停车位分配系统及方法 技术领域
本发明涉及停车场管理领域,尤其涉及一种停车位分配系统及方法。
背景技术
近些年来,社会经济飞速发展,城市车辆保有量持续迅猛增长,根据公安部交管局公布的最新数据,截止2019年6月底,国内汽车保有量已达2.5亿辆,如果按13.95亿人口计算,中国千人汽车保有量已经达到179辆,超过世界千人汽车保有量平均170辆的水平。这是中国汽车保有量首次超过2.5亿辆,也是千人汽车保有量首次超过世界平均水平。
然而,随着国内汽车保有量保持快速增长,停车难问题日益凸显,停车问题在各大中城市已很常见,并且有愈演愈烈的趋势。目前我国大城市普遍存在的停车问题已成为社会关注的热点问题。停车供需存在的严重失衡,引发停车侵占道路空间、生活空间等“停车难”“乱停车”等问题,在制约城市交通系统的正常运转的同时,也对居民的正常生活和出行造成了严重的影响。
解决上述问题的关键在于如何合理利用现有停车设施,提高停车位资源 的利用率。随着智能终端和互联网的突飞猛进,越来越多的互联网公司推出 了智能停车服务,即车主通过停车软件查询空闲停车位,根据电子地图导航 前往停车,在一定程度上解决了停车需求信息和停车位供给信息不对称的问 题,对城市“停车难”问题有一定的缓解作用。但是,上述方法在优化停车位资源利用率方面作用有限。上述方法基于“先到先得”模式,不能最大化地提高该区域的停车位利用率。例如,一些停车场经常会出现靠近出入口的车位利用率较高,而远离停车场出入口的停车位未得到充分利用,特别是一些临时停车场,停车场出入口经常会出现车辆排队或堵塞的情况。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种停车位分配系统,不仅可以提高停车位的利用率以及停车场内车辆的流转效率,还可以有效缓解停车场出入口堵塞的情况。

步骤S1、提供一停车位分配系统,该停车位分配系统包括:移动终端以及与所述移动终端通讯连接的停车场管理模块;所述停车场管理模块包括处理单元以及分别与所述处理单元连接的停车位分配单元和信息存储单元;
步骤S2、所述移动终端将待停车辆的预约停车信息传输至停车场管理模块;该预约停车信息包括待停车辆的车牌号以及预约停车时间;
步骤S3、所述处理单元控制停车位分配单元根据待停车辆的预约停车时间的长短来对应分配停车位以使停车时间短的车辆在停车场内的行驶距离相对较短;所述信息存储单元存储待停车辆的预约停车信息及停车位分配信息。
所述步骤S3中,所述停车位分配单元记录停车场的所有停车位到停车场入口与出口之间的车辆行驶距离;

所述处理单元21用于控制停车位分配单元23根据待停车辆的预约停车时间长短分配相应行驶距离的停车位,使停车时间短的车辆在停车场内的行驶距离短,停车时间长的车辆在停车场内的行驶距离长,有效降低停车场内在同一时间段内行驶的车辆数量。此外,待停车辆的预约停车信息还包括预约停车时间对应的开始时间与结束时间,处理单元21还控制停车位分配单元23同时根据预约停车时间对应的开始时间与结束时间,以及预约停车时间的长短来分配停车位,即一个停车位可以对应不同时间段的多个车辆,例如,110号停车位对应0-4小时预约停车时间的车辆,车辆A预约了110号停车位12:00-14:00总共2小时的预约停车时间,车辆B则可以预约110号停车位14:00-17:00总共3小时的预约停车时间,以进一步提高停车位的利用率。另外,在处理单元21接收到待停车辆的预约停车信息并分配停车位的情况下,当待停车辆在预约停车时间对应的开始时间之前就到达停车场入口时,而停车位分配单元23之前分配的停车位已被使用,则停车位分配单元23重新为该待停车辆分配停车位,同时信息存储单元25删除该待停车辆之前的预约停车信息及停车位分配信息;处理单元21在预约停车时间对应的开始时间前一预设时间时提示移动终端10,以提醒车主如果在开始时间后一预设时间内仍然不能到达停车场入口,则需重新预约停车位。
进一步的,所述停车位分配单元23用于将停车场的所有停车位划分区域,并记录每一个区域的所有停车位到停车场入口与出口的车辆行驶距离及每个车位的使用情况,并根据待停车辆的预约停车时间长短分配相应行驶距离的空置的停车位;
所述处理单元21用于控制停车位分配单元23将相邻进场的车辆分配到不同区域,且根据待停车辆的预约停车时间长短分配相应行驶距离的空置的停车位。此外,停车位分配单元23还可以同时记录停车场内车辆的行驶情况,即每个区域同时行驶的车辆数量,处理单元21可以控制停车位分配单元23先根据停车场内车辆的行驶情况将进入停车场的车辆分配到正在行驶的车辆数量较少的区域,然后再根据待停车辆的预约停车时间长短分配相应行驶距离的空置的停车位,以进一步提高停车场内车辆的流转效率。
具体的,所述停车场管理模块20还包括与所述处理单元21连接的停车位引导单元24;所述停车位引导单元24用于根据分配的停车位的车位号引导待停车辆行驶至分配的停车位。进一步的,该停车位引导单元24还可以将分配的停车位的车位号发送至移动终端10上,具体的,该停车位引导单元24可以在待停车辆进入停车场时将分配的停车位对应的车位号发送至移动终端10上,也可以在待停车辆预约成功时(即处理单元21在接收到待停车辆的预约停车信息并分配停车位时)就将分配的停车位对应的车位号发送至移动终端10上。
具体的,所述停车场管理模块20还包括与所述处理单元21连接的显示单元(未图示),该显示单元可以设置在停车场入口,用于当车牌号一致时显示待停车辆的车牌号以及分配的停车位对应的车位号,以提醒驾驶员。
进一步的,所述停车场管理模块20还包括与处理单元21连接的停车异常记录单元27;所述停车异常记录单元27用于对未按分配的停车位进行停车的车辆进行异常记录。例如,每个停车位设有与处理单元21连接的感应装置识别装置(未图示),感应识别装置可以用于感应停车位是否被占位,当停车位被占位时,该感应识别装置再识别停车位上的车辆的车牌号是否与停车位分配单元23分配停车位的车辆对应,如果不一致,则对该停车位上的车辆进行异常记录,还可将该异常记录反馈至该停车位上的车辆对应的移动终端10。
此外,所述处理单元21在接收到待停车辆的预约停车信息时,对待停车辆进行异常记录核对,当异常记录次数到达一预设的次数时,则拒绝该待停车辆的预约,以禁止进入与该停车场管理模块20关联的停车场,并提示该待停车辆及时处理异常记录,例如通过交罚款来清除异常记录。
具体的,所述停车场管理模块20还包括与所述处理单元21连接的语音播报单元(未图示);所述语音播报单元用于当车牌号一致时播报待停车辆的车牌号以及分配的停车位对应的车位号,以进一步提醒驾驶员。
具体的,所述停车场管理模块20还包括与所述处理单元21连接的收费单元26;所述收费单元26用于根据待停车辆的预约停车时间进行收费。例如,可以预先根据待停车辆的预约停车时间在移动终端10上进行扣费,所述处理单元21在准许车辆进入停车场时,记录车辆的进入时间,在车辆到达停车场出口时,记录车辆的驶离时间,通过进入时间与驶离时间来计算车辆的实际停车时间,当实际停车时间小于或等于预约停车时间时,准许车辆驶离停车场,车主因突发事情需要暂时离开,可以在车辆驶离停车场之前通过移动终端10告知处理单元21,申请在预约停车时间之内保留该停车位以便于后续事情处理完毕继续停车,车主也可以根据驶离停车场时实际停车时间占预约停车时间的比例,在车辆驶离停车场时通过移动终端10向处理单元21申请返还部分的收费单元26所收取的费用;当实际停车时间大于预约停车时间时,则对超出的停车时间进行额外收费,为了避免待停车辆实际停车时间总是超过所预约的时间,造成停车场管理不便,可以对超出的停车时间提高收费标准。此外,当车辆驶离停车场后,所述信息存储单元25可以删除该车辆对应的预约停车信息及停车位分配信息。
具体的,所述车牌号识别单元22为一具有远距离识别车牌号功能的道闸,当到达停车场入口的车辆的车牌号与待停车辆的车牌号匹配一致,所述处理单元21用于控制道闸打开。
所述移动终端10可以为智能手机或平板电脑等设备,针对预约车辆,待停车辆的车主可以通过在移动终端10预先下载与停车场管理模块20关联的停车应用程序,通过该停车应用程序填写待停车辆的预约停车信息以将待停车辆的预约停车信息传输至处理单元21,针对非预约车辆,待停车辆的车主可以通过移动终端10扫描位于停车场入口处并与停车场管理模块20关联的微信小程序,在微信小程序里填写待停车辆的预约停车信息以将待停车辆的预约停车信息传输至处理单元21。
此外,停车场管理模块20可以将停车场的车位数、停车费用以及停车场地点等车位信息发送至停车应用程序上,以供车主自由选择停车场。

进一步的,所述停车场管理模块20还包括与处理单元21连接的停车异常记录单元27;所述停车异常记录单元27用于对未按分配的停车位进行停车的车辆进行异常记录。例如,每个停车位设有与处理单元21连接的感应装置识别装置(未图示),感应识别装置可以用于感应停车位是否被占位,当停车位被占位时,该感应识别装置再识别停车位上的车辆的车牌号是否与停车位分配单元23分配停车位的车辆对应,如果不一致,则对该停车位上的车辆进行异常记录,还可将该异常记录反馈至该停车位上的车辆对应的移动终端10。
此外,所述处理单元21在接收到待停车辆的预约停车信息时,对待停车辆进行异常记录核对,当异常记录次数到达一预设的次数时,则拒绝该待停车辆的预约,以禁止进入与该停车场管理模块20关联的停车场,并提示该待停车辆及时处理异常记录,例如通过交罚款来清除异常记录。
具体的,所述停车场管理模块20还包括与所述处理单元21连接的语音播报单元(未图示);所述语音播报单元用于当车牌号一致时播报待停车辆的车牌号以及分配的停车位对应的车位号,以进一步提醒驾驶员。
具体的,所述停车场管理模块20还包括与所述处理单元21连接的收费单元26;所述收费单元26用于根据待停车辆的预约停车时间进行收费。例如,可以预先根据待停车辆的预约停车时间在移动终端10上进行扣费,所述处理单元21在准许车辆进入停车场时,记录车辆的进入时间,在车辆到达停车场出口时,记录车辆的驶离时间,通过进入时间与驶离时间来计算车辆的实际停车时间,当实际停车时间小于或等于预约停车时间时,准许车辆驶离停车场,车主因突发事情需要暂时离开,可以在车辆驶离停车场之前通过移动终端10告知处理单元21,申请在预约停车时间之内保留该停车位以便于后续事情处理完毕继续停车,车主也可以根据驶离停车场时实际停车时间占预约停车时间的比例,在车辆驶离停车场时通过移动终端10向处理单元21申请返还部分的收费单元26所收取的费用;当实际停车时间大于预约停车时间时,则对超出的停车时间进行额外收费,为了避免待停车辆实际停车时间总是超过所预约的时间,造成停车场管理不便,可以对超出的停车时间提高收费标准,例如进行翻倍收费。此外,当车辆驶离停车场后,所述信息存储单元25可以删除该车辆对应的预约停车信息及停车位分配信息。
具体的,所述车牌号识别单元22为一具有远距离识别车牌号功能的道闸,当到达停车场入口的车辆的车牌号与待停车辆的车牌号匹配一致,所述处理单元21控制道闸打开。
所述移动终端10可以为智能手机或平板电脑等设备,针对预约车辆,待停车辆的车主可以通过在移动终端10预先下载与停车场管理模块20关联的停车应用程序,通过该停车应用程序填写待停车辆的预约停车信息以将待停车辆的预约停车信息传输至处理单元21,针对非预约车辆,待停车辆的车主可以通过移动终端10扫描位于停车场入口处并与停车场管理模块20关联的微信小程序,在微信小程序里填写待停车辆的预约停车信息以将待停车辆的预约停车信息传输至处理单元21。
此外,停车场管理模块20可以将停车场的车位数、停车费用以及停车场地点等车位信息发送至停车应用程序上,以供车主自由选择停车场。
综上所述,本发明的停车位分配系统,包括移动终端以及与所述移动终端通讯连接的停车场管理模块;所述停车场管理模块包括处理单元以及分别与所述处理单元连接的停车位分配单元和信息存储单元;所述移动终端用于将待停车辆的预约停车信息传输至停车场管理模块;该预约停车信息包括待停车辆的车牌号以及预约停车时间;所述信息存储单元用于存储待停车辆的预约停车信息及停车位分配信息;所述处理单元用于控制停车位分配单元根据待停车辆的预约停车时间的长短来分配停车位以使停车时间短的车辆在停车场内的行驶距离相对较短,可以避免待停车辆集中在停车场出入口的位置,且可降低停车场内在同一时间段内行驶的车辆数量,不仅可以提高停车位的利用率以及停车场内车辆的流转效率,还可以有效缓解停车场出入口堵塞的情况。本发明的停车位分配方法,不仅可以提高停车位的利用率以及停车场内车辆的流转效率,还可以有效缓解停车场出入口堵塞的情况。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种停车位分配系统,包括:移动终端以及与所述移动终端通讯连接的停车场管理模块;所述停车场管理模块包括处理单元以及分别与所述处理单元连接的停车位分配单元和信息存储单元;
    所述移动终端用于将待停车辆的预约停车信息传输至停车场管理模块;该预约停车信息包括待停车辆的车牌号以及预约停车时间;
    所述处理单元用于控制停车位分配单元根据待停车辆的预约停车时间的长短来对应分配停车位以使停车时间短的车辆在停车场内的行驶距离相对较短;
    所述信息存储单元用于存储待停车辆的预约停车信息及停车位分配信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的停车位分配系统,其中,所述停车场管理模块还包括与所述处理单元连接的车牌号识别单元;所述车牌号识别单元用于识别到达停车场入口的车辆的车牌号并将其传输至处理单元;
    所述处理单元用于调用信息存储单元存储的预约停车信息与到达停车场入口的车辆的车牌号进行匹配,当车牌号一致则准许进入停车场并控制停车位分配单元根据待停车辆的预约停车时间的长短来对应分配停车位以使停车时间短的车辆在停车场内的行驶距离相对较短。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的停车位分配系统,其中,所述停车场管理模块还包括与所述处理单元连接的车牌号识别单元;所述车牌号识别单元用于识别到达停车场入口的车辆的车牌号并将其传输至处理单元;
    所述处理单元用于在接收到待停车辆的预约停车信息时,控制停车位分配单元根据待停车辆的预约停车时间的长短来对应分配停车位以使停车时间短的车辆在停车场内的行驶距离相对较短,在待停车辆到达停车场入口时,再调用信息存储单元存储的预约停车信息与所述车牌号识别单元提供的到达停车场入口的车辆的车牌号进行匹配,当车牌号一致则准许进入停车场。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的停车位分配系统,其中,所述停车位分配单元用于记录停车场的所有停车位到停车场入口与出口的车辆行驶距离;
    所述处理单元用于控制停车位分配单元根据待停车辆的预约停车时间长短分配相应行驶距离的停车位。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的停车位分配系统,其中,所述停车位分配单元用于将停车场的所有停车位划分区域,并记录每一个区域的所有停车位到停车场入口与出口的车辆行驶距离及每个车位的使用情况,并根据待停车辆的预约停车时间长短分配相应行驶距离的空置的停车位;
    所述处理单元用于控制停车位分配单元将相邻进场的车辆分配到不同区域,且根据待停车辆的预约停车时间长短分配相应行驶距离的空置的停车位。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的停车位分配系统,其中,所述停车场管理模块还包括与所述处理单元连接的停车位引导单元;所述停车位引导单元用于根据分配的停车位的车位号引导待停车辆行驶至分配的停车位;
    所述停车场管理模块还包括与处理单元连接的停车异常记录单元;所述停车异常记录单元用于对未按分配的停车位进行停车的车辆进行异常记录;
    所述处理单元在接收到待停车辆的预约停车信息时,对待停车辆进行异常记录核对,当异常记录次数到达一预设的次数时,则拒绝该待停车辆的预约,并提示该待停车辆及时处理异常记录。
  7. 一种停车位分配方法,包括如下步骤:
    步骤S1、提供一停车位分配系统,该停车位分配系统包括:移动终端以及与所述移动终端通讯连接的停车场管理模块;所述停车场管理模块包括处理单元以及分别与所述处理单元连接的停车位分配单元和信息存储单元;
    步骤S2、所述移动终端将待停车辆的预约停车信息传输至停车场管理模块;该预约停车信息包括待停车辆的车牌号以及预约停车时间;
    步骤S3、所述处理单元控制停车位分配单元根据待停车辆的预约停车时间的长短来对应分配停车位以使停车时间短的车辆在停车场内的行驶距离相对较短;所述信息存储单元存储待停车辆的预约停车信息及停车位分配信息。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的停车位分配方法,其中,所述步骤S3中,所述停车位分配单元记录停车场的所有停车位到停车场入口与出口之间的车辆行驶距离;
    所述处理单元控制停车位分配单元根据待停车辆的预约停车时间长短分配相应行驶距离的停车位。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的停车位分配方法,其中,所述停车位分配单元用于将停车场的所有停车位划分区域,并记录每一个区域的所有停车位到停车场入口与出口的车辆行驶距离及每个车位的使用情况,并根据待停车辆的预约停车时间长短分配相应行驶距离的空置的停车位;
    所述处理单元用于控制停车位分配单元将相邻进场的车辆分配到不同区域,且根据待停车辆的预约停车时间长短分配相应行驶距离的空置的停车位。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的停车位分配方法,还包括步骤S4、所述停车场管理模块还包括与所述处理单元连接的停车位引导单元;所述停车位引导单元根据分配的停车位的车位号引导待停车辆行驶至分配的停车位;
    所述停车场管理模块还包括与处理单元连接的停车异常记录单元;所述停车异常记录单元用于对未按分配的停车位进行停车的车辆进行异常记录;
    所述处理单元在接收到待停车辆的预约停车信息时,对待停车辆进行异常记录核对,当异常记录次数到达一预设的次数时,则拒绝该待停车辆的预约,并提示该待停车辆及时处理异常记录。
