Description

一种保温装置 技术领域
本发明涉及日常生活用品技术领域,尤其是涉及一种保温装置。
背景技术
在寒冷的季节,由于气温低;食物暴露在空气中时,温度降低较快。对于婴幼儿来说,由于整个的进食时间较长;因而存在食物温度过低而影响其食欲的问题,长期食用,还可能影响食用者肠胃功能。
此外,对于众多的上班族;通常通过自己带便当的方式解决午餐的问题。随之而来的问题是便当如何保温。为此,有众多可供选择的保温饭盒以解决食物保温的问题。
现有保温饭盒等有通过热水保温、真空隔离保温、发热材料保温等多种方式。对于热水保温的结构,较为典型的有:1、公布号为CN104586014A和CN105768453A的中国发明专利申请,其所采用的结构是采用双层的盒体,盒体的双层之间通过注水口注入热水进行保温。2、公布号为CN108851447A的中国发明专利申请,采用的饭盒底部设置加热盒的结构;加热盒与饭盒之间通过螺纹连接方式。
对于前述的第一种结构,由于注水口大小的限制,存在注水不顺畅或容易洒出烫手的问题。双层结构内的水凉了之后,如果需要倒出;也存在难以完全 倒出的问题。此外,也无法清洗双层结构内部。
对于前述的第二种结构,虽然不存在注水口所带来的缺陷;但是,螺纹的连接,密封性难以保障;对于制造的要求也较高。
前述的两种结构,还存在通用性等问题;无法实现保温结构适配不同食物容器。当无需保温时,保温结构的一体化设计,又使得保温结构显得多余。此外,也不便于婴幼儿自己独立实用。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题在于提供一种保温装置;可以适配不同的食物容器对食物进行保温。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:
所述的保温装置由需要保温的容器、包胶、密封圈、压盖和锁止件构成;包胶形状大体上与其需要保温的容器相同;密封圈设置于容器顶缘与包胶对应位置之间,使包胶与容器间形成一可密封的空间;该空间用于盛装保温材料;压盖通过锁止件将容器与包胶锁合在一起。
所述的包胶中间大体为平面状,四周斜向上;斜向上使包胶具有一定深度后,向四周水平展开形成水平展开部;水平展开部的起始部与容器的顶缘相对应,靠近起始部的位置设置密封圈与顶缘配合。
包胶的水平展开部向四周展开、绕过容器的顶缘后向上弯曲使得后续的水平展开部上表面与顶缘的上表面处于同一平面;水平展开部的外轮廓略大于顶缘的外径。
所述包胶的水平展开部沿圆周对称设置有两个锁止耳部,锁止耳部位置设置锁止件,通过锁止件将水平展开部和压盖紧密的锁合在一起。
所述锁止耳部的适当位置设置内螺纹孔,压盖对应该内螺纹孔设置通孔;锁止件的螺柱穿过压盖与锁止耳部的内螺纹孔旋合;锁止件的锁帽顶住压盖上表面。
所述压盖与锁止件的锁帽配合的部分相对于其它部分,略微形成一下凹的配合台面。
所述水平展开部的最外缘向下、向内形成一倒钩;压盖大体呈平面的环状,其外缘与水平展开部的最外缘相对应,也向下、向内形成一倒钩;压盖的倒钩可以勾住水平展开部的倒钩形成钩合。
所述压盖的内缘与容器的顶缘相对应,直径略大于顶缘的内径;压盖内缘的边缘向下弯曲;形成配合后,压住容器顶缘的上表面。
所述水平展开部上表面凸伸两定位环;密封圈置于定位环之间。
所述锁止件的锁帽顶部设置一凹槽,凹槽宽度略大于一元硬币的厚度。
所述的包胶内标识有刻度线。
所述包胶底部一体形成或者可拆卸方式连接一吸盘。
本发明通过锁止件锁合包胶与容器,并通过密封圈进行密封;使包胶与容器间形成一可密封的空间用于盛装热水;通过热水实现对导热性较好的容器进行保温。本发明的结构可以实现自由、方便的拆装;一方面利于清洁,另一方面也可以配合不同的容器使用;或者,在需要保温时才使用;极大地方便了使用根据需要进行选择。吸盘、锁止耳部的设计,也便于婴幼儿的使用。

具体实施方式
以下所述的实施方式是本发明优选的具体实施例,为此附加有技术性上优选的多种限定。但该优选方式并非对本发明的限定;但凡依照前述的记载,可得之等效变换;皆应属于本发明的保护范围。
见图1、2所示,本发明的保温装置主要由包胶1、密封圈2、压盖3和锁止件4构成。包胶1的形状大体上与其需要保温的不锈钢碗5(本发明中,不锈钢碗5为容器5的一种,容器5也可以由其它导热性较好的其它材料制成)。中间大体为平面状,四周斜向上。斜向上使包胶1具有一定深度后,向四周水平展开形成水平展开部11。向四周水平展开的水平展开部11的起始部111与不锈钢碗5的顶缘51相对应。水平展开部11靠近起始部111的位置设置密封圈2。通过密封圈2可以使不锈钢碗5的顶缘51与水平展开部11实现密封配合。水平展开部11继续向四周展开、绕过顶缘51后向上弯曲使得后续的水平展开部11上表面与顶缘51的上表面处于同一平面。水平展开部11的外轮廓略大于顶缘的外径。
当利用密封圈2使不锈钢碗5的顶缘51与水平展开部实现密封配合时,包胶1与不锈钢碗5之间形成一密封的空间6。
水平展开部11沿圆周对称设置有两个锁止耳部112,锁止耳部112兼有实现锁止结构和用于握持的作用。水平展开部11的最外缘可以向下、向内形成一倒钩113。压盖3大体呈平面的环状;其外缘与水平展开部的最外缘相对应,也可向下、向内形成一倒钩31。压盖3的倒钩31可以勾住水平展开部11的倒钩113形成钩合。压盖3的内缘与不锈钢碗5的顶缘51相对应,直径略大于顶缘 51的内径。压盖3内缘的边缘32向下弯曲;压住不锈钢碗5顶缘51的上表面。
水平展开部11的锁止耳部112位置可以设置锁止件4,通过锁止件4将水平展开部11和压盖3紧密的锁合在一起。此锁止件4可以为圆形锁。具体而言,在锁止耳部112的适当位置设置内螺纹孔,压盖3对应该内螺纹孔设置通孔。圆形锁的螺柱穿过压盖3与锁止耳部112的内螺纹孔旋合。圆形锁的锁帽顶住压盖3上表面。此时,边缘32紧压顶缘51;密封圈2将顶缘51下表面与水平展开部11的上表面密合;空间6被密封。为方便使用,在圆形锁的顶部可以设置一凹槽41;通过硬币等较薄的硬物即可旋钮圆形锁。凹槽41宽度略大于一元硬币的厚度,使锁止件只能用一元硬币开合,防止儿童打开锁止件。压盖3与圆形锁的锁帽配合的部分相对于其它部分,可以略微形成一下凹的配合台面33;以免圆形锁的锁帽过多凸伸于压盖3。
在包胶1的底部可以一体形成或者可拆卸方式连接一吸盘7。
使用时,根据需要在包胶1底部装配吸盘7(此种情形是包胶1与吸盘7采用可拆卸方式连接时适用;如为一体成型,则省略此步骤);然后,在包胶1内导入适量的热水;热水量、热水温度可以根据实际的需要调整,但热水量不可高于包胶1内的最大刻度标识线。将密封圈2放置在包胶1的水平展开部11,放置密封圈2时,一般使密封圈2内侧与水平展开部11的起始部111处于相对均匀的位置。为了方便密封圈2的定位,在水平展开部11上表面凸伸两定位环;密封圈2置于定位环之间而实现方便、准确定位。
完成以上的步骤后,将盛有食物的不锈钢碗5(也可根据使用者的喜好,在完成所有的使用前准备步骤、实现包胶1与不锈钢碗5密封固定配合后再盛装食物)放置在包胶1上。放置时,注意动作轻缓,避免热水益处包胶1外或烫 伤。放置的位置,需要注意不要使密封圈2外露于不锈钢碗5的顶缘51外。
再将压盖3置于包胶1上,放置时注意压盖3的朝向;需要使倒钩31、边缘32的弯曲部朝下。并使压盖3的倒钩31与水平展开部11的倒钩113相钩合。然后,利用锁止件4将压盖3与包胶1锁合在一起。如此,也使得不锈钢碗5与包胶1之间通过密封圈2形成密封结合;避免热水渗出。
完成以上的装配后,包胶1与不锈钢碗5之间的空间6的热水,通过导热的不锈钢材料向食物传导热量,从而避免食物温度降低过快。而包胶1的材料为橡胶等导热较慢的材料;因此,热量将主要向不锈钢材料的不锈钢碗5传导。
此外,在使用使可以通过吸盘7吸附、固定在台面上;适宜于避免婴幼儿使用。
使用完后,旋钮锁止件4,打开压盖3;即可将不锈钢碗5与包胶1分离。不锈钢碗5及包胶1等保温部件可以按照需要进行清洁。

  1. 一种保温装置,所述的保温装置由需要保温的容器、包胶、密封圈、压盖和锁止件构成;其特征在于:包胶形状大体上与其需要保温的容器相同;密封圈设置于容器顶缘与包胶对应位置之间,使包胶与容器间形成一可密封的空间;该空间用于盛装保温材料;压盖通过锁止件将容器与包胶锁合在一起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的保温装置,其特征在于:所述的包胶中间大体为平面状,四周斜向上;斜向上使包胶具有一定深度后,向四周水平展开形成水平展开部;水平展开部的起始部与容器的顶缘相对应,靠近起始部的位置设置密封圈与顶缘配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的保温装置,其特征在于:包胶的水平展开部向四周展开、绕过容器的顶缘后向上弯曲使得后续的水平展开部上表面与顶缘的上表面处于同一平面;水平展开部的外轮廓略大于顶缘的外径。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的保温装置,其特征在于:所述包胶的水平展开部沿圆周对称设置有两个锁止耳部,锁止耳部位置设置锁止件,通过锁止件将水平展开部和压盖紧密的锁合在一起。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的保温装置,其特征在于:所述锁止耳部的适当位置设置内螺纹孔,压盖对应该内螺纹孔设置通孔;锁止件的螺柱穿过压盖与锁止耳部的内螺纹孔旋合;锁止件的锁帽顶住压盖上表面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的保温装置,其特征在于:所述压盖与锁止件的锁帽配合的部分相对于其它部分,略微形成一下凹的配合台面。
  7. 根据权利要求3-6任一项所述的保温装置,其特征在于:所述水平展开 部的最外缘向下、向内形成一倒钩;压盖大体呈平面的环状,其外缘与水平展开部的最外缘相对应,也向下、向内形成一倒钩;压盖的倒钩可以勾住水平展开部的倒钩形成钩合。
  8. 根据权利要求3-6任一项所述的保温装置,其特征在于:所述压盖的内缘与容器的顶缘相对应,直径略大于顶缘的内径;压盖内缘的边缘向下弯曲;形成配合后,压住容器顶缘的上表面。
