如图1-2所示,根据本发明的一实施例,用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置10包括上环1、中环2、下环3、上转轴4和下转轴5,其中,上环1连接至医用吊塔6的底部,下环3连接至医用显示器挂架7的顶部,中环2在其前后左右共设有四个孔8,上转轴4的一端与上环1固定连接,上转轴4的另一端穿过中环2的一个孔8以形成轴孔间隙配合,下转轴5的一端与下环3固定连接,下转轴5的另一端穿过中环2的另一个孔8以形成轴孔间隙配合,上转轴4和下转轴5在空间上是相互垂直的。
根据上述技术方案,本发明的用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置能起到以下有益技术效果:当医用显示器挂架在水平的任意方向上发生意外碰撞时,能发生倾摆避让。
具体地说,本发明采用了用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置,当医用显示器挂架在水平的任意方向上(例如,左右方向、前后方向等,即,基本位于水平面内的任意方向)发生意外碰撞时,能发生倾摆避让,使得该碰撞为非刚性的;在碰撞解除后,医用显示器能自动恢复为正常状态。
也就是说,上转轴4的一端与上环1固定连接(例如,螺纹连接),上转轴4的另一端穿过中环2的一个孔8以形成轴孔间隙配合,因此,中 环2可以相对于上环1转动,转轴即为上转轴4;
下转轴5的一端与下环3固定连接(例如,螺纹连接),下转轴5的另一端穿过中环2的另一个孔8以形成轴孔间隙配合,因此,中环2可以相对于下环3转动,转轴即为下转轴5。
因此,医用显示器挂架既能绕上转轴4转动,又能绕下转轴5转动,也能同时绕上转轴4和下转轴5转动,即实现在水平任意方向的倾摆避让。
需要注意的是,上环1、中环2、下环3均为环状结构,这里的“环”并不局限于圆环,也可采用大致方形的环、多边形的环等,只要“环”的内部留有供线缆穿过的足够空间即可。因此,线缆可以穿过用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置,而不会在运动过程中对线缆造成可能的卡夹和损坏,也使得本发明的走线方式更加紧凑和简洁。
较佳的是,上环1连接至医用吊塔6的底部,例如连接至医用吊塔6底部的筒状结构,如图2所示。
较佳的是,如图1所示,中环2在其前后左右共设有四个孔8。也就是说,中环2在其前侧、后侧、左侧和右侧各设有一个孔8,共计四个孔8。较佳的是,相邻的孔8在中环2的周界上相互隔开90度。
较佳的是,中环2相对于上环1、下环3而言直径较小,使得上转轴4可从中环2的外侧穿过中环2的一个孔8,下转轴5可从中环2的外侧穿过中环2的另一个孔8。
较佳的是,孔8可以是通孔,以便于孔的加工形成。
较佳的是,如图1所示,上转轴4的数量是两个,下转轴5的数量也是两个,两个上转轴4的布置方向是左右方向和前后方向中的一个方向,两个下转轴5的布置方向是左右方向和前后方向中的另一个方向。例如,两个上转轴4的布置方向是左右方向,两个下转轴5的布置方向是前后方向。
根据上述技术方案,本发明的用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置能起到以下有益技术效果:能使医用显示器挂架在倾摆避让时更加稳固、平衡。
当然,两个上转轴和两个下转轴仅仅是本申请用于医用显示器挂架的 水平防护装置所采用的一种较佳形式,本领域技术人员在本申请公开内容的基础上可以理解,也可采用其他合适的转轴数量,例如一个上转轴和一个下转轴,而不脱离本申请权利要求的保护范围。与一个上转轴和一个下转轴的技术方案相比,两个上转轴和两个下转轴的技术方案能使医用显示器挂架在倾摆避让时更加稳固、平衡。
较佳的是,如图1所示,两个上转轴4布置在同一轴线上,两个下转轴5也布置在同一轴线上。例如,两个上转轴4布置在左右方向的同一轴线上,两个下转轴5布置在前后方向的同一轴线上。较佳的是,两个上转轴4所位于的轴线与两个下转轴5所位于的轴线在空间上是相互垂直的。
根据上述技术方案,本发明的用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置能起到以下有益技术效果:能进一步使医用显示器挂架在倾摆避让时更加稳固、平衡。
较佳的是,上转轴4和下转轴5具有相同的转轴外直径,转轴外直径为9.95±0.05mm。
根据上述技术方案,本发明的用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置能起到以下有益技术效果:通过合适的转轴外直径,能使转轴相对于环的转动更加顺畅、稳定。
较佳的是,四个孔8具有相同的孔内直径,孔内直径为10.15±0.05mm。
根据上述技术方案,本发明的用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置能起到以下有益技术效果:通过合适的孔内直径,能使转轴相对于环的转动更加顺畅、稳定。
较佳的是,如图1所示,上转轴4和下转轴5位于不同高度的水平面中。也就是说,上转轴4所位于的轴线与下转轴5所位于的轴线在空间上是相互垂直的,但在高度上是相互错开的。
根据上述技术方案,本发明的用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置能起到以下有益技术效果:能使上转轴和下转轴有效隔开,避免两者发生干涉。
较佳的是,上转轴4布置成比下转轴5高至少10mm。

较佳的是,如图1所示,上转轴4和下转轴5均为台阶式转轴,上转轴4的与上环固定连接的一端较粗,上转轴4的与孔间隙配合的另一端较细,下转轴5的与下环固定连接的一端较粗,下转轴5的与孔间隙配合的另一端较细。
根据上述技术方案,本发明的用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置能起到以下有益技术效果:能更好地满足转轴的固定与转动要求。
也就是说,转轴与环固定连接的一端较粗,可以使得转轴与环的固定更加稳固;转轴与与孔间隙配合的另一端较细,可以适当减小中环的高度,使得整个水平防护装置的尺寸适当减小。
较佳的是,轴孔间隙为0.1-0.3mm。
根据上述技术方案,本发明的用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置能起到以下有益技术效果:通过合适的轴孔间隙,能使转轴相对于环的转动更加顺畅、稳定。
较佳的是,上环1相对于下环3的最大转动角度为±5度。
也就是说,如图1所示,在用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置的原始状态,上环1和下环3均位于水平面中;倘若医用显示器挂架在正前方的下部(相对于水平防护装置而言)受到水平方向的撞击,从正前方来看,下环3就将相对于上环1绕上转轴4向下转动,最大转动角度为向下5度;倘若医用显示器挂架在正后方的下部(相对于水平防护装置而言)受到水平方向的撞击,从正前方来看,下环3就将相对于上环1绕上转轴4向上转动,最大转动角度为向上5度。同理,倘若医用显示器挂架在水平的其它方向受到撞击,水平防护装置的防护原理和转动范围类似。因此,上环1相对于下环3的最大转动角度为±5度。
根据上述技术方案,本发明的用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置能起到以下有益技术效果:能使医用显示器挂架的倾摆避让范围较为合适。
当然,±5度的最大转动角度仅仅是本申请用于医用显示器挂架的水 平防护装置所采用的一种较佳形式,本领域技术人员在本申请公开内容的基础上可以理解,也可采用其他合适的最大转动角度,例如±3度、±4度、±6度、±7度、±8度、±9度、±10度等,而不脱离本申请权利要求的保护范围。与其它最大转动角度的技术方案相比,±5度最大转动角度的技术方案能使医用显示器挂架的倾摆避让范围较为合适,既能有效倾摆避让,又不至于因大幅倾摆避让而失去稳定性。
较佳的是,转动的限位由上环1、中环2和下环3自身在极限位置的运动干涉来实现。
以上对本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述,但本领域技术人员将会理解,上述具体实施方式并不构成对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员可以在以上公开内容的基础上进行多种修改,而不超出本发明的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置,其特征在于,所述用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置包括上环、中环、下环、上转轴和下转轴,其中,所述上环连接至医用吊塔的底部,所述下环连接至医用显示器挂架的顶部,所述中环在其前后左右共设有四个孔,所述上转轴的一端与所述上环固定连接,所述上转轴的另一端穿过所述中环的一个孔以形成轴孔间隙配合,所述下转轴的一端与所述下环固定连接,所述下转轴的另一端穿过所述中环的另一个孔以形成轴孔间隙配合,所述上转轴和所述下转轴在空间上是相互垂直的。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置,其特征在于,所述上转轴的数量是两个,所述下转轴的数量也是两个,两个上转轴的布置方向是左右方向和前后方向中的一个方向,两个下转轴的布置方向是左右方向和前后方向中的另一个方向。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置,其特征在于,两个上转轴布置在同一轴线上,两个下转轴也布置在同一轴线上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置,其特征在于,所述上转轴和所述下转轴具有相同的转轴外直径,所述转轴外直径为9.95±0.05mm。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置,其特征在于,所述四个孔具有相同的孔内直径,所述孔内直径为10.15±0.05mm。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置,其特征在于,所述上转轴和所述下转轴位于不同高度的水平面中。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置,其特征在于,所述上转轴布置成比所述下转轴高至少10mm。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置,其特征在于,所述上转轴和所述下转轴均为台阶式转轴,所述上转轴的与上环固定连接的一端较粗,所述上转轴的与孔间隙配合的另一端较细,所述下转轴的与下环固定连接的一端较粗,所述下转轴的与孔间隙配合的另一端较细。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置,其特征在于,所述轴孔间隙为0.1-0.3mm。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的用于医用显示器挂架的水平防护装置,其特征在于,所述上环相对于所述下环的最大转动角度为±5度。
