均为聚乙烯带。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述第一垫块的外侧面上设置有第一搬运槽,所述第二垫块的外侧面上设置有第二搬运槽。
  10. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的包装箱,其特征在于,所述包装筒为瓦楞纸筒。
