可选地,蒸箱还包括固定板,固定板设置在箱体10的外壁上,第一插口、第二插口和第三插口均设置在固定板上。这样可通过固定板对第一插口、第二插口和第三插口进行固定,便于管路布置。
在本实施例中,蒸箱还包括:第一检测器,设置在第一水箱30内,第一检测器用于检测第一水箱30内的水位。这样可及时获知第一水箱30内的水位,以进行补水等操作。
在本实施例中,蒸箱还包括:第一水泵61,设置在连通第一水箱30和第二水箱40的第二管路52上,第一水泵61用于将第二水箱40内的水输送至第一水箱30;控制部,第一水泵61和第一检测器均与控制部电连接;第一检测器检测到第一水箱30内的水低于第一预设水位的情况下,第一检测器向控制部发出检测信息,控制部根据接收的第一检测器的检测信息控制第一水泵61动作,以通过第二水箱40向第一水箱30补水。通过上述设置,当第一水箱30内的水低于第一预设水位的情况下,可通过第一水泵61自动将第二水箱40内的水加入到第一水箱30内,以保证烹饪过程连续进行,避免蒸汽发生器20缺水而造成烹饪中断。
在本实施例中,蒸箱还包括:第二检测器,设置在第二水箱40内,第二检测器用于检测第二水箱40内的水位。这样可及时获知第二水箱40内的水量情况,以在第二水箱40内水少或无水时及时加水。
在本实施例中,蒸箱还包括:报警器,报警器与第二检测器电连接;第二检测器在检测到第二水箱40内的水低于第二预设水位的情况下,第二检测器向报警器发出检测信息,报警器根据接收的第二检测器的检测信息发出报警信息。这样可在第二水箱40内的水低于第二预设水位的情况下通过报警器发出报警信息,以提醒用户及时在第二水箱40内加水。
在本实施例中,蒸箱还包括:第一电磁阀71,设置在连通第一水箱30和蒸汽发生器20的第一管路51上,以控制第一管路51的通断;和/或,第二电磁阀72,设置在连通第二水箱40和第一水箱30的第二管路52上,以控制第二管路52的通断。这样可通过第一电磁阀71方便地控制第一管路51的通断,或通过第二电磁阀72控制第二管路52的通断,便于实现自动化操作,提高便利性。
在本实施例中,蒸汽发生器20设置在箱体10的内部,蒸箱还包括:第二水泵62,设置在连通第一水箱30和蒸汽发生器20的第一管路51上,第二水泵62用于将第一水箱30内的水输送至蒸汽发生器20。将蒸汽发生器20设置在箱体10的内部可起到防护作用并且提高蒸箱的美观性。通过第二水泵62可以方便及时地将第一水箱30内的水输送到蒸汽发生器内。可选地,箱体10具有与蒸腔连通的取放口,蒸汽发生器20位于箱体10的背离取放口的一侧。
应用本申请的技术方案,提供了一种蒸箱,蒸箱包括箱体10、蒸汽发生器20、第一水箱30和第二水箱40,其中,箱体10内具有用于容纳食物的蒸腔;蒸汽发生器20设置在箱体10上,蒸汽发生器20与箱体10的蒸腔连通,蒸汽发生器20用于将其内部存储的水转化为水蒸气,以为蒸腔供应水蒸气;第一水箱30设置在箱体10上,第一水箱30与蒸汽发生器20连接,第一水箱30用于对蒸汽发生器20供水;第二水箱40可拆卸地设置在箱体10的外壁上,第二水箱40与第一水箱30连接,第二水箱40用于对第一水箱30供水。采用该技术方案, 在蒸箱中设置有两个水箱,这样当第二水箱40内没水时用户可取下第二水箱40对第二水箱40进行补水,而此时第一水箱30内还有一定量的水,因此不会中断对蒸汽发生器20的供水,这样可保证蒸汽发生器20连续产生水蒸气,从而避免了蒸箱在加水时会导致烹饪过程中断的问题。
该蒸箱在工作时,第一水箱向蒸汽发生器补水,第二水箱向第一水箱补水。工作过程中当第二水箱仍有水时,应始终保持第一水箱水位在某一水位以上(例如1L),当水位低于该水位线时,控制器将控制水泵和电磁阀将第二水箱中的水抽至第一水箱。当第二水箱没水需要补水时,补水过程中,由于第一水箱始终保持一定量的水,因此其水量足以支撑蒸箱继续烹饪,不会因为用户补水而中断烹饪。本申请提供一种了双水箱供水系统,第一水箱始终保持一定水位,当第二水箱水用尽补水时,第一水箱仍能供水一段时间,使蒸箱在补水时不会中断烹饪,保证了烹饪的连续性,提高用户体验。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种蒸箱,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体(10),所述箱体(10)内具有用于容纳食物的蒸腔;
    蒸汽发生器(20),设置在所述箱体(10)上,所述蒸汽发生器(20)与所述箱体(10)的蒸腔连通,所述蒸汽发生器(20)用于将其内部存储的水转化为水蒸气,以为所述蒸腔供应水蒸气;
    第一水箱(30),设置在所述箱体(10)上,所述第一水箱(30)与所述蒸汽发生器(20)连接,所述第一水箱(30)用于对所述蒸汽发生器(20)供水;
    第二水箱(40),可拆卸地设置在所述箱体(10)的外壁上,所述第二水箱(40)与所述第一水箱(30)连接,所述第二水箱(40)用于对所述第一水箱(30)供水。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸箱,其特征在于,所述第一水箱(30)和所述第二水箱(40)均可拆卸地设置在所述箱体(10)的顶壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸箱,其特征在于,所述第二水箱(40)通过第二管路(52)与所述第一水箱(30)连接,所述第二水箱(40)具有第一插头,所述第二管路(52)的一端具有第一插口,所述第一插头可拔下地插在所述第一插口内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的蒸箱,其特征在于,所述第二管路(52)的另一端具有第二插口,所述第一水箱(30)通过第一管路(51)与所述蒸汽发生器(20)连接,所述第一水箱(30)具有第二插头和第三插头,所述第一管路(51)的一端具有第三插口,其中,所述第二插头可拔下地插在所述第二插口内,所述第三插头可拔下地插在所述第三插口内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸箱,其特征在于,所述蒸箱还包括:
    第一检测器,设置在所述第一水箱(30)内,所述第一检测器用于检测所述第一水箱(30)内的水位。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的蒸箱,其特征在于,所述蒸箱还包括:
    第一水泵(61),设置在连通所述第一水箱(30)和所述第二水箱(40)的第二管路(52)上,所述第一水泵(61)用于将所述第二水箱(40)内的水输送至所述第一水箱(30);
    控制部,所述第一水泵(61)和所述第一检测器均与所述控制部电连接;
    所述第一检测器检测到所述第一水箱(30)内的水低于第一预设水位的情况下,所述第一检测器向所述控制部发出检测信息,所述控制部根据接收的所述第一检测器的检测信息控制所述第一水泵(61)动作,以通过所述第二水箱(40)向所述第一水箱(30)补水。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸箱,其特征在于,所述蒸箱还包括:
    第二检测器,设置在所述第二水箱(40)内,所述第二检测器用于检测所述第二水箱(40)内的水位。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的蒸箱,其特征在于,所述蒸箱还包括:
    报警器,所述报警器与所述第二检测器电连接;
    所述第二检测器在检测到所述第二水箱(40)内的水低于第二预设水位的情况下,所述第二检测器向所述报警器发出检测信息,所述报警器根据接收的所述第二检测器的检测信息发出报警信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸箱,其特征在于,所述蒸箱还包括:
    第一电磁阀(71),设置在连通所述第一水箱(30)和所述蒸汽发生器(20)的第一管路(51)上,以控制所述第一管路(51)的通断。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸箱,其特征在于,所述蒸汽发生器(20)设置在所述箱体(10)的内部,所述蒸箱还包括:
    第二水泵(62),设置在连通所述第一水箱(30)和所述蒸汽发生器(20)的第一管路(51)上,所述第二水泵(62)用于将所述第一水箱(30)内的水输送至所述蒸汽发生器(20)。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸箱,其特征在于,所述蒸箱还包括:
    第二电磁阀(72),设置在连通所述第二水箱(40)和所述第一水箱(30)的第二管路(52)上,以控制所述第二管路(52)的通断。
