- シリンジと、
前記シリンジの先端部に接続された針と、
前記シリンジに固定されたホルダーと、
前記針を露出させる使用位置から前記針の周囲を取り囲む保護位置に向かって、前記シリンジの軸方向に沿って前記シリンジに対して相対変位可能な針カバーと、を備え、
前記ホルダーは、前記針カバーが前記使用位置に保持されるように、前記使用位置における前記針カバーに前記針カバーの径方向の内側から係止するとともに、前記針カバーが前記保護位置に保持されるように、前記保護位置における前記針カバーに前記径方向の内側から係止する係止部を有し、
前記ホルダー及び前記針カバーの少なくとも一方の部材は、前記ホルダー及び前記針カバーの他方の部材に向かって突出する突出部を有し、前記他方の部材は、前記針カバーが前記保護位置から前記使用位置に向けて前記シリンジの前記軸方向に沿って前記シリンジに対して相対変位するのを規制するように前記突出部に当接する規制部を有する、安全機構付きシリンジ。 - 前記ホルダーは、前記針カバーに向かって突出する形状を有するガイド突起を有し、
前記針カバーには、当該針カバーが前記使用位置から前記保護位置に向かって変位するときに前記ガイド突起を案内するガイド溝が設けられており、
前記ガイド溝は、
前記針カバーが前記使用位置から前記保護位置に変位するときに前記針カバーを前記シリンジの中心軸まわりに回転させる形状を有する案内面と、
前記針カバーが前記保護位置から前記使用位置に向かって前記軸方向に沿って変位するときに前記ガイド突起に当接する当接面と、を有し、
前記ガイド突起は、前記突出部を構成し、前記当接面は、前記規制部を構成する、請求項1に記載の安全機構付きシリンジ。 - 前記針カバーは、前記ホルダーに向かって膨出する膨出部を有し、
前記ホルダーは、前記保護位置における前記針カバーの前記膨出部と前記軸方向に対向するとともに、前記針カバーが前記保護位置から前記使用位置に向かって前記軸方向に沿って変位するときに前記膨出部に当接する受け部を有し、
前記膨出部は、前記突出部を構成し、前記受け部は、前記規制部を構成する、請求項1に記載の安全機構付きシリンジ。 - 前記ホルダーは、前記針カバーに向かって突出する形状を有するガイド突起を有し、
前記針カバーには、当該針カバーが前記使用位置から前記保護位置に向かって変位するときに前記ガイド突起を案内するガイド溝が設けられており、
前記ガイド溝は、前記針カバーが前記使用位置から前記保護位置に変位するときに前記針カバーを前記シリンジの中心軸まわりに回転させる形状を有する案内面を有し、
前記ホルダーは、
前記使用位置における前記針カバーの前記膨出部と前記針カバーの前記径方向に対向する位置に形成されており、前記針カバーが前記使用位置から前記保護位置に向かって前記シリンジの前記中心軸まわりに回転しながら変位するのを許容する第1壁部と、
前記針カバーが前記使用位置から前記保護位置に変位する際に当該針カバーが前記シリンジの前記中心軸周りに回転する方向と同じ方向に前記第1壁部に隣接する位置に設けられた第2壁部と、を有し、
前記第2壁部のうち前記針カバーが前記使用位置から前記保護位置に向かう向きにおける先端部は、前記受け部を構成する、請求項3に記載の安全機構付きシリンジ。 - 前記ホルダーは、前記第1壁部とは異なる他の第1壁部をさらに有し、
前記係止部は、前記針カバーが前記使用位置から前記保護位置に変位する際に当該針カバーが前記シリンジの前記中心軸周りに回転する方向と同じ方向に前記他の第1壁部と隣接する位置に設けられており、
前記膨出部は、
前記針カバーが前記使用位置に位置するときに前記第1壁部と前記針カバーの前記径方向に対向するとともに、前記針カバーが前記保護位置に位置するときに前記第2壁部と前記軸方向に対向する第1縦リブと、
前記針カバーが前記使用位置に位置するときに前記他の第1壁部と前記針カバーの前記径方向に対向するとともに、前記針カバーが前記保護位置に位置するときに前記係止部と前記軸方向に対向する第2縦リブと、を有し、
前記係止部のうち前記針カバーが前記使用位置から前記保護位置に向かう向きにおける先端部は、前記受け部を構成する、請求項4に記載の安全機構付きシリンジ。 - 前記ガイド溝は、前記針カバーが前記保護位置から前記使用位置に向かって前記軸方向に沿って変位するときに前記ガイド突起に当接する当接面をさらに有し、
前記ガイド突起は、前記突出部を構成し、前記当接面は、前記規制部を構成する、請求項4又は5に記載の安全機構付きシリンジ。 - 前記針を被覆するように前記シリンジに取り付けられており、前記シリンジから取り外すことが可能な針キャップをさらに備え、
前記針カバーは、前記シリンジから前記針キャップが取り外された状態において前記使用位置から前記保護位置に向かって前記シリンジに対して相対変位可能であり、
前記係止部は、前記針カバーの前記使用位置から前記保護位置への移動を許容するように前記径方向における内向きに撓むように弾性変形可能であり、
前記針キャップは、前記係止部が前記径方向における内向きに撓むのを規制するように前記係止部を前記径方向における内側から支持する支持部を有する、請求項1に記載の安全機構付きシリンジ。 - 前記ホルダーのうち当該ホルダーの周方向における前記係止部の両側には、前記シリンジの前記軸方向と平行な方向に延びるスリットが形成されている、請求項7に記載の安全機構付きシリンジ。
- 前記係止部は、
前記シリンジの前記軸方向と平行な方向に沿って延びる形状を有する可撓片と、
前記可撓片から前記径方向における外向きに突出する形状を有する係止突起と、を有し、
前記針カバーは、前記使用位置において前記係止突起と係合する使用位置係合部を有し、
前記可撓片は、前記針カバーが前記使用位置に位置する状態において前記係止突起が前記使用位置係合部に係合する係合位置と、前記針カバーが前記使用位置から前記保護位置に変位するときに前記係止突起が前記使用位置係合部から前記径方向の内側に離脱する離脱位置と、の間で前記係止突起が変位するように弾性変形可能である、請求項8に記載の安全機構付きシリンジ。 - 前記針カバーは、前記保護位置において前記係止突起と係合する保護位置係合部をさらに有する、請求項9に記載の安全機構付きシリンジ。
