本发明公开了一种空调机的包装衬垫,所述包装衬垫由左衬垫及右衬垫构成,其中;所述左衬垫及右衬垫均包含衬垫本体,且衬垫本体均包含作为容置空腔的内腔;所述左衬垫及右衬垫的内腔形状分别与空调机的送风口的形状相匹配,且在左衬垫及右衬垫的内腔中设有内肋缓冲凸棱及空调送风口防护棱,且在左衬垫及右衬垫的棱角处设有棱角止裂结构;在所述左衬垫和右衬垫的外壁上设有容置凹槽,且在左衬垫及右衬垫的外壁上还开设有扣手孔;本发明的一种空调机的包装衬垫,可为空调机提供一定的防护性能的同时,还设有零附件的安装空间,且在侧壁设有扣手孔,非常便于拆装。

一种空调机的包装衬垫
技术领域
本发明涉及包装衬垫技术领域,尤其涉及一种空调机的包装衬垫。
背景技术
现有技术的空调机的包装衬垫一般仅在衬垫内腔中开设一个凹槽,再将空调机的两端分别套设于衬垫内,此种设计的包装衬垫存在防摔性能不高、强度低且未在空腔内未设置避让空调机的出风口、进风口、配管出口等容易损坏部位的避让结构,很容易导致在运输过程中造成空调机的损坏,同时,现有技术的衬垫结构仅具有衬垫功能,包装空调时,一般是将空调的零附件装入袋子或盒子中,再在最后将零附件一同扔入包装箱内,未给零附件设置固定安装空间,导致在运输过程中,可能发生零附件与空调机之间的碰撞,导致空调机或零附件被擦花,且现有技术的衬垫还存在一旦套设于空调机后不易取下的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种空调机的包装衬垫,可为空调机提供一定的防护性能的同时,还设有零附件的安装空间,且在侧壁设有扣手孔,非常便于拆装。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:
一种空调机的包装衬垫,所述包装衬垫由左衬垫及右衬垫构成,其中;所述左衬垫及右衬垫均包含衬垫本体,且衬垫本体均包含作为容置空腔的内腔;所述左衬垫及右衬垫的内腔形状分别与空调机的送风口的形状相匹配,且在左衬垫及右衬垫的内腔中设有内肋缓冲凸棱及空调送风口防护棱,且在左衬垫及右衬垫的棱角处设有棱角止裂结构;在所述左衬垫和右衬垫的外壁上设有容置凹槽,且在左衬垫及右衬垫的外壁上还开设有扣手孔;
本发明的空调机的包装衬垫中,在左衬垫及右衬垫的内腔中设有内肋缓冲凸棱,通过采用内肋结构方式,再结合材料缓冲特性来实现衬垫的缓冲防护性能,且在左衬垫及右衬垫的外壁上还开设有扣手孔,非常便于用于提取左、右衬垫,同时,在左、右衬垫中相应位置设置有避让结构来避让空调机的出风口、进风口、配管出口等容易损坏部位,且在左、右衬垫的棱角处设置棱角止裂结构,从而整体提升衬垫的强度。
进一步地,所述左衬垫和右衬垫的容置凹槽内均安装有附件包装盒,且在左衬垫的容置凹槽内的附件包装盒为遥控组件包装盒,在右衬垫的容置凹槽内的附件包装为盒说明书包装盒,通过衬垫对零附件的固定安装,可避免在运输过程中零附件对空调机造成擦伤或撞击磨损,且将零附件嵌于衬垫中还有利于减小包装箱的体积。
进一步地,所述附件包装盒由瓦楞纸板制成,瓦楞纸板的缓冲性能可进一步提升包装的防护性能。
进一步地,所述包装衬垫由聚氨酯橡胶材料制成,由聚氨酯橡胶材料制成的包装衬垫具有更好的弹性。
进一步地,所述左衬垫及右衬垫的外观形状均为长方体。

本发明的空调机的包装衬垫中,在左衬垫及右衬垫的内腔中设有内肋缓冲凸棱,通过采用内肋结构方式,再结合材料缓冲特性来实现衬垫的缓冲防护性能,且在左衬垫及右衬垫的外壁上还开设有扣手孔,非常便于用于提取左、右衬垫,同时,在左、右衬垫中相应位置设置有避让结构来避让空调机的出风口、进风口、配管出口等容易损坏部位,且在左、右衬垫的棱角处设置棱角止裂结构,从而整体提升衬垫的强度。

如图1所示,一种空调机的包装衬垫,所述包装衬垫由左衬垫2及右衬垫1构成,其中;所述左衬垫2及右衬垫1均包含衬垫本体,且衬垫本体均包含作为容置空腔的内腔,且所述左衬垫2及右衬垫1的外观形状均为长方体。
所述左衬垫2及右衬垫1的内腔形状分别与空调机的送风口的形状相匹配,且在左衬垫2及右衬垫1的内腔中设有内肋缓冲凸棱24,在内肋缓冲凸棱24上设有避让结构,本实施例中具体为空调送风口防护棱22,且在左衬垫2及右衬垫1的棱角处设有棱角止裂结构;在所述左衬垫2和右衬垫1的外壁上设有容置凹槽,且在左衬垫2及右衬垫1的外壁上还开设有扣手孔12。
其中,左衬垫2上的容置凹槽为遥控器组件放置槽21,右衬垫1的容置凹槽为说明书放置槽11。
同时,如图2所示,所述左衬垫2和右衬垫1的容置凹槽内均安装有附件包装盒,且在左衬垫2的遥控器组件放置槽21内的附件包装盒为遥控组件包装盒3,在右衬垫1的说明书放置槽11内的附件包装盒为盒说明书包装盒4,通过衬垫对零附件的固定安装,可避免在运输过程中零附件对空调机造成擦伤或撞击磨损,且将零附件嵌于衬垫中还有利于减小包装箱的体积。
其中,所述遥控组件包装盒3及说明书包装盒4均由瓦楞纸板制成,瓦楞纸板的缓冲性能可进一步提升包装的防护性能。
作为优选,所述包装衬垫由聚氨酯橡胶材料制成,由聚氨酯橡胶材料制成的包装衬垫具有更好的弹性。
本发明的空调机的包装衬垫中,在左衬垫2及右衬垫1的内腔中设有内肋缓冲凸棱24,通过采用内肋结构方式,再结合材料缓冲特性来实现衬垫的缓冲防护性能,且在左衬垫2及右衬垫1的外壁上还开设有扣手孔12,非常便于用于提取左、右衬垫1,同时,在左、右衬垫1中相应位置设置有避让结构来避让空调机的出风口、进风口、配管出口等容易损坏部位,且在左衬垫2、右衬垫1的棱角处设置棱角止裂结构具体为棱角止裂孔23,从而整体提升衬垫的强度。

1.一种空调机的包装衬垫,其特征在于,所述包装衬垫由左衬垫及右衬垫构成,其中;所述左衬垫及右衬垫均包含衬垫本体,且衬垫本体均包含作为容置空腔的内腔;所述左衬垫及右衬垫的内腔形状分别与空调机的送风口的形状相匹配,且在左衬垫及右衬垫的内腔中设有内肋缓冲凸棱及空调送风口防护棱,且在左衬垫及右衬垫的棱角处设有棱角止裂结构;在所述左衬垫和右衬垫的外壁上设有容置凹槽,且在左衬垫及右衬垫的外壁上还开设有扣手孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空调机的包装衬垫,其特征在于,所述左衬垫和右衬垫的容置凹槽内均安装有附件包装盒,且在左衬垫的容置凹槽内的附件包装盒为遥控组件包装盒,在右衬垫的容置凹槽内的附件包装为盒说明书包装盒。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种空调机的包装衬垫,其特征在于,所述附件包装盒由瓦楞纸板制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种空调机的包装衬垫,其特征在于,所述包装衬垫由聚氨酯橡胶材料制成。
