Abstract
Description
木製のリールパレットは耐久性の観点で十分とは言えない。このためリールパレットにおける耐久性の向上が求められる。
本開示によれば、リールパレットの大型化を避けつつ、リールパレットに対するリールの積み込み、取り出しによるリールの損傷を抑制できる、耐久性に優れたリールパレットを提供できる。
最初に本開示の実施態様を列記して説明する。
(5)上記(1)のリールパレットでは、土台と複数のリール支持部とは一体に構成されている。
(8)上記(6)のリールパレットでは、複数のリール支持部の各々における曲率部は、互いに分離された4つの曲率支持部から構成されている。
以下、本開示の実施形態について、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。なお、明細書および図面において、同一の構成要素または対応する構成要素には、同一の符号を付し、重複する説明を繰り返さない。また、図面では、説明の便宜上、構成を省略または簡略化している場合もある。また、実施形態と変形例との少なくとも一部は、互いに任意に組み合わされてもよい。
まず本実施形態のリールパレットの構成について図1~図4を用いて説明する。
貫通孔3dは、2つの曲率支持部3aa、3abの間においてリール支持部3A~3Dの各々を貫通している。これにより貫通孔3dから土台2の配置面2Aが露出している。貫通孔3dは、ベルト21A~21D(図1)の各々を通すための孔である。ベルト21A~21Dの各々は、貫通孔3dを通すことにより土台2に固定することが可能となる。
図5は、曲率部が4つの曲率支持部から構成された変形例1の構成を示す斜視図である。図5に示されるように、本変形例の曲率部3aは、4つの曲率支持部3aa、3ab、3ac、3adから構成されている。4つの曲率支持部3aa、3ab、3ac、3adの各々は、リール11A~11Dにおける鍔部13の外周と実質的に同じ曲率半径Rを有している。
(変形例2)
図6は、リール支持部が土台の配置面に対して窪んだ変形例2に係るリールパレットの構成を示す斜視図である。図6に示されるように、本変形例においては、リールパレット1は、土台2のみからなり、トレイなどを有していない。
本実施形態および変形例1、2においては、リールパレット1の少なくとも表面が樹脂製であるため、木製よりも耐久性を向上させることができる。
また変形例1においては図5に示されるように、複数のリール支持部3A~3Dの各々における曲率部3aは、互いに分離された4つの曲率支持部3aa、3ab、3ac、3adから構成されている。
Claims (11)
- 少なくとも表面が樹脂製のリールパレットであって、
配置面を有する土台と、
前記土台の前記配置面に設けられた複数のリール支持部と、を備え、
前記複数のリール支持部は、第1リール支持部、第2リール支持部、第3リール支持部および第4リール支持部を含み、
前記第1リール支持部および前記第2リール支持部は互いに第1方向に隣り合い、前記第3リール支持部および前記第4リール支持部は互いに前記第1方向に隣り合い、
前記第1リール支持部および前記第3リール支持部は互いに前記第1方向に交差する第2方向に隣り合い、前記第2リール支持部および前記第4リール支持部は互いに前記第2方向に隣り合い、
前記第1リール支持部および前記第4リール支持部の各々に支持されるリールの軸心の延びる方向が前記第1方向となるように、かつ前記第2リール支持部および前記第3リール支持部の各々に支持されるリールの軸心の延びる方向が前記第2方向となるように前記複数のリール支持部は構成されており、
前記第1リール支持部に支持されるリールと前記第2リール支持部に支持されるリールとの間の前記第1方向に沿う間隔をLaとし、前記第2リール支持部に支持されるリールの前記第1リール支持部とは反対側の端部と前記土台の端部との間の前記第1方向に沿う間隔をLb1とし、前記第1リール支持部に支持されるリールの前記第2リール支持部とは反対側の端面と前記土台の端部との間の前記第1方向に沿う間隔をLb2としたときに、1<La/(Lb1+Lb2)<3の関係を満たす、リールパレット。 - 前記複数のリール支持部の各々は、リールを挿入する凹部を有し、かつ前記凹部内にリールを支持する曲率部を有し、
前記配置面に対して直交する方向から見た平面視において、前記第2リール支持部に支持されるリールの軸心から前記曲率部の曲率半径Rの寸法分だけ前記第1リール支持部に向かって移動した位置と前記第1リール支持部の前記凹部における前記第2リール支持部側の端部の位置との間の前記第1方向に沿うリール間寸法Laは、(80×2×R)/600以上(120×2×R)/600以下である、請求項1に記載のリールパレット。 - 前記リール間寸法Laは10mm以上140mm以下である、請求項2に記載のリールパレット。
- 前記平面視において、前記第1リール支持部に対して前記第2リール支持部とは反対側に位置する前記土台の端部と前記第1リール支持部の前記凹部との間の前記第1方向に沿う寸法は60mm以下である、請求項3に記載のリールパレット。
- 前記土台と前記複数のリール支持部とは一体に構成されている、請求項1に記載のリールパレット。
- 前記複数のリール支持部の各々は前記土台の前記配置面に対して突き出した部分に設けられている、請求項2に記載のリールパレット。
- 前記複数のリール支持部の各々における前記曲率部は、互いに分離された2つの曲率支持部から構成されている、請求項6に記載のリールパレット。
- 前記複数のリール支持部の各々における前記曲率部は、互いに分離された4つの曲率支持部から構成されている、請求項6に記載のリールパレット。
- 前記複数のリール支持部の各々における前記曲率部は、単一の曲率支持部から構成されている、請求項6に記載のリールパレット。
- 前記複数のリール支持部の各々は前記土台の前記配置面に対して窪んだ凹部として設けられている、請求項1に記載のリールパレット。
- 前記複数のリール支持部の各々は、絶縁電線を巻き付けられたリールを支持するよう構成されている、請求項1に記載のリールパレット。
