较优地,所述安装空腔的顶部设有两块限位挡板,两块所述限位挡板分别 位于所述插入口的两侧;两个所述限位件的顶面设有限位缺口;所述限位缺口与所述限位挡板相配合。
较优地,所述安装空腔内设有隔板,所述隔板将所述安装空腔分隔为上空腔和下空腔;所述插入口设于所述上空腔的顶壁;所述连接部通过所述插入口伸入所述上空腔内;所述第一弹性件的底部固定于所述下空腔的底壁;所述隔板上设有通孔,所述通孔和所述插入口同轴设置;所述第一弹性件的顶部穿过所述通孔。
本发明实施例提供的拉力扣中的上述一个或多个技术方案至少具有如下技术效果之一:该拉力扣使用时,连接部插入安装空腔时,第一弹性件与连接部抵接,按键组件卡持连接部将扣件锁定在安装空腔内;当扣件与扣身分离时,按压按键组件释放连接部,第一弹性件将连接部弹出安装空腔,释放扣件。该拉力扣按下按键组件即可解锁,第一弹性件将扣件弹出扣身,具有使用方便的优点。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明的实施例,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
如图1~9所示,本发明的实施例提供的一种拉力扣,包括扣身1、扣件2、第一弹性件3以及按键组件4,4’。
所述扣身1内形成有安装空腔11,所述扣身1上设有一插入口111,该插入口111连通所述安装空腔11。
所述扣件2的一端设有连接部21,所述连接部21通过所述插入口111插入所述安装空腔11内。
所述第一弹性件3限位于所述安装空腔11正对所述插入口111的底壁面上。具体地,所述第一弹性件3为弹簧,其底端固定于所述安装空腔11正对所述插入口111的底壁面上。所述连接部21插入所述安装空腔11时,所述第一弹性件3的另一端与所述连接部21抵接。
所述按键组件4,4’卡持所述连接部21将所述扣件2锁定在所述安装空腔11内,或按压所述按键组件4,4’释放所述连接部21,所述第一弹性件3将所述连接部21弹出所述安装空腔11,释放所述扣件2。该拉力扣按下按键组件4,4’即可解锁,第一弹性件3将扣件2弹出扣身1,具有使用方便的优点。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图1~6所示,该拉力扣的所述按键组件4,4’包括按键41,41’、限位件42,42’和第二弹性件43,43’。所述第二弹性件43,43’限定于所述安装空腔11位于所述插入口111侧部的侧壁面上,具体地,所述第二弹性件43,43’为弹簧。所述限位件42,42’抵接所述第二弹性件43,43’ 且可转动地设置在所述安装空腔11内。所述按键41,41’活动限定于所述扣身1上并驱动所述限位件42,42’转动。所述连接部21插入所述安装空腔11时,所述连接部21挤压所述第一弹性件3使其压缩,所述第二弹性件43,43’驱动所述限位件42,42’与所述连接部21的侧部卡接,从而使所述扣件2固定连接于所述扣身1上。按下所述按键41,41’时,所述按键41,41’驱动所述限位件42,42’转动从而与所述连接部21的侧部分离,所述第一弹性件3复位从而驱动所述连接部21弹出所述安装空腔11,使所述扣件2与所述扣身1分离。该拉力扣按下按键41,41’即可解锁,第一弹性件3将扣件2弹出扣身1,具有使用方便的优点。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图1~5所示,该拉力扣的所述安装空腔11内设有转轴424,424’,所述限位件42,42’转动设置在该转轴424,424’上,所述限位件42,42’包括受力部422,422’和卡接部423,423’。具体地,受力部422,422’和卡接部423,423’的连接关系可以是一体成型,所述限位42,42’为一弯曲状的一体成型件。所述受力部422,422’与所述按键41,41’抵接,所述卡接部423,423’与所述第二弹性件43,43’卡接。
具体地,所述转轴424,424’贯穿并固定于所述受力部422,422’和所述卡接部423,423’的连接处,所述转轴424,424’的两端均与所述安装空腔11的顶壁和底壁转轴连接。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图4所示,该拉力扣的所述卡接部423,423’的外侧面设有第一限位槽4231,4231’。所述安装空腔11的侧壁面设有第二限位槽113,113’。所述第二弹性件43,43’的两端分别限位于所述第一限位槽4231,4231’和所述第二限位槽113,113’内。具体地,所述第一限位槽4231,4231’和所述第二限位槽113,113’对所述第二弹性件42,42’的两端起到固定和限位的作用。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图4~图6所示,该拉力扣的所述连接部21的外周面上设有卡接凹槽211。具体地,卡接凹槽211为设置在所述连接部21 外周面上的环状凹槽。所述连接部21插入所述安装空腔11时,所述第二弹性件第二弹性件43,43’驱动所述卡接部423,423’插入所述卡接凹槽211。按下所述按键41,41’时,所述按键41,41’通过所述受力部422,422’驱动所述卡接部423,423’转动脱离所述卡接凹槽211。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图1~6所示,该拉力扣的所述按键组件4,4’的数量为两个。具体地,所述按键组件4,4’的结构相同。同时按下两个所述按键41,41’时,两个所述按键41,41’驱动两个所述限位件42,42’转动,两个所述限位件42,42’均与所述连接部21分离,所述第一弹性件3驱动所述连接部21弹出所述安装空腔11,所述扣件2与所述扣身1分离。该拉力扣需要同时按下两个按键41,41’才能解锁,能够减少因误操作而导致解锁的现象。
该拉力扣既具有防止误操作的作用,又能够方便操作。两个所述按键41,41’分别活动限定于所述扣身1的两相对侧,单手同时按下两个所述按键41,41’即可解锁,操作方便。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图6和图7所示,该拉力扣的所述连接部21的末端设有锥面212,所述限位件42的顶面设有斜面425。所述连接部21插入所述安装空腔11时,所述锥面212与所述斜面425相配合,从而使所述连接部21插入更舒畅,阻力更小。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图8和图9所示,该拉力扣的所述扣身1上设有与所述按键41,41’相对应的按键孔12,12’。所述按键41,41’分别伸出所述按键孔12,12’。所述按键41的周缘上设有导向凸块411,具体地,所述导向凸块411和所述按键41的连接关系可以是一体成型。所述安装空腔11的内壁面上固设有导向槽114。所述导向凸块411在所述导向槽114内被导向并限位于所述安装空腔11的内壁面上。具体地,所述导向凸块411起到限位和导向的作用,所述按键41沿所述导向槽114的方向滑动并限定在所述扣身1上。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图1、图8和图9所示,该拉力扣的所述安装空腔11的顶部设有两块限位挡板112,112’。两块所述限位挡板112,112’ 分别位于所述插入口111的两侧。两个所述限位件42,42’的顶面设有限位缺口421,421’。所述限位缺口421,421’与所述限位挡板112,112’相配合。具体地,当所述扣件2与所述扣身1分离时,所述第二弹性件43,43’分别驱动两个所述限位件42,42’靠近所述插入口111的中心,所述限位挡板112,112’与所述限位缺口421,421’的侧壁面抵接,从而将两个所述限位件42,42’分别限位于所述插入口111的两侧,方便再次插入所述连接部21。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图1和图2所示,该拉力扣的所述安装空腔11内设有隔板115,具体地,所述隔板115和所述扣身1的连接关系可以是一体成型。所述隔板115将所述安装空腔11分隔为上空腔116和下空腔117。所述插入口111设于所述上空腔116的顶壁。所述连接部21通过所述插入口11伸入所述上空腔116内。所述第一弹性件3的底部固定于所述下空腔117的底壁。所述隔板115上设有通孔1151,所述通孔1151和所述插入口111同轴设置。所述第一弹性件3的顶部穿过所述通孔1151伸入所述上空腔116。所述通孔1151对所述第一弹性件3起到限位作用,防止所述第一弹性件3摆动。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图8和图9所示,该拉力扣的所述扣身1包括第一壳体13和第二壳体14,所述第一壳体13上设有第一槽体131和第一槽体隔板133,所述第一槽体131被第一槽体隔板133分隔成第一上槽体1311和第一下槽体1312,第一上槽体1311的顶壁和底壁分别设有供转轴424两端安装的第一转轴孔13111,13111’。
如图8和图9所示,所述第一槽体131的周缘上设有嵌合凸筋132。所述第二壳体14上设有第二槽体141和第二槽体隔板143,所述第二槽体141被第二槽体隔板143分隔成第二上槽体1411和第二下槽体1412。第二上槽体1411的顶壁和底壁分别设有供转轴424’两端安装的第一转轴孔14111,14111’。
如图8和图9所示,所述第二槽体141的周缘上设有嵌合凹槽142。所述第一壳体13与所述第二壳体14螺接,所述嵌合凸筋132嵌入所述嵌合凹槽142中,具有安装定位准确,拆装方便的优点。
具体地,所述第一壳体13与所述第二壳体14组装后,所述第一槽体隔板133和所述第二槽体隔板143组成所述隔板115。所述第一上槽体1311和所述第二上槽体1411组成所述上空腔116。所述第一下槽体1312和所述第二下槽体1412组成所述下空腔117。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种拉力扣,包括:
    扣身,所述扣身内形成有安装空腔,所述扣身上设有一连通所述安装空腔的插入口;
    扣件,所述扣件的一端设有连接部,所述连接部通过所述插入口插入所述安装空腔内;
    其特征在于,还包括:
    第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件限位于所述安装空腔正对所述插入口的底壁面上;所述连接部插入所述安装空腔时,所述第一弹性件与所述连接部抵接;以及
    按键组件,所述按键组件卡持所述连接部将所述扣件锁定在所述安装空腔内,或按压所述按键组件释放所述连接部,所述第一弹性件将所述连接部弹出所述安装空腔,释放所述扣件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拉力扣,其特征在于,所述按键组件包括按键、限位件和第二弹性件;所述第二弹性件限定于所述安装空腔位于所述插入口侧部的侧壁面上;所述限位件抵接所述第二弹性件且可转动地设置在所述安装空腔内;所述按键活动限定于所述扣身上并驱动所述限位件转动;所述连接部插入所述安装空腔时,所述连接部挤压所述第一弹性件使其压缩,所述第二弹性件驱动所述限位件与所述连接部的侧部卡接,从而使所述扣件固定连接于所述扣身上;按下所述按键时,所述按键驱动所述限位件转动从而与所述连接部的侧部分离,所述第一弹性件复位从而驱动所述连接部弹出所述安装空腔,使所述扣件与所述扣身分离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的拉力扣,其特征在于,所述安装空腔内设有转轴,所述限位件转动设置在该转轴上;所述限位件包括受力部和卡接部,所述受力部与所述按键抵接,所述卡接部与所述第二弹性件卡接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的拉力扣,其特征在于,所述卡接部的外侧面设有第一限位槽;所述安装空腔的侧壁面设有第二限位槽;所述第二弹性件的两端分别限位于所述第一限位槽和所述第二限位槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的拉力扣,其特征在于,所述连接部的外周面上设有卡接凹槽;所述连接部插入所述安装空腔时,所述第二弹性件驱动所述卡接部插入所述卡接凹槽;按下所述按键时,所述按键通过所述受力部驱动所述卡接部转动脱离所述卡接凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的拉力扣,其特征在于,所述按键组件的数量为两个;所述按键组件对称设置在所述扣身上。
  7. 根据权利要求2-5任一项所述的拉力扣,其特征在于,所述连接部的末端设有锥面,所述限位件的顶面设有斜面;所述连接部插入所述安装空腔时,所述锥面与所述斜面相配合。
  8. 根据权利要求2-5任一项所述的拉力扣,其特征在于,所述扣身上设有与所述按键相对应的按键孔;所述按键伸出所述按键孔;所述按键的周缘上设有导向凸块;所述安装空腔的内壁面上固设有导向槽;所述导向凸块在所述导向槽内被导向并限位于所述安装空腔的内壁面上。
  9. 根据权利要求2-5任一项所述的拉力扣,其特征在于,所述安装空腔的顶部设有两块限位挡板,两块所述限位挡板分别位于所述插入口的两侧;两个所述限位件的顶面设有限位缺口;所述限位缺口与所述限位挡板相配合。
  10. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的拉力扣,其特征在于,所述安装空腔内设有隔板,所述隔板将所述安装空腔分隔为上空腔和下空腔;所述插入口设于所述上空腔的顶壁;所述连接部通过所述插入口伸入所述上空腔内;所述第一弹性件的底部固定于所述下空腔的底壁;所述隔板上设有通孔,所述通孔和所述插入口同轴设置;所述第一弹性件的顶部穿过所述通孔。
