如图2、图3和图5所示,该实施例的连接轴2包括两端带螺纹的轴柱21、套置在轴柱21中间位置的轴承22以及旋接于轴柱21两端螺纹上的两个轴套23,而卡接位设置于轴套23的前端部位置上;该实施例的旋转体1包括盘体11和壳体12,盘体11和壳体12对接后通过螺丝旋紧连接固定,弹性卡接件设置于盘体11中,盘体11和壳体12的中间均开设有供轴套23伸出的通孔10,该轴套23从盘体11的通孔10中插入与弹性卡接件连接而组装成第一形态的悠悠球,将轴套23从壳体12的通孔10中插入与弹性卡接件连接而组装成第二形态的悠悠球,为了保证旋转体1能与连接轴2的轴柱21同步转动,该实施例在盘体11和壳体12的通孔10的内侧面均凸设有六角孔座101,同时轴套23的后端部对应设计成六边形柱231,通过六边形柱231与六角孔座101相配合而实现旋转体1随连接轴2同步旋转。该实施例的弹性卡接件包括一对呈“匚”形的卡接板4和设置于卡接板4前横板41前端的压缩弹簧5,而连接轴2上的卡接位对应设计成环形槽3,两卡接板4相对配合使其压缩弹簧5的前端顶压在另一卡接板4后横板42的前边缘上,故当两卡接板4安装于旋转体1的盘体11内后,通过压缩弹簧5相互挤压可使两卡接板4前横板41的后边缘相互卡入连接轴2的环形槽3中实现卡 紧固定,如图6所示;该实施例的盘体11和壳体12的侧壁开设有两个对称的通口8,同时在盘体11的内部设有安装导向板,两卡接板4安装于通口8所在的方向上且两卡接板4后横板42的后端均伸出旋转体1的通口8形成按压端,用两只手指按压两按压端即可使卡接板4前横板41的后边缘相对分离移动,从而使卡接板4前横板41的后边缘相对距离变大,直到两前横板41的后边缘从环形槽3中伸出,此时两只手指同时向外拉动旋转体1即可将该旋转体1与连接轴2分离,另一边的旋转体1操作相同,如图7所示,分离后将两旋转体1的方向调转过来,使壳体12的通孔10对着连接轴2插入,稍微用力向内压一压使连接轴2的环形槽3卡入弹性卡接件中,卡接时能听到“咔”的一声,非常简单即可变形成第二形态的悠悠球。采用这种弹性卡接件的连接方式在进行变形时的操作更为简单、容易、快捷,不会影响到小朋友的玩耍乐趣,而且采用这种连接方式磨损率低,有效提高了该悠悠球的使用寿命。为了保证悠悠球在两个形态下都能轻易回收绳子,该实施例在盘体11和壳体12的外侧面在靠近通孔10的位置均凹设有圆环槽102,在圆环槽102内安装有利于悠悠球的绳子回收的回收圈6。为了进一步提高该悠悠球的性能,还可以在旋转体1内设置配重环7,该实施例的配重环7安装在旋转体1的盘体11内。
实施例二:
该实施例的连接装置同样为卡接结构,同样包括设置在连接轴2的两端位置的卡接位以及设置在旋转体1内的卡接件,不同的是旋转体1内的卡接件为不具备弹性的,当连接轴2无论从旋转体1的正面插入通孔10还是从旋转体1的背面插入通孔10后,用手向内推入卡接件使卡接件与连接轴的卡接位相卡接固定;而需要解除卡接时,需要用手向外拉出卡接件使卡接件与连接轴的卡接位解除卡接,从而实现旋转体1与连接轴2分离。
实施例三:
该实施例的连接装置也为卡接结构,不同的是该卡接结构包括设置在连接轴2的两端位置的销孔以及设置在旋转体1上的插销,当连接轴2无论从旋转体1的正面插入通孔10还是从旋转体1的背面插入通孔10后,将销孔对齐插销所在的位置后,用手向内推动插销使插销进入销孔中而卡接固定; 而需要解除卡接时,需要用手向外拉出插销使插销伸出连接轴的销孔而解除卡接,从而实现旋转体1与连接轴2分离。
实施例四:
该实施例的连接装置也为旋接结构,该旋接结构包括设置于通孔10上的内螺纹和设置于连接轴2两端的外螺纹,当连接轴2的外螺纹无论从旋转体1的正面插入通孔10还是从旋转体1的背面旋入通孔10的内螺纹而实现连接轴2与旋转体1连接固定;而需要解除卡接时,直接转动旋转体1即可实现旋转体1与连接轴2分离。
尽管本发明是参照具体实施例来描述,但这种描述并不意味着对本发明构成限制。参照本发明的描述,所公开的实施例的其他变化,对于本领域技术人员都是可以预料的,这种的变化应属于所属权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种可变形的悠悠球,包括两个旋转体(1)以及连接两个旋转体(1)的连接轴(2),其特征在于所述旋转体(1)的中间设有可供连接轴(2)双向插入的通孔(10),所述通孔(10)中设有用于连接固定连接轴(2)的连接装置,通过移动所述连接装置可解除对连接轴(2)的固定而实现旋转体(1)与连接轴(2)分离,所述两旋转体(1)背面相向的与连接轴(2)连接并通过连接装置连接固定而组装成第一形态的悠悠球,通过解除固定后将所述两旋转体(1)正面相向再与连接轴(2)连接并同样通过连接装置固定而组装变形成第二形态的悠悠球。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可变形的悠悠球,其特征在于上述连接装置为卡接结构或旋接结构,所述旋接结构包括设置于通孔(10)上的内螺纹和设置于连接轴(2)两端的外螺纹,通过内螺纹与外螺纹的配合而实现连接轴(2)与旋转体(1)连接固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可变形的悠悠球,其特征在于上述卡接结构包括设置在上述连接轴(2)的两端位置的卡接位以及设置在旋转体(1)内的卡接件,所述连接轴(2)从旋转体(1)的正面插入通孔(10)或从旋转体(1)的背面插入通孔(10)后其卡接位自动与旋转体(1)内的卡接件相卡接固定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可变形的悠悠球,其特征在于上述旋转体(1)内的卡接件为弹性卡接件,通过按压所述弹性卡接件使弹性卡接件与连接轴(2)的卡接位解除卡接而实现旋转体(1)与连接轴(2)分离。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的可变形的悠悠球,其特征在于上述连接轴(2)包括两端带螺纹的轴柱(21)、套置在轴柱(21)中间位置的轴承(22)以及旋接于轴柱(21)两端螺纹上的两个轴套(23),上述卡接位设置于轴套(23)的前端部位置上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可变形的悠悠球,其特征在于上述卡接位为开设在轴套(23)上的环形槽(3)位或销孔,上述卡接件对应为卡接于环 形槽(3)中的卡接板或插接于销孔中的插销。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的可变形的悠悠球,其特征在于上述旋转体(1)包括盘体(11)和壳体(12),所述盘体(11)和壳体(12)对接后通过螺丝旋紧连接固定,上述卡接件设置于盘体(11)中,上述连接轴(2)的轴套(23)伸入到盘体(11)中且轴套(23)上的卡接位与卡接件相卡接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可变形的悠悠球,其特征在于上述盘体(11)和壳体(12)的中间均开设有供上述轴套(23)伸出的通孔(10),所述轴套(23)从盘体(11)的通孔(10)中插入与卡接件连接而组装成第一形态的悠悠球,所述轴套(23)从壳体(12)的通孔(10)中插入与卡接件连接而组装成第二形态的悠悠球。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可变形的悠悠球,其特征在于上述盘体(11)和壳体(12)的通孔(10)的内侧面均凸设有六角孔座(101),所述轴套(23)的后端部对应设计成六边形柱(231),通过六边形柱(231)与六角孔座(101)相配合而实现旋转体(1)随连接轴(2)同步旋转。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的可变形的悠悠球,其特征在于上述盘体(11)和壳体(12)的外侧面在靠近通孔(10)的位置均凹设有圆环槽(102),所述圆环槽(102)内安装有利于悠悠球的绳子回收的回收圈(6)。
  11. 根据权利要求4所述的可变形的悠悠球,其特征在于上述弹性卡接件包括一对呈“匚”形的卡接板(4)和设置于卡接板(4)前横板(41)前端的压缩弹簧(5),上述连接轴(2)上的卡接位对应设计成环形槽(3),所述两卡接板(4)相对配合使其压缩弹簧(5)的前端顶压在另一卡接板(4)后横板(42)的前边缘上,所述两卡接板(4)安装于上述旋转体(1)内后通过压缩弹簧(5)相互挤压而使两卡接板(4)前横板(41)的后边缘相互卡入连接轴(2)的环形槽(3)中实现卡紧固定。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的可变形的悠悠球,其特征在于上述旋转体(1)的侧壁开设有两个对称的通口(8),上述两卡接板(4)安装于通口(8)所在的方向上且两卡接板(4)后横板(42)的后端均伸出旋转体(1)的通口(8)形成按压端,通过手指按压两按压端使卡接板(4)前横板(41)的后边缘相对分离移动而使卡接板(4)解除对环形槽(3)的卡紧以实现旋转 体(1)与连接轴(2)分离。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的可变形的悠悠球,其特征在于上述旋转体(1)内设有配重环(7)。
