Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de 2'-fucosyllactose, une enzyme clivant sélectivement la liaison alpha-1,3-C-O de glucides fucosylés et son utilisation pour la production de 2'-fucosyllactose, une cellule hôte exprimant de manière hétérologue l'enzyme, une composition comprenant au moins une enzyme isolée et au moins la 2',3-difucoslyllactose (2',3-DiFL).
